<p class="Default"><em><span>The study was conducted in Batang Regency, Central Java. Still high levels of family poverty in this area, especially the condition of the family head women and tend to have non-permanent work, make the authors interested in doing this in-property research. Research methods using quantitative mixed methods are strengthened by qualitative analysis. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling, using the Slovin formula to determine the magnitude of the number of respondents. The study population numbered 535, with a total sample of research were 229 female heads of households. The results showed that indicators of group roles and companion roles had a very large contribution in encouraging the characteristics of women's household heads to be more empowered. Through a companion role, making a family of female heads more actively communicating. Through the development of public speaking, establishing a critical culture in the group, thus growing self-confidence, forming a empowered, independent, and potential self. Important research is conducted to see the extent to which the women's head program has walked the trunk, creating many tough women. Research novelty was obtained based on a combination of group communication attributed to economic empowerment.</span></em></p>

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the number of students from non-intact families lacking self-confidence, thus causing him to be less able to see himself positively. The purpose of this study is to see the difference in self-concept of students from intact families and families not intact. This research is a quantitative type of research with a comparative descriptive method. The population in this study were all students of SMP 25 Padang in the 2018/2019 academic year, totaling 744 students. The total sample of 260 students (150 students from intact families and 110 students from non-intact families) was selected using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed by percentage formula technique and formula t test with the help of SPSS for Windows 16. 0. The results revealed that (1) self-concept of students from intact families were in the high category (2) self-concept of students from non-intact families in the category quite high, and (3) there is a significant difference between the self-concept of students from intact families and non-intact families with a significant level of 0,000. Based on the results of the study it was suggested to counselors to be able to provide guidance and counseling services, information services, individual counseling services, group guidance services and group counseling services to students from non-intact families, in order to help students realize positive self-concepts.

This research is motivated by the low ability of the students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal in communicating well interpersonal. Self-confidence and peer conformity are factors that are thought to affect interpersonal communication. This study aims to describe: (1) self-confidence, peer conformity, and interpersonal communication, (2) the contribution of self-confidence to interpersonal communication, (3) the contribution of peer conformity to interpersonal communication, (4) the contribution of confidence and peer conformity. peers together on interpersonal communication. This research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population was all students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal, amounting to 1130 people, a sample of 295 people, who were selected by proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale model. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression. The research findings show that: (1) on average, students 'self-confidence is in the high category, (2) peer conformity is in the high category, (3) students' interpersonal communication is in the good category, (4) self-confidence contributes 47.8 % towards interpersonal communication, (5) peer conformity contributes to interpersonal communication by 19.2%, and (6) peer confidence and conformity together contribute to interpersonal communication by 49.5%

The purpose of this study was to obtain the effect of eye-foot coordination, flexibility of the limbs, body balance and self-confidence to the accuracy of the football of sepak takraw. The research method used in this research is the type of quantitative research with causality study approach. Technical Analysis uses a path analysis approach. Total population The study population is 40 athletes, sampling technique with total sampling. The number of samples in this study are 40 athletes who follow the Center for Student Development and Training. the results of this study conclude: (1) foot-eye coordination can directly affect the accuracy of the football on sepak takraw of 6.94% (2) limb formation can directly affect the accuracy of the football's early takraw of 5.96%, 3 ) the balance of the body can directly affect the initial accuracy of sepak takraw by 3.53%, (4) Self-confidence can directly affect the accuracy of the footballing of sepak takraw by 4.38%, (5) foot-eye coordination can affect direct self-confidence of 3.56%, (6) limb formation can directly influence self-confidence of 2.54%, (7) the balance of the body can directly affect self-confidence by 2.36%.   Keywords: Foot-Coordination, Limb Formation, Body Balance, Self Confidence and Accuracy of Football Upper Sepak takraw.

The  purpose  of  the study. The purpose of this study was to determine The Effect of Arm Muscle Strength on Lower Service Outcomes of Ektracurricular Students at SMP Negeri 3 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. Materials and methods. The form of this research is a correlation study with the population of all extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 3 Bangkinang Kampar Regency with a total sample of 10 people. The sample in this study was obtained based on the total sampling technique used in this study, namely the arm muscle strength test and the lower service test result. Results. The results of data analysis in this study obtained r count of 0.987 with a large contribution of 97.41%. This is classified as very good. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an influence of arm muscle strength on the ability of the underserving students of extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 3 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. Where obtained r arithmetic - 0.987 > r table = 0.632 with a contribution of 97.41% Conclusions. Based on the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that this study has a the influence of arm muscle strength (X) on the bottom service result (Y) extracurricular students of SMPN 3 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. Where r count 0.987 > r table 0.632, and there is a contribution of arm muscle strength to the results of lower serve volleyball for extracurricular students of SMPN 3 Bangkinang Kampar Regency of 97.41 % the remaining 2.583% is determined by other factors.

