Smart Village sebagai Upaya Penguatan Kapasitas Pemerintahan Nagari

The existence of the Nagari Government as the foremost government is expected to improve the welfare of the community. In 2016 the poverty rate in Solok Regency reached 10% of the total population of 363,684 people, where this poverty was caused by food poverty. Even though in 2017 the poverty rate decreased, poverty remains high. For this purpose, this community service activity aims to introduce innovative concepts in managing the nagari government so as to produce a module that can become a blueprint for a governance concept in the concept of smart villages. These two adjacent Nagari can support each other and become a pioneer for other nagari, especially the advanced nagari to rise at the Village level or Nagari with an independent village index. This activity cover several things, namely 1) Introduction of the concept of smart rural. 2) Identification of smart rural dimensions that have developed and need to be developed. The result of this activity was that in Nagari Selayo and Nagari Koto Baru, Kubung District is preparing to go to the smart village. There are still many steps that need to be done, especially related to the readiness of human resources and also Nagari Government institutions and also community participation. Because the key to the success of the realization of smart villages is the active involvement of all elements involved, with the support of qualified information technology (ICT).

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Pademi global Covid-19 telah menyebar ke banyak Negara dan benua, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu Provinsi yang menerapkan PSBB dalam mengurangi dampak penyebaran Covid-19 adalah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Dalam penangaanannya tidak hanya bisa dilakukan oleh Pemerintah sendirian dan mesti melibatkan berbagai element masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi di lingkungan masing-masing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui partisipasi komunitas peduli warga terdampak Covid-19 di Nagari Pulakek Koto baru Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi dan pengumpulan serta penyerahan donasi kepada warga terdampak. Hasil kegiatan yaitu terlaksananya persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan wali nagari, relawan desa dan perwakilan komunitas peduli. Pengumpulan donasi yang berasal dari warga peduli sebanyak Rp. 6.000.000.- dan penyerahan paket sembako kepada warga terdampak sebanyak 60 paket sembako kepada 60 kepala keluarga terdampak yaitu 56 KK dari warga sekitar komplek perumahan bukit pematang permai Jorong Mantirai Indah dan 4 KK berasal dari luar Jorong Mantirai Indah namun sehari-sehari bekerja di keluarga yang tinggal di Perumahan Bukit Pematang Permai. Bantuan diserahkan seminggu sebelum Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1441 H sehingga terasa sangat bermanfaat bagi warga terdampak. Disamping penerahan donasi juga dilakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada warga terdampak tentang pentingnya mematuhi protocol kesehatan. Kata kunci: Partsipasi, Peduli Warga Terdampak, Covid-19 ABSTRACT The Covid-19 global academy has spread to many countries and continents, including Indonesia. One of the provinces that have implemented the PSBB in reducing the impact of the spread of Covid-19 is West Sumatra Province. The handling is not only done by the Government alone and must involve various elements of society to participate in their respective environments. This community service activity aims to empower the community through community participation in caring for residents affected by Covid-19 in Nagari Pulakek Koto baru, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. Methods of implementing activities include socialization, education and collection and delivery of donations to affected residents. The result of the activity is the implementation of preparations for the implementation of activities, namely meetings with the village guardian, village volunteers and representatives of the caring community. The collection of donations from caring residents is Rp. 6,000,000.- and the handover of 60 basic food packages to the affected residents to 60 affected families, namely 56 families from residents around the Jorong Mantirai Indah Pematang hill housing complex and 4 families from outside Jorong Mantirai Indah but working daily in family who live in Bukit Pematang Permai Housing. The aid was handed over a week before Idul Fitri 1441 H, so it was very beneficial for the affected residents. Apart from distributing donations, education and outreach was also carried out to affected residents about the importance of complying with health protocols. The Village

A clean and healthy tourist village is the main attraction for visitors because the beautiful and clean environment makes visitors feel comfortable. Based on the results of the FGD conducted by the University of Bengkulu LPPM in the village of Rindu Hati, several problems were found, such as the cleanliness of the village, the absence of a garbage disposal site. This of course can cause various problems for visitors and the community, one of which can affect public health and the environment. Efforts that can be made are the Guidance of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS). The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education to the Rindu Hati village community so that they can maintain environmental cleanliness and health through the proper and correct application of PHBS, increase community knowledge and skills in managing household waste and environmental waste, and improve community skills in disease management. environmental impacts and independently in preventing and overcoming the health problems it faces. The methods used are: health education about waste management, training to utilize waste. The participants who took part in this activity were 50 people consisting of environmental groups, PKK cadres, health cadres, village officials, and housewives. The results of this community service activity show an increase in community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health, this can be seen from the community's ability to implement PHBS and utilize waste that has economic value.

