The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between attachment style, self-esteem and social anxiety among adolescence. Attachment style, self-esteem, and social anxiety scales were used to collect data from students of class X in a senior high school in Madiun, East Java. Using purposive sampling technique, 58 students were chosen to participate in this study. Path analysis was employed to examine the relationship between attachment style, self-esteem and social anxiety; attachment style and social anxiety; and self-esteem and social anxiety.The result showed that there are negative correlation between attachment style, self-esteem and social anxiety. Attachment style have both direct and indirect effect to social anxiety while self-esteem only have a direct effect to social anxiety.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara attachment style dan self-esteem dengan kecemasan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Peneliti menggunakan skala attachment style, self-esteem, dan kecemasan sosial sebagai instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data. Data diambil dari siswa SMA Negeri 1 Dagangan Madiun, yang duduk di kelas X. Peneliti mengukur attachment style, self-esteem dan kecemasan sosial pada 58 siswa yang telah terpilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dilakukan analisis jalur untuk menguji hubungan antara attachment style dan self-esteem dengan kecemasan sosial, attachment style dengan kecemasan sosial, dan self-esteem dengan kecemasan sosial. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara attachment style dan self-esteem dengan kecemasan sosial. Attachment style memiliki pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kecemasan sosial sementara self-esteem hanya memiliki hubungan langsung terhadap kecemasan sosial.

People with social anxiety demonstrate different behavioral aspects such as nervousness, apprehension, fear, and concern that negatively affect their personal traits and self-esteem. The current study is designed to identify the relationship between social anxiety and self-esteem among university students. To achieve this purpose, the descriptive correlation approach was utilized. Social anxiety and self-esteem scales were applied to a sample of 334 university students in Jordan. The study results revealed a low level of social anxiety and a high level of self-esteem among participants. In addition, there was a statistically significant negative correlation between the level of social anxiety and self-esteem among participants. The study recommended holding workshops and seminars for fresh students at the beginning of each academic year, to alleviate their feeling of stress and social anxiety and to raise the level of their self-esteem.

Islamic Economics regulates development through instruments of Islamic development funds including zakat, infaq and alms. But the collection of ZIS funds is still low compared to its potential. This research is designed to analyze the influence of service quality, donor’s trust in donor’s loyalty. The population of this study was donors at the Sinergi Foundation institution. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling quota sampling with a total sample of 100 people. In addition, it also uses path analysis to determine the relationship or influence between these variables. The results of this study indicate that First, service quality has a positive and significant effect on donor’s trust. Second, service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on donor’s loyalty. Third, donor’s trust has a positive and significant effect on donor loyalty. Fourth, service quality affects the loyalty of donors through trust in donors as an intervening variable.

The problems that occurred in the employee portion of sales LG Indonesia Semarang is adecline in performance is indicated by not achieving the target for 2015. The employeeperformance and motivation is also thought to be influenced by factors of organizationalculture and also compensation deemed not feasible by most employees. This study aimedto analyze the influence of organizational culture on the motivation and compensationand employee performance parts sales LG Indonesia Semarang. The population used inthis study were all employees of LG Indonesia Semarang. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken were all employees of the salesdepartment LG Indonesia Semarang who have worked more than two years are 71nurses. The method of collecting the data in this study using questionnaires andinterviews. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. Based on the research,organizational culture and compensation have a positive effect on motivation andperformance, while motivation is also a positive effect on performance. Based on theresults Sobel Test to determine whether there is mediating the relationship between theindependent and dependent variables, it is known that motivation mediates the effect ofcompensation and organizational culture on performance.

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and buying decision. The hypothesis proposed in this study stated that there was a positive relationship between self-esteem and buying decision, assuming the higher self-esteem and the higher buying decision,  and conversely the lower self-esteem, the lower the buying decision. Subjects used in this students of university area law faculty Workers consisting of 123 people who were selected by using purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained from a scale to measure self-esteem and buying decision. The calculation was performed by means of testing requirements analysis (assumption test) that consists of a test for normality and linearity. Analysis of the data used was performed by Product Moment Analysis through SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that r = 0.211 and p = 0.010 (p < 0.05), indicating that there was a positive relationship between self-esteem and buying decision. The results of this study indicated that the contribution (R2) given to the buying dicision to variable of self-esteem was 4,4 %, the remaining 95,6 % were affected by other factors not examined. From these results it can be concluded that the hypothesis is acceptable.

