Abstract According to South Tangerang City Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2016 concerning Non-Smoking Areas (KTR) in Article 2 states that teaching-learning places including universities are places that are obliged to become smoke-free areas, but in fact not all faculties at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta have a Dean’s Decree regarding the implementation of KTR. This research was conducted to determine the factors associated with the implementation of KTR at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This study used a cross sectional design which was conducted at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The sample size is 379 respondents. Sampling using the cluster random sampling method. The analysis used the binary logistic regression test. The results showed that as many as 64.4% of the respondents were less than 20 years old and 50.1% of the respondents were male. In faculties that implement KTR, respondents who smoke less (2.3%), have better knowledge of smoking (97.7%), attitudes towards smoking behavior (97.7%), have better knowledge of KTR (94.3%), attitudes towards the application of KTR (97.7%) and most of them support KTR (95.4%) compared to respondents in faculties who did not apply KTR. The multivariate results using the binary logistic regression test showed a relationship between age (p = 0.033), gender (p = 0.041), smoking status (p = 0.042), attitudes towards smoking behavior (p = 0.030) and knowledge of KTR (p = 0.005) respondents with the application of KTR. The conclusion is that the variable that most influences the implementation of KTR at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is knowledge of KTR. The results of this study recommend the need for education to increase knowledge about KTR in faculties that have not implemented KTR so that UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta can become a smoke-free campus. Abstract: Elderly, Hypertension, Body Mass Index, Waist Circumference and Hip. The problem of hypertension is one of the most common diseases in elderly people. Risk factors that can cause hypertension are obesity and central obesity. That is caused by the lack of appropriateness of eating intake with activity in the elderly are declining. So there is a possibility of normal BMI and RLPP will reduce the risk of hypertension. This study aims to determine IMT and RLPP measurements as a predictor of hypertension. This type of research is observational with cross-sectional design and the number of research subjects is 71 elderly who suffer from hypertension and not hypertension. Sampling using total sampling method. Data analysis was done by univariate and bivariate analysis using chi-square test and logistic regression test. The result of statistic test showed that there was a correlation between body mass index with hypertension 0,002 (p <0,002) and BMI was risk factor proved by RR 2,228 (CI 1,3333,723). There is a relationship between RLPP with hypertension 0.000 (p <0.000) and RLPP is hypertension risk factor with RR value 4,340 (CI 1,896-9,933). The result of BMT logistic regression test is not a predictor of hypertension, but RLPP is a predictor to determine hypertension with the formula Y = -3,614 + 2,285X1. It is advisable for the elderly to maintain normal RLPP in order to reduce the risk of hypertension.

Abstract Background To investigate the preference and perception on intraoral scanning and impression making among dental students. Methods Final-year dental students from the 2019 and 2020 cohorts were invited to complete an online questionnaire via Google-Form. Their preference on the intraoral-scanning/impression making techniques and their perception on these techniques including the ease of defect identification, ease of infection control, need of chairside support, ease to master the technique as a beginner, efficiency in their hands and ease to handle the scanner software (yes/no) were collected. The results were analysed using McNemar tests and binary logistic regression test. All tests were performed at significance level α = 0.05. Results Ninety-seven students participated in this study with a response rate of 96.0 %. Eighty-one students (83.5 %) have tried intraoral scanning on peers. Fifty-three (54.6 %) students preferred intraoral-scanning and were categorized as Pro-scanning group. Forty-four (45.4 %) students either preferred impression-making (n = 21) or not sure (n = 23) were categorized as Others. More than half of students in both groups felt that intraoral-scanning is easier to identify defect, easier in infection control and require less chairside support. Higher proportion of students in the Pro-scanning group felt that intraoral-scanning requires less chairside support, easier to master as a beginner, more efficient in their hands and they can deal well with the scanner software than that in Others (P < 0.05). Regression shown that students preferred a technique that they perceived is more efficient (P = 0.000). Conclusions While intraoral scanning has perceived advantages, many students still prefer impression making that works more efficient to them.

Hypertension is a degenerative disease which is a serious problem nowadays. Hypertension is categorized as the silent disease or the silent killer because the sufferer does not know he has hypertension or does not know before checking his blood pressure. The aim of this study was to find out the factors that affected hypertension of the Indonesian Army, Denkeslap Kesdam V / Brawijaya Malang. The research was conducted on 11-14 November 2018 at DENKESLAP Kesdam V / Brawijaya Malang, Observational study design with cross sectional approach.  The total population is 65 people and a sample of 56 people with a random sampling technique. Data collection of independent variables and dependent variables by means of observations and questionnaires. Data analysis using logistic regression test. Based on the results of the logistic regression test, the stress variable p value is 0.027; anxiety 0.033 and sleep pattern 0.39 at α: 0.05, the incidence of hypertension is significantly affected by stress, anxiety and sleep patterns. The dominant factors affecting hypertension are stress. Stress is a condition or condition of the body that is disturbed due to psychological stress. The relationship between stress and the incidence of hypertension occurs through sympathetic nerve activity. Increased nerves can increase blood pressure intermittently (erratic). So that prolonged stress can result in high sedentary blood pressure. Stress will increase peripheral vascular resistance and cardiac output so it will stimulate sympathetic nerve activity. Soldiers are advised to adopt a healthy lifestyle, exercise and maintain a diet, avoiding things that can become stressors so as to minimize hypertension
