ABSTRAK Skripsi ini adalah hasil penelitian Antropologi budaya mengenai pewarisan budaya dalam kesenian, yaitu kesenian Bringbrung di Kelurahan Ledeng, Kecamatan Cidadap Hilir, Kota Bandung. Penelitian berjudul “Pewarisan Budaya dalam kesenian Bringbrung di Kelurahan Ledeng, Kecamatan Cidadap Hilir, Kota Bandung”, pembahasannya menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori sosial dan budaya yang mengungkap pewarisan budaya secara sosialisasi, enkulturasi dan internaslisasi. Penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk menjelaskan sistem sosial dalam pewarisan budaya kesenian Bringbrung di Kelurahan Ledeng Kecamatan Cidadap Hilir, Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mengungkap tentang: 1) Proses pewarisan dalam Kesenian Bringbrung dilakukan secara Sosialisasi, Enkulturasi dan Internalisasi; 2) Media pewarisan meliputi praktek menabuh terebang, menyayikan lagu-lagu, menari dan pengelolaan keorganisasian; 3) Faktor pendukung dalam pewarisan adalah masyarakat, orang-tua, pemerintah, media sosial, seniman dan sanggar seni Bringbrung; sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan mengenal budaya leluhur, profit seni Bringbrung tidak menjamin kehidupan, dan derasnya globalisasi yang memarjinalkan seni tradisional. Pewarisan budaya yang dilakukan oleh seniman Bringbrung kepada generasi-generasi penerus bertujuan agar kesenian Bringbrung dapat dilestarikan keberadaannya.Kata Kunci: Bringbrung, Pewarisan Budaya, Kelurahan Ledeng ABSTRACT This thesis is the result of cultural anthropology research on cultural inheritance in art, namely Bringbrung art in Ledeng sub-district, Cidadap Hilir, Bandung.The research with the title 'Cultural Heritage in Bringbrung art in Ledeng sub-district of Cidadap Hilir, Bandung', discussion uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytic methods. The theory that is used in this research is a social and cultural theory that reveals cultural inheritance through socialization, enculturation, and internalization. This study aims to explain the social system in the cultural inheritance of Bringbrung art in Ledeng sub-district, Cidadap Hilir, Bandung. The results of this study are revealing about: 1) The process of inheritance in Bringbrung Art is carried out in socialization, enculturation and internalization; 2) Media of inheritance includes the practice of beating beats, singing songs, dancing and organizational management; 3) The supporting factors in inheritance are the community, parents, government, social media, artists and Bringbrung art studios: while inhibiting factors include limitations on knowing the ancestral culture, Bringbrung's art profit does not guarantee life, the rapid globalization that marginalizes traditional art. The cultural heritage carried out by Bringbrung artists to future generations aims to preserve the existence of Bringbrung art.Keywords: Bringbrung, Cultural Heritage, Ledeng Village

This article discusses social development by the community carried out by Paguyuban Jamu Gendong Lestari in Kuningan Barat Village, Mampang Prapatan Subdistrict, South Jakarta through the creative economy sector, namely jamu gendong business as a culinary sub-sector based on culture and local wisdom. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive types. The results show that the Paguyuban Jamu Gendong Lestari as a community that runs a business in the creative economy, namely jamu as an Indonesian cultural heritage has succeeded in carrying out the social development process based on seven characteristics of social development. The social development strategy that is carried out is a social development strategy by the community through which the members of the Paguyuban Jamu Gendong Lestari are members who work together harmoniously to meet their needs, solve their problems and try to create opportunities to improve lives through the management of jamu businesses.AbtrakArtikel ini membahas mengenai pembangunan sosial oleh masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Paguyuban Jamu Gendong Lestari di Kelurahan Kuningan Barat Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan Jakarta Selatan melalui budaya dan kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Paguyuban Jamu Gendong Lestari sebagai komunitas yang menjalankan usaha di bidang ekonomi kreatif yaitu jamu sebagai warisan budaya Indonesia telah berhasil melakukan proses pembangunan sosial berdasarkan tujuh karakteristik pembangunan sosial. Strategi pembangunan sosial yang dijalankanadalah strategi pembangunan sosial oleh masyarakat melalui wadah Paguyuban Jamu Gendong Lestari. Masyarakat yang menjadi anggota saling bekerja sama secara harmonis untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka, memecahkan masalah mereka dan berupaya menciptakan kesempatan guna memperbaiki hidup melalui pengelolaan usaha jamu gendong.

