The activity this community service aimed to help a small business N’Up to manage their business and increase entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, several activities conducted to help UMKM build their marketing strategy and optimize production process by re-locate the factory, re-layout facilities and also analyze their productivity using total productivity model. AHP Method was used to determine the new location of production process. After implementation, they have proper location and facilities and ready to sell their product by using e-commerce.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

Abstrak — Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Petungsewu Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang sebagai Desa Mitra, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dupa. Masalah yang dihadapi pengrajin dupa di desa Mitra adalah masih menghasilkan dupa mentah, kesulitan pemasaran sehingga pendapatan usaha masih rendah. Tujuan program adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pengrajin dupa melalui diversifikasi produk yaitu menghasilkan produk dupa wangi kemasan, dan penerapan strategi pemasaran produk dengan pola kemitraan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi dupa wangi kemasan, penciptaan merek dagang, dan merintis kemitraan dengan pelaku usaha dupa yang sudah berhasil. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari pengembangan hasil produksi atau diversifikasi produk, sehingga tidak hanya memproduksi dupa setengah jadi, tetapi mampu menghasilkan produk jadi dikemas dan siap dijual. Pola kemitraan yang dilakukan dengan cara perdagangan umum dalam bentuk kerjasama pemasaran, produk dari pengrajin dupa dari desa mitra disetorkan kepada pelaku usaha mitra untuk dijual. Hasil kegiatan pengrajin dupa sudah mampu menghasilkan dupa wangi kemasan dengan merk Gunung Katu sebagai produk unggulan, produk dupa wangi Gunung Katu mulai dikenal pasar, dan memperoleh nilai tambah usaha berupa peningkatan pendapatan.Abstract — Community service activities are carried out in Petungsewu Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency as Mitra Village, with a focus on empowering incense micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The problem faced by incense craftsmen in Mitra village is that it still produces raw incense, marketing difficulties so that business income is still low. The aim of the program is to increase the income of the community of incense craftsmen through product diversification, namely producing fragrant incense packaging products, and implementing a product marketing strategy with a partnership pattern. The method applied is training and mentoring the production of fragrant incense packaging, creating trademarks, and initiating partnerships with successful incense businesses. Training and assistance are carried out as part of the development of production or product diversification, so that not only producing semi-finished incense, but able to produce finished products that are packaged and ready for sale. The partnership pattern is carried out by means of general trading in the form of marketing cooperation, products from incense craftsmen from partner villages are deposited to partner business actors for sale. The results of the incense craftsman activity has been able to produce incense fragrance packaging with the Gunung Katu brand as a superior product, Gunung

The COVID-19 pandemic will leave an enduring mark on North Carolina’s small business community. Using a phenomenological framework, we conducted a series of in-depth semi-structured interviews with small business owners about how they addressed the pandemic’s challenges. Four central themes emerged that illustrate the complexity and nuance of small business resiliency. Our data suggest that to survive and thrive, entrepreneurs had to: (1) be adaptable and willing to pivot, (2) have an entrepreneurial spirit, (3) leverage their social capital, and (4) have the knowledge and ability to apply for aid programs.

Community Service is one part of the direct contribution from academics, in this case the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University to the community. On this occasion the Trisakti University FEB team had the opportunity to provide training on Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) for MSMEs. This training is considered important considering that the understanding of MSME actors in terms of the flow cost of material is still very minimal, so that in the implementation of their business there are still very few who apply it in the production process. This training aims to educate MSME actors in terms of flow cost accounting for the use of their production materials, MSMEs can sort out the types and types of materials to be used so as to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of production to increase sales and business profits. PKM training will be carried out using an online method considering the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, which until now has not allowed face-to-face/off-line training. The output of this PKM will be published to the public so that it can provide wider benefits.

