This research is a classroom action research which aims to find out the planning, process, and results of beach ball learning methods in students' German speaking skills. The research data consists of two types, namely: qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data is obtained through observation, and quantitative data is obtained through the first cycle and second cycle speaking skills tests. Data were analyzed using percentage techniques. The results showed that speaking skills with the percentage of grades obtained by students in the first cycle reached 60.66%, and the second cycle reached 78.25%. These results indicate that the application of the beach ball learning method increases in students' German speaking skills

This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation and reflection stages. The purpose of this study was to determine the German speaking skills of class XII IIS 2 SMA Negeri 11 Makassar through the reward and punishment learning method. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class XII IIS 2. The research data consists of two types, namely quantitative and qualitative data. Qualitative data were obtained through observation sheets and quantitative data were obtained through speaking skills tests in cycles I and II. Data were analyzed using percentage techniques. The results of this study indicate that speaking skills with the percentage of scores obtained by students in the first cycle reached 65.970% and 77.352% in the second cycle increased (12%). This shows that the application of the Reward and Punishment learning method improves the speaking skills of class XII IIS 2 SMA Negeri 11 Makassar.

This study aims to describe the factors that support students' ability in the learning process to speak using video. This research was classroom action research. Classroom action research was done in four steps: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Quantitative data was gained from the score of the student's speaking test. The test was given at the end of every cycle. The qualitative data was collected through the result of observation. It described the factors that support the students' ability to speak based on the result observation from the collaborator activities both the students and the researcher itself. The research aimed to explain how video can increase students' speaking skills in the second semester of the English Education Study Program for IKIP Gunungsitoli. Using video can increase students' skills in speaking. Quantitative data support it included test results in every cycle. The quantitative data show that students have improved speaking skills in every cycle using video and reaching the indicator of success. The students' ability to speak cannot pass the score standard in the cycle because most students cannot convey their ideas about the material. However, in cycle II, there is increasing in student's ability to speak. The quantitative data also is supported by the qualitative data through observation results. The observation sheet result describes that the students' activities improved every meeting by using video.

<em>The study aimed to apply the steps of inside outside circle (ioc) model and to improve student speaking skills and cooperation. The research was a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out in three cycles. The subjects were  third grade students of SD Negeri 1 Kutosari in academic year of 2019/2020. Qualitative data was the application of Inside Outside Circle (IOC) model. Quantitative data was the increasing student speaking skills and cooperation. The results showed that Inside Outside Circle (IOC) model improved student speaking skills and cooperation in five steps. It was proven by oral exam percentages which were 70.32% in the first cycle, 79.83% in the second cycle, and 89.01% in the third cycle. The  student cooperation percentages were 60.83% in the first cycle, 75.57% in the second cycle, and 84.25% in the third cycle. It concludes that there is significant improvement of student speaking skills by the application of Inside Outside Circle (IOC) model.</em>

The purpose of this research was to know the planning, process and outcome of the cooperative learning model of type change of pairs in the speaking skills of the students of class XI MA Galesong Selatan Takalar Regency. This research was the class action research, which consisted of two cycles. The data of this research consists of two types, namely: qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data obtained through observation, whereas the quantitative data obtained through the results of test of speaking skills on the cycle I and cycle II. The data were analyzed by using percentages technique. The results showed that the speaking skills in the first cycle was 60.16%, and in the second cycle reached 73.55%. These results show that the application of the cooperative learning model of type change of pairs improve speaking skills of language Germany  of the student of class XI MA Galesong Selatan Takalar Regency

This research aims to determine the increase in memory of children in memorization of Hadith through movement method in PAUD Darul Fikri. This type of research is classroom action research, which was held in July 2018 until August 2018. The study consisted of two cycles with four main activities present on each cycle, namely planning, observation action, and reflection. Data is analyzed using qualitative data and quantitative data. The subject in this study was a child in the Darul Fikri PAUD. A total of 17 children. The data collection techniques used are oral test and observation techniques. Oral tests include how many hadiths have been memorized and the child's ability to repeat their memorization. While the observation is done directly to see the implementation of the program of memorization of the hadith in Paud Darul Fikri.

