The article analyses the global social risks related to the expansion of information technologies, mass digitalisation, and the accessibility of sources of all information. The possibility of risky situations arising in different areas of society under postmodern conditions has been demonstrated. This is due to the massive spread of information and Internet technology, global changes in the structure of values of modern society, and the reassessment of a number of historical events and characters by some social groups. The focus is on the destruction of traditional mechanisms for transmitting social experience and memory and the transformation of perceptions of history through the use of virtual forms of communication. A different, own interpretation of historical events, the liberation of historical knowledge from politicisation and mythologisation can lead to risks of distortion of historical memory and even to conflicting situations of interpretation of the past. Case studies show that this, in turn, can lead to a set of risks in the economic sphere, for example: the risk of a situation of global redistribution of economic resources, the risk of losing the source of legitimacy of an economic resource, the risk of loss the reputation of a memory entity. These processes negatively affect social stability in society and distort the integrity of historical memory.Particular attention is paid to the topic of cognitive transformation risk related to the mass use of virtual media in the educational process. On the one hand, they are an effective teaching tool based on rapid search, transformation and storage of learning information. But, on the other hand, practice shows that knowledge loses its consistency and becomes “mosaic”, “clichéd”. The consequences of these processes are of a lasting nature and require further in-depth study by the scientific community, including psychologists, educators, and sociologists.

The present article deals with the comparative analysis of the methodological bases of depicting the authenticity, features, and character of ideological-thematic reflection of the Second World War events on the pages of the novel by Russian writer Vasily Grossman (1905-1964) «Life and Fate» (1960), the masterpiece by the American novelist James Jones (1921-1977) «From here to eternity» (1953) and the work by the Hungarian novelist Imre Kertész (1929-2016) «Fatelessness» (1975). The novels' authors did not need to interpret historical events by other people's memories and strive for a documentary. The original document in the novels was the life and unique memory of the writers themselves, and not only in the sense of the artistic reproduction of the true sides of the survived and seen, but also in terms of serious thoughts about the relationship of the past with the present in their moral, social, philosophical and ethical aspects. The article highlights the events and circumstances that predetermined the formation of features of the writers' worldview and led to the writing of the novels on military topics. The novels «Life and Fate», «Fatelessness», and «From here to eternity» can be considered as deeply personal works by the writers who have not declared, magnified the events of the history in context, but through the image system of the novels deeply examined, analyzed their roots. The authors of the novels have shown the history of the 20th century not on the background of exaggerated, politically agitating, heroic pictures, but from the point of view of the true significance of historical events for modern society. On the example of commemoration of various wars and key historical events, it is possible to reconstruct and comprehend the value orientations of states at certain phases of their development. In this article, we propose to turn to the Crimean War of 1853-1856, which was reflected in the historical memory of the two participating countries - Russia and France. With such a comparative approach, attention is drawn to different levels of commemoration of this event: we are talking about scientific research on the Crimean campaign, about the people's memory of generations, about state and political practices. The authors analyze these aspects and identify which of them are most widespread in Russia and Europe, so that the memory of the Crimean War is preserved in modern society. The authors analyze the phenomenon of the forgotten war - a term that has entered the scientific lexicon of the French community and is used to describe the campaign of 1854-1856. The study of the problem makes it possible to answer an important question: why do certain traditions of memory exist, whether they help to form a certain consciousness, value attitudes.

The main trend of development of modern society is named – it is digitalization that is causing global changes in industries, companies, processes, business models. Recently, an increasing penetration of the latest information technologies into all spheres of modern society, including tourism, which is currently one of the fastest growing areas in Russia, can be observed. The study of logistic in tourism is one of the promising areas of the modern economy, and, at the same time, blockchain is the main trend of digitalization. Despite the novelty of the trend of digitalization of tourism logistics, there is a growing awareness of its importance for economic and social development in Russian and in international practice. The definition of concept and content of the blockchain technology are considered. The main goal of getting familiar with the blockchain technology and highlighting its importance is achieved. The expediency of use is justified and examples of practical application of blockchain technologies in tourism logistics are considered. The assumption is made that the interest of using blockchain technology will increase in the nearest future.