In general, the residents of RT 004 RW 03 have a level of education at the junior and senior high school levels. This is due to the economic factors and the absence of encouragement from parents for their children to continue their education to a higher level. Moreover, women who do not continue their education at school are unemployed or decide to become housewives, because they do not have the skills to live independently. Most of the mothers are only housewives who only take care of their children and husbands. This condition cannot improve the economic condition of the family that is not fixed and coupled with the high economic burden that requires each family to be able to think creatively in order to survive amid the economic pressure. The objectives of this community service activity included: Assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment in the formation of business groups, assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment on how to utilize and cultivate the broiler rabbits as a small entrepreneur. The implementation of this training activity was expected to help in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in rabbit cultivation for underprivileged people through the formation of a small business group of women of Family Welfare and Empowerment and in the form of published scientific articles. Abstrak Warga masyarakat yang berada di RT 004 RW 03 pada umumnya adalah lulusan SMP dan SMU. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi dan tidak adanya dorongan dari orang tua agar anak-anak mereka melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Terlebih anak perempuan yang tidak melanjutkan sekolah akhirnya menganggur atau hidup berumah tangga, karena mereka tidak mempunyai bekal keterampilan untuk bisa hidup mandiri. Sebagian besar ibu-ibu hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga yang hanya mengurusi anak dan suaminya. Kondisi ini tidak dapat memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi keluarga, penghasilan yang tidak tetap dan ditambah beban ekonomi yang tinggi menuntut setiap keluarga untuk dapat berfikir kreatif agar dapat bertahan hidup ditengah himpitan ekonomi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: Membantu Ibu PKK dalam pembentukan kelompok usaha yang harus dibentuk, membantu Ibu PKK dalam cara pemanfaatan dan pengolahan kelinci pedaging sebagai wirusaha kecil. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha budidaya kelinci bagi masyarakat prasejahtera melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha kecil ibu PKK dan berupa luaran artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan.

Community empowerment is one of the keys to the success of a village to prosper the lives of its people, with the potential of existing villages, where the community can develop ideas, creations of superior products in the village that generate entrepreneurial spirit in accordance with the provisions given by the government for village development. Padamatang Pasawahan Kuningan village is one of the villages that has a lot of natural resource potential that can be managed and developed into a superior product from the village including Processed Tempe and Emping (Melinjo). The method for carrying out this activity through several stages, namely the stages of preparation, socialization, training, and assistance. The condition of the COVID-19 Pandemic which is full of uncertainty makes the elderly easily plagued by feelings of excessive anxiety which has an impact on physical health conditions. The purpose of the community service was to provide mental and psychosocial support (MHPSS) during Covid-19 pandemic through booklets. The method used health education by distributing booklets. The activity was conducted in Blitar district area through the online network on February 2021 with 21 elderly people as the respondents. The results showed that the elderly were able to follow all the activities given and able to re-practice physical activities that could be done to deal with anxiety as a psychological impact of COVID-19 properly. Batik activity is one form of occupational therapy for People with mental disorders to continue to be carried out so that independence and entrepreneurial spirit can increase, so they will be more productive. The Mental and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) for all elderly groups in the community needs to be continuously carried out by involving elderly cadres as an effort to control anxiety as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

This vegetable processing training aims to build the entrepreneurial spirit of RT 03/04 with the utilization of processed red spinach and broccoli vegetables which if developed over the long term will foster a productive economy that can increase family income. In addition, it is hoped that later, ladies and gentlemen, RT 03/04 Tamalanrea Jaya Village is able to form a Trade Business that produces Broccoli and Red Spinach Vegetable ice cream. Community service activities are carried out with training methods in practice and theory. For two days, the community members were invited to understand the purpose, benefits and application of healthy processed broccoli vegetables as a nutritious processed food and economic value. Presentation of learning material related to the importance of community empowerment through an independent learning process, this group is carried out in accordance with the material, goals and practical benefits of each theme. At the last session, this community service activity was presented with a demonstration of cooking food, processing broccoli and red spinach vegetables into healthy, practical ice cream and liked by all people. The waste of cassava peel is thrown away by the community, cassava peel can be used as a variety of snacks including sticks. Sticks are an attractive, varied and easier to carry, can be an innovation in increasing people's income. The service activity aims to provide knowledge, skills and guidance to PKK mothers, UMKM people in processing products made from cassava peel into sticks in Kampung Panjang Village. This activity is expected to motivate the entrepreneurial spirit towards innovative and economical efforts to increase income. The method of this activity is counseling in the form of serving the benefits of cassava peel and training and guidance on how to process cassava skin into steak. The results of the community service are obtained: a) Participants knew the benefits and importance of training cassava peel processing as an alternative to household side activities, b) Activness the participants during the service shows a positive response seen from the enthusiasm, discussion, question and answer and good cooperation. c) The achievement level of the target program has been the participants who have applied the processing of cassava peel to sticks with various flavors.
