Bimbel Timothy's is a non-formal tutoring institution that was formed to assist customers to understanding the learning materials provided by formal educational institutions. Communication strategy is a combination of communication planning with communication management to achieve predetermined goals. This study uses a qualitative research approach with data collection methods using interview techniques, documentation studies, and literature studies. The result of this research is Bimbel Timothy's using communication strategy which is planning, implementation and evaluation of the communication strategy that implemented by Bimbel Timothy's during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to maintain customer loyalty. Of the entire series of communication strategies which is planning, implementation and evaluation that implemented, the role  word of mouth is a technique used so that customers continue to trust business institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic.Bimbel Timothy's merupakan salah satu lembaga bimbingan belajar non-formal yang dibentuk guna membantu pelanggan dalam memahami materi pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh lembaga pendidikan formal. Strategi komunikasi merupakan paduan perencanaan komunikasi dengan manajemen komunikasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang menggunakan teknik wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Bimbel Timothy's melakukan strategi komunikasi yang terdiri atas proses perencanaan, pengimplementasian serta evaluasi dari strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh Bimbel Timothy's pada masa pandemi COVID-19 agar tetap dapat mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggannya. Dari seluruh rangkaian strategi komunikasi antara lain perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi yang diterapkan, peran word of mouth merupakan teknik yang digunakan agar pelanggan tetap percaya terhadap lembaga usaha pada masa pandemi COVID-19.

In its development, madrasas experienced ups and downs in their development. The most basic problem is the management aspect. The following cases of management are interesting to note. There are schools or madrasas that initially experience setbacks, then can progress rapidly. On the other hand, there are schools or madrassas that initially developed, but then almost went out of business. One of the reasons is due to the management that is not mature enough, therefore personnel management in the world of education is very important especially in educational institutions especially Islamic-based educational institutions. This study aims to determine the application of personnel management in Islamic education institutions and supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. This research is a type of field research with a multi-case study research approach. Data collection methods used Participatory Observation and In-depth interviews. The steps of data analysis in this study use the analysis of the Miles and Huberman models. Based on the results of research in the field it was found that: 1) The implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School which consisted of educators and education staff. There are several components of personnel management, including seven components that have different divisions and elements, namely planning, recruitment, coaching, dismissal, but there are three important components that have not been comprehensively applied, namely compensation, appointment and evaluation. 2) Supporting factors for the implementation of personnel management in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School are the motivation given by the madrasa headmaster and headmaster to their personnel so that they always try to be better and give encouragement or enthusiasm in carrying out their tasks. Both vision, mission, goals because each institution must have a vision, mission and goals as well as MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong High School have a vision, mission and clear objectives, while the inhibiting factor in the implementation of personnel administration is a means of implementing administration in MA Darul Ihsan Samarinda and YPM Diponegoro Tenggarong Seberang High School due to the unavailability of sufficient funds and human resources in their fields.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini mengkaji Strategi komunikasi dalam pengembangan desa wisata agro di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dengan  metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, Focus Group Discussion, dan  studi pustakan penelitilian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  perencanaan komunikasi dan manjemen komunikasi dalam pengembangan desa wisata agro di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Manfaat dari hasil penelitian ini adakah memberikan masukan bagi pemerintah dan beberapa pihak yang terkait mengenai strategi komunikasi (pola komunikasi efektif) dalam pengembangan desa wisata,  sehingga  pihak-pihak tersebut mampu membuat kebijakan-kebijakan  yang sangat tepat dalam pengembangan desa wisata terutama desa wisata agro di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Desa yang mmeiliki potensi sebagai Desa Agro Wisata di Kabupaten Bandung Barat, perlu diadakannya pola pembinaan agro wisata agar para pelaku pariwisata dan pelaku pertanian secara sinergis dapat merencanakan, menyusun, memprogramkan agro wisata yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat,  pengusaha, dan pemerintah. Dalam hal ini perlu adanya komunikasi yang baik antar pihak. Dengan terjalinnya komunikasi yang baik antar pihak maka harmonisasi sosial dalam pengembangan desa wisata agro ini akan tercapai. Strategi komunikasi sangat penting karena ia merupakan paduan perencanaan komunikasi (communication planning) dan manajemen komunikasi (communication management) untuk mencapai suatu tujuan.   Kata Kunci : Strategi Komunikasi, Desa Wisata Agro, Pembangunan Desa, Bandung Barat Abstract. This study examines the communication strategy in the development of agro-tourism village in West Bandung regency. Use qualitative methods and techniques of data collection through interviews, observation, focus group discussions, and the library to study aims to determine the penelitilian communications planning and management of communication in the development of agro-tourism village in West Bandung regency. The benefits of this research is there to provide input for the government and some interested parties about the communication strategy (pattern of effective communication) in the development of rural tourism, so that the parties are able to make policies that are particularly appropriate in rural tourism development especially rural agro-tourism in West Bandung regency. Based on the research results, in West Bandung regency, especially in Lembang, keep holding the pattern of development of agro-tourism so that the perpetrators of tourism and agriculture synergistically actors can plan, arrange, program an agro-tourism that benefit the community, employers, and government. In this case the need for good communication between the parties. With good communications between the parties, harmonized social development of rural agro-tourism will be achieved.  The potency of the water tourism object in Riam Kanan reservoir is not well known by both domestic and foreign tourists because the communication strategy program has not been maximized by the local government. An important factor in raising the image of ecotourism is the communication strategy policy in order to promote it to a wide audience. Communication strategy is a combination of communication planning and communication management to achieve a goal. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques that researchers use are field research and literature study. The results showed that the communication strategy carried out by the Department of Tourism and Culture of Banjar Regency in enhancing the ecotourism image of the Riam Kanan reservoir has followed the procedure as in communication theories, namely establishing communicators. setting targets, compiling communication messages and, selecting media and channels communication. The media used include outdoor media, small format media, print media, electronic media, internet and social media as well as other public communication channels.

