This research was motivated by the students' learning obstacle in understanding the addition and subtraction of mixed fractions. So this research aims to develop a didactic design on the addition and subtraction of mixed fractions in grade 5 elementary schools based on student learning trajectories and can improve students' learning obstacles on addition and subtraction of mixed fractions. This research used the Didactical Design Research (DDR) method in one of the elementary schools in Bandung, with the subjects being 30 students in grade 5 and 29 students in grade 6. The data collection techniques used tests, interview, document analysis, focus group discussion (FGD), and observation. The results of this research indicated that the Didactic Design has a positive impact on student understanding and reduces the students' learning obstacles which are ontogenic, epistemological and didactical on the addition and subtraction of mixed fractions. Then, the average score of the students after the didactic design implementation was 75.3. This research is expected to be a reference for teachers in developing didactic designs for learning mathematics, especially fraction material in elementary schools using Didactical Design Research (DDR).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of flash interactive media in improving students' understanding of concepts in elementary schools. This type of research was mixed methods with an embedded experimental model design. Quantitative data analysis techniques on the variable understanding of the concept, namely the results of the analysis of the students' pretest and posttest questions by using paired sample t-test. The results of the analysis are then triangulated with the qualitative Focus Group Discussion (FGD) data and the results of the interviews. This study involved 54 students who were selected by using the nonprobability sampling technique: purposive sampling. The population consists of 31 public schools and 13 private schools. The results of this study show a significant increase in the concept of understanding in the form of an increase in the average score understanding of concepts by 17.82%. According to questionnaire data that has been distributed, teachers and students respond very well to learning using the flash interactive media. Students' motivation to learn accompanies an increase in their understanding of concepts. It appears that the application of flash interactive media in science learning has a positive impact on increasing motivation that has an impact on increasing students' conceptual understanding.

Abstrak Matematika adalah salah satu matapelajaran yang dipelajari oleh peserta didik sejak jenjang Sekolah Dasar sampai di tingkat Perguruan Tinggi oleh karena itu matematika menjadi salah satu pondasi keilmuan pada jenjang dasar. Dalam proses pembelajaran matematika banyak sekali kendala yang terjadi karena matematika adalah konsep yang mempunyai tingkat abstraksi yang cukup tinggi sehingga diperlukan suatu inovasi pembelajaran oleh para pendidik untuk mengurangi tingkat abstraksi dalam belajar matematika. Konsep matematika adalah konsep dari dinamika kehidupan yang disimbolkan dengan bahasa matematis dan diselesikan menggunakan logika matematika. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk menerapkan pembelajaran matematika realistic atau pembelajaran yang didasarkan pada kehidupan nyata. Inovasi pembelajaran ini tidak mudah dikarenakan dibutuhkan konsep yang mendalam oleh para pendidik. Berdasarkan hasil focus group discussion dengan para pendidik di lingkungan SD Negeri 4 Muryolobo banyak pendidik yang kesulitan dalam menerapkan inovasi tersebut sehingga peneliti menawarkan solusi untuk membuat forum lesson study untuk kegiatan pendampingan pengembangan desain pembelajaran matematika realistik yang kemudian untuk membuat simulasi digunakan wolframs mathematica. Dalam hasil penelitian ini membawa dampak positif karena dengan adanya kegiatan lesson study dapat meningkatkan motivasi Pendidik untuk melaksanakan desain pembelajaran matematika realistik di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 4 Muryolobo Jepara. Abstract Math is one of supervised by studied by school tuition since junior high school ground until at higher levels of education hence maths both one of the foundation to achieving qualification at the the base of this scientific. In the process of learning mathematics a lot of the obstacles because math is concept have a level of abstraction that enough high that required a innovation learning by educators to reduce a level of abstraction in learning mathematics.The concept of math is the concept of the dynamics of life symbolized to the language mathematical and resolved use mathematical logic, based on it researchers interested to apply learning mathematics realistic or learning based on real life. Innovation learning this is not easy because needed concept depth by educator. Based on the results of focus group discussion with educators in the neighborhood of ElementarySchool4 of muryolobo many educator who difficulty in applying innovation so the researchers with solution to make the forum as well as the learned study to mentoring activity design development learning mathematics realistic after you make simulation used wolframs mathematica.In the result of this research give positive impact because with the activities as well as the learned study can increased the motivation educator to implement design learning mathematics realistic in the neighborhood Elementary Schools 4 of Muryolobo. Learning mathematics during the Covid-19 pandemic required a lot of adjustments, in terms of materials, methods, media, strategies, and so on.  This paper describes the results of one best practice in learning mathematics by implementing e-peer tutoring method as a form of distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The aim of this writing is to describe the implementation of e-peer tutoring method in learning mathematics, especially in the material of Linear Equations and Inequalities of One Variable for grade VII Junior High School 1 Wonosari, Gunungkidul.  The stages of this method includes the preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Analysis of initial ability, tutor selection, group formation, and preparation of learning program were carried out in the preparation stage.  As for the activities at the implementation stage, the teacher uploads material and discussion sheets via Google Classroom, students discuss in their groups through Whatsapp group with the help of the tutor, students send assignments online, and the tutor reports on discussion activities.  At the evaluation stage, students take test and fill out the questionnaires.  The results at the evaluation stage indicate that this method can work well and has a positive impact on cognitive and affective aspects.  In terms of cognitive aspects, the average score and percentage of students’ mastery increased compared to the previous basic competencies.  In terms of affective aspect, this method has a positive impact on students’ motivation and self-confidence.