The article provides a system-activity analysis of applied possibilities for the grounded application of already available instrumental results of the integration of authorial pedagogical and information technologies for specifi c and system-methodological support of the full-fl edged functioning of the FSES. The ongoing global changes in society and in education naturally imply the need to revise the traditional view and rethink the subject, tasks and methods of didactic research. The results of many years of research on the introduction and approbation of authorial pedagogical technologies and the cognitive theory of pedagogical technologies created at the same time have irrefutably shown that the formation of the beginnings of modern didactics should be connected with the technology of the model of the educational process and the model of the methodological system of education (MSE). The methodological key to the transition to modern didactics is naturally the “Technological Map”, as the form, language and toolkit of communication between the teacher, students and the teacher-researcher with the computer. Particular attention is paid in the article to the systematization and generalization of the available information on the evolution of learning theory and the rapid change in the generations of digital computer technologies. Didactics in the article is treated and considered as an innovative approach to modern learning theory, which continues to function and tries to develop together with digital technologies, operatively interpreting and using all the latest created electronic and technological achievements from the world of computers and digital technologies.

The article examines one of the features of the development of modern society is the process of informatization, which has now acquired a global character. At present, one of the main features of modern society is its development on the basis of innovations, therefore the purpose of this publication is an attempt to characterize the means, forms and various methods of innovative students’ teaching in higher medical institutions of Ukraine, to reveal the specifics of their use in an interactive environment. Modern methods of teaching profiled disciplines among graduates of higher educational institutions are a constant source of observation of foreign and Ukrainian scholars, as many students from near and far abroad are currently receiving education in Ukraine. To ensure the fulfillment of this task there are such documents as a State National Program "Education (Ukraine XXI Century)", the National Doctrine of Education Development (2002), the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" adopted in 2014, and the draft Concept for the Development of Education Ukraine for the period 2015-2025 and the draft Strategy for the reform of higher education in Ukraine until 2020 [1]. These documents provide a significant reform of the educational process in order to form a creative professional with a deep knowledge of teaching discipline, strong skills and abilities through the "training of applicants for higher education with modern scientific knowledge using the latest educational and information technologies." Thus, the introduction of modern innovative technologies into the educational process of universities is necessary, first of all, this is connected with the necessity of improving the teaching process, the degradation of the existing traditional educational process, and radical transformations and complex modifications. In time, pedagogy applies a large number of different innovative teaching methods that direct students to the qualitative learning of knowledge, and the development of their intellectual activities, the formation of skills and critical thinking skills, the ability to independently process information, acquire qualities that will be useful in future professional life.

Informatization is one of the stages in the development of modern society. This process is characterized by the increasing role of education in all spheres of human activity and the increasing importance of artificial intelligence and communications. One of the key areas of informatization is the addition of education to new theories and practices that are aimed at using advanced information technologies for the purpose of teaching and teaching the modern generation. Information and communication technologies (ICT) are a form of informatization. On the other hand, now they are actively being introduced into the educational process as teaching aids. Modern society is developing under the influence of various factors, among which new information technologies occupy an important place, which make any person’s access to a huge flow of information simply instantaneous. Today, reliable information is one of the important products of society, and a thinking person is the main strategic resource of this society. Therefore, in the information society, the intellectual development of each of its members becomes a priority. In this regard, it is necessary to look for ways to optimize the process of training teachers who are able to organize the educational process in such a way that students develop the knowledge, skills and abilities that will be in demand in their future life and professional activity in the digital economy. Almost all improvements in the educational process are already unthinkable without the use of information and communication technologies, which have colossal didactic capabilities. They can be used in the educational process in two ways: as a powerful teaching tool and as an object of study, which allows you to solve educational problems and achieve set goals in the process of teaching, upbringing and development of students. One of the most effective and productive tasks that arouses great interest and is associated with the use of information technologies in both ways is the task of designing and creating digital educational resources, as well as their application in the educational process. The article provides an example of the implementation of a task related to the development of a digital educational resource for preparation for the Basis State Examination in informatics of ninth-grade secondary school students, which allows future subject teachers to form the professional competencies they need in the field of creating educational resources with their further inclusion in the educational process.

Relevance of the topic of work. The problem of worldview factors of social stability has a high degree of relevance in modern society. As part of the work, its aspect is revealed as the possibility of the impact of education on the worldview, depending on the way the educational process is organized. The purpose of the study is the disclosure of the specificity and role of education as a tool for the formation of personal qualities of members of society. Materials and methods. During the preparation of the article, classical scientific methods of analysis, abstraction, and comparison, and synthesis, structural-functional and systemic approaches were applied. The results of the study are related to the analysis of the main constituent elements of the educational process and their actual representation. The study identified key factors in the implementation of the educational function of education related both to the structure of educational programs and to the moment of their demand on the part of students. For discussion, it is proposed to consider the dilemma associated with the choice of priorities of the educational process in the context of a contradiction between the interests of individual students and public interests. Key findings and their significance. In the process of research, the importance of education as a mechanism for shaping the worldview was determined. The social risks associated with this process are identified, and key opportunities for improving the effectiveness of the humanitarian component of the educational process in modern society are identified.
