This study aims to determine the Analysis of Sources and Budget Changes at the Regional Finance Management Agency (BPKD) of South Sulawesi Province. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive approach, the data processed are budget changes in the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Sulawesi Province 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in the study uses measurement of effectiveness on budget changes. Based on the calculation result in 2016 of 77%, in 2017 of 56% and in 2018 of 82%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency (Bolsel) through an analysis of the effectiveness of PAD. The object of the research is the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used is secondary data from the 2017-2020 budget realization report. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the analysis of the effectiveness of PAD at the BPKPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency in 2017 and 2018 was quite effective, then increased to very effective in 2019 and 2020. For Trend analysis in the next 5 years, the results tend to increase, this is a very good implementation of performance. South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.

An aims of this study was analyzed the performance of the Startup Entrepreneurs Program. The design of this study was quantitative by using a descriptive approach. This research data was secondary data obtained from the Deputy for Financing, the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises. Data collection techniques using document studies. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive. The results of this study: an increase in the distribution of aid recipients in the border areas by 91%; the realization of the number of beneficiaries of the Startup Entrepreneurs Program exceeding the target; women who received the Startup Entrepreneurs Program increased by 165% if compared to 2017; the growth in the field of business beneficiaries of the Startup Entrepreneurs Program experienced a significant increase in the culinary business sector; the quantity of labor absorption shows an increase in labor absorption of 101% compared to 2017; and the allocation of assistance for the Startup Entrepreneurs Program has been spread evenly to all provinces in Indonesia.   Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja Program Wirausah Pemula. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Deputi Bidang Pembiayaan, Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini:adanya peningkatan sebaran wilayah penerima bantuan pada daerah perbatasan sebesar 91%; realisasi jumlah penerima bantuan Program Wirausaha Pemula melebihi target; wanita penerima bantuan Program Wirausaha Pemula mengalami peningkatan sebesar 165% apabila dibandingkan tahun 2017; pertumbuhan bidang usaha penerima bantuan Program Wirausaha Pemula mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan pada bidang usaha kuliner; kuantitas serapan tenaga kerja menunjukkan terdapat kenaikan serapan tenaga kerja sebesar 101% jika dibandingkan tahun 2017; serta alokasi bantuan Program Wirausaha Pemula sudah tersebar secara merata ke seluruh propinsi di Indonesia.

Human resources management is one that is needed in the era of globalization. Every organizational goal always expects resources that are able to work effectively and so that the company can be achieved. Human Resources is a central factor in an organization. The research objective is to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Kopitiam Cafe and Restaurant partially and simultaneously. Research method with associative method then using a quantitative descriptive approach. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique. The results of this study are as follows: The more disciplined an employee is in working, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive . The more an employee is motivated to be enthusiastic about work, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive. The more disciplined an employee is in working and the more motivated an employee is to be enthusiastic at work when combined simultaneously, the more employee performance increases. The effect of these variables is significant positive.

This study aims to determine whether the practice of Islamic Corvorate Social Responsibility affects the This study aims to determine the budget planning with the effectiveness and efficiency of the realization of the revenue and expenditure budget in the Badan Pengelola Keungan Daerah (BPKD) of South Sulawesi Province 2016 to 2017. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data processed is a summary of the Budget Work Plan and Budget Realization at the Badan Pengelola Keungan Daerah (BPKD) from 2016 to 2017 obtained from the annual report of the regional financial management body. The calculation technique used in the study is calculating the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio of Badan Pengelola Keungan Daerah budget realization. While the data analysis technique used in the study was to calculate the effectiveness and efficiency of the realization of the Badan Pengelola Keungan Daerah budget through the results of the overall income and expenditure budget. Based on the results of calculations and data collection on budget planning Badan Pengelola Keungan Daerah managed to prepare and plan its budget well until the realization stage, but the realization of the budget has been running quite effectively but less efficiently in 2016 to 2017, which is due to spending greater than income.

This study aims to determine the level of motivation of students majoring in Social Sciences (IS) in SMA N I Suliki District in choosing Biology cross-interests. Method, this research is quantitative with quantitative descriptive approach. Samples were taken by total sampling technique. The subjects in this study were all grade X students majoring in IS N NI High School in Suliki District who chose cross biology interest totaling 126 people, the data analysis technique was a percentage technique. The results of data analysis showed IS majoring students at SMAN 1 Kec. Suliki chose biology interest based on intrinsic motivation of 70.48% (good) and based on extrinsic motivation of 62.75% (good). Conclusion, the motivation of students majoring in Social Sciences (IS) in choosing cross-interests of biology both intrinsically and extrinsically is good. The purpose of this study was to describe the feasibility of teaching materials based on an open-ended approach to improve the reasoning abilities of fourth grade students in elementary schools. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development). The subjects of this study were 3 classroom teachers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis (data reduction, data presentation and conclusion) and quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of stage 1 media validation, it was obtained 84.8%, and the results of stage 2 media validation were obtained 94.8%. The result of material validation for stage 1 was obtained 84.6%, and validation for material for stage 2 was obtained 93.3%. The results of initial field trials obtained media 93.7% and material 92.3%. This shows that the teaching material is declared valid and suitable for use. Based on the results of this study, the suggestion that can be conveyed is that teaching materials based on an open-ended approach can be used as a tool for teaching and learning resources for students.

