The study aimed to identify the major opportunities and challenges of e-training through e-platforms. A questionnaire has been administered as the main tool to collect the data. The study has adopted the descriptive approach and has been carried out during The second semester of the academic year 1441. The population of the study consisted of the affiliates of the Faculty of Education, Taiba University while the sample of the study comprised 150 participants who were selected as a simple random sampling. Many statistical methods have been used such as frequencies, means, and standard deviation. Findings revealed that the major opportunities and challenges were to give opportunities to involve many trainees in different geographic locations. Findings also showed that technical problems were the major challenge such as slow network, poor connection or sometimes being disconnected which impacted the training process. Findings also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the sample views towards opportunities and challenges pertaining to e-training through e-platforms that could be ascribed to gender, qualification, or preferred platforms. The study has concluded with many recommendations; one of which is to affirm the effectiveness of e-training through e-platforms as an important and major entrance to enable the human workforce to align with sustainability goals.

The current research aims to identify the level of fear of Covid-19 and loneliness among Yemeni students in China, and to determine the relationship between them and whether there are differences in the responses of the research sample according to gender. The research adopted the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data from the research sample. The research community consisted of Yemeni students in China who were enrolled in the 2021 academic year, the sample is (301) male and female students who were selected using a simple random sampling method. The results showed that the level of fear of Covid-19 and the degree of loneliness were high. There is a positive relationship between fear of COVID-19 and loneliness. There are differences in fear of Covid-19 according to the gender variable in favor of males, and differences in loneliness in favor of females.

This document he 20-25 years old female university students from Jiangsu province in China and Seoul in South Korea were chosen as the subjects. The method of simple random sampling and analyzing questionnaires was employed and the questionnaire content are following: 50 questions referring body cognition and figure satisfaction and 11 questions investigating subjects’ acceptence of various clothing styles. Responses data were collected and processed by the SPSS (17.0 for Windows) statistical software and statistical methods of Descriptive analysis, Crosstabs, Mean multiple comparison (Duncan) was employed. This study focused on female college students’ self-figure cognition, self-figure satisfaction and dressing desire and would offer reference and advice about developing China’s and South Korea’s apparel trade.

This research is purposed to reveal the contribution oflearning motivation and laboratory facilities of the subjectslearning outcomes Perform Computer Maintenance Class Xstudent of Computer Engineering and Networks SMK Negeri 8Padang. The research is a descriptive correlational . The researchpopulation numbered is 59 people and sample totaled 37 studentsof class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMK Negeri 8Padang Academic Year 2012/2013.Using Technique of randomsampling ( Simple random sampling ) . and Data collection usingquestionnaires and documentation . Data were analyzed usingPearson product moment correlation and multiple correlation foranalysis . The results of data analysis showed : ( 1 ) learningmotivation to contribute 25.16 % of the learning outcomes ofstudents of SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 ,(2) laboratory facilities accounted for 19.82 % of the learningoutcomes of students of SMK Negeri 8 Champaign AcademicYear 2012/2013 , (3) Learning Motivation and Labor facilitiestogether accounted for 27.84 % of the learning outcomes ofstudents of SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 . Soit can be concluded that the motivation to learn and laboratoryfacilities contribute to the learning outcomes , the higher thestudents' motivation in the learning process and the betterutilization of laboratory facilities , the learning outcomes will behigher.

Abstrak: Selama ini guru dalam pembelajaran PPKn di sekolah umumnya memfokuskan diri pada upaya menuangkan pengetahuan kepada siswa tanpa memperhatikan gagasan yang telah ada dalam diri siswa sebelum mereka belajar formal di sekolah. Guru masih menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional yaitu memberi materi melalui ceramah, dapat dipahami bahwa hasil belajar siswa masih belum memenuhi standar ketuntasan dalam belajar. Salah satu jalan keluarnya adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang memperhatikan kebutuhan siswa sehingga akan bisa berpengaruh terhadap perolehan hasil belajar siswa, salah satu model pembelajaran tersebut adalah model pembelajaran Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction.Tujuannya yaitu yang dapat mempengaruhi ranah kognitif siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan perbaikan hasil belajar siswa.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pra eksperimen, desain yang digunakan yaitu static group comparison dengan menggunakan tekhnik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel adalah 69 siswa dari dua kelas yang dijadikan sampel. Kelas VII-2  sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 33 orang dan kelas VII-3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 36 orang, pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes pilihan ganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa diperoleh  thitung 10,81 dan ttabel 1,671 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05% sehingga thitung > ttabel, maka hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka hipotesis Ha berbunyi “Terdapat Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran  Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction  Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VII Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn di VII MTs Negeri 1 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016”. Abstract:  During this time teacher in study civie education always focusing on how to transfer knowledge to students without attention on student idea that they have, before they learn in formal school. Teacher still apply the material like, talk or speech. We can conclude that student learning result incompleteness in learning standard. In case. One of them is how to apply learning model with focusing on students need, so that learner can get learning process active with give influence in students learning result, one of them is learning model assurance, relevance, interest,  assessment, satisfaction.The tyke of this research is quantitative with pra experiment approach, the design is used static group comparison by wing use technique simple random sampling with amount 69 person of two class as sample. Class VII-2 as control class  equal to 33 person  and class VII-3 as experiment class equal to 36 person, collecting data by using multiple choice test.According to the result of this research indicate that acquire t arithmetic 10,81 and t table 1,671with significant degree 0,05% so that t arithmetic > t table,  it is means hypothesis Ho is refused and Ha is accepted.  in case hypothesis Ha there have influence of learning assurance, relevance, interest, assessment, satisfaction on students   learning   result of civie education lesson in student class  VII MTs Negeri 1 mataram academic year 2016/2016.

