The purpose of this study was to obtain the effect of eye-foot coordination, flexibility of the limbs, body balance and self-confidence to the accuracy of the football of sepak takraw. The research method used in this research is the type of quantitative research with causality study approach. Technical Analysis uses a path analysis approach. Total population The study population is 40 athletes, sampling technique with total sampling. The number of samples in this study are 40 athletes who follow the Center for Student Development and Training. the results of this study conclude: (1) foot-eye coordination can directly affect the accuracy of the football on sepak takraw of 6.94% (2) limb formation can directly affect the accuracy of the football's early takraw of 5.96%, 3 ) the balance of the body can directly affect the initial accuracy of sepak takraw by 3.53%, (4) Self-confidence can directly affect the accuracy of the footballing of sepak takraw by 4.38%, (5) foot-eye coordination can affect direct self-confidence of 3.56%, (6) limb formation can directly influence self-confidence of 2.54%, (7) the balance of the body can directly affect self-confidence by 2.36%.   Keywords: Foot-Coordination, Limb Formation, Body Balance, Self Confidence and Accuracy of Football Upper Sepak takraw.

The purpose of this research is to obtain information on the direct and indirect influence of leg muscle explosive power, flexibility, hand eye coordination and self confidence in basket lay up shoot skills. The research method used in this research is the type of quantitative research with correlational study approach. Technical analysis using path analysis approach (path analysis). The total population of this research is 41 students, sampling technique by total sampling. Total samples in this research is 41 students who followed extracurricular. The results of this research concluded: (1) leg muscle explosive power directly affect the skills of lay up shoot as 0.408, (2) flexibility direct influence on skills lay up shoot as 0.297, 3) hand eye coordination directly affect the skills of lay up shoot as 0,217, (4) self confidence directly influence to skill of lay up shoot as 0,151, (5) leg muscle explosive power directly influence to self confidence as 0,317, (6) flexibility direct influence to self confident as 0,261, 7) hand eye coordination has a direct effect self confidence as 0.282.   Keywords:   leg muscle explosive power, flexibility, hand-eye coordination confidence, lay up shoot, survey

The increasing of growth of any oil palm crop is not accompanied by safe behavior in the use of PPE in oil palm plantations. This is evident from most workers who do not work safely by not using PPE when they accomplished their activities. This study aims to determine of the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to workers in oil palm plantations. This is a quantitative research with cross sectional.The study population was all plantation workers totaling 77 workers and the sampling technique using total sampling method from the total total population of 77 workers. The results showed that the behavior of using PPE was in the bad category at 61.0%. Knowledge (p = 0.031), attitude (p = 0.001) and training (0.018) are variables that have a relationship with the use of PPE. Conclusions show that most workers know about the use of PPE but workers do not believe that one way to reduce the risk of workplace accidents is by using personal protective equipment and most of them have said that they have attended training in the use of personal protective equipment.

This research was conducted with the background that the family is the main and appropriate place to cultivate the potential of children's spiritual intelligence. Children who are raised in a family environment with high spiritual intelligence will become individuals with high spiritual intelligence. The purpose of this study is to see how the parenting style is, to see how the child's spiritual intelligence is described, and to see how to do it. related to parenting patterns of parents with spiritual intelligence of children in Toaya Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency. The research method used by researchers in this thesis is quantitative research with simple linear regression analysis. The study population was 240 children, for this study sample took a total of 60 samples, using a quota sampling technique. The data technique is in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire and uses interviews. Thus, based on the data processing that can be shown, there is no between parenting or parenting towards the spiritual intelligence of children in Toaya Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency.

The number of mothers giving birth with sectio caesarae delivery at BLUD R.S H.M Djafar Harun North Kolaka in 2015 was 254 people, then increased in 2016 to 521 people. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for the incidence of Sectio Caesarea delivery at H.M Djafar Harun Hospital, North Kolaka. This type of research is an analytic observational study with a case-control study approach. The study population was 68 with a sample of 136 people using the Accidental Sampling Technique. Data analysis using the Odds Ratio test. The results of the risk analysis based on narrow pelvic factors showed the value of OR= 9,681; LL= 2,728; UL= 34,355, and then placenta previa factor showed the value of OR= 6,484; LL= 0,759; UL= 55,385. In conclusion, narrow pelvis is a strong risk factor and placenta previa is not a strong risk factor for Sectio Caesarea delivery. It is hoped that the hospital will seek to identify high-risk pregnancies, complications or pregnancy abnormalities so that they can be detected early so that they are able to more optimally handle complications during childbirth.

