One of the pharmaceutical services in the Hospital Pharmacy Installation is the management of pharmaceutical supplies. At the management stage, the procurement of pharmaceutical supplies greatly affects the availability of drugs in hospitals. Procurement is an activity to realize the planning needs for pharmaceutical supplies. The process of procuring pharmaceutical supplies must ensure availability, quantity, correct time at affordable prices according to quality standards. A pharmacist is in charge of every pharmaceutical supplies activity in the hospital. Therefore an understanding is needed for pharmacists regarding the main duties and functions of pharmacists in the procurement system. This study aims to discuss the main duties and functions of pharmacists in drug management, particularly the procurement of pharmaceutical supplies in hospitals. The research method used is literature study related to the procurement of pharmaceutical supplies in hospitals. The main duties and functions of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical supplies process include selecting the required pharmaceutical supplies, determining suppliers, determining the procurement method to evaluating the procurement process in hospitals.

Management of pharmaceutical supplies is one of the pharmaceutical services in Hospital Pharmacy Installations. In the management process, the procurement stage greatly affects the availability of drugs and the hospital economy. Guaranteed product and sufficient amount of medicine is one of the most important aspects of a hospital to be able to provide the best service. This study aims to discuss the legal basics regarding the main duties and functions of pharmacists in drug management, particularly the procurement of pharmaceutical supplies in hospitals. This research uses descriptive analysis method. Literature used in the form of scientific journals and regulations related to the management of pharmaceutical supplies at the procurement. The legal basis that regulates the procurement of pharmaceutical supplies is Permenkes RI No.72 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit and several other supporting regulations. The results of the literature study were the management of pharmaceutical activities in the hospital at the stage of procurement of pharmaceutical supplies carried out by IFRS led by pharmacists. Management of pharmaceutical supplies in hospitals is carried out with a one-door system because it can simplify the process of supervising and controlling pharmaceutical supplies, according to the procurement objectives stated in the Permenkes RI No. 72 Tahun 2016.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

This research examines the development of traditional culinary culture,  Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ with the aim of preserving the local culinary heritage located in Bantul. Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is a special traditional business place that sells traditional Yogyakarta food in the Bantul area which still uses traditional methods. This business has been around for a long time since 1997. Lack of the right strategy is the cause when local and foreign visitors do not know much information about the culinary business of Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. Based on this, this study aims to identify and analyze the marketing process carried out by Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ, to determine the potential of traditional culinary culture and to explore strategy formulations in Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. The research method in this study is a qualitative research method, by conducting direct and in-depth interviews with key persons, observation, and literature study. The qualitative method used is descriptive qualitative which will describe how the right strategy is based on the results of the analysis. The interview data were analyzed by several stages, namely the SWOT stage in the internal and external environment, the weight and ranking calculation stage, the IFE-EFE and IE matrix analysis stage, and the conclusion stage. In the research analysis, the IFE and EFE matrix values were obtained, where the IFE value was 2.774 and the EFE value was 2.842. This condition shows that Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is in the V quadrant position, which means Hold and Maintain, in this position the right strategy is market penetration and product development, and in the SWOT quadrant in quadrant II Cobination supports the Diversification strategy, this is requires making alternative strategies that can be used to increase existing strengths so that they can overcome threats.Keywords: culinary culture, SWOT, IE.AbstrakPenelitian ini meneliti tentang  budaya kuliner tradisional yaitu Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ dengan tujuan untuk menjaga warisan budaya kuliner lokal yang terletak di Bantul. Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ merupakan tempat usaha tradisional khusus yang menjualkan makanan tradisional khas Yogyakarta di daerah bantul yang masih menggunakan cara-cara tradisional. Usaha ini sudah lama berdiri sejak 1997. Kurangnya strategi yang tepat menjadi penyebab ketika pengunjung lokal maupun mancanegara tidak mengetahui banyak informasi mengenai usaha kuliner Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa proses pemasaran yang dilakukan Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ, untuk mengetahui potensi budaya kuliner tradisional dan mengeksplorasi formulasi strategi di Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Metode  penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana dengan melakukan wawancara kepada key person secara langsung dan mendalam, observasi, dan  studi pustaka. Metode kualitatif  yang  digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif yang akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi yang tepat berdasarkan hasil analisis. Data  wawancara dianalisis dengan beberapa tahap-tahapan yaitu tahap SWOT pada lingkungan internal dan eksternal, tahap perhitungan bobot dan peringkat, dan tahap analisis matriks IFE-EFE dan IE, serta tahap kesimpulan. Pada analisis penelitian diperoleh nilai matriks IFE dan EFE, dimana nilai IFE sebesar 2,774 dan nilai EFE sebesar 2,842. The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

This study aims to understand language management for learning in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of literature study. The results show that the State of Indonesia has carried out language management in relation to the recognition of existing languages and is regulating for the government in the context of the state and nation so that there is a triangular relationship between language and the state which is regulated by the government for the benefit of the nation. If the state has guaranteed the existence of a language as a whole, then a number of policies will emerge to guarantee the rights and obligations of each in managing the existing language. Policies are formulated in the form of rules known as regulations, to serve as joint guidelines between the government and speakers of existing languages.

Objective: to evaluate the achievements of drug management in Pharmacy Installation of Langsa General Hospital Design: The study used descriptive designs for 2018 data which were retrospective and prospective. Data was collected in the form of quantitative and qualitative data from document observations and interviews with relevant Pharmacy Installation officers. Interventions: the intervened  variable were drug selection, planning and procurement, and distribution. Main outcome measures: the main measurement in this study were suitability of drug items available with the National Formulary, frequency of procurement of each drug item per year,  accuracy of  data on the number of drugs on the stock card, percentage and value of expired and / or damaged drugs, percentage of dead stock and level of drug availability. Results:  drug management system that conformed  to the following standards were the suitability of the available drug items with the National Formulary (88.37%); the accuracy of data on the number of drugs on the stock card (100%) and  drug availability (13 months 14 days).  Drug mangement which were not accordance with standard: the frequency of procurement of each drug item per year; percentage of expired and / damaged drug values (2.64%) and percentage of dead stock (3.24%). Conclusion: it could  be concluded that the management of drugs in Langsa General Hospital Pharmacy Installation had not been fully effective and efficient in accordance with established standards.

Creativity in learning is a character that is the power of individuals to be able to complete their competence in learning. In learning, creativity makes students sensitive or aware of problems, shortages, understanding in knowledge, by gathering existing information, limiting information, or connecting (looking for) nothing, finding answers, making hypotheses, changing, and testing them.  It is accepted and finally communicates the results. The purpose of this study is to get a complete picture of the learning process and group guidance using Gestalt in developing learning creativity. The research method uses literature studies. In operational terms, creativity in learning requires students to be able to reflect the abilities that are responsible for the burden, burden, and the learning process. The understanding resulting from the reflection process becomes a reference in the formulation of the problem. The results of the literature study show that group guidance with Gestalt theory can help students develop their creativity in learning. Give advice about assistance when interacting and interpersonal problems, as well as creativity assistance, implemented to support/bring up productive solutions in efforts to improve Gestalt. Gestalt-based group tutoring to develop learning creativity gathers students to find opinions about the challenges of learning, to finally find the discovery of actions that are appropriate for yourself.