AbstractAccording to the logic of the conservation ethics, the heritage sector has the duty to conserve cultural heritage because it has inherent value and constitutes a non-renewable resource that once destroyed cannot be substituted and, therefore, must be preserved for the benefit of future generations. In this article, I argue, however, that the cultural heritage of the past is not a comprehensive legacy that theoretically, at any point, might have been considered complete but, rather, that it can be understood as frequently updated manifestations of changing perceptions of the past over time. The most important question for conservation and heritage management, thus, is not how much heritage of any one period may or may not survive intact into the future but, instead, which heritage, as our legacy to the generations to come, will benefit future societies the most. In particular, I am calling for more research into the possible significance of heritage in addressing some of the social consequences of climate change.

Kajian ini meneliti penggunaan sistem sapaan dalam kad undangan perkahwinan masyarakat Melayu. Sistem sapaan dalam masyarakat Melayu amat unik kerana terdapat pelbagai sistem gelaran dan panggilan berdasarkan status sosial seseorang individu tersebut. Oleh itu, kertas kerja ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahawa sistem sapaan yang diamalkan merupakan satu bentuk kesantunan berbahasa kerana melambangkan taraf dan status sosial seseorang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teori Ervin-Tripp (1972). Kaedah yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah kaedah kualitatif dengan teknik kajian analisis kata sapaan dalam kad undangan perkahwinan Melayu. Berdasarkan analisis kajian pustaka yang dijalankan, faktor yang mempengaruhi sistem sapaan dan panggilan dalam masyarakat Melayu adalah berdasarkan status sosioekonomi seseorang, iaitu umur, jantina, pangkat dan pendidikan individu. Sistem sapaan dan panggilan dalam masyarakat Melayu mempunyai fungsi yang tersendiri, iaitu untuk menunjukkan rasa hormat dan memuliakan seseorang, mengeratkan hubungan kekeluargaan dan persaudaraan. Selain itu, sistem sapaan bertujuan mendidik generasi muda kini dan generasi akan datang untuk menghormati orang yang lebih tua. Kajian sistem sapaan ini penting dan memberi manfaat kepada masyarakat Melayu kerana dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai kesantunan dalam berkomunikasi, masyarakat Melayu lebih dipandang tinggi dan dihormati.   This study examined the use of the address system in Malay wedding invitation cards. The address system in the Malay community is very unique due to the use of various titles and terms based on the social status of the intended individuals. This paper was therefore aimed at proving that the address system practised in the community was a form oflanguage politeness since it portrayed the rank and social status of a person. Data were analysed with the theory proposed by Ervin-Tripp (1972). This study utilised a qualitative approach using the technique of extracting andanalysing address forms used in Malay wedding invitation cards. Based on the analysis, it was found that factors affecting the address system and honorifics in the Malay community depended on a person’s socioeconomicstatus such as age, gender, rank and education of individuals. The address system in the Malay community has specific functions namely to show respect and honour, and to strengthen family and community bonds. In addition, the use of the address system is aimed at educating the young and future generations to respect their elders. This study is critical and beneficial to the Malay community since inculcating politeness values in communication with others would lead to the community being regarded with esteem and respect.

Women weavers in the Toba area, North Sumatera, Indonesia, are the main key to the continuation of the Toba’s Ulos cultural weaving and the preservation of artefacts through the process of the cultural inheritance. The women are spread in various regions around Lake Toba with a variety of their unique cultural characteristics reflected in their woven cloths. However, the existence of the women weavers has not been optimally empowered as a cultural heritage with high economic and artistic value. This study aims to uncover the social and cultural mapping of the current condition of Ulos Toba weavers by identifying female weavers in the Lake Toba region related to the inheritance of traditional weaving as the cultural identity of the Batak Toba. This research is expected to be the basis for designing strategies to utilize Ulos woven artefacts as one of the cultural heritages and identities in the Lake Toba region to provide sustainable benefits for the weavers, so that they can provide solutions to the problem of extinction threats to this Batak cultural inheritance. In detail, this study provides an overview of the social and economic conditions of women weavers in inheriting and maintaining Ulos weaving as a cultural identity of the Batak Toba community, North Sumatra, Indonesia.

