The purpose of this study is to examine employee performance of PT. XYZ branch head office. This problem can be seen from the level of turnover and absenteeism has increase from year to year. This study aims to analyze how the influence of job satisfaction factors and work motivation to employee performance and analyze the dominant factor affecting employee performance. This study examine job satisfaction factors (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) towards employee performance (Y).The population in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ branch head office. 80 respondents were taken as sample using Google Form and this data in tought with SPSS program version 23. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis.Where all independent variance have positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. Adjusted R Square value is equal to 0,89. 89% showed that employee performance variables described by job satisvaction factors and work motivation. The remaining 11% of employee performance is explained by other variables.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivational leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of South Kalimantan Police Biddokes personnel. The benefits obtained from this study are providing input or additional information that is meaningful to organizations, companies and further research on leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction with employee performance as a reference for further research.This research variable consists of indentpent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction. Whereas the dependent variable consists of employee performance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression (multiple regression) with the help of SPSS 20.0 software.The results of the Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction research of the South Kalimantan Police of Biddokkes went well. Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a partial effect on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes. Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously influence the performance of the South Kalimantan Police Biddokkes. Leadership has a dominant effect on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes compared to work motivation and job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with the method of analysis used are simple and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Mutiara Bunda Hospital. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance

This paper aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, job satisfaction on the performance of Dispatchers at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. The method used in this research is the Descriptive Analysis method using multiple regression. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar, namely Dispatchers, the sample in this study were 34 Dispatchers. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, and documentation while testing the hypothesis used to use validity analysis techniques, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, partial tests, and simultaneous tests. The results of this study indicate that first, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of dispatchers. Second, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on dispatcher's performance. Third, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on dispatcher performance. Fourth, if simultaneously the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on dispatcher performance together have a significant effect on performance. The most dominant variable in the model is work motivation, 34% explains the relationship to dispatcher employee performance variables.

Research entitled "The Effect of Charismatic Leadership, Organizational Communication and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance (Case Study on the Al-Quran Waqf Board at the Jakarta Head Office)" mission to know the influence of Charismatic Leadership, Organizational Communication and Job Satisfaction. on Employee Performance. This study's subjects were 61 employees who work at the Al-Qur'an Waqf Board at the Jakarta Head Office. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 23. Results show a positive and significant influence on the Organizational Communication Variables and Job Satisfaction Variables on the Performance of Employees who work at the Al-Qur'an Waqf Board at the Jakarta Head Office. However, there is an insignificant influence on the performance of the Al-Qur'an Waqf Board employees at the Jakarta Head Office. It is recommended that companies communicate vertically, especially downward communication, so that superiors communicate more frequently with subordinates and the company can set strategies in the form of a wage scale so that no employee feels disadvantaged, either new employees or old employees.

Purpose, - The purpose of this research is to know how much the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on the employee performance of PT. Suryamas Cipta Perkasa II Village of Paduran Sebangau subdistrict Sebangau Kuala.Design/methodology/approach - The research methods used are descriptive statistics and multiple regression statistics. Findings - This study shows partial results (test-t): a) Work motivation is influential and significant towards employee performance, B) job satisfaction is influential and significant to employee performance, and simultaneously the results of the study show Work motivation and job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance of variable donations in this study of R2 = 0.493 or 49.3%.

This study aims to analyze and find out several factors that can affect job satisfaction and employee performance, variables used in this study are job characteristics, work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance, The sample in this study were employees found in the Samarinda Research and Industrial Standardization Center with a total sample of 49 respondents with the data collection method used to distribute questionnaires. Researchers use SPSS as a tool for processing existing data. The results showed that the variable job characteristics have a positive and significant effect both on the variable of job satisfaction and on employee performance variables, work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction but do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and for job satisfaction variables has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyza the influence of work motivation and training on the performance of the employees at the Education and Culture Office Of Padang Pariaman Regency. In this study using descriptive analisys. This analysis is to strengthen the argumentation and logic in answering and implementing allegations that will be described in quantitative analysis, for testing this research hypothesis, including multiple regression analysis. The result of this study illustrate that all variables affect the performance of employees. The result of this research where the variable of work motivation (X1) is known equal to 1,670 then training variable (X2) is obtained equal to 1,670, for employee performance result (Y) equal to 33,196. It can be concluded that the motivation of work ad training is influential in improving the performance of employees within the Department of Education and Culture of Padang Pariaman Regency.

This study aims to determine how much influence Organizational Culture, Career Development, and Self Efficacy have on Employee Performance. The analytical method used is correlation analysis and multiple regression. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of PT. Padang Post. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it shows that: (a) organizational culture has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (b) career development has a partially significant effect on employee performance, (c) self-efficacy has a partially significant effect on employee performance development, (d) ) organizational culture, career development and self-efficacy together on career development, (e) the contribution of organizational culture, career development, and self-efficacy variables together on employee performance is 71.4% while the remaining 28.6 % influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
