The article has established that justice and solidarity, as two social values and principles of social organization, can be recreated in the educational process on all levels of continuous education. It has been clarified that in conditions of a global environmental crisis leaving little time for mankind to solve the problem of survival, environmental safety appears as a top-priority value of the highest order. Differences of democratic values have been identified. The article reveals universal democratic values, particularly human rights, tolerance, solidarity and environmental safety, along with peacefulness and merely moral values of mercy, conscience and responsibility which form the basis for the Pedagogical Constitution of Europe. Our analysis indicates that modernization of the education system in Ukraine at its present-day stage is directed towards development of fundamental science, Ukrainian and global cultural values. It has been established that the human-centred direction of education appears as the essential characteristics of the process of its democratization. Many folklores have same motives, but different in development adjust to the community that support the story. Differences in the development of the story in folklore shows the influences of local cultures to the storyteller. The differences cause various versions of folklore. It is also seen in folklore Mahligai Keloyang from Indragiri Hulu Regency and Koba Malin Deman from Rokan Hulu Regency. Therefore, this study aimed to find the similarities and the differences of the two folklores. The analysis of the similarities and differences of The legend Mahligai Keloyang and Koba Malin Deman applied dynamic structuralism theory, the theory which does not only emphasizes the intrinsic elements, but also pay attention to extrinsic elements in literature. Due to the fact that the study was also intended to compare two folklores, the research method used is descriptive comparative method. Based on the analysis of the structure of the story, it is found that there are similarities and differences in the stories Mahligai Keloyang and Koba Malin Deman which includes elements of the theme, the characters, the settings, and the plots. Based on the analysis of the cultural values in the folklores, some similarities and differences of religious values, moral values, and social values are found.AbstrakBanyak cerita rakyat yang mempunyai motif yang sama, tetapi berbeda pengembangannya disesuaikan dengan masyarakat pendukung cerita tersebut. Perbedaan pengembangan cerita dalam cerita rakyat memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh budaya lokal kepada si pencerita. Perbedaan itulah yang menimbulkan berbagai versi cerita rakyat. Hal ini juga terlihat dalam cerita rakyat “Mahligai Keloyang” dari Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dan “Koba Malin Deman” dari Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan persamaan dan perbedaan kedua cerita rakyat tersebut. Analisis terhadap persamaan dan perbedaan cerita legenda “Mahligai Keloyang” dan “Koba Malin Deman” dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori strukturalisme dinamik, yaitu teori yang tidak hanya menekankan pada unsur-unsur intrinsik, tetapi juga memerhatikan unsur ekstrinsik dalam karya sastra. Karena penelitian ini juga bermaksud membandingkan dua cerita rakyat, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif komparatif. Berdasarkan analisis struktur cerita didapati bahwa persamaan dan perbedaan yang terdapat dalam cerita “Mahligai Keloyang” dan “Koba Malin Deman” meliputi unsur tema, tokoh, latar, dan alur. Mealui analisis nilai budaya pada kedua cerita rakyat tersebut diperoleh persamaan dan perbedaan tentang nilai agama, nilai moral, dan nilai sosial.

