<p class="p2">This study aims to determine the effect of moderate leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha and social attitudes on employee’s performance at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja, both separately and together. This research is an ex-post facto research. The population in this study were all 77 employees of STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja who were directly used as research samples. The independent variable in this study are moderate leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha and social attitudes, while the dependent variable is employees’ performance. The instrument used was a moderate leadership questionnaire based on Tri Kaya Parisudha, social attitudes, and employees’ performance. The data analysis method usedwais multiple regression and partial correlation techniques. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of moderate leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha on employees’ performance, 2) there was a significant effect of social attitudes on employees’ performance, and 3) there was a significant effect of moderate leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha and social attitudes towards employees’ performance.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>

Internet banking is currently a method of providing banking services to its customers. PT. Bank Bukopin uses Internet Banking technology in an effort to provide satisfaction to its customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, privacy, responsiveness, compensation and contact on the quality of internet banking services on customer satisfaction. The independent variable is the quality of internet banking services using 7 variable dimensions, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The data analysis method uses multiple regression. The results showed that efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, responsiveness and compensation on the quality of internet banking services had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Bukopin Pontianak Branch. While privacy and contacts on the quality of internet banking services have a negative and significant impact on customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Bukopin Pontianak Branch.

The headmaster's performance is influenced by several factors. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of education and training and managerial competence on the performance of school principals. The method used in this research is quantitative with an ex-post facto design. Sampling was selected in a multistage manner from 19 State Senior High Schools in North Luwu Regency. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires for further data analysis with multiple regression. The test results show the effect of education and training on the performance of principals with a coefficient of 43.7%, the effect of managerial competence on the performance of principals with a coefficient of 52.5% and the effect of education and training and managerial competence on the performance of principals with a coefficient of 52, 6%. Thus, it is concluded that the implementation of education and training, as well as managerial competence, affect the performance of school principals.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that influence intention to invest in stocks of an individual. This research are using quantitative data with 395 questionnaires collected from Batam residents who as sample. Questionnaire consists indicators for independent variable that included attitude, perceived behavioural control, subjective norms, past behavioral biases and intention to invest. Multiple regression used as the analysis method and result showed that all independent variable have a positive significant effect on intention to invest. It means those factors can motivated an individual to invest in stocks market.

This study aims to determine the method of adult Al-Qur'an education (Dirosa) on the ability to read the Koran. This research is descriptive quantitative research with the ex-post facto design. Determination of the sample is 50% of the population entitled 90, namely 45 research samples. The research data use questionnaire and test instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Before carrying out data analysis, the data were tested first, namely normality test and homogeneity test. Data analysis The results of the study used descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis analysis. The results showed that: (1) the method of adult Al-Quran education (Dirosa) as a whole respondents who answered always (SL) by 65%, who answered frequently (SR) by 30%, who answered sometimes (KD) for 5%, who answer rarely (JR) and never (TP) by 0%; (2) Ability to read al-Qur'an respondents with excellent predicate of 43 or 96%, good predicate of 2 or 4%, predicate sufficient, predicate less and predicate failed at 0 or 0%; (3) Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of adult Al-Qur'an education methods (variable X) on the ability to read the Qur'an (Variable Y) with the independent variable (method Dirosa) to the honest variable ( Qur'anic reading ability is 67.2%, while other variable costs. Significance value is 0,000 <0,05 so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant (significant) influence of the Dirosa (X) method variable on the ability to read the Qur'an (Y). The interpretation of the r-value of 0.820 shows very strong

The purpose of this research was to find out the significant and positive correlation between student perception about parenting parents and learning achievement, learning habits and learning achievement, and student perception about parenting parents and learning habits together with learning achievement thematic of fourth grade students SD Muhammadiyah Metro Central. The type of research was ex-post facto correlation. Population was 230 and sample was 70 students. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaire and documentation studies. Data analysis technique used was product moment correlation and multiple correlation. The results showed that there was a significant and positive correlation between student perception about parenting parents and learning achievement indicated at low level, there was a significant and positive correlation between learning habits and learning achievement indicated at low level, and there was a significant and positive correlation between student perception about parenting parents and learning habits together with learning achievement indicated at moderate level. Raising financial literation and inclusion of financial can developing small micro entrepreneurship (UMKM) because the agent of UMKM can undesrtand the basic concept of financial product, planning and good management financial, also protecting then from deception and unhealthy work from financial market. This research purposes to know the affection of financial literation and financial inclusion toward developing UMKM work in Sidoarjo area. This research is used ex-post facto with the quantitative approaching. The collected data of the research based on the interview and quetioner distribution with sampling technique which is simple random sampling. Technique of data analysis in this research is analysis of linier double regression with helping program SPSS computer. The result of this research can conclude that financial literation and financial inclusive prove that be an affected factor of developing work UMKM in Sidoarjo. In this research, we investigate impact of Inflation Rate, Interes Rate and Earning per Share as independent variable to the PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk. stock price. We use causality research with multiple regression analysis method to answer the hypothesis. As conclusion that find, all independent variabel have impact significantly to the stock price in 0.78%. In partial, inflation has no impact to the stock price. In other way, interest rate have significantly influence to the stock price. But the influence is negative. EPS fositive have influence significantly to stock price.

This study evaluates the effect of director’s tunnelling on asset utilization of companies in consumer goods sector in Nigeria using a panel data collected from annual financial report of thirty listed consumer goods firm in Nigeria between 2011 and 2016. The study was based on ex-post-facto research design and the data collected were analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression. The study finds that the director’s pay and equity holding varies widely among consumer goods firms. Chairman’s pay and director’s equity holding have a statistically significant effect on asset utilization at 5% level. While the director’s pay policy has no statistically significant effect on asset utilization. The finding shows pay, chairman’s pay and director’s equity holding are three major avenues used for tunnelling as they have a significant effect on tunnelling. The study recommends that policymaker should formulate a policy that will reduce the tunnelling tendency of directors and board chairman.

This study aims to examine and analyse the effect of ease of shopping, online customer reviews and perceptions of maslahah on online shopping decisions among UINSI and UMKT Samarinda students. The type of research used is field research. The sample in this study was 198 people who had shopped online. The method of collecting data is a questionnaire is distributed online using Google form. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that of the three variables of ease of shopping, online customer review and perception of maslahah simultaneously affect online shopping decisions. From the calculation of SPSS 23. For the Ftest, it is known that Fcount = 187.146 > Ftable 2.65 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.5. Partially, it is known that the ease of shopping, online customer reviews and the perception of maslahah have a significant effect of online shopping decisions. In addition to the Ftest and t-test, the R2 test is known to have an R square value of 0.743 which means the magnitude of the independent variable 74.3%.
