This study aims to describe the accuracy of the learning media used by students when implementing teaching practices. The purpose of the implementation is to provide provisions to students before conducting internship. This research used a descriptive approach, using purposive sampling in selecting research subjects which adjust to the research objectives. The data collection technique used a classroom observation checklist with a guttman scale conducted by the observer. With the answer choices "yes" has a score of 1 and "no" has a score of 0. Material that is applied in the implementation of teaching practice is learning English for all levels of education. From the research results obtained from five groups based on predetermined learning methods, there are two groups of methods that fall into the category of "very appropriate" namely the silentway method and the SLT method. The TPR method group is included in the "appropriate" category. The lingual audio method and the SLT method group fall into the "inappropriate" category. This is because students are more focused on the application of learning methods, so students do not use learning media at all. It can be concluded that the role of learning media is so important, because it can display the visualization of an object. So that helps in increasing understanding, especially for the introduction of new vocabulary.

<p><em>Abstrak</em><strong> - </strong><strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran <em>fun coooking</em> dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional dan bahasa anak di TK Al Izhar Pondok Labu, Jakarta Selatan.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Subjek penelitian ini anak usia 5-6 tahun yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstra kurikuler <em>fun cooking</em> berjumlah 8 orang anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang sudah terkumpul di triangulasi dengan jenis triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian anak, diperoleh informasi bahwa <em>fun cooking</em> memiliki peran dalam kemampuan sosio emosional dan bahasa anak. Kegiatan <em>fun cooking</em> memiliki peran dalam kemampuan bahasa anak terutama dalam memahami beberapa perintah secara bersamaan; menjawab pertanyaan yang lebih kompleks; memperkaya perbendaharaan kata; serta menuliskan nama sendiri. Sementara dalam kemampuan sosial emosional anak, <em>fun cooking</em> membuat anak mampu menaati aturan kelas; mengatur diri sendiri; berbagi dengan orang lain; menunjukkan sikap toleran; serta mengekspresikan emosi yang sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract </em><strong><em> - </em></strong><strong>This study aims to determine the role of fun cooking in improving emotional social skills and language of children in kindergarten Al Izhar Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. These research subjects 5-6 years old children who take part in extracurricular fun cooking amounted to 8 children. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection technique using observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data that have been collected in triangulation with the type of triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study of children, there was information that the fun of cooking has a role in the socio-emotional and language abilities of children. Fun cooking activities have a role in the child's language ability, especially in understanding multiple commands simultaneously; answer more complex questions; enriching vocabulary; as well as write his own name. While the emotional social abilities of children, fun cooking to make children able to obey the rules of the classroom; self-regulating; share with others; show tolerance; and express the emotions that correspond to existing conditions.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em> - </em><em> Fun cooking, </em><em>L</em><em>anguage skills, </em><em>S</em><em>ocial emotional skills</em><em></em></p>

The study of the role of mass media as one of the supporters of efforts to foster Indonesian language and literature needs to be done so that its role can be known and its success rate can be evaluated. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is indirect interviews with staff of twenty Kantor and Balai Bahasa in Indonesia. Of the twenty Kantor and Balai Bahasa that were recorded, it was found that only two Kantor Bahasa had not cooperated with any mass media. There are three Kantor and Balai Bahasa that have collaborated with print and electronic media, namely the Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Barat, Balai Bahasa Riau, and Kantor Bahasa Lampung. Of the twenty Balai and Kantor Bahasa, there are 14 Balai and Kantor Bahasa that have collaborated with radio, both RRI and other private radios. The role of mass media as one of the supporters of efforts to foster Indonesian language and literature has been felt by the community. AbstrakPengkajian peran media massa sebagai salah satu pendukung upaya pembinaan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia perlu dilakukan agar dapat diketahui bagaimana perannya serta dapat dievaluasi tingkat keberhasilannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah wawancara tidak langsung dengan staf dua puluh balai dan kantor bahasa yang ada di Indonesia. Dari dua puluh balai dan kantor bahasa yang terdata diketahui hanya dua kantor bahasa yang belum menjalin kerja sama dengan media massa apa pun. Ada tiga balai dan kantor bahasa yang telah menjalin kerja sama dengan media cetak dan elektronik, yaitu Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Barat, Balai Bahasa Riau, dan Kantor Bahasa Lampung. Julah Kantor dan balai bahasa di Indonesia ada dua, tetapi hanya 14 balai dan kantor yang telah bekerja sama dengan radio, baik RRI maupun radio swasta lainnya. Peran media massa sebagai salah satu pendukung upaya pembinaan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia telah cukup dirasakan masyarakat.