Abstract: Community Service Activity is conducted in the form of training in the utilization of information technology in data processing that aims to provide knowledge and skills for the village apparatus in Buntu Pane subdistrict in data processing that is computerized as one way in making an institution decision.The target in this activity is the village apparatus in Buntu Pane sub-district which is approximately 25 people. Training in data processing is done by lecture method, demonstration, and practice with a question and answer. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of SPSS software as one of the media in data processing. Demonstration method is used to show a working process that is stages of recognizing the existing tools in the software SPSS and know each function, while the method of practice to practice data processing based on information technology by processing a certain data. While the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity in consultation to overcome obstacles in understanding the material already obtained. The end result of activities is expected to accelerate and facilitate the employees in decision making for the future.Keywords: Data processing, SPSS software, computer, information technologyAbstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk Tridarma perguruan Tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seorang dosen. Pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini akan mengimplementasikan kompetensi keilmuan yang dimiliki agar memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat, dimana kegiatan ini dilakukkan dalam bentuk pelatihan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengolahan data yang bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi para perangkat desa di kecamatan Buntu Pane dalam pengolahan data yang bersifat komputerisasi sebagai salah satu cara dalam pengambilan keputusan sebuah instansi.Sasaran dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah para perangkat desa di kecamatan Buntu Pane yang berjumlah lebih kurang 25 orang. Pelatihan dalam pengolahan data ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software SPSS sebagai salah satu media dalam pengolahan data. Metode demonstrasi dipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahap mengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software SPSS dan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkan metode latihan untuk mempraktikkan pengolahan data berbasis teknologi informasi dengan mengolah sebuah data tertentu. Sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah para pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk masa yang akan datang.Kata kunci: Pengolahan data, Software SPSS, komputer, teknologi informasi

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengatasi dampak Covid -19 terhadap UMKM Getuk Goreng Hj. Tohirin. Permasalahan utama yang dialami oleh UMKM Getuk Goreng Hj. Tohirin di masa pandemi Covid-19 yakni penurunan pendapatan akibat menurunnya jumlah wisatawan yang datang ke Sokaraja. Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan, terdapat sub permasalahan yang terjadi pada UMKM Getuk Goreng Hj. Tohirin yakni Sumber Daya Manusia yang dimiliki UMKM yang kurang memahami teknologi. Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yakni pendampingan pemasaran dan penjualan daring dan pendampingan pemanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk pencatatan transaksi keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yakni munculnya akun media sosial, akun digital marketplace, dan laporan keuangan terkomputerisasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan UMKM Getuk Goreng Hj. Thohirin dalam melakukan aktivitas bisnisnya. Kegiatan ini juga berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan karyawan untuk mengelola akun media sosial dan akun digital marketplace milik UMKM Getuk Goreng Hj. Thohirin serta keterampilan membuat pembukuan dengan computer. AbstractThis community service activity aims to overcome the impact of Covid -19 on SMEs Getuk Goreng Hj. Tohirin. The main problem that occurs at SMEs Getuk Goreng Hj. Tohirin during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely a decrease in income due to the decline in the number of tourists who came to Sokaraja. Based on the survey conducted, there are sub-problems that occur in Getuk Goreng SMEs Hj. Tohirin, namely Human Resources owned by SMEs who do not understand technology. Solutions taken to overcome these problems are assistance in online marketing and sales and assistance in the use of information technology for recording financial transactions. The results of this service activity are the emergence of social media accounts, digital marketplace accounts, and computerized financial reports that can be utilized by SMEs Getuk Goreng Hj. Thohirin in carrying out his business activities. This activity also succeeded in improving employees' skills to manage social media accounts and digital marketplace accounts belonging to SMEs Getuk Goreng Hj. Thohirin and his computer bookkeeping skills.