Saman and Bines dance is a traditional art from Gayo Lues, a very inherent existence in the supporting community as a dance that is specifically danced by men for Saman and women for Bines. In this article, the author describes the presentation of the arts at the Bejamu Saman cultural event. As a cultural heritage, the presentation of Saman and Bines in Bejamu Saman activities is the focus of research, how to present Saman and Bines in Bejamu Saman cultural events. This research uses qualitative methods, namely data that has been collected in the field regarding the Saman and Bines dance on Bejamu Saman activities and other data related to the object and focus of the research. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively-analytically with a textual analysis approach. The purpose of this research was to describe the presentation form of the Saman and Bines dance in Bejamu Saman activities. So that the results of this research can be used as supporting material in future Saman and Bines dance research. Understand the differences in the presentation of Saman and Bines as a spectacle and or as a series of cultural activities. Obtain information related to Bejamu Saman, a cultural event of the Gayo Lues community that represents the social identity of the Gayo Lues community in a reflection of the nation's character.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Cities have existed throughout the history as a combination and conflict of various cultures. The values of citizens are shaped by cultural accumulation that is created from the past to our times. Cultural elements cover a wide scope of fields from science in life to art. The history of the city helps the recognition of the city’s architecture, music, tradition, habits and culture and creates the identity of the city. All of these elements that form a city constitute the cultural heritage of the city. The best witnesses of cultural heritage are city museums which present cities as they are. City museums are one of archive sources that contain all the information that may be gathered about a city. Museums are significant structures that transfer the past to the future, witness all the times experienced by cities and symbolize cities. This study was form around who the structure and culture of a city is reflected by museums, which are the strongest protectors of the cultural heritage of a city. This is why this study discusses the province of Trabzon which has hosted several civilizations from the past to the present and protected its cultural heritage, as well as its city museums. Information and documents were collected in relation to the city museums in the province of Trabzon, and city museums were discussed with the method of field surveys. The city of Trabzon has been covered in the scope of the study with the city’s museums where it preserves its cultural heritage. The museum contributes to the development and strengthening of the social consciousness as well as the transfer of the city’s values, and the values we make us with great care. The purpose of the study is to reveal the extent to which city museums protect the cultural heritage of the city and transfer it to future generations.</p><p><strong>Öz</strong></p><p>Tarih boyunca kentler pek çok kültürün birleşimi ve çatışmasıyla ile var olmuştur.  Kentlilerin sahip oldukları değerler geçmişten günümüze gelen kültürel birikimlerle şekillenir. Kültürel öğeler, yaşam içinde bilimden sanata pek çok alanı kapsamaktadır. Kentin tarihi, mimarisi, müziği, gelenek ve göreneği kenti ve kentin kültürünün tanınmasına yardımcı olur ve kentin kimliğini oluşturur. Kenti meydana getiren tüm bu öğeler, kentin kültürel mirasını temsil eder. Kültürel mirasın izlerinin en iyi tanıkları, onları olduğu gibi sunan kent müzeleridir. Kent müzeleri kente dair elde edilebilecek tüm bilgileri içinde barındıran kentin en önemli arşiv kaynaklarından biridir. Müzeler, kent için geçmişi geleceğe aktaran, kentin tüm zamanlarına tanıklık eden ve kenti simgeleyen önemli yapılardır. Bir kentin kültürel mirasının en güçlü koruyucuları olan müzelerin, kentin yapısını ve kültürünü nasıl yansıttığı bu çalışmanın ana kurgusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu nedenle geçmişten günümüze birçok medeniyete ev sahipliği yapmış olan Trabzon kenti, kültürel mirasını koruduğu kent müzeleri ile çalışma kapsamında ele alınmıştır. Kent müzeleri şehrin değerlerinin gelecek kuşaklara aktarılmasının yanı sıra, toplum bilincinin gelişip güçlenmesine de katkıda bulunmaktadır. Trabzon kentindeki tüm müzeler bizi bir çatı altında toplayan; tarihimizi, kültürümüzü, gelenek ve göreneğimizi, kısacası bizi biz yapan değerleri büyük bir titizlikle korumaktadır. Çalışmada, literatür araştırması ile kentin müzeleri ile ilgili bilgiler ve belgeler toplanmış ve yerinde gözlem yoluyla da kent müzeleri irdelenmiştir.</p>

