Modern era as now, human life cannot be separated from dependence on a technology called the internet. The internet has mastered almost all aspects of human activities, ranging from sending letters, looking for information, and other activities. Especially in the field of business, this technology is very influential, as well as the procurement of goods and services has been done a lot online or commonly known as E-Procurement. This study aims to and analyzes the effect of E-Procurement technology on procurement performance, the effect of E-Procurement technology on procurement practices, and the effect of procurement practices on procurement performance. To implement these objectives the data collection techniques were used through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis and data evaluated in the first place using the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test). The results found that the use of e-procurement had a positive and significant effect on procurement performance and procurement practices at PT. Semen Tonasa in Pangkep Regency. Procurement practices have a positive and significant impact on procurement performance.

AbstrakPendidikan adalah gejala semesta (fenomena universal) dan berlangsung sepanjang hayat manusia, di manapun manusia berada. Pendidikan seharusnya mampu memengaruhi peserta didik agar dapat berprestasi dan mampu menyesuaikan diri sebaik mungkin dengan lingkungan sehingga peserta didik dapat melakukan fungsinya dengan optimal dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Namun, para ahli menemukan bahwa kemauan belajar mahasiswa dipengaruhi tinggi rendahnya motivasi yang dimilikinya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh motivasi belajar mahasiswa terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang telah menempuh semester 4. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan uji t yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0. Uji prasayarat yaitu uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji heteroskedastasitas dilaksanakan sebelum data dianalisa. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap data penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal, uji linearitas menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang linear antara variabel motivasi belajar dengan prestasi akademik, serta uji heteroskedastasitas menunjukkan tidak terjadi gejala heteroskedastasitas dalam model regresi.Selanjutnya, dari hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 17,837 di mana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (2,000), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai thitung bernilai positif, yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan juga semakin tinggi Kata Kunci: motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar, motivasi mahasiswa THE EFFECT OF STUDENT’S MOTIVATION ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT  Abstract Education is a universal phenomenon and lasts throughout human life, wherever humans are. Education should be able to influence students in order to achieve and be able to adapt as best as possible to the environment so that students can perform their functions optimally in community life. However, experts found that students' willingness to learn was influenced by the level of motivation they had.This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of students’ motivation on their academic achievement. The population in this study were students of the Educational Technology Study Program, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, who had taken the 4th semester. The data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentations. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression by using SPSS version 16.0. The prerequisite test, that are the normality test, linearity test, and heteroscedasticity test were carried out before the data were analyzed. The results of the normality test on the data of this study indicated that the data is normally distributed, the linearity test showed that there is a linear relationship between variable of the learning motivation and academic achievement, and the heteroscedasticity test showed no heteroscedasticity symptoms in the regression model.Furthermore, from the results of hypothesis testing it was found that the t-count value was 17.837 where the value was greater than the t-table value (2,000), and the significance value was 0,000 where the value was less than 0.05. The value of t-count is positive, which means that the higher the students’ motivation to learn, the higher the students' academic achievement. Keywords: learning motivation, learning achievement, student’s motivation

The information and communication technologies (ICT) have penetrated into almost all areas of human life. They have a dual impact on education – increase learning efficiency and train students actively to use innovations. We assess this impact by examining teachers’ experience with innovative tools in Bulgarian schools. In an anonymous online survey, we investigate their opinions on the issues related to technology integration in contemporary classrooms. The research shows that educators appreciate the benefits of technology implementation in the teaching-learning process, but they need a single structured system encompassing all technological resources and tools. This work proposes a conception for a smart classroom – an innovative learning environment that can establish and control suitable conditions for education as well as to impact the instructional process directly.

