In order to reduce infant morbidity and mortality, UNICEFand WHO recommend exclusive breastfeeding for six monthsbecause ASI has many health benefits for babies and containsall the nutrients needed by baby. The lowest coverage ofexclusive breastfeeding in Padang City is in the working areaof Puskesmas Air Dingin. The purpose of this study was todetermine the relationship between the level of maternalknowledge, maternal employment status and family supportwith exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the AirDingin Health Center. Analytic research withdesign was cross sectionalconductedin the working area of Air Dingin Health Center from June2018 to July 2018. The sample in this study were mothers whohad infants aged> 6-12 months as many as 56 people. Mothersas respondents were interviewed directly using a questionnaire.Data analysis was univariate and bivariate usinganalysis chisquare(p5 0.05).The results showed that the percentage of exclusivebreastfeeding was 51.8%. Theanalysis results chi-squareshowed that the p value between exclusive breastfeeding andthe level of maternal knowledge (p = 0.010), maternalemployment status (p = 1,000), and family support (p = 0.021). There was a significant relationship between the level ofmother's knowledge and family support with exclusivebreastfeeding, while the mother's employment status did nothave a significant relationship with exclusive breastfeeding. Itis hoped that mothers can maintain and improve exclusivebreastfeeding.

Introduction : Exclusive breastfeeding means giving baby breast milk only since born until the age of 6 months. Based on data from the Provincial Health Office of North Sumatra in 2017, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding at Aek Raja Public Health Center was only around 50%, considered to be very low. Factors that very influential on exclusive breastfeeding were limited knowledge, attitude, age, education and increased number of working mothers. Objective : To determine the relationship between level of knowledge, attitude, age, education level and mothers’ employment status regarding exclusive breastfeeding and provision of exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of ​​the Auxiliary Public Health Center of Hutatinggi Parmonangan Subdistrict in 2019. Method : This study was an analytical study with a cross-sectional design. Samples were selected consecutively and 67 respondents were obtained. Data were gained by questionnaires and analyzed using chi-square test. Results : The results of statistical tests obtained p value = 0,000 for the level of knowledge, attitude, age, education level  and p value = 0,001 for employment status (p<0,05). This result means that there were relation between the level of knowledge, attitude, age, education level, and maternal employment status regarding exclusive breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding providing in the working area of ​​the Auxiliary Public Health Center of Hutatinggi Parmonangan Subdistrict in 2019. Conclusion : The exclusive breastfeeding was influenced by level of knowledge, attitude, age, education and employment status of mothers in the working area of ​​the Auxiliary Public Health Center of Hutatinggi Parmonangan Subdistrict in 2019. Abstract One indicator of community participation in the health sector is the coverage of children under five who come and are weighed at the posyandu (D / S). Based on the 2018 Indonesian Health Profile, D / S coverage for toddlers in Indonesia is 67.48%. Some of the factors causing the lack of maternal visits to the posyandu were the mothers' lack of knowledge, the distance to the Posyandu, the role of cadres and family support. Of this study was to determine the factors that influence the participation of mothers in weighing children under five in the working area of ​​Pardamean Health Center, Pematangsiantar City. This research method is an analytic study with cross-sectional design with 108 respondents by purposive sampling. The subject is the mother of the toddler who meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Primary data were collected in the Pardamean Puskesmas area on 12th  - 10th . Based on the statistical test of 108 mothers of children under five, there were still 41 mothers who did not participate in weighing children under five by 38%. The results of the chi square analysis show that the relationship between maternal knowledge and maternal participation in weighing children under five is obtained by the p value = 0.000 (p <0.05), the relationship between Posyandu distance and maternal participation in weighing children under five is obtained by the p value = 0.002 (p <0.05) , the correlation between the role of cadres and the participation of mothers in weighing children under five, is obtained by the p value = 0.000 (p <0.05), the relationship between family support and the participation of mothers in weighing children under five is obtained by the p value = 0.017 (p <0.05). That there is a relationship between maternal knowledge, Posyandu distance, the role of cadres and family support in weighing toddlers in the working area of ​​Pardamean Health Center, Pematangsiantar City. Exclusive breastfeeding is breast milk that given to babies from birth for six months without and / or replace with other food or drinks. Exclusive breastfeeding can provide the immunity needed for the growth and development of infants. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding at Perdagangan Health Center in Simalungun Regency. The population is in this study were all mothers who have infants aged 7-12 months who live at ​​Perdagangan Health Center in Simalungun Regency. The sample in this study was 115 respondents. The study was conducted from September 2 to October 1, 2019. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire created by the researcher. Statistical test is using Chi-square. The results of the study obtained at Perdagangan Health Center in Simalungun Regency that the majority of mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding is in the poor category of 78 respondents (67.8%), the majority of mothers do not provide exclusive breastfeeding, namely 92 respondents (80%). Statistical test results show that P-value is 0.01 <0.05, so that the null hypothesis (HO) is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding. It is recommended that health workers who work in the area of ​​the mother and child area should improve education programs for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers to increase the knowledge and interest of mothers to breastfeed exclusively in the first six months of a baby's life.

