<p><em>Learning activities are one of the activities that cannot be separated from education, especially learning Hinduism. In addition to teacher parents have an important role in developing the character of their students. It can be said that the purpose of education will be achieved if learning activities can take place well and maximally. The theory used to analyze the problem is the structural theory of functionalism by Artadi, structural functionalism theory by Nasikum, and structural functional theory by Triguna. Data collection methods are observation, interview, literature study, and documentation study. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis method with steps of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed (1) the implementation of the action in stage II had run better compared to phase I. Some indicators that were lacking in achievement in class I could be improved, (2) weaknesses in the implementation of phase I lesson study the apparent weaknesses were in presenting learning, Model teachers still have very little to do with learning with the experience of everyday students and the use of the environment as a source of learning, stage II the ability of the model teacher to use various ways to generate enthusiasm for student learning (providing motivation). As far as possible students need to be encouraged to be able to organize their own learning and use interpersonal interactions with friends and teachers to develop cognitive / intellectual abilities and social abilities. This indicator gets less attention from the teacher, perhaps because in learning most of the students have shown activeness, (3) Factors that support the application of lesson study on the learning of Hindu Religion in Denpasar Saraswati 1 Middle School, namely 1) students learn actively; 2) innovative students; 3) creative students; 4) students who study effectively; 5) pleasant atmosphere; 6) teachers who teach; 7) the issuance of the Teacher and Lecturer Law; 8) collaborative arrangement of goals, attention to data collection about student learning, and agreements that provide opportunities for productive discussion on difficult issues.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p>

This study aimed to determine the marketing activities of pilgrim package tour that have been performed by PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel, develop strategies and also marketing programs that can be implemented by the company. Data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis, analysis of the Likert scale and SWOT analysis approach. The results obtained there are four teen indicators of strengths, weaknesses of tree indicators, four indicators of opportunities and four indicators threats. Marketing strategies that can be implemented by the firm such as 1)create and develop a quality product, 2)provide rebates to customers who have used the services of PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel several times.The advice given are more active in the promotion by giving rebates, conduct marketing activities as E-commers, expand cooperation with business trips or individuals.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) pada membaca pemahaman materi teks cerita fabel dan mengenali hambatan-hambatan pelaksanaan serta cara mengatasinya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas VII A SMP Negeri 10 Bengkulu Tengah. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari aktivitas pembelajaran siswa di kelas dan guru mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi pembelajaran di kelas. Taknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung di kelas untuk mengenali hambatan dan memberi solusi penyelesaiannya. Hasil penelitianmembuktikan bahwa model CORE dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran siswa pada pembelajaran membaca pemahaman materi teks cerita fabel dan terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya.Kata Kunci: Model CORE, membaca pemahaman, cerita fabel.�AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the CORE learningmodel (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) on reading theunderstanding of fable story text material and recognizing the obstacles toimplementation and how to overcome them. Enhancing Early Childhood Ability to Know the Concept of Numbers through Using of Learning Media Based on Nature. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of children to understand the concept of numbers through using of learning media based on nature.  The type of research conducted is Classroom Action Research with data collection techniques in the form of observations and performance and then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. This research was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. In the first cycle the percentage of student performance achieved 30% of the percentage before use the cycle, in this cycle students who managed to achieve the Minimum Completeness Criteria drove 11 people who had not succeeded in achieving a large of minimum completeness criteria students could participate in learning activities well and encourage very active when using media. So the research continued the second cycle in cycle II, the percentage reached 45% and all students who succeeded in reaching 20 people managed to reach the minimum completeness criteria while the observations showed that students were very interested in learning to use the prepared media. From the results of the implementation of the first cycle and the second cycle the increase in the percentage of student learning completeness reached 75% of the percentage before cycle use. Thus, it can be denied that the learning media based on nature can improve the ability of children to understand the concept of numbers to support learning activities in early childhood can use media that are either natural media or media that have been supportive in order to produce learning that is conducive to children's abilities.