<p><em>As one of the written historical evidence, ancient manuscripts or manuscripts are ancestral heritage that is rich in cultural values, moral values, religious values, and social values. The ancient manuscript also describes the previous human civilization that was rich in science. The ancient manuscript is a historical reminder that should be preserved and its existence is preserved so that the next generation of the nation can also recognize the values </em><em></em><em>of the information contained in the text. Preservation is the most appropriate way to maintain the existence of ancient manuscripts from obliteration. Preservation efforts are activities carried out to preserve the heritage of cultural heritage in this case the ancient manuscripts so that they are not quickly damaged and can be used in accordance with the original. This is very important to be carried out by the relevant institutions to save the priceless national assets that have so far been neglected and are still very concerning. Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, preservation also undergoes a change of method, from traditional to modern techniques. This method is the most appropriate method to do than traditional methods that can have an adverse effect on the manuscript, because there are many texts that have been physically damaged. Bahan ajar sastra yang dipilih oleh guru harus menyajikan berbagai nilai yang bisa diaplikasikan siswa dalam kehidupan nyata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan wujud konflik batin yang mengandung nilai-nilai kehidupan novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel berjudul “Ada Surga di Rumahmu” karya Oka Aurora. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori psikopragmatik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa wujud konflik batin dalam novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora antara lain pertentangan antara pilihan yang tidak sesuai dengan keinginan, kebimbangan dalam menghadapi permasalahan, serta harapan tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Kesesuaian konflik batin yang mengandung nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora dapat dilihat dari aspek psikologi. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian diharapkan penyajian bahan ajar pembelajaran sastra di SMA senantiasa diperbaiki, diperbarui dan dimutakhirkan sesuai kebutuhan dan standar yang telah ditentukan. Literary teaching materials chosen by the teacher must present various values that can be applied by  students in real life. The purpose of this research is to describe the form of inner conflict that contains the values of life in the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The data source in this researchis a novel titledAda Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora. The method used in this researchis content analysis. Data was analyzed using psychopragmatic theory. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was concluded that the form of inner conflict in the novel titledAda Surga di Rumahmuby Oka Aurora includes contradictions between choices that are not in accordance with desires, doubts in facing problems, and expectations not inaccordance with reality. The values of life contained in the novel titled Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora include moral values, religious values, social values, cultural values and educational values. Compatibility of inner conflict that contain the values of life in the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora can be seen from the aspect of psychology. Recommendations from the results of the study are expected to present literature learning materials in high school always improved, updated and updated.according to the needs and standards that have been determined.

The article deals with the evolution of spiritual and moral values, the spread of the principles of humanism. The results of sociological monitoring of the interaction of society and its citizens, the socio-cultural communities and its features. Despite a number of processes described in the article, spiritual and moral values have not lost their original meaning and significance. Moreover, they have become a priority: in the context of human dignity, the realization of human rights; education of the family with the implementation of family values; ethics. The education system, including legal education, the family and society, contributes greatly to the education of morality. Otherwise, irreversible processes may occur – “fooling” (especially young people), the degradation of mass and individual consciousness, the split of society, which can undermine Russia from within. To find ways to overcome the negative trends, research on this topic continues. Being an integral part of public culture, spiritual values are at the same time an internal catalyst for a significant unification and strengthening of the actions of progressive forces, a vector of ongoing and future transformations in a globalized digital society.

This research aims to know the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of the panji story contained in the script Panji Kuda Narawangsa which is translated by Moelyono Sastronaryatmo and R. Aj. Indri Nitrani and its implications for literature learning in high school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with content analysis technique. The focus of this research is the element of the banner story in the script Panji Kuda Narawangsa. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the most dominant theme in this story is the theme of romance, the other themes are the theme of incarnation and war, (2) there are main figures, supporting figures, and supporting figures, (3) setting of place and time dominated the story, (4) extrinsic elements of the panji story are religious values, cultural values, social values, and moral values. Keywords: Panji Kuda Narawangsa, story elements, hermeneutics   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik cerita Panji yang terdapat dalam naskah Panji Kuda Narawangsa yang dialihbahasakan oleh Moelyono Sastronaryatmo dan R. Aj. Indri Nitrani dan implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) tema yang paling dominan dalam cerita Panji ini adalah tema percintaan, tema-tema yang lain adalah tema penjelmaan dan peperangan, (2) terdapat tokoh utama, tokoh pembantu, dan tokoh pendukung, (3) latar tempat dan latar waktu mendominasi cerita ini, (4) unsur ekstrinsik cerita panji berupa nilai agama, nilai budaya, nilai sosial, dan nilai moral. This study background of the desire of researchers to discover its existence is sometimes seen as a form of resistance. Moreover, by the patriarchal sees women are in position underneath or as a hearty and panoramic views of the sheerThe purpose of this study is to describe and explain: (1) the existence of women contained in the Novel of Love at the End Sajadah KaryaAsma Nadia .; (2) The basic thoughts of feminism; and (3) the value of education in the description of feminism and educational value. Data that has been analyzed by interactive analysis model analysis techniques with three grooves activities (1) data reduction, (2) presentation of data, and (3) conclusion or verification. The results of this study as follows: (1) the existence of women contained in the novel Love at the End of mat work is Asma Nadia; (2) The basic thoughts of feminism, including: independence of women and feminism social character in the novel; and (4) the value of education in the novel Love at the End of mat work is Asma Nadia among others: religious values, moral values, social values, and cultural values.