This study aims to analyze the influences of entrepreneurial knowledge and social family supports on students interest in entrepreneurship. Population of this study were students from grade XI, for academic year 2013-2014 with total 368 students. 191 samples were taken using simple random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires and documentations. This study was using quantitative analysis with multiple linear regresion. The results showed that there are Partially, there is no effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on students interest in entrepreneurship, and where as there is effect of social family supports on students interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneous effects betwen entrepreneurial knowledge and social family supports on students interest in entrepreneurship.

The study was aimed at seeing how extracurricular Islamic spirituality affects student’s behavior at SMAN 10 Bengkulu. The kind of research that was used in this study was quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data-collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, interview, and documentation. The sample in this study was all of the students who have participated in extracurricular Islamic Spirituality at SMAN 10 Bengkulu. Researchers used probability sampling techniques of simple random sampling. Research data analysis used simple linier regression analysis, F-Test, t-test, and coefficient determinations (R2) with the help of SPSS 16. The finding of these studies' extracurricular activities of Islamic spirituality affects student’s behavior. This was evidenced by tcount of 3,120 whereas ttable of 2,037 at a significant level of 0.05. Based on these results tcount was greater than the expectation tchart. Thus, it may be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected so that there was an influence of Islamic spirituality extracurricular activities on student behavior by 22.8% while the remaining 77.2% was influenced by other factors not studied in this study.

This study is generally attempted to find the correlation between students’ self-efficacy and their performance in speaking skill at the second grade of SMPN 18 Mataram in academic year 2017/2018 .The method of the research applied is correlation research (explanatory design). The population of this research consist of three clasess of SMPN 18 Mataram  which number 59 population and the  sample of the study is 52 students. The sample technique used in this research is simple random sampling technique by using slovin formula. Based on the result of the study, there was correlation between self-efficacy and their performance in speaking skill in which r-test (0,80) > r-table (0,268), its means the value of r-test was higher than r-table. From the research data it was found out that there was significant correlation between students’ self-efficacy and their performance in speaking skill. This was proved by the t-test score (7,957) was higher than t-table (1,675) the degree of freedom (df) was used 50. It can be concluded that self-efficacy and their performance in speaking skill has significant correlation at the second grade students of SMPN 18 Mataram. Finally, the researcher suggests that should be more creative to make students self-efficacy increased in using media or strategy that students do not feel bored in the class.

Existing research demonstrates a positive relation between religion and identity among adolescents. The subject of this study was students of Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta, who were taken by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected through semi-structural interviews using the Abdullah Sahin's subjectivity mode based on James Marcia's framework. Thus, this study finds that the subject are in foreclosure, moratorium and achievement status, and no respondents are in diffusion status. The novelty of this research is that religion provides a distinct settinh for identity exploration and commimtment trough offering ideological, social and spiritual context.

Abstract. This study aimed at finding out the Students’ Perception on the Use of Ruangguru Application in Their English Learning. The researcher applied mixed method (quantitative and qualitative). The population of this research was the second grade students of Senior High School of Athirah Islamic School Makassar in 2019/2020 academic year. The sample was taken consisted of 24 students which were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The data were obtained through the questionnaire were analysed and tabulated based on the classification of perception using Likert scale and the data from interview were analysed by recording and transcribing it. The results of data analysis showed that (1) students’ perception was positive on the use of Ruangguru application in their English learning by mean score 70 (2) based on the students’ classification that 5 (20.8%) students classified as Strongly positive, 10 (41.7%) students classified as Positive, 5 (20.8%) students classified as Moderate, 3 (12.5%) students classified as Negative and 1 (4.5%) students classified as Strongly negative. This was indicated that most students like using Ruangguru in their English learning.

Purpose - To find out the description of the level of switching cost and customer switching behavior in MNC Play’s customer in Bandung. Design/methodology/approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with cross sectional method. A total of 106 respondents were selected using simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is verification  technique and descriptive technique.Findings - The result showed that switching cost is in good enough category, while customer switching behavior is in good enough category.  Originality / value - The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study