The purpose of the article is to analyze specifics of the communication construction and adaptation of cultural institutions products during the crisis. The pandemic associated with the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus had a serious impact on all spheres of life and required a revision of many familiar processes. In particular, the system of communication with consumers in the spheres of culture and education had to be substantially restructured. Also in those areas the development and implementation of new products and projects, adapted to the restrictions conditions, became urgent. On that basis, the article deals with the specifics of creating and promoting educational products in a period of quarantine restrictions as well as of the most crisis-prone areas of work. The key outcome can be defined as the conclusion that an important factor in the effectiveness of communications is the study of the consumer needs, and in a continuous mode. The spheres of education and culture, in that case, are no exception. The prospects of the study are associated with the fact that new products related to the crisis and restrictive measures do not disappear with the return to “ordinary” life, but remain in the product line of many organizations. However the ratio of traditional and new products in the assortment portfolio of different organizations will be different, which depends on many factors. Studying the factors and thus effectively managing the product portfolio are tasks for future periods. It is thereupon (along with the study of needs) that it is necessary to develop a communication strategy for the organizations of the spheres of culture and education.

This study aims to determine and understand the communication strategy of the Maluku Provincial KPU in increasing community participation in the 2018 elections. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews using interview guidance instruments. The results showed that the Maluku Provincial KPU communication strategy in increasing public participation in the 2018 elections included communication planning, mapping of voter segmentation according to typology and voter characteristics, audience analysis and segmentation, media selection and program evaluation