Nowadays the transdisciplinary approach to assessment of new developments in the modernization of education is actively developing in the modern science. Being the methodological basis for the implementation of this process, ethical and pedagogical approach can fil it with the ethical and moral content and bring valuable substance to the process. In the professional education, ethical and pedagogical approach is viewed as the pedagogical instrument for the systemizing and strengthening of the humanistic approach to training of future professionals. With the help of such approach, it becomes possible to implement the dominant axiological idea of education into the practical work and, ultimately, increase its effectiveness. The realization of the above approach into the process of student‘s education has impact on the strategy and tactic of interaction with students, serves as a benchmark in the process of educational content selection, becomes the condition and method of achieving the new quality of education. Theoretical comprehension of the scientific problem allows to conclude that ethical and pedagogical approach applies both to general- and specific scientific methodological levels. The usage of terms ethical and pedagogical is theoretically justified by interaction of ethical and pedagogical knowledge, which involves the formation of a system of individuals‘ values. The conjunction between of ethical and pedagogical aspects agrees with the primary purpose of pedagogy as a science aimed at studying the personality, giving help in the development of personality, personality’s socialization, formation of moral values and rules of behavior, mastering ethical professional norms. The ethical component of this approach provides direction for pedagogical one and fills it with the moral and ethical content. The components of this approach interact with each other.The article sets basic principles of ethical and pedagogical approach to professional education of professionals working in the system “Human - human”: system-based approach, subjectivity, social and personal development, adherence to cultural values, adherence to the principle of deontology, reflexive and values-based goal-setting. The article also comments on the implementation of ethical and pedagogical approach to modern professional education and its key components (motivational and values-driven, cognitive and technological) Motivational and values-driven component of ethical and pedagogical approach reflects the level of penetration of the ethical one into the sphere of professional values of an individual. Thus, with the help of pedagogy we can ensure that the area of professional activities and competences of a future professional is enriched with moral values. This is achieved through formation of moral values and “benchmarks”. The range of values of a professional who is going to work in the system “Human - human” is defied. Cognitive component is realized in the course of student’s mastering specific system of knowledge, standards and rules which have influence on the formation of student’s subject - subject relations in the profession. Technological component of the realization of ethical and pedagogical approach in the professional education defies the technological aspect of the process. The attention is focused on the dialog-based forms of training, identification and analysis of students’ views and judgments, development of studentocentrism.The material set in the article helps professors and teachers to systemize the educational process in the university and make it ethical and pedagogical. The conclusion was made about the approach being universal and integrated, as well as values-oriented.

Purpose. The article is aimed at analyzing the general theoretical principles and the essential characteristics of legal restrictions in environmental law; defining category of “environmental legal restrictions”, their content, system and the status of the respective legislation. Methodology. The methodology consists in carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the provisions of environmental legislation and formulating relevant conclusions on this basis. During the research, the following methods of scientific research were used: terminological, systemic and structural, comparative legal, structural and functional. Results. The objectively determined necessity of unconditional adherence to the legally established environmental requirements, prohibitions and restrictions as well as their potential scientifically substantiated enhancement in order to achieve environmentally significant goals oriented towards the priorities of sustainable development is substantiated. Restrictive mechanisms are scattered across statutory and regulatory acts of different legal force and even different branches of law, therefore, the need for their systematization and unification as well as generalization of the experience of their practical implementation in order to establish a comprehensive system of environmental restrictions is discussed. In our opinion, the conceptual basis and general essential characteristics of public environmental requirements and restrictions should be reflected in the future Environmental Code of Ukraine. Scientific novelty. In the course of the research, the author defines restrictions in environmental law as a specific sectoral imperative mechanism for regulating relations in the field of environmental safety, which consists in systematically introducing legislation on imperative provisions of environmental law as well as establishing specific legal regimes and mechanisms for their application and implementation. Practical significance. The main conclusions can be used in law-making and law-enforcing activities, as well as in further theoretical and legal research and in the educational process.