The Village

The maximum empowerment of village potential is one way to improve the economy. Purwosekar Village, Tajinan Subdistrict, Malang Regency, has the potential of natural and human resources that can be developed. Ownership of a reservoir that was previously neglected, a lot of garbage, sediment, and wild plants will be a very valuable asset if conceptualized water tourism. Moreover, the village community has many skills and handmade products, which are still confused about the marketing media. Thus it is necessary to plan and conceptualize steps to empower the reservoir to become a tourist site which will later be a means of promoting processed products for villagers. The activities carried out are aimed at 1) providing design designs using the SketchUp Pro 3D Design Program for tourism reservoir concepts 2). Provide stages of activities to develop the potential of village tourism village design. This community service activity has an output target in the form of a tourism reservoir design. So that through this service activities can help disseminate the promotion of products created by the village community

In order to reduce poverty and create a prosperous society, we are not only challenged to prepare Human Resources who are ready to work, but also must be able to prepare and create the employment by entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship or have an own business is a dream for many people since there are many benefits can be obtained. In this context, the concern of growing the spirit of entrepreneurship on housewives in the village of Sei Mencirim is based on several reasons. First, by entrepreneurship, housewives are able to help the heads of household in improving family living standards. Second, since housewives have more free time, it is going to be more efficient if used for entrepreneurship. Third, housewives tend to be more skilled at managing time and easily to socialize with others. Thus, to foster this entrepreneurial spirit, it is necessary to familiarize housewives about the importance of entrepreneurship, so that, later, housewives in Sei Mencirim village can understand the importance of entrepreneurship. The objectives of this community service are: (1) To provide a deeper insight of the entrepreneurship importance, especially for housewives in Sei Mencirim Village, Jati Dusun II Street, (2) To see how much housewives’ interest in Sei Mencirim Village, Jati Dusun II Street for entrepreneurship, (3) To share the knowledge about how to see business opportunities for housewives in Sei Mencirim Village, Jati Dusun II Street. The result of this community service activity is the community has been able to make a small group in making the projects for housewives as an alternative that can be used to build the business later and housewives can help improve the family economy without forgetting its role.

The Village

The implementation of community service activities in Watusipi Village was motivated by decreased community income during the pandemic period and the absence of creative efforts by the community to utilize the potential of human and natural resources in the village. It is hoped that the implementation of the KKN Mandiri for a month will provide assistance and build togetherness with village officials and the community to build creative business opportunities that can be done to improve the economic life of the community. One of the superior products of Watusipi village is coconut, so this service activity will be divided into two sub-activities, namely assistance in making coconut chips and assistance in marketing of coconut chips products. This assistance was carried out for three weeks with the target being mothers who are members of the Dasawisma. In the fourth week a survey was conducted to determine the market response to coconut chips products. The achievement of this mentoring activity is quite good because of the active involvement of the participants and the full support of the Village Government, and also from BUMDes, is a seller coconut chip.

Managing Homestay Training in the Tourism Village of Donokerto. Donokerto Village is one of the pioneering tourist villages that has quite a good potential in terms of the diversity of tourist attractions. In addition to tourist attractions, as the main factor triggering a visit, Homestay is one of the main sources of income which is very strategic to be taken into account in every management of a tourist village. Remembering Homestay is a basic need for every tourist who wants to visit to enjoy the attraction of the village in a long time As a tourism village that is being pioneered, Donokerto Village does not yet have human resources or a community that understands the ins and outs of Homestay management. Therefore, AMPTA Yogyakarta College of Tourism in collaboration with PUM Netherlands Senior Experts held community service with the theme "Training of Managing Homestays in Donokerto Village". The community service activities were carried out using the presentation method and then followed by a panel discussion. The recommendation from this community service activity is that proper homestay management is a crucial factor in creating a safe, comfortable and tourist-friendly tourist village. The Village

This study aims to determine the effect of community participation, transparency, accountability, quality of human resources, utulization of information technology and the implementation of internal control system on village financial management. This research was conducted in the village of Kampar Regency. The population in this study were village officials who worked at the village office in Kampar District, amounting to 242 villages. This study used purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 150 respondents, from each village 5 respondents would be taken with the criteria of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Finance, Section Chief and BPD. The test was carried out using SPSS 25.0 for Windows and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Community participation influences the effectiveness of village financial management with a regression coefficient of 0.000; (2) Transparency influences the effectiveness of village financial management with a regression coefficient of 0.005; (3) Accountability influences the effectiveness of village financial management with a regression coefficient of 0.043; (4) The quality of human resources influences the effectiveness of village financial management with a regression coefficient of 0.011; (5) The use of information technology influences the effectiveness of village financial management with a regression coefficient of 0.003; (6) The application of an internal control system influences the effectiveness of village financial management with a regression coefficient of 0.000.