The involvement of fathers in the care of active participation of fathers in parenting that occurs continuously makes a positive impact on a child is one of them is adaptability. Adaptability is a person's ability to adapt well to itself or the environment, such as family, friends, other people, and the prevailing norms surrounding the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the involvement of fathers is there a relationship in the care of the adaptability of children aged 4-6 years in kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Pekanbaru. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach to the design of correlational research, for the study population was the father and learners TK Kemala Bhayangkari 3  Pekanbaru. Sample collection technique using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 40 children. The method used in this study is the use of grains statement attached to the questionnaire. Based on the calculation of correlation test obtained by r-value = 0.737, with significant value 0.000, then suggest a link between fathers' involvement in the care of the adaptability of children aged 4-6 years. In conclusion, the positive relationship between fathers' involvement in the upbringing of the adaptability of children aged 4-6 years in kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Pekanbaru

Learning independence is a condition where someone determines the decision on an initiative to solve learning problems through self-confidence. This study aims to determine the independence of student learning, determine the response of leaflet media in MMP learning, and determine the effect of leaflet media in MMP learning on student learning independence. The research method uses a pseudo experimental design. The study population was the X class Islamic Center in the city of Cirebon and samples were taken based on purposive sampling technique that is obtained class X AKL2. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with descriptive data analysis techniques and simple regression analysis. The results showed an average score of learning independence was 67.133, the average value of leaflet media response scores in MMP learning was 82.86, and the influence of media leaflets on learning independence was 50,4% with a regression equation 𝑌=62,185 + 0,084X.

The  purpose  of  the study. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of arm muscle power to the results of discus throwing at SMA Negeri 1 Salo, Kampar Regency. Materials and methods. The form of this research is correlation research with the population of all extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Salo, Kampar Regency with a total sample of 20 people. The sample in this study was obtained based on the total sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were arm muscle power tests and discus throwing results. Results. The results of data analysis in this study obtained an r count of 0.866 with a large contribution of 74.99%. This is classified as very good. Where obtained r arithmetic = 0.866 > r table = 0.444 with a contribution of 74.99% Conclusions. Based on the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that this study has a contribution of Arm Muscle Power (X) to the results of Discus Throwing (Y) extracurricular students of SMAN 1 Salo, Kampar Regency. Where r count 0.866 > r table 0.444, and there is a very strong contribution of arm muscle power to the discus throwing results of extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Salo, Kampar Regency which is very strong, which is 74.99%, the remaining 25.01% is determined by other factors.

Abstract. The female head of the family has a dual role, that is, a housewife and breadwinner to meet family needs. The study aims to analyze the effect of female head of household characteristics and group characteristics on participatory communication of groups and economic independence of women household heads. Respondents were Pekka groups in twelve villages in Batang City, Central Java, as many as 229 heads of households aged 22-74 years. The characteristics measured include 5 dimensions namely: age, education, marital status, number of dependents, and income. Data were analyzed descriptively and multiple linear regression testing was carried out. The results showed that there was a direct positive effect on the characteristics of female household heads in participatory communication and the economic independence of female household heads. and there is a direct negative effect on group characteristics on participatory communication and the economic independence of the female household headKeywords: Regulation Effect, Female Head of a Family, Pekka Group, Economic Independence

This study discusses the faktors that influence the entrepreneurial interest of the students in Semarang Terang Bangsa Academy. This study uses quantitative analysis methods with multiple linear regression methods to propose hypotheses between independent and dependent variables. The variables used are personality and family environment. The study population was active students of the Semarang Terang Bangsa Entrepreneurship Academy who had attended an entrepreneurship subject or had run a business. The sampling technique is done by using saturation sampling with a total sample of 64 students. The results of the study that showed the personality and environment of the family had a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial interest of the students in Semarang Terang Bangsa Entrepreneurship Academy. Based on simultant research that shows positive personality and family environment variables on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Semarang Terang Bangsa Entrepreneurship Academy with a level of influence of 57.3% and a significance of 0,000.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate governance, company size, and leverage on the integrity of financial statements partially in essential industrial and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and using the 2013-2017 research period. The study population includes companies. Essential industrial and chemical manufacturing sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique was using the purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, a total sample of 7 companies was obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis method used is a panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 9.0. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the independent commissioner has an effect, the audit committee on the integrity of financial statements, and leverage has no impact on the integrity of the financial statements.