This study was aimed at finding if integrity affects the performance of High School Teachers in Pekanbaru. So the hypothesis of this study is that if the integrity has an influence on the performance of high school teachers in Pekanbaru. The method used in this study was a survey with correlational techniques. This technique was carried out to analyze the influence of two independent variables X with dependent variables Y. The population in this study were all high school teachers (178 teachers) and the samples were teachers who had received teacher certification at the SMAN Kecamatan 121 Tenayan Raya. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis to test hypotheses. The requirements for analyzing the data are: normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. The results showed that integrity had a significant effect with a positive direction on teacher performance in the Tenayan Raya High School in Pekanbaru. This is indicated by the regression coefficient of integrity against teacher performance of 0.083. The point is that if the integrity variable rises by one unit, an increase in teacher performance is 0.083. Furthermore, the effect of the variable integrity on teacher performance resulted in a value of 0.69%. This means that integrity contributes significantly to teacher performance by 0.69%. This contribution is in the very low category. Therefore, it can be concluded that integrity has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance in Tenayan Raya High School.

This research was aimed to get empirical data and analyze the effects of reading habit and vocabulary mastery towards student’s speaking skill at private vocational schools in East Jakarta. This research used data analysis technique, those were descriptive statistic, requirement analysis, normality test, linearity test, and test of hypothesis (analysis of inferential). The research was held at State Senior High Schools in East Jakarta. Data collection was done by giving a test for reading habit, vocabulary mastery and listening skill to tenth-grade students at SMA 105 Ciracas and SMA 98 Cijantung. Due to the result, it can be inferred that there is an effect of reading habit towards student’s speaking skill.

The study object is the digital economy. The aim of the article is to identify the risks and chances that accompany the rapidly developing digital technologies and penetrate into almost all spheres of human life and society. The following risks were defined: dependence of economic agents on the Internet; displacement of human labor by machinery; backlog of education system from the needs of the digital economy; digital inequality; oligopolization in the information market; reduction of state control over the digital economy; companies gaining significant advantages over consumers due to the use of modern technologies for big data analysis; supranational nature of the digital economy and formation of network global market for goods and services; reduced scope of protectionist measures for national producers and import substitution; rise in cybercrime. The chances are: emerging new professions affected by digitalization; development of security and risk management technologies; automation of industry and provision of services; development of 3D printing and other additive manufacturing technologies; development of end-to-end virtual environment technologies; virtually endless segmentation and restructuring of the digital economy due to permanent appearing and disappearing of its elements (niches); reducing transaction costs; improving the quality of state electronic services for both business and public.

Abstract Since the Barcelona objective released on 16 March 2002, European Union met an ambitious goal: to promote learning of “at least two foreign languages from an early age” (European Commission 2019). Thus, bilingualism, multilingualism, and linguistic diversity became a part of European policy (Pokrivčáková 2013a; Pokrivčáková 2013b; Schunz 2012). Nevertheless, English language is still considered to be the global language, used as lingua franca. English is the language of international dialogue facilitating further educational and professional development, it is the language of international communication, science, academia, and the Internet (Dearden 2014). English is the first foreign language taught in Slovakia, and therefore majority of Slovak medical students chose the course of Medical English during their study. To develop communicative competence and performance in students, it is necessary to offer a very wide range of stimulating activities in English classes. Videos published on the Internet offer enormous potential for foreign or second language (L2) acquisition at every level according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in almost all learning phases, covering a significant variety of authentic topics (Barnau, Džuganová, Malinovská 2018). Our study is particularly aimed at watching of YouTube professional medical videos with/without captions and their effect on English language skills, especially listening comprehension in medical students at Jessenius Faculty of Medicine in Martin, Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia (JFM UC).

