This study aims to get a clearer picture of distance learning (DL) in kindergarten and its assessment, to provide recommendations for policy options related to DL in kindergarten to optimizing students' development and abilities in the emergency. This study was randomly sampling subjects, which are principals, teachers, and parents who had kindergarten-age children. The data collection was through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires deployed by Google form. The results of this study showed that the best format of DL in kindergarten is blended. The assessment for this blended learning that can be done both by teacher and parents are by using communication forum and checklist sheets. Policy options for DL in kindergarten are the use of package modules/books, home visits, activity sheets, television and radio, and the coordination of the government at central and regional administration, and education stakeholders. These policy options become necessary because of the quality of DL based on the knowledge and skills of the teacher/parents that corresponds to the child's developmental stage. In modern conditions of reforming the system of higher education, the introduction of time-based blended and distance learning, the mission of higher education is to ensure the efficiency and quality of university education. Therefore, the problem of using blended and distance learning technologies becomes relevant, which, taking into account the peculiarities of the conduct, should ensure the quality of educational services for students. Blended learning is defined as a hybrid of traditional face-to-face and online learning so that instruction occurs both in the classroom and online, and where the online component becomes a natural extension of traditional classroom learning. The article highlights the peculiarities of the introduction of mixed and distance learning at the university, analyzes and clarifies the essence and content of the concepts of « blended learning», «distance learning», identifies the main approaches, methodical principles underlying the organization of the educational process, the priority tasks and advantages of the introduced forms of education are singled out, the tendencies of their development are outlined, in particular in modern conditions. The methods, organizational forms and means used during blended and distance learning are described, specific examples of their introduction at Kyiv International University are given, as well as the schematic structure of the methodical system of the proposed forms of education that ensure the quality of university education. Distance learning and self-education have been an actual trend for many years but during the pandemic, it became critically relevant and important. The closure of schools and higher education institutions around the world had a negative impact on the educational sector in many countries in general and has affected almost every student and educator. This paper examines Ukrainian educators’ level of knowledge and skills in using modern distance learning tools and trends and the way of improving the teaching-learning process during the conditions of the 2020 pandemic. The authors present their review of educational trends under the conditions of distance, online and blended learning. They also examine the Ukrainian educators’ level of knowledge and skills in using modern distance learning tools and trends. For this purpose, the authors have elaborated and implemented a local survey for a Ukrainian university teaching staff (target group) who need to use distance learning tools in their research and professional activity during the quarantine. The authors also present the ways of improving the learning process via distance learning tools.

Sustainability of society demands diversified and balanced development of one’s personality with morality-based quality of knowledge and skills. This can be achieved by respecting the mission of education, namely, to facilitate integrity of social and personal competencies. The goal of the study is to highlight the understanding of teachers and parents about ethical views and moral competency of the young people. The article reveals views of teenagers about values of people and life, about human beings and their obligations. The study combined the quantitative and qualitative research methods, and included content analysis of research documents, surveys and data of pedagogical observations. Moral opinions expressed by the students in the framework of the study reveal that their views on human beings, their obligations towards themselves and society are superficial and declarative. Knowledge about morality and values is notional; therefore, it does not act as motivation for civic action. Moral competency, which is based on relativism, is not complete.

Building Interpersonal Relationships in Grades 1–3 in Distance Learning Conditions Interpersonal relations are an integral part of living in society. Interpersonal competences combine activities related to communication, making new friends, solving problems or cooperating with others. Therefore, they are extremely important at every educational stage. However, building proper relations among education participants becomes more difficult when schools around the world switch to distance learning due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Relations between teachers and students, as well as among classmates, often undergoes various modifications, frequently deteriorating the quality of mutual contact. Distance education has also changed the role of pupils’ parents. The new situation often required from them to adapt to their child’s schedule in order to support them and help them in learning. This particularly applies to the families with younger children. In order to explain these issues, this article will present the results of research conducted among teachers and parents of pupils from grades 1–3 on the relationship at a pupil–pupil and a student–teacher level. The didactic and educational activities of teachers that are undertaken by them in order to improve contact on both these levels in the face of the new reality will also be discussed. The article will also address the topic of transformations of the abovementioned relations, which took place during and after the transition to compulsory distance learning.

Supervision is the development of education in the form of guidance or guidance toward improving the situation of education in general and improving the quality of teaching and learning and learning in particular. Supervision also assist in the development of teaching and learning situation in order to obtain better conditions.The purpose of this study was to analyze Competence Implementation Supervision Principal in Education in Elementary School District of Luwuk Uwedikan East. While the usefulness of research that provide scientific information to the perpetrators of both the level of school education and the government about the competence of principals of this research will be conducted in February until May 2015 with the location of the District research SDN Uwedikan East Luwuk, Methods This study used a descriptive explanatory. Technique data collecting conducted quantitative and qualitative, with data collection for the pilot and two data collection instruments in order to research the truth. To obtain data regarding the competency of school principals in the implementation of the supervision of education that will be collected, processed and analyzed, the researchers used several methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, questionnaires and Documentation, instrument used in these documentation techniques are guidelines on matters needed to strengthen the information obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires carried out. From the research while through the distribution of a questionnaire to show the competence of principals in the implementation of educational supervision in SDN Uwedikan District of East Luwuk based on the assessment scale is high with the acquisition of the average score was 71.3.