Cognitive and psychomotor are two aspects that play an important role in children’s development, especially at the preschool age. This study aims to create and test products in the form of learning methods with song and movement to improve children's cognitive and psychomotor aspects. This research is a research and development using 4D theory from Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel. There are four phases in this research, namely the define phase, product design, product development, and dissemination. Data analysis used in this study was a qualitative and quantitative approach using instruments in the form of questionnaires, product validation sheets, and techniques: (1) qualitative data with content analysis techniques and (2) quantitative data analyzed statistically with the help of SPSS. The results showed that this learning method was proven to have a level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness above the standard to improve children’s cognitive and psychomotor aspects

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of PKN by applying learning methods demonstration and teaching aids of third grade students of SDN 004 Teratak Buluh. This research is a classroom action research that includes activities with stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the increase in student PKN learning outcomes on average students before classroom action research, namely, 66.8 experienced an increase in the first cycle of 76.4 and again increased in the second cycle of 80.4. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that by applying the demonstration learning method and the demonstration tool can improve the low PKN learning outcomes of class III SDN 004 Teratak Buluh, District of Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency.

The aims of this research were to find whether Quantum Learning Method is effective inincreasing students’ understanding in learning poetry and how Quantum Learning Method affects thestudents’ understanding in learning poetry during the teaching and learning process. This researchapplied Classroom Action Research model, thus it used both quantitative and qualitative data. Thequantitative data were taken from the results of final test and the qualitative data were taken fromfield notes and observation sheet. Meanwhile, this study was conducted in one cycle only sincethe results from cycle one was successful. Therefore this study did not continue to the next cycle.The result from the final test showed that 100% of the students passed the test with the averagepoints of 15,05 (75,25). Thus, the use of instrumental music as one of the techniques of QuantumLearning Method helped the students to feel comfortable and relaxed during the activities in theclassroom. The selective instrumental music provided a supportive atmosphere for the students tofeel relaxed and comfortable while doing the learning activities; both reading and analyzing.Basedon the findings, it can be concluded that the use of Quantum Learning Method in learning poetry waseffective. Thus, because of its effectiveness in helping students to learn poetry, it is suggested to beused in the classroom.Keywords: Quantum Learning, Poetry, Classroom Action Research, music, instrumentalmusic.

This research aimed at finding out whether Listen-Read-Discuss (LRD) strategy improves students’ reading comprehension or not. The research was a classroom action research. The data collected through quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative data was gained from the result of pre-test and post-test from reading test. Meanwhile, qualitative data was gained from the result of observation sheets toward students’ and teachers’ activity. The instruments used by the researcher were test and observation sheet. The finding of the research showed that the strategy Listen-Read-Discuss improve the students’ reading comprehension in descriptive text. The improvement can be seen from the mean score of students from pre-test, post-test one, and post-test two. The mean score of pre-tests was 64.46 (50%), there were eight students who passed the minimum passing grade, in the post-test one, 75.35 (67%), twelve students passed the minimum passing grade and in the post-test two, 82.14 (89%), twenty-five students passed the minimum passing grade (KKM).

This study was focused on the improvement of Grade XI students’ writing achievement in analytical exposition through the application of collaborative writing strategy. The objective of this study was to find out whether collaborative writing strategy could improve Grade XI students’ writing achievement in analytical exposition text. The study was conducted by using Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were students of Grade XI Class 2 of State Senior High School (Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri: SMAN) 4 Pematangsiantar consisting of 32 students. The study was implemented in two cycles and each cycle consisted of three meetings. The instruments of data collection consisted of quantitative and qualitative data. The quantitative data were taken from students’ written test and the qualitative data were taken from the interview, diary notes, observation sheet, and questionnaire. Based on the analytical exposition writing result, students’ score was 57.9. In the test of Cycle I, the mean score was 67, and in the test of Cycle II was 78.3. Based on the observation sheet, it was found that the teaching-learning process well done. The students were active and curious in writing. In line with the data, it was found that collaborative writing strategy can improve Grade XI students’ writing achievement in analytical exposition text.