Motivation to study is the change of energy in an individual that can be signed with the emergence of feelings and reaction to reach goals. While self-discipline is a circumstance which form through a process that shows the values of self-confession, obedience, regularity, and orderliness to the applicable regulation, and to support good learning outcome should have motivation to study and also a good self-discipline. This study aim to find out the relation between motivation to study and self-discipline with the learning outcome in electrical motor installation subject. The population of this study is the whole electrical installation expertise program’s student in SMK Kapin. While the used sample is all the student who already got electrical motor installation subject as many as 60 students. The used method in this research is expost facto which used quantitative approach. The primary data is the motivation to study and self-discipline data, while the secondary data is the learning outcome data. The data analysis technique that used is hypothesis test and F-test that previously done prerequisite analysis test using normality test and linearity test. The calculation result shows that the hypothesis test with 5% of significant level obtained rcount = 0,6 and rtable = 0,254, because rcount > rtable , then the Fcount =16,03 and Ftable = 3,15 which mean Fcount > Ftable so it can be concluded that there is a significant relation between the motivation to study and self- discipline with the learning outcome of electrical motor installation practice in electrical installation expertise SMK Kapin Jakarta. ABTRAK Motivasi belajar aSdalah perubahan energi dalam diri seseorang yang ditandai dengan timbulnya perasaan dan reaksi untuk mencapai tujuan. Sedangkan disiplin diri adalah suatu kondisi yang terbentuk melalui proses yang menunjukan nilai-nilai pengakuan diri sendiri, ketaatan , kepatuhan, keteraturan, dan ketertiban kepada peraturan yang berlaku, dan untuk mendukung hasil belajar yang baik harus memiliki motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri yang baik juga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri dengan hasil belajar praktikum siswa dalam mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa program keahlian teknik instalasi tenaga listrik SMK Kapin, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik sebanyak 60 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah expost facto menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian primer adalah data motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri, sedangkan data sekunder adalah data hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dan uji-F yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5% di peroleh nilai rhitung = 0,6 dan nilai rtabel = 0,254, karena nilai rhitung > rtabel , kemudian nilai Fhitung sebesar 16,03 dan nilai Ftabel = 3,15 yang berarti Fhitung > Ftabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin diri dengan hasil belajar praktikum instalasi motor listrik Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Kapin Jakarta .

The purpose of the study was to determine the correlation between the level of online game addiction and student achievement in the Mathematics Education Study Program, UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The method in this research was quantitative with the type of correlation research. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and tested it to see the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique in this study used the normality test using the Kolmogorov Smirnov method and the linearity test using SPSS software version 24.0, and hypothesis testing using a correlation test with a significant level of 0.05 or 5%. The study results were that of the 30 questionnaires tested, 25 questions were feasible to use. The reliability test has a value of rcount > rtable. The normality test got a significant value of 0.065 and 0.066 on online game addiction and learning achievement. So it can be said that there is a significant correlation between student achievement and online game addiction, and the value is 0.307, which means correlation

ABSTRAK Peserta didik dapat belajar secara optimal apabila pihak sekolah dapat memenuhi segala kebutuhan belajar peserta didik melalui penyediaan fasilitas belajar agar pesrta didik dapat berkreatifitas dengan baik. Kreatifitas pada diri siswa muncul ketika siswa mempunyai ide pokok dan didukung dengan fasilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku kreatif siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Lolak semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa, dengan menggunakan sample sebanyak 36 orang terdiri dari kelas XI. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode angket dengan skala liker. Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis data, yakni data tentang perilaku kreatif dan data prestasi belajar. Sebelum melakukan uji analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas.   Untuk keperluan menganalisis data didalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sangat berpengaruh hubungan antara prilaku kreatif siswa SMK Negeri 1 Lolak.   Kata kunci : Hubungan Perilaku Kreatif.   ABSTRACT   Students can learn optimally if the school can meet all the learning needs of students through the provision of learning facilities so that students can be creative well. Creativity in students appears when students have a main idea and are supported by facilities. This study aims to determine the relationship between the creative behavior of students at SMK Negeri 1 Lolak in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive method. The total population of this study were all students, using a sample of 36 people consisting of class XI. Data were collected using a questionnaire method with a Liker scale. The data in this study consisted of two types of data, namely data on creative behavior and data on learning achievement. Before conducting the data analysis test, the analysis requirements test was conducted which included normality test, linearity test. For the purposes of analyzing the data in this study, a simple linear regression analysis technique was used. The results of the study show that the relationship between creative behavior of SMK Negeri 1 Lolak students is very influential   Keywords : Creative Behavior Relationship