This study examines the mediating effect of supply agility on the relationship between trust and commitment and supply chain performance. The study examines the direct effect of trust and commitment on supply chain performance, trust and commitment on supply agility and supply agility on supply chain performance. The study also examines the indirect effect of trust and commitment on supply chain performance with supply agility as an intervening variable. The research sample consists of 100 respondents who sell chicken meat in seven districts in Lebak Regency, Banten Province, Indonesia. Data are collected using purposive sampling technique. The statistical tool used is the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that; trust has no effect on supply chain performance, commitment has a significant effect on supply chain performance, trust has a significant effect on supply agility, commitment has a significant effect on supply agility, and supply agility has a significant effect on supply chain performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Se-Kabupaten Jember. Jumlah populasi 97 Madrasah dengan rincian tiga Madrasah Aliyah Negeri dan 94 Madrasah Aliyah Swasta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak enam madrasah dengan 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenisnya regresi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket dan dokumen-dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan Path Analyisis. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16 for Windows. Penelitian sampai pada simpulan: Koefisien jalur pertama, penempatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru serta kepuasan kerja guru juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Jadi pengaruh langsung  penempatan terhadap kinerja guru lebih efektif dari pada melalui kepuasan kerja. Koefisien jalur kedua, motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Akan tetapi motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Jadi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dapat melalui kepuasan kerja guru. Kata Kunci: penempatan, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja guru This study aims to determine the effect of placement and work motivation on job satisfaction and teachers' performance in Madrasah Aliyah throughout Jember Regency. The total population is 97 madrasas consisting of three States and 94 private Madrasah Aliyahs. There are 100 research respondents incorporating six madrasahs in total. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study used a regression type of quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and then analyzed by using Path Analysis. The data were processed using SPSS 16 for Windows. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that; the first Path Coefficient, the placement, has a positive and significant effect on teachers' job satisfaction and the job satisfaction itself also has a positive and significant effect on teachers' performance. Hence, the direct effect of placement on teacher performance is more effective than job satisfaction. The second path coefficient, work motivation, has an indirect effect on teachers' performance. However, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, the influence of work motivation on teachers' performance can be measured through teachers' job satisfaction.

The current research aims to find the relationship between secure attachment style and self-esteem among latency adolescence. The assumptions developed for the study stated that a) secure attachment style would be positively correlated with self-esteem among Adolescents.  b) Insecure attachment style (anxious and avoidant) would be negatively correlated with self-esteem among adolescents. The sample of the study comprised of 180 adolescents including 90 male and 90 female adolescents with age ranges between 12 to 16 years (M=13.27, SD=1.13) were selected through purposive sampling technique from private schools based in Karachi, Pakistan. After taking approval from the authorities, the participant's assent to participate in the research was taken and a demographic form was administered. To measure the effect of attachment on self-esteem, the Attachment Style Classification Questionnaire (Finzi et al., 1996) and the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (Rosenberg, 1965) were used. Descriptive statistics and Pearson product-moment coefficient of correlation were applied to study the correlation among the study variables. The finding shows a noteworthy relationship between secure attachment styles and self-esteem was found with an r-value of .118 and a P value of .116.

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk is a company that produces outdoor, travel, and riding equipment. In early 2021, Eiger was hit by a crisis that many concluded was a failed PR activity. Eiger formed a crisis responsibility by providing feedback and creating a discount program for the audience. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the crisis responsibility affected the loyalty of Eiger customers with a post-crisis reputation as an intervening variable. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach involving 265 samples selected using non-probability purposive sampling technique with criteria that sample must know this case and have used Eiger products. This study uses path analysis as a data measurement technique to prove whether there is a relationship between the variables in this study. Path analysis was carried out using the AMOS 26 tool. The results showed that a post-crisis reputation was a partial-mediation intervening variable. The direct effect in this study is more prominent than the indirect effect. PT Eigerindo Multi Produk merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi alat-alat outdoor, travel, dan riding. Pada awal 2021, Eiger sempat dilanda krisis dikarenakan pemberian surat keberatan kepada beberapa Youtuber yang memiliki kualitas video yang kurang baik. Hal ini banyak disimpulkan sebagai salah satu aktivitas PR yang gagal. Untuk menghadapi krisis ini, Eiger memuat beberapa tanggapan dan membuat program diskon kepada khalayaknya sebagai bentuk dari tanggung jawab krisis tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah tanggung jawab krisis tersebut berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Eiger dengan reputasi pasca-krisis sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif yang melibatkan 265 sampel yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik non-probability sampling, purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel yang harus mengetahui kasus krisis Eiger serta pernah menggunakan produk Eiger. Penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis sebagai teknik pengukuran data untuk membuktikan apakah ada hubungan antar variabel yang ada di dalam penelitian ini. Path analysis yang dilakukan menggunakan bantuan perangkat AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi pasca-krisis sebagai variabel intervening yang bersifat partial-mediation. Pengaruh langsung dalam penelitian ini lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung.

Domestic violence is action commit by a person to harm a family member. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between domestic violence, social support with self esteem of women as a victims. The sampel were 31 women victims of domestic violence in Bogor, West Java. Sampels were selected by purposive sampling, considering that the sampel had experienced domestic violence by her husband. The result showed that there was a negative correlation between age sampel with domestic violence. In addition, the results found showed a significant positive relationship between the length of education with social support and there is also a significant positive relationship between domestic violence with self esteem of this wife

<p>This study aims to identify students quantity who are having the misconception on Newton's laws of motion concept using a Three-tiered Test. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique and has been conducted on 56 students at Senior High School. A three-tier "Newton’s Law Of Motion Test" with 10 items is using as instrument to collected date in this study. The results showed that the quantity of students who experienced misconception with the highest category is on the concept of determining the relationship between the mass of objects and the time required for free fall that is equal to 89.3%. While the lowest category is in the concept of explaining the relationship between acceleration, mass and force with the time required for the object to fall freely that is equal to 26.8%.</p>