Peran guru dalam membentuk peserta didiknya sangatlah penting. Arahan guru menjadi petunjuk jalan bagi kegiatan siswanya. Seorang guru yang tidak hanya mengajar, tetapi juga mendidik dan melatih, ketika ingin mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk sikap dan kepribadian siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru PPKn, guru agama, guru BK/BP, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunkan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis menggunakan analisis secara interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru PPKn dalam membentuk sikap dan kepribadian siswa yaitu membentuk sikap siswa yang mempertahankan hak dan kewajibannya serta mampu melaksanakan hak dan kewajibannya dengan baik. Membentuk siswa yang memiliki rasa cinta terhadap tanah air serta memiliki rasa kebangsaan yang kuat dan dapat membentuk siswa yang dapat menghormati orang dalam kehidupan di sekolah maupun di masyarakat serta mentaati aturan yang berlaku. Membentuk siswa yang dapat melaksanakan musyawarah dalam mengambil keputusan baik di sekolah maupun di masyarakat serta membentuk siswa yang mengakui bahwa indonesia ini adalah negara yang plural yaitu terdiri dari berbagai macam agama, suku, bahasa, dan budaya.The role of the teacher in shaping students is very important. The teacher's direction becomes a guide to the activities of their students. A teacher who not only teaches, but also educates and trains, when he wants to achieve the expected learning goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the teacher of Pancasila education and citizenship in shaping the attitudes and personality of students. The research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were principals, PPKn teachers, religious teachers, BK / BP teachers, and students. Data collection uses observation, interviews, documentation. Analysis uses interactive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of PPKn teachers in shaping the attitudes and personality of students is to shape the attitude of students who defend their rights and obligations and are able to carry out their rights and obligations properly. Form students who have a sense of love for the homeland and have a strong sense of nationality and can form students who can respect people in life in school and in society and obey the applicable rules. Form students who can carry out deliberations in making decisions both at school and in the community and form students who recognize that Indonesia is a pluralistic country that consists of various kinds of religions, ethnicities, languages and cultures.

One manifestation of the important role of banking in a region, as implemented by PT Bank Sumut, Gunungsitoli Branch, is to distribute loans for investment, consumption and working capital for the people in the area. The purpose of providing credit for banks is the return of credit that earns interest and can increase income to finance activities and business continuity. From the results of research conducted with this data collection technique, it shows that PT Bank Sumut has a number of loans from 2009 to 2014 which each year rises. From this study, it is also known that the rate of credit repayment has a positive influence on the level of profitability.

The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, whether it has been implemented well enough and has been applied for a long time at Al-Jamilah Sei Mati Private MTs Padang Tualang by involving students actively in learning and applying various learning methods. Teachers always try to innovate in managing learning by applying interesting methods and positioning themselves as facilitators according to the mandate of the 2013 curriculum. The principle of learning is to humanize humans (humanism), by nurturing children to grow cognitive, affective, psychomotor, life skills. social and spiritual. This research uses research with qualitative data approach in the data collection process and is described by describing the data obtained at the research location to the conclusion. As for the results of the research on educating with the ngemong system which is a form of guidance carried out by teachers to their students which is applied in madrasas. The students' ability to learn aqidah akhlaq has improved quite well with the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, which can be seen from the active role of students when learning and student involvement during class discussions. Students' understanding of learning also increases which can be seen from the fairly good student scores and the application of religious values ​​that have been studied, especially in students of aqidah akhlaq. Students show good morals in the Madrasa environment both to teachers and to fellow friends.

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

This study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in applying the quality standards in teaching among Islamic education teachers Perspectives in the Directorate of Education in the Zarqa Region study sample consisted of (72) male teachers and (88) female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study,  The descriptive approach was used a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection; The result showed that the level of the role of the school administration in applying the quality standards in teaching among Islamic education teachers was High with (3.71) score the stander of planning gets the highest score with (4.85) degree then the stander of implementation the lesson was also high with (3.83) score finally the stander of the evaluation was moderate with (3.56) score The finding also showed there are no statistically significant differences between the level of Islamic Education teachers sex (male and female) in addition there were statistically significant differences refers to years of experience in favor of the five and less. - In light of these results, there are a set of recommendations and suggestions to maintain quality standards in teaching and to improve evaluation quality in Zarqa School and in the whole of the kingdom of Jordan and Arab countries.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mathematical concepts of students in solving the problem of polyhedron of cubes and cuboids with assisted of Schoology media. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive approach. This study describes the ability to understand mathematical concepts that owned of students with Schoology media. Research subjects is three students selected by purposive sampling based on conditions and situations that occured during the current co-19 pandemic. The data collection used consists of tests of understanding the ability of mathematical concepts. Based on the results of research showed that the ability to understanding students' of mathematical concepts with Schoology-assisted able to provide understanding of material polyhedron of cubes and cuboids by the average results of students getting value 91,67. Where the first student is able to reach an understanding indicator of mathematical concepts from given by agreeing to the concept, classifying objects according to certain properties, giving concepts in various forms of mathematical representation, explaining the relationship between one concept with another concept, and applying the concept in problem solving . While the second and third students can only reach four indicators from the second indicator given. <p>Analogical reasoning is the ability to solve problems by finding similarities between two objects, namely source and target objects. The purpose of this study was to determine the analogical reasoning profile of students at SMA N 16 Semarang. This study is included in a qualitative study with data collection techniques used in surveys by working on analogical reasoning problems. The research subjects were 100 students of class X. The results found in this study were the category of analogical reasoning ability of students of SMA N 16 Semarang low with a frequency of 74 and a percentage of 73.6%. The low ability of analogical reasoning students is influenced by the lack of learning methods that encourage students in problem-solving using analogies, besides analogies have two sides if understood will facilitate students' understanding of concepts, but if it cannot be understood misconceptions occur so teachers rarely use analogous reasoning in explaining material abstract. Therefore it is necessary to have an understanding and experience of the teacher to build this ability by using learning methods that support analogical reasoning abilities.</p>

This research aims to determine the role of emotional intelligence and organizational climate in predicting the counterproductive work behavior. This study used a quantitative approach survey. The method of data collection in this research was conducted by distributing scale to the research subjects, with a total of 146 civil servants. The data was analyzed using double regression techniques using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 20.0. The result shows that the emotional intelligence and organizational climate can contribute together to decrease counterproductive behavior that occurs in the workplace (F (2, 143) = 5.266, p<.05, R2 = .069). Limitations and suggestions for further research were also discussed in this study.