This study aims to determine the relationship of family support and other factors in participating in MR immunization in Posyandu in the work area of Momunu Health Center, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi. This study uses a cross sectional design. The number of research respondents was 96 respondents. The results of this study indicate that (p value 0.005) for the variable family support for MR immunization, for the nurse support variable for MR immunization (p-value 0.007) and for the education variable for MR immunization (p-value 0.012). Conclusion, there is a significant relationship between family support for [giving immunization, there is a relationship between nurse support for giving immunization and there is an educational relationship with giving immunization.   Keywords: Measles and Rubella, Family Support, Giving Immunization MR

ABSTRACT Exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months has a major contribution to optimal growth and development and immunity of infants. Mother and family play an important role in exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge about lactation management and family support with exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months in the work area of the Senapelan Community Health Center in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The study was conducted on April - June 2020 with a total sample of 38 primiparous mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months which were obtained using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi Square test. The results of univariate analysis showed that 20 respondents (52.6%) had less knowledge about lactation management, 24 respondents (63.2%) did not get support from their families and 21 respondents (55.3%) did not exclusively breastfeed babies aged 0- 6 months. The results of the Chi Square test showed a relationship between maternal knowledge about lactation management (p value = 0.024) and family support (p value = 0.029) with exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months. There is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge about lactation management and family support with exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months in the working area of the Senapelan Community Health Center in 2020. Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers should actively participate in counseling activities and practices in increasing knowledge about lactation management. and health workers actively socialize to the community so that families can support exclusive breastfeeding, especially for primiparous mothers. Ibu dan keluarga berperan penting dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang manajemen laktasi dan dukungan keluarga dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Senapelan tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 29 Mei-9 Juni 2020 dengan jumlah sampel 38 orang ibu primipara yang memiliki bayi usia 6-12 bulan diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil analisa univariat diperoleh 20 responden (52,6%) memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang manajemen laktasi, 24 responden (63,2%) tidak mendapat dukungan dari keluarga dan 21 responden (55,3%) tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Hasil uji Chi Square ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang manajemen laktasi (p value = 0,024) dan dukungan keluarga (p value = 0,029) dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang manajemen laktasi dan dukungan keluarga dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Senapelan tahun 2020. Ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui agar aktif mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan dan praktik dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manajemen laktasi dan petugas kesehatan aktif melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat sehingga keluarga dapat mendukung pemberian ASI eksklusif khususnya pada ibu primipara

