Economic crisis result growth of economics which is slowly. Research related to the effect of product turnover on the performance of companies in the industrial sector is still needed to do research and study in depth. This is needed because the developed sector, especially related to product rotation, has an important role in advancing the sustainability of the company. The research methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression analysis and using SPSS v 23 and Amos v 23 software as a calculation tool through a measurement model using simple Linear Regression at 87 MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of product turnover on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises.

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, operational cost ratio, inventory turnover on the performance of UD. Firmansyah. The data used are the financial statements for the period 2015-2018. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The number of samples used was 48 samples. Partially the results show that working capital turnover and inventory turnover do not have a significant effect on company performance, while the ratio of operating costs has a significant effect on company performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously the research shows that working capital turnover, operational cost ratio, and inventory turnover have a significant effect on company performance. The coefficient of determination in this study is 0.165, which means that 16.5% of the company's performance can be explained by working capital turnover, operational cost ratio, and inventory turnover variables. At the same time, the remaining 83.5% is explained by other factors not included in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Board of Directors, Non Independent Commissioners, and Managerial Ownership to Manufacturing Company Performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted at food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between more than two variables. Based on the results of the study stated the Board of Directors statistically has no significant effect to company performance (ROA). Non independent commissioners statistically has no effect to company performance (ROA), Managerial ownership has no statistically significant effect to company performance (ROA). Under the influence of the global economic crisis, many shipping companies have been forced to sell their old and poorly prospective vessels and change their business strategy in order to survive on the market. The purpose of this scientific paper is to present a change in business strategy within shipping companies aimed at adapting to current needs of the trade market. The analysis of the role and features of strategic management in business operation of modern shipping companies is carried out in this paper with the aim of identifying and analysing those factors that affect the creation of business strategies and the need of shipping companies to adapt to the market. In the empirical part, business strategy of the largest Croatian shipping company, Tankerska plovidba d.d. (Plc.) of Zadar, has been explored and analysed, along with that of Stena Ltd., one of the largest global shipping companies, which represents a business sphere created through a multiple merger of shipping companies into one, with the purpose of increasing competitiveness on the market.

Sharia banking is currently very popular with the Indonesian people, so to prepare for this increasingly selective business competition, Islamic Commercial Banks are required to improve their company performance so that investors are attracted to invest. This study aims to determine the effect of BOPO, ROA, NPF, and DPK on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The samples used were BUS and UUS with 52 data. Multiple linear regression is used as an analysis technique to produce a detailed description of the relationship of each variable used. The regression results tell that BOPO and DPK have no significant effect on market share, while ROA and NPF have a positive and significant effect on market share in Islamic banking in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the effect of government ownership, business strategy, and good corporate governance on company performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample is done by method purposive sampling and obtained 10 companies. The aims of study to identify and analyze the role of human resources (individual characteristics, quality, and employee competence) on the company's performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. This research using a quantitative approach with survey on the type of research. The sample was determined by simple random sampling method, 51 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results shows that simultaneously, the variable of individual characteristics, employee quality and employee competence have a positive and significantly effect to the performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. The determination coefficient value of 0.616 indicates that the influence of individual characteristics, employee quality and employee competence on the change of company performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional is 61.6%. Partially, there are positive and significantly influence of employee quality and employee competence to company performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. While the variable of employee characteristic have a non significantly effect to company performance Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional.

Business model and business strategy fundamentally characterize and predetermine the essence of a company and its action. Research has already brought a fairly extensive knowledge of the model and strategy too. There is also emerging evidence that describes the relationship between model and strategy, but it is not verified by empirical research. The research confirmed the existence of a real relation between model and strategy using quantitative methods. Business model impacts significantly on the market position of the company, has got implications for competitive advantage, originality/uniqueness of the company action and of its passivity/activity. The acquired knowledge can be used to purposeful alignment of model and strategy. A higher degree of intensity of this relationship improves the market position of the company and may be a potential source of higher company performance. Abstract: This study aims to, partially, examine the effect of main and supportingfacilities on the effectiveness of loading and discharging activities and theincreasing of ship performance, the effect of the effectiveness of loading anddischarging activities on ship performance; and simultaneously, examine the effectof main and supporting facilities on the effectiveness of loading and dischargingactivities and ship performance at PT. Pelindo II (Persero) of Sunda KelapaBranch. The increasing of throughput will give a positive impact to the loading andunloading activities and the ship performance in the harbor. This study usedsecondary data sourced from company performance data in 2011- 2015. Datawere analyzed using linear regression. Results showed that, partially, mainfacilities had no significant effect on the effectiveness of loading and dischargingactivities and the ship performance; supporting facilities had a significant effect onthe effectiveness of loading and discharging activities, but had no significant effecton ship performance; the effectiveness of loading and discharging activities had asignificant effect on ship performance. Simultaneously, the main and supportingfacilities have significant effects on the effectiveness of loading and dischargingactivities and the increasing of ship performance.Keywords: Main Facilities, Supporting Facilities, Effectiveness of Unloading andUploading Activity, Ship Performance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, secara parsial, menguji pengaruh fasilitasdan sarana penunjang terhadap efektifitas kegiatan bongkar muat danpeningkatan kinerja kappa, dan pengaruh efektivitas kegiatan bongkar muatterhadap kinerja kapal, serta secara simultan menguji pengaruh fasilitas dansarana penunjang terhadap efektivitas kegiatan bongkar muat dan kinerja kapal diPT. Pelindo II (Persero) Cabang Sunda Kelapa. Penambahan throughput akanberdampak positif pada kegiatan bongkar muat dan kinerja kapal di pelabuhan.Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder perusahaan yaitu data kinerja tahun2011- 2015. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, fasilitas tidak berpengaruhsignifikan pada efektivitas kegiatan bongkar muat dan kinerja kapal; saranapenunjang berpengaruh signifikan pada efektivitas kegiatan bongkar muat namuntidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja kapal; dan efektivitas kegiatan bongkarmuat berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja kapal. Secara simultan, fasilitas dansarana penunjang berpengaruh signifikan pada efektivitas kegiatan bongkar muatdan kinerja kapal.Kata Kunci: Fasilitas, Sarana Penunjang, Efektivitas Kegiatan Bongkar Muat,Kinerja Kapal

The Impact

The aims of this study are to find out (1) the effect of MSDM strategic practice variable, employees performance, (2) the effect of employee performance on company performance and the impact on company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company Yogyakarta.This type of research is explanatory research. Its population is 30 employees company performance at Oki Fortune Party Equipment Rental Company. Number of samples were 30 respondents by using saturated sampling technique (census). Methods of data collection were conducted with questionnaire media, while data analysis techniques used simple multiple linear regression analysis.The result shows that multiple linear regression equation is Y (company performance) = 0.059X1 (MSDM strategic practice) + 0.205X2 (employee performance). There is no significant effect between MSDM strategic practice on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,773>0,05). No significant effect between employee performance on company performance because value of sig is > a (0,322>0,05)