The Covid-19 pandemic forces all learning activities to be carried out online. College sports lessons are also conducted online. This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of students during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection using a survey. The instrument used was a performing test. Indicators of student physical fitness can be seen from the non-locomotor motion of standing stork and sit and reach. The research sample was 30 students. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the physical fitness of students during the Covid-19 pandemic when viewed from their non-locomotor ability to move was in the poor category. This can be seen from the low results of student body balance and flexibility tests.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing Law Number 23 of 2004 on Elimination of Violence in Household, as well as the factors that influence its enforcement. This type of research is empirical legal research with a quantitative descriptive in nature. This research was conducted in Makassar City to be precise at the Makassar City Police. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2004 in Makassar City is still considered less effective. Factors affecting the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2004 in Makassar City consists of several factors, namely: legal factors; law enforcement factors; supporting facility factors; environmental factors; and cultural factors. in addition, environmental factors are the biggest factor affecting the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2004. It is hoped that the police will further strengthen environmental factors in order to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2004 in the future.

This study aims to understand accountability and improve financial management as well as partial and simultaneous motivation for teacher performance in SMAN 1 dan SMAN 68 Jakarta. The research approach is a quantitative and associative quantitative approach. Data obtained using a questionnaire. The population is 82 teachers of SMAN 1 and SMAN 68, Central Jakarta, using saturated sample techniques. Data analysis technique is statistical analysis of multiple linear regression. The results of the study, partially the accountability variable has a positive effect on teacher performance. Transparency variable does not significantly influence teacher performance. The motivation variable partially has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously the accountability, transparency and motivation variables significantly influence teacher performance. The ability of accountability, transparency, and motivation to explain changes in teacher performance is 58.4%. Among the three variables that most dominant influence teacher performance is motivation, thus motivation is very helpful for teachers in improving their performance.

ABSTRACTOrganizational communication climate is one thing that really needs to be considered in an organization because after all the organizational communication climate has an influence on the sustainability of an organization, in order to make an organization that is in accordance with what is expected and aspired by the organization and includes members in it. Therefore, the researcher took the title "Analysis of Communication Climate in Employees (Quantitative Descriptive Survey on Employees of the Archives and Library Office of Kuningan Regency)". This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Archives and Libraries of Kuningan Regency, amounting to 42 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the overall communication climate went well, as seen from the 16 items dominated by the number 4 scale with 11 items and the number 3 scale with 5 items. Then it can be seen from the interval class test which is divided into 5 interval classes in the "good" class because there are 36 (85.7%) who are in the interval class range from 55 to 67 who fall into the "good" class and are one class level that is the highest is "very good". The research also shows that there is a good level of closeness between employees. The results of other studies were found on the values of participatory decision making which were seen as lacking. This is because all employees are not involved in decision making, especially when it comes to the top.Keywords: Communication Climate, Organization, Survey, Quantitative Descriptive  ABSTRAKIklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan pada sebuah organisasi karena bagaimanapun juga iklim komunikasi organisasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan sebuah organisasi, guna menjadikan suatu organisasi yang sesuai apa yang diharapkan dan dicita-citakan oleh organisasi dan termasuk anggota di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengambil judul “Analisis Iklim Komunikasi Pada Pegawai (Survey Deskriptif Kuantitatif Pada Pegawai Dinas Kearsipan Dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Kuningan)”. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakan Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 42 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa iklim komunikasi secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik terlihat dari 16 item didominasi oleh skala angka 4 sebanyak 11 item dan skala angka 3 sebanyak 5 item. Kemudian terlihat dari uji kelas interval yang dibagi kedalam 5 kelas interval berada pada kelas “baik” karena terdapat 36 (85,7%) yang berada pada range kelas interval dari 55 sampai 67 yang masuk kedalam kelas “baik” dan berada satu tinggkat kelas yang paling tinggi yaitu “sangat baik”. Dari penelitian juga memperlihatkan kedekatan pada tingkat baik yang terjalin di antara para pegawai. Hasil penelitian lainnya ditemukan pada nilai-nilai pembuatan keputusan partisipatif yang dilihat kurang. Hal itu dikarenakan tidak dilibatkannya seluruh pegawai dalam pengambilan keputusan terutama saat menyangkut pada bagian atas.Kata Kunci: Iklim Komunikasi, Organisasi, Survey, Deskriptif Kuantitatif