ABSTRACT: THE RELATIONSHIP ON FAMILY SUPPORT ON THE SELF EFFICATION OF BREASTFEEDING MOM IN GIVING EXCLUSIVE ASSET AT PUSKESMAS SUMUR BATU, BANDAR LAMPUNG CITY Introduction: The coverage of infants receiving exclusive breastfeeding in Lampung Province in 2018 according to Riskesdas was 32.2%, where this figure is below the coverage in Indonesia and still below the expected target of 80%. The percentage of babies who were exclusively breastfed in Bandar Lampung City in 2016 was 53.46% (3,938 of 7,366 babies). The lowest achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is Puskesmas Sumur Batu at 40.1%. One of the factors of exclusive breastfeeding is self-confidence. If the mother has low self-confidence, her milk production will decrease. The factors that influence self-confidence include personality, environment, and attitudes.Purpose: The research objective was to determine the relationship between family support and self-efficacy of breastfeeding mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding at Sumur Batu Health Center, Bandar Lampung City, in 2021.Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The study population was mothers who had children aged 6-12 months in the Sumur Batu Health Center, Bandar Lampung City. A total of 214 people. Sample of 69 respondents. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu yang memiliki balita usia 6-12 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumur Batu Kota Bandar Lampung. Sejumlah 214 orang. Sampel 69 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Menyusui merupakan suatu pengambilan keputusan yang sangat bijaksana dari kedua orang tua. ASI merupakan makanan terbaik dan paling cocok untuk bayi yang dapat menjamin pertumbuhan bayi menjadi manusia yang berkualitas, karena mengandung zat gizi yang sesuai dan optimal bagi tumbuh kembang bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku ibu dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Kelurahan Kesenden Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kejaksan Kota Cirebon tahun 2013. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan yang bersifat studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu  yang memiliki bayi umur 7- 24 bulan yang datang ke Posyandu sebanyak 340  bayi. Sampel adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi umur 7-24 bulan sebanyak 75 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan metode proportionate random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji statistik (uji chi square) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan ibu (p value : 0,000), keterpaparan informasi ibu (p value: 0,003) dan dukungan keluarga (p value: 0,004) dan didapat pula hasil yang tidak berhubungan antara pendidikan (p value: 1,000), pekerjaan ibu (p value: 0,698) dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan (p Value: 1,000) dengan perilaku ibu dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Kelurahan Kesenden Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kejaksan Kota Cirebon Tahun 2013.Kata Kunci :        Faktor-faktor, perilaku ibu, ASI eksklusif  ABSTRACTBreastfeeding is a very wise decision from both parents. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding mother's behavior in the Village Kesenden Work Areas UPTD Kejaksan Cirebon City Health Center in 2013. The research method is a cross sectional study. Population in this research were mothers whi come in the result of infants aged 7-24 months as many  as 340 mother. Samples were mothers of infants aged 7-24 months as many as 75 people were selected based on proportionate random sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires. The results showed that based on the results of the statistical test (chi square test) showed that there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge (p value: 0.000), maternal exposure information (p value: 0,003) and family support (p value: 0.004) and also the results obtained are not related between education (p value: 1,000), maternal employment (p value: 0.698) and support health workers (p value: 1.000) with the behavior of the mother in breastfeeding Eksklusif di Kesenden work Area Urban health Center Kejaksan UPTD Cirebon Year 2013. Therapeutic communication is very important for the image of the nursing profession and the image of the hospital. Communication that occurs at the Tapen Puskesmas is still ineffective, so misunderstandings between nurses and patients often occur. The purpose of this research is to find out. The relationship between therapeutic communication with inpatient patient satisfaction at Tapen Health Center in Bondowoso Regency and to find out how big is the relationship between Therapeutic Communication and Patient Satisfaction in the Inpatient Room at Tapen Health Center in Bondowoso Regency. This research method is quantitative. This research was conducted in May 2019 with a sample of 30 inpatients. The sampling technique uses total sampling where the p-value has a significant relationship and Ha is received between therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between Therapeutic Communication Nurse with Inpatient Satisfaction in Tapen Health Center, Bondowoso Regency, a significant relationship between therapeutic communication with inpatient satisfaction. The level of therapeutic communication relationship with patient satisfaction.

<p>Based on monitoring reports nutritional status of children in Lubuk Kilangan Puskesmas Padang in 2014, from 291 infants who weighed by BB / U, known malnutrition by 10 people (3.44%), malnutrition as many as 54 people (18.56%), and good nutrition as much as 222 (76.3%). The purpose of this study to see if Factors Associated with the Nutritional Status In Toddlers in Sub Bandar Buat Padang District of Lubuk Kilangan 2016.</p><p>Types and methods of this research is analytic survey with cross sectional design. The research was conducted in the village of Lubuk Kilangan Bandar Buat District of Padang in May 2016. The population is all the mothers who have children amounted to 755 people. Samples taken as many as 88 people with cluster random sampling techniques and sample used for the randomization Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collected by using a questionnaire. Processing of data by univariate and bivariate data analysis performed using Chi-Square test.</p><p>The results were obtained over the majority 51.1% children have malnutrition. Mothers who are knowledgeable low of 3.6%, which the family income &lt;1.615 million as much as 47.7%. Mothers who do not give exclusive breastfeeding much as 52.3%. Of test statistics in get a significant relationship between the nutritional status of children with a mother knowledge (p value 0.000), there was a significant relationship between the nutritional status of children with family incomes (p value 0.000), and no significant correlation between the nutritional status of children with exclusive breastfeeding ( p value 0.034).</p><p> It was concluded that there is a relationship between the nutritional status of children with the knowledge of the mother, family income and exclusive breastfeeding in Lubuk Kilangan Puskesmas Padang Year 2016. For the Lubuk Kilangan health center in order to do counseling at least 1 time a month on Nutrition in infants in order to improve knowledge of mothers on nutritional status.</p>