Islamic preaching is an activity of communicating the teachings of Allah Almighty which are contained in the Al-Quran and Sunnah, so that people can take it as their way of life. Given the many problems that occur among adolescents, ranging from moral and moral crises. To overcome this problem, of course there is a training that is carried out. In the process of coaching adolescents, special abilities are needed. One of them is the communication strategy carried out in the youth coaching process. The purpose of this study in general is to find out the communication strategies of the Syuhada mosque youth in conducting adolescent morals development in the Mensemat Hamlet, Mekar Jaya Village. Whereas specifically, knowing the communication planning and communication management carried out by the teenagers of the Syuhada mosque in developing youth morals in the Dusun Mensemat, Mekar Jaya Village, and knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for the success of the Syuhada mosque youth communication strategy in developing youth morals in the Mensemat Village Mekar Jaya Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. In this study, the data consisted of primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. After being analyzed, the validity of the data is tested by mamber check, and triangulation. The conclusions of the results of the research ari: Communication planning carried out by teenagers of the Syuhada mosque in adolescent moral development in Menemat Village, Mekar Jaya Village is in the form of determining activities in adolescent morality development, determining messages to provide guidance, and selecting media in the process of building morals for adolescents, Communication management that is carried out is planning and evaluating the communication strategy undertaken. Supporting factors and obstacles to the success of the Syuhada Mosque youth communication strategy are in the form of external and internal Tractors including adequate facilities and infrastructure, inadequate use of time, adolescents who are difficult to provide guidance, poor signal quality in conveying messages, and parents.

This paper aims to determine how the communication strategy used to improve women's political participation in Indonesia. The essence of the communication strategy is planning and management to achieve one goal. To reach this goal, strategy functioned not only as a roadmap to lead the way but also has to show how the operational tactics. Communication strategy is a blend of communication planning and communication management to attain a specific purpose. To compose communication strategy, there are several factors which have to be considered necessary. First, knowing the public is the first step fora communicator to create effective communication. Note that in the communication process, the audience is active instead of passive. So between the communicator and communicant not only occurs relations but also influence that affect each other. Second, compile message, namely determining theme and subject. The main requirement to change public from this message is the capability to arouse their concern. The concern is a central observation. Thus not all who observed could trigger attention. Therefore the beginning of communication effectivity is the rise of the public’s attention toward the delivered messages.

In implementing a communication strategy, a communication plan must include goals, objectives and steps. Likewise, the communication planning of the BKMT Riau Management in the development of Islamic Da'wah in the form of program activities. This study is conducted by using descriptive qualitative approach. The result shows that communication management in the development of Islamic Da'wah of BKMT Riau Management can be traced from the activities program of Da'wah and Issuance of BKMT Riau management for the 2012-2017 period, including planning for organizing, implementing and evaluating. The communication methods used by BKMT are more dominant in informative communication, persuasive communication and educational communication as the most effective and most used method.

CSR has become one of the imperative implements in satisfying customers. The impartial of this research is to calculate CSR, relationship marketing, and customer satisfaction. There is no more study accompanied in Pakistan to quantify the effect of CSR and relationship marketing on the relationship maintainer and customer loyalty. To find out deductive approach and survey method is used as research approach and research strategy respectively. This research design is descriptive and quantitative study. For data, collection questionnaire method with semantic differential scale and seven point scales are adopted. Data has been collected by adopting the non-probability convenience technique as sampling technique and the sample size is 400. For factor confirmatory factor analysis, structure equation modeling and medication analysis, regression analysis Amos software were used. Strong empirical evidence supports that the customer’s perception of CSR performance is highly influenced by the values

Border areas, is one of affected area on COVID_19 this present. Many of people cn not go out as usually, adding almost each country has to implement their territorial limitation (lockdown policy) to minimalize this virus spreading. One of Malaysia State, where very close and get direct border with Indonesia. This research took place at Sanggau District, Entikong, Gun Tembawang Village.The research approach used is qualitative, using data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation supported by interviews with the theoretical approach to the negative and positive aspects on policy implementation. Research results, The results stated that the lockdown activities of Malaysia which were affected by the corona virus outbreak needed to be carried out in an effort to minimize the spread of the virus outbreak. Although of course it has a negative impact on the country's economic structure, social issues and other sector. In implementing this lockdown, there is a need for cooperation between the government and the community as well as an agreement with neighboring countries in terms of the mobility of residents closest to each other's territory on exemptions in order to realize social welfare and public health without limiting the origin of the state, religion, community and profession.