The purpose of this research is to define the use of audio-visual media in improving dance understanding in students, to find out the understanding of dance after using audio-visual media. This type of research is a classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in a recurring cycle through four stages namely planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. This research was conducted at Ende 5 Elementary School in Ende Regency. The subjects in this study were grade V students, amounting to 28 people. The collection methods used are interviews, observation, documenta   tion, and test. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis of teacher observation, observation of student learning activities and student understanding of the results. Based on the results of the evaluation of the first cycle with a percentage of mastery comprehension of students 50% with an average of 72.53%, the results of the evaluation of the second cycle with the percentage of completeness of students' understanding 82.14% with an average of 78.67% then the use of audio visual media can improve understanding dance with an increase of 6.14%.

Purpose: This study focuses on analyzing the commission given to online travel agent to the room occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. The purpose of this study are to analyze the contribution of the commission of online travel agent to the room occupancy and find out which OTA that contributed the most to the room occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. Research methods: The methods of data collection applied for this research are observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative analysis techniques analyzed using SPSS Program to find out the influence of the commission given to OTA and qualitative descriptive analysis to interpret data information through words. Results and discussions: The results showed that the commission for OTA contributed to the room occupancy and there was a positive and significant influence partially by giving commission to Agoda.com with Sig. value 0.029, Booking.com with Sig. value 0.020, CTRIP with Sig. value 0.018, and Expedia with Sig. value 0.014 to the room occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. Besides, simultaneously by giving commission to Agoda.com, Booking.com, CTRIP, and Expedia positively and significantly influences the room occupancy with Sig. value 0.00. Those OTA give contribution about 56.6 percent toward the room occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. The OTA that contributed the most in affecting the room occupancy is Expedia with the smallest significant value at 0.014. Expedia's room production directly contributes greatly to increasing room occupancy at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali because the percentage of commission fees to Expedia is effective as a motivation to provide high room production and also consistently increases every year. Implications: The suggestion given to management is the commission to each OTA needs to be evaluated more to maximize room occupancy as not to burden the hotel expenses.

Lesson study is an activity carried out collaboratively by teachers in planning a creative, effective and communicative learning process so that the desired learning objectives can be achieved. Student learning activities in learning science are observed using a scientific approach that is the ability of students to observe objects, submit questions, gather information, associate and communicate learning materials. The purpose of this study is to determined the increase in student learning activities in science learning through lesson study in MIN 3 Langsa and MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. The sample of this study consisted of 60 fifth grade students from 30 MIN 3 Langsa students and 30 MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang students. The sampling technique used by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation sheets totaling 15 items consisting of 5 indicators of learning activities. Data were analyzed by comparing the average score of each item with the maximum score using the percentage formula. The results showed an increase in student learning activities in science learning in both Madrasah Ibtidaiyah namely 32.98% MIN 2 Aceh Tamiang and 42.16% MIN 3 Langsa. Thus it can be concluded that student learning activities in science learning can be improved through lesson study

With the development of technology and the emergence of various communication platforms, interaction can become easier. Especially in the online learning period, almost 90% of educational and non-educational interactions are carried out through WhatsApp Groups. The purpose of this paper is to find out directly the use of WhatsApp Groups in building communication between parents and teachers and to find out the obstacles faced by parents and teachers in using WhatsApp Groups at SD IT Teuku Umar. This type of research is field research (field research). Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the use of WhatsApp Group was used as a means to support student learning activities outside of school hours. So that it will make children enthusiastic about learning when they are at home. The obstacles faced by parents and teachers in the use of WhatsApp Groups are in the technical part, namely the package quota runs out and internet network disturbances, the ethics of using groups in the WhatsApp Group application, the lack of response from students' parents due to their busy lives and there are still parents who do not understand the information. given from the teacher to the parents of students

This study aims to increase student learning activities in science learning through the Jigsaw type learning model at SMPN 7 Bukittinggi. This research method used classroom action research which is carried out in 2 cycles. The instrument used is an observation sheet. The data analysis technique of this research used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the first cycle of student activity in bringing source books/reading 50.3%, cooperation in groups 59.6%, expressing opinions in large groups 35.7%, working on questions in groups 45.7%, pointing to hands answered the quiz 24%. While in the second cycle there was a significant increase, in the aspect of bringing source books/reading 67.5%, cooperation in groups 74%, expressing opinions in large groups 59%, working on questions in groups 76%, and pointing hands to answer quizzes 65% . This shows that the learning activities of grade VII-8 students of SMPN 7 Bukitinggi are in the high category. So it can be concluded that the Jigsaw type learning model can improve student learning activities in science learning.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.