This research is motivated by the low ability of the students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal in communicating well interpersonal. Self-confidence and peer conformity are factors that are thought to affect interpersonal communication. This study aims to describe: (1) self-confidence, peer conformity, and interpersonal communication, (2) the contribution of self-confidence to interpersonal communication, (3) the contribution of peer conformity to interpersonal communication, (4) the contribution of confidence and peer conformity. peers together on interpersonal communication. This research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population was all students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal, amounting to 1130 people, a sample of 295 people, who were selected by proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale model. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression. The research findings show that: (1) on average, students 'self-confidence is in the high category, (2) peer conformity is in the high category, (3) students' interpersonal communication is in the good category, (4) self-confidence contributes 47.8 % towards interpersonal communication, (5) peer conformity contributes to interpersonal communication by 19.2%, and (6) peer confidence and conformity together contribute to interpersonal communication by 49.5%

Focus of the investigation is to get some answers concerning the kidney illness and its effects on the everyday lives of the patients. Mostly patients don't think about the causes and how this illness is influencing and hauling them to finish their life step by step, so this examination will be useful to comprehend the Kidney sicknesses and financial and mental, effect of dialysis patients further to make sense of pretty much all that. Any harm which disturbs the roles of the kidneys and stops them to work normally is basically Kidney disease. Kidneys are a fist sized organ placed below the rib cage. They resemble a couple of bean formed organs in a human body and assume a significant job in managing the measure of water and synthetics (electrolytes) in the body, for example, sodium, potassium and phosphorous. In this study quantitative research method is used along with the non-probability sampling technique to collect data from the selected sample by using interview schedule and purposive and snowball sampling technique. The sample size is 250 respondents to gather the genuine information identified with this exploration from patients experiencing dialysis or kidney ailments. The Universe of this study would be the registered patients of the Liaquat National Hospital, Karachi. According to the findings dialysis really keeps the body in balance by giving it what it requires like evacuating waste, salt, and additional water from the body to cause hurt. It assists with dealing with the degree of specific synthetic substances safe in the blood like sodium, potassium and bicarbonate. It likewise controls the circulatory strain of the kidney patients.

Abstract The balance of body is one of the main factor in doing fungsional activity. In every activity, the body always need control of the body balance, because basically every phisic activity right static or dinamic will take someone on unstable position with big risk to having fell. Swiss Ball exercise as support is believed on labile surface will make spine have big chance to stabling the muscle between vebra and increase the dinamic balance to restrain the repeats stability. The research object to know The Effect of Swiss Ball Exercise toward The Body Balance to Less The Risk Fall of Older at UPT Social Service of Older and Children Under Five district Binjai and Medan in Year 2016. The research type is Quasi Experiment with pre test-post test one group only design method. Population in this research all of older at UPT Social Service district Binjai as much as 172 older with number of man is 81 and woman is 91, with Purposive sampling Technique that is 15 respondences. Data collecting using observation sheet with analysis that used is univariat: respondence characteristics, the body balance of older before and after doing Swiss Ball practice, and bivariat with Paired t-Test. The research result showing the average of body balance before doing Swiss Ball as much (Mean 38,07) and after (Mean 46,33). Conclusion: there is the effect of Swiss Ball toward body balance to less the risk fall of older (p=0,000 ; p=< 0,05). Sugessted for older to practice the balance himself more steady so that not easy to have risk fall further. Interpersonal education in pregnancy program is a means to learn together about maternal health in the form of face to face in a group that aims to improve the knowledge and skills of mothers in pregnancy,childbirth, postpartum and newborn care. 8 of 10 mothers have not been able breastfeeding correctly when they have Interpersonal education in pregnancy program. Aim of this study is to identify a picture of the participants, facilitators, facilities and infrastructureclass of pregnant women in the region work of Puskesmas Sukolilo. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with a case study approach. The variables used were input component class pregnant women, participants, facilitators, facilities and infrastructure. The study population is all classes of existing maternal health center working area Sukoliloas many as 13 classes for pregnant women. The data are collected by using questionnaires,observation, and interviews. The results showed that the majority of class participants mom Pregnant aged 21-25 years is 78 respondents (77%). In which The majority of participantsprimary and junior education level that is 84 respondents (83%) and mostly participants as housewife is 67 respondents (66%). Meanwhile the knowledge of participants almost half less that 49 respondents (48%), and class facilitators pregnant women as many as two respondents, both aged > 35 years, educated DIII of midwifery, and trained in facilitating classroom pregnant women. In addition, pregnant mothers-class facilities are available but incomplete and also there are less infrastructure. It is expected that the participants in a class of pregnant women can be group ed according to the level of education and age of pregnancy in order to get the right things, then the facilitator in pregnant mother class should be carried out by midwives in the local area, as well as the means and infrastructure needs to be more completed in order to support class implementation pregnant women to be more optimal and effective.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

Cancer is an abnormality in the body organs, for instance the abnormal cells grow very quickly, and consequentlydisrupt the performance of normal cells. An unhealthy meal pattern can cause cancer and stress and in long term it can cause thedecrease of immunity, as the result someone with low immunity is at risk to get sick easily.The purpose of the research was toidentify the correlation between diet  and the type of cancer at the chemotherapy rooms in General Hospital Abdul Wahab Sjahranie.This study employed quantitative research design with cross sectional approach. The number of the population in this research was 183 respondents and 125 samples were selected to participate with purposive random sampling technique. The instruments of meal pattern questionnaire  is used to collect the data and Chi-Square test was utilized to analyse the statistics test.The finding from the correlation between the variable of meal pattern and the type of cancer showed significant result pvalue = 0.003 a<0.05. This means that there was significant correlation between diet and the type of cancer. This result indicate that  is significant influence  between meal pattern with the type of cancer