The Fraction is a material that is very important for students to learn in elementary school, but various difficulties are shown by students in understanding the material, so this study will analyze the learning obstacle that appears to students in the addition and subtraction material in grade 5 elementary school.  The approach in this research uses qualitative and case study methods. The subjects in this study were 5th-grade students of Geger Kalong Girang 1¾2 elementary schools, Bandung City, West Java, Indonesia with a total of 29 students.  Data was collected by tests, interviews, and documentation, while for data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.  The results of this study indicated that students experience learning obstacles, including 1) ontogenic obstacle, which is the inability of students to understand the purpose of the problems presented; 2) epistemological obstacle, namely the inability of students to understand the concept of fractions is part of the whole and the inability of students to do the addition and subtraction of fractions, and; 3) didactical obstacle caused by the presentation of material and the teacher's way of teaching which is only informal.  This research is expected to facilitate students to understand fractions and be a development material in making teaching materials and didactic design of the addition and subtraction fractions based on learning obstacles that appear in this study.

This research aimed to design a strategy to develop character learning mathematics students that were based on the values of Islam. This study were in the frame of research and development method using qualitative approach. Subject of this research was the first year of undergraduate students of mathematics education department who took basic mathematics courses. Mathematics learning strategies in developing th character were designed in three stages to develop students character. The first stage was the inculcation. At this stage, lecturer facilitated students with activities that were able to raise awareness of the value of the character in learning. The second stage was Implementation where the lecturers facilitated student learning activities that fostered character value. Activities fostered values characters implicitly include group discussion, problems solving, seeking information from various sources, preparations reports, and presentations. The final stage was reflection, where the lecturer together with students did reflection on themselves and on the values of the characters that had not been well grown in learning. The results of interview with students suggest that the use of learning strategies has a positive impact on student character development.

This study aims to evaluation of training programs mentoring principals by school supervisors to improving the quality of learning in Palangkaraya. This study included evaluation using descriptive analytic method. Instrument data collection using questionnaires, tests, review of documents, and focus group discussion. This research target is 8 supervisors who each cultivate 3-5 schools that amounted to 35 schools. Evaluation model used in this study are four levels of Kirkpatrick, reaction, learning, behavior and results. Itis concluded that (1) This training has relevance level of 85.14% (good categories), (2) The training has the effectiveness rate of 92.57% (excellent categories), and the effect size of 2.0832 category great because of greater than 0.8, (3) training is a positive impact on: (a) implementation of the management of the school curriculum with an average score of 84.13 (good categories), (b) implementation of lesson preparation, implementation of learning and learning outcomes with an average score of 82.91 (good categories), so the overall impact with an average of 83.52 (good categories).

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the social construction of teachers on social attitudes in the learning process of social sciences subject at elementary schools in Makassar. The method used was descriptive quantitative. The research subjects were chosen using purposive sampling technique. The subjects consisted of 96 students and 4 teachers of 5th grade from 4 elementary schools in Makassar. The data collected through interview, questionnaire, observation and documentation. There were different interpretations from four schools regarding teachers’ social construction on the importance of character values, especially on social attitude in the thematic learning for social sciences content on theme 8. Two schools, namely SD Pertiwi and MI Negeri 1 Makassar, considered that it was necessary to integrate social attitudes into the content of social sciences subject in order to make continuous positive impact on students’ social attitude. The questionnaire results for social attitude of SD Pertiwi shows suitability of theory with the average score of 48,28%. MI Negeri 1 Makassar shows the suitability with average score of 53,41%. Meanwhile two other schools, namely SD InpresKampus IKIP and SD MuhammadiyahPerumnas, considered that it is not necessary to integrate social attitude in the learning process, instead, the teachers concerned more on the assessment of students’ knowledge and skill. The results of questionnaire shows discrepancy of theory with the average score of 35,19% for SD InpresKampus IKIP and 35,73% for SD Muhammadiyah Perumnas. This research was motivated by the problems found that teachers did not optimally implement the learning process at elementary schools. It was found that many teachers still did not carry out the learning process in accordance with the characteristics of elementary school students, so efforts were needed to improve it. The purpose of this research was to improve the learning process of elementary school teachers which included lesson planning, implementation of learning, and assessment of learning outcomes through KKG discussion activities. The learning process that would be improved was the process using an investigative group type cooperative model. This research was a school action research by adapting the process of implementing Mc Taggart and Kemmist's classroom action research. This research consisted of stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the teachers’ average skill score in cycle 1 was 66.32 and an average score in cycle 2 was 85.66. This concluded that there was an increase in the teacher learning process skills through KKG activities. The implications of this research was that it could be used as an effort for supervisors to improve teacher skills.

This research conducted caused by students' score at class X MIPA 4 very low in the vector material. The avarage of score of the daily test obtained by students was 60,5 and it had not yet reached mastery learning. One of the efforts to improve learning outcomes was to use powerpoint as a learning media. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in activity and mathematics learning outcomes on vector material in learning using PowerPoint.This research design used the classroom action research. The research subjects were 36 students of class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau in the 2019/2020 academic year. Data collected by using tests and observations.The test used to obtain student learning outcomes in each cycle, while observation used to determine the learning process in each cycle. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the average score of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 62.2 and 77.3 in the second cycle. The percentage of student learning completeness in the first cycle was 52.8%, in the second cycle it was 80.6%. The percentage of improvement in student learning outcomes after being given action was 15.29%. So it can be concluded that learning mathematics by using powerpoint media can improve student learning outcomes in class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau in the 2019/2020 academic year.
