AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of creative music to improve students' musical abilities in learning music. The research method uses this type of classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles. The research was conducted at SMP Sunan Averroes Sleman Yogyakarta for three months. The object of the study was 13 students of class VIII. Sources of data used in this study are the results of observations and test results of musical abilities. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively, which were identified to see the achievement and improvement results in each cycle. The results showed that creative music activity could improve students' musical abilities in learning music based on the analysis. This increase was evidenced by observations and the acquisition of students' musical abilities in cycle I to cycle II. Based on the observations' results, it can be seen that the average score of students' musical ability in cycle I was 29.5, while in cycle II was 40.1. Based on this average value, it is known that the increase in students' musical abilities is 10.6. So based on this data analysis, it can be said that creative music activities in learning music can improve students' musical abilities. The purpose of this study is to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in the learning process in the classroom through the implementation of academic supervision. This research uses the school action research method which is carried out in two cycles, each cycle of which has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 8 teachers of SMPN 18 Mataram. This research instrument uses observation sheets and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study are: 1) the results of principal observations and teacher observations during the mentoring process have obtained an average score of 4.0, 2) the results of the average value of teachers in the learning process reach 85% with an average score of 70 ,00 (good category). The results of the research in the first cycle of principal observations were average (3.80), teacher observations were averaged (3.00) and the results of academic supervision were on average score points (66.12). In cycle II, the average school supervisor's observations (4.40) with the percentage of achievement (100%), the teacher's observations on the average (4.25) with the percentage of achievement (100%) and the results of academic supervision in the target average value (84,92) with the percentage of achievement (100%). The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that academic supervision can improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in the learning process in the classroom.

This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK), which aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through NHT type cooperative learning model in students of class VIII A MTs. Muhammadiyah conducted collaboratively between researchers and teachers of mathematics studies. In the implementation of this research, it is done by giving group worksheet and observation sheet of student activity using NHT type cooperative learning model after giving an explanation about Pythagoras Theorem material as much as two cycles that cycle I and II. After being given group worksheets then conducted the assessment includes assessment of test results of a cycle I and cycles II and group worksheet to students that is by applying learning model of cooperative learning type NHT. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A which amounted to 20 students consisting of 15 male students and 5 female students. Techniques of collecting data in research are this observation and test. The data obtained were then analyzed. The results of the study showed that the implementation using NHT type cooperative learning model on Pythagoras Theorem material. the ability of students in solving problems on the material above has increased. With the increase of the average value of students in the first cycle was 43.45 and increased in cycle II 83.90. Improvement of student learning outcomes to mathematics learning using NHT type cooperative learning is good. This is indicated by the average value of group learning outcomes in cycle I 60.00 or being in the medium category and the average score of the learning outcomes of the group in cycle I 82.50 or in the high category. This shows the result of increased mathematics learning after conducting cooperative learning model of NHT type

Discipline is important in learning process as it could affect the success of learning process. Therefore, students should be responsible for their own behavior and keep the class conducive. Unfortunately, based on the researcher’s observation in grade VIII at a private school, the students had disciplinary problems. They came late to class, made noises when the teacher was explaining, and slept during class. Based on theories and journals, the researcher decided to implement classroom procedures, rules, and consequences. The purposes of this research were to know whether and how the implementation of the method can improve students’ discipline. The research method used was Pelton’s Model of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of research were 30 students from class VIII B. The research was conducted from August 14th to October 23rd, 2018. The instruments used were observation checklist forms, mentor’s feedback and researcher journal reflection that were analyzed by using simple statistics. Data analysis results showed that the average of indicator percentage of students' discipline improved 13% from 70% in Issue Identification to 83% Plan activation based on mentor’s observation after the implementation of the method. As conclusion, the implementation of classroom procedures, rules, and consequences could improve grade VIII students’ discipline by implementing all indicators of the method, which are: created a few rules, told the reason for each rule, created reasonable and logical consequences, explained procedures, rules, and consequences clearly, rehearsed procedures, reinforced correct procedures, and be consistent in implementing procedures, rules, and consequences.

This study describes the understanding of students in science learning about the form of objects and their properties using teaching aids. Subjects In this study were fourth grade students of SDN 2 Klayan Cirebon Regency which amounted to 47 students with details of the number of male students 27 and female 20. The research method used was classroom action research. The stages of the study consisted of (1) preparing a plan of action (planning), (2) implementing an action (acting), (3) observing (observing), and reflecting (reflecting). The results of the study showed that at the beginning of learning (prasiklus) only 17 students (36%) graduated and increased in the first cycle to 37 students (79%). While students who did not pass or get scores below the KKM in the pre cycle there were 30 (64%) students in the first cycle to 10 students (21%). The acquisition of the average value has increased, namely the average of 81 students in the first cycle and an increase of 23.44 from the initial data of students which is only 67.56. In the second cycle the average score of 92 students increased from the first cycle of only 81. In addition, the percentage of students who graduated experienced an increase from the first cycle of students who graduated 37 students (69%) in the second cycle 44 students (94%) graduated because there are only 3 students (6%) who have not graduated.   Keywords: , ,

The purpose of this study is to improve the anti-corruption behavior of students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program at the Universitas PGRI Madiun through the internalization of anti-corruption values ??with the Nampe Model. The research was Classroom Action Research. Data were collected qualitatively by using observation, tests, and non-tests, while the data analysis used descriptive statistics. Based on the research carried out for two cycles, it was found that the anti-corruption behavior of students increased after internalizing the anti-corruption values ??with the Nampe Model. This increase is shown by the assessment of anti-corruption behavior in pre-cycle at 30.4%, increased to 62.2% in cycle 1 and at 78.2% in cycle 2. The average value of all domains also increases, such as; (a) affective domain in pre-cycle at 59.1, cycle 1 at 65.5, and cycle 2 at 75.5 (b) cognitive domain in pre-cycle at 78.9, cycle 1 at 82.4, cycle 2 at 85, 4, (c) psychomotor domain in pre-cycle at 62.44, cycle 1 at 66, cycle 2 at 75.6. The increase in anti-corruption behavior is also shown by the average score of the anti-corruption component in pre-cycle at 62.4, cycle 1 at 66.4, and cycle 2 at 77.1.