This study aimed to describe the farmers' community's solidarity and both inhibiting and it's supporting factors. The next goal is to reveal the positive values contained in solidarity that is carried out by the farmers' community in the Village of Wanareja. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, and the data analysis was carried out by conducting a reduction, presentation, and verification of the data. The conclusion is drawn after the data presentation. Solidarity among farmers is based on humanity and a sense of responsibility for the interests of living together, mutual cooperation, and helping each other as an implementation of solidarity. The solidarity becomes a social unit to form of unity because of the social bond among peasants. The gotong royong and help each other is becoming a tool to measure the success of farming, it means that the more mutual cooperation and help each other run optimally among farmers, the more yields of the farmer will get. The kinship, culture, and religion are the supporting factors of the peasant solidarity, on the other side, the modernization and economic conditions are the inhibiting factors for the development of the solidarity attitude among the farmers' community.

Abstract. Bum and beggars are one of the social welfare problems in Yogyakata. In the rehabilitation program for sprawl, the Bina Karya unit has a one-year program target for fifty fostered residents with an on-off system, where there is a certain period of sprawl getting fostered until the termination stage. This research discusses the empowerment of homeless people and beggars through vocational guidance at the Center of Rehabilitation of Unit Bina Karya in Yogyakarta. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the vocational guidance provided by Balai for flat housing includes welding, wood, sewing, and agriculture vocational guidance. In the implementation of vocational guidance has supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors such as cooperation with Balai practitioners who are competent in their fields and collaborating with business units. Then the inhibiting factors include the mental and mindset of the Social Fostered Citizens (WBS) are weak, WBS rejection of guidance, lack of social workers, and vocational assessment is less in-depth. Abstrak. “Gepeng” adalah satu dari sekian masalah sosial yang ada di Yogyakarta. Dalam program rehabilitasi terhadap Gepeng, unit Bina Karya memiliki sasaran program satu tahun untuk lima puluh warga binaan dengan sistem on-off, di mana terdapat periode tertentu terhadap Gepeng untuk mendapatkan binaan sampai pada tahap terminasi. Melalui metode kualitatif, penelitian ini membahas pemberdayaan gelandangan dan pengemis melalui bimbingan vokasi di Balai Rehabilitasi Unit Bina Karya Yogyakarta. Hasilnya menunjukkan bimbingan vokasi oleh Balai terhadap gepeng meliputi bimbingan vokasi las, kayu, menjahit, dan pertanian. Dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan vokasi ada beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukung meliputi kerjasama Balai dengan praktisi yang kompeten dalam bidangnya dan bekerja sama dengan unit usaha. Sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi mental dan mindset Warga Binaan Sosial (WBS) yang lemah, penolakan WBS terhadap bimbingan, kurangnya tenaga pekerja sosial, dan assessment vokasional kurang mendalam.

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the Livable Housing Program (RTLH) in alleviating poverty in Bolaang Uki District, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this research were the Social Office, Head of Sub-District, Sangadi and community who received RTLH assistance. Data analysis through data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed the stages of implementation which included: Proposal verification, location assessment, socialization, location determination and verification of potential beneficiaries are deemed not maximally successful. The house construction stages include the assessment stage and the determination of the part of the house to be repaired and prioritization of the part of the house to be repaired is considered unsuccessful. Supporting factors are communication and disposition. While, inhibiting factors are the resources and structure of the bureaucracy.

The problems we face today live in a time of moral degradation and destruction. People feel proud if they can imitate the trend carried by the West; both in thought and lifestyle. Ironically, not a few generations of Muslims who terpedaya with the trend. They make Western values ​​as their standard of behavior and morals. Meanwhile, Islamic morality is increasingly felt strange and difficult to practice in the midst of society facing such problems plural and complex. The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe the steps Implementation of values ​​of Ethics, Moral and Morals in learning behavior in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation of Ethics, Morals and Morals values ​​in the behavior of learning in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto This research type is field research research using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses descriptive explorative, that is by describing state and phenomenon status. Based on the exposure of the analysis of data sources can be concluded that: 1) Steps Implementation of values ​​of Ethics, Morals and Morals in the behavior of learning in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto is the first institution to make a mature planning, then applied with the pattern pembiasaan. 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation of Ethics, Morals and Morals values ​​in learning behavior in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto consists of internal factors (consisting of heredity, gender, physical character, personality, intelligence and talent) and external ( consisting of education, religion, culture, environment and socio-economic)