<table width="680" border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="left"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="487"><p><strong>The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Madiun City Number 45 of 2018 concerning with Prevention and Improvement of Quality of Housing and Slums and the constraints in the implementation of the City without Slums Program in Madiun City. This research method uses empirical data that is obtained directly through field research with primary, secondary and tertiary data sources as well as data collection by observation, interview, document study analyzed descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the Government of Madiun City has implemented Regional Regulation Number 45 of 2018 regarding Prevention and Improvement of Quality of Housing and Slums, quite well, there are 6 (six) villages which are categorized in mild slum areas.   The existence of Al-Madais' terbangan music group in Pladen Village cannot be separated from the motivation of its members to preserve the terbangan music as a means of da'wah and worship. Despite the limited time, facilities, and infrastructure as well as knowledge and skills, the group still strives to preserve Islamic culture amid the fast growth of the modern era. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the existence of Al-Madais' terbangan music arts. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was carried out by reducing, presenting, and verifying data. The results of the study indicate that the existence of the Al-Madais terbangan music group, in terms of the adopted strategy, one of which is good management. Then in terms of consistency, it is carried out with the existence of an organizational structure, regeneration process, and mundane rehearsal. The innovation is carried out by imagination and creativity without leaving its cohesiveness and characteristics. The acknowledgment of the Al-Madais existence is proved by performing at various events and support from the government.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, various areas of life experienced changes and adjustments, including in the field of education by conducting distance learning. As a form of adjustment for distance learning, the government and educators use television as a learning medium. The transformation of television as a learning medium is aimed at every level of education, one of which is at the high school level. This study aims to determine the form of television transformation in the perspective of the instrumental rational theory as well as the perspective of students on learning through television. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results obtained in the form of structured programs during learning through television as a form of instrumental rational action during distance learning as well as the perspective of students with this transformation. Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 berbagai bidang dalam kehidupan mengalami perubahan serta penyesuaian, termasuk pada bidang pendidikan dengan mengadakan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Sebagai bentuk penyesuaian pembelajaran jarak jauh tersebut pihak pemerintah serta pendidik memanfaatkan televisi sebagai media belajar. Transformasi televisi sebagai media belajar ini ditujukan pada setiap jenjang pendidikan, salah satunya pada jenjang sekolah menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk transformasi televisi dalam perspektif teori rasional instrumental tersebut serta perspektif peserta didik akan kegiatan belajar memelalui televisi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi serta wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa adanya program terstruktur selama pembelajaran melalui televisi sebagai bentuk tindakan rasional instrumental selama pembelajaran jarak jauh serta perspektif peserta didik dengan adanya transformasi tersebut.

In today's digital era, teaching staff have many choices of interactive learning media that can support the learning process. One application that can help teachers realize effective communication between students and teachers is google classroom. The Google Classroom is a mixed learning platform that is intended for every educational scope that is intended to find a way out of the difficulties in making, sharing and classifying each paperless assignment. For this reason, there is a need for knowledge and skills about how effective communication can be done through innovative learning media based on Blended Learning (Google Classroom), so that the quality of teaching can be better. AbstractThis study was used to explore the inculcation of moral values in students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine how the education of values in early childhood in the Covid 19 pandemic era. The method used was qualitative. The results showed: (1) Education Moral values in the Covid 19 pandemic era carried out at TK Al Hidayah IV are: (a) Education of religious values, (b) Education of moral values, (c) Education of social values. Conclusion: (1) The education of moral values in students is carried out using the method of assigning students to students, (2) The method of moral value education is adjusted to the conditions of the students (3) To facilitate the learning process at home the teacher coordinates with the parents of the students. Recommendations: (1) Schools need support from the government in the learning process in the Covid pandemic era, (2) The learning process in the Covid pandemic era requires collaboration between teachers and parents of students, (3) In the distance learning process, teachers, students and people need to be aware of health protocols.Keywords: Early childhood, Values, Morals, Education, Social. AbstrakStudi ini digunakan untuk menggali penanaman nilai moral pada siswa pada pandemi covid 19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana Pendidkan nilai pada anak usia dini pada era pandemic Covid 19. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pendidikan nilai moral pada era pandemic covid 19 yang dilaksanakan di TK Al Hidayah IV adalah adalah nilai agama dan moral, fisik motorik, kognitif, bahasa, sosial dan seni. Kesimpulan: Konsep, kendala dan dampak pendidikan nilai moral pada anak usia dini pada era pandemi covid 19 mencakup koginif, emosional dan budaya siswa.