<p><strong>            </strong><em>This research is motivated by the analysis extrinsic elements novel </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em>. This study aimed to describe the social values, cultural values, moral values, and religious values in the novel </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em>. The research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The data in this study is a form of social values, cultural values, </em><em>religius </em><em>values and moral </em><em>on Sang Pemimpi</em><em> novel by Andrea Hirata. Data source is </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em> novel by Andrea Hirata. Data collection techniques in this study are: (1) to read and understand the Novel </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em> by Andrea Hirata, and (2) give coding by underlining sentences containing social values, cultural values and political values in the note of the novel </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em> by Andrea Hirata all data regarding speech acts in a novel study. While the steps in analyzing data are: (1) read data that has been </em><em>record</em><em>ed, (2) classify or record data for the purpose for researchers based on the novel </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em> by Andrea Hirata, (3) interpreting or interpretation of data for the purpose of research is to analyze the novel Sang </em><em>Pemimpi</em><em> by Andrea Hirata, and (4) make the conclusion of the study. The results of this study stated that extrinsic elements contained in </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em> novel by Andrea Hirata is the value of cultural education, where cultural rights set forth in the novel The Dreamer ie when they are a teenager then it started to work for money. Social educational value, namely the attitude of helping each other like Arai and Mak Cik, and as pastor and Jimbron. the value of religious education that is visible on the pastor and Jimbron, although Jimbron raised by a pastor, but the pastor did not impose his religion on Jimbron. moral and political education value seen in a leader who has no morals and honesty.</em></p><p> </p><p><em>            Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh analisis unsur ekstrinsik novel Sang Pemimpi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai sosial, nilai budaya, nilai politik, nilai moral, dan nilai religius dalam novel Sang Pemimpi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. </em><em>Data dalampenelitian iniadalah bentuk nilai sosial,  nilai budaya, nilai realigi dan moral dalam novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata. Sumber datanya adalah novelSang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) membaca dan memahami Novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata</em><em>, dan (2) </em><em>memberi pengkodean dengan menggarisbawahi kalimat-kalimat yang mengandung nilai sosial, nilai budaya, dan nilai politik dalam Mencatat Novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata  semua data mengenai tindak tutur dalam novel yang diteliti. Sedangkan langkah-langkah dalam menganalisis datanya adalah: (1) membaca data yang sudah dicatat, (2) mengklasifikasikan atau mencatat data sesuai tujuan peneliti berdasarkan novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata, (3) menginterprestasikan atau penafsiran data dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata, dan (4) membuat simpulan penelitian.</em><em>Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa unsur ekstrinsik yang dapat dalam novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata adalah nilai pendidikan budaya, di mana budaya yang tercantum dalam novel Sang Pemimpi yaitu apabila sudah beranjak remaja maka sudah mulai bekerja untuk mencari uang. nilai pendidikan sosial, yaitu adanya sikap saling tolong menolong seperti Arai dan Mak Cik, dan seperti pendeta dan Jimbron. nilai pendidikan religius yaitu terlihat pada pendeta dan Jimbron, walaupun Jimbron diasuh oleh seorang Pendeta, tetapi pendeta tersebut tidak memaksakan agamanya pada Jimbron. nilai pendidikan moral dan politik terlihat pada seorang pemimpin yang tidak mempunyai moral dan kejujuran.</em></p>
