The aim of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the positive influence of employee satisfaction on employee performance. Employee commitment as intervening variable also wants to be proven through this research. The data used is primary data. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The respondents were chosen by using purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. The criteria set are as follows: full-time lecturer or homebase lecturer at private universities in West Jakarta area. Hypothesis test uses regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that employee satisfaction has a positive influence on employee performance. Employee commitment as intervening variable can not be proven through this research. Keywords: Employee Commitment; Employee Performance; Employee Satisfaction.

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of compensation towards employee’s performance with motivation as the intervening variable. The data of this research consisted of primary data that was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees in several banks and investment companies in Semarang for the year 2012. The sample in this study determined based on convenience sampling method. The regression analysis and path analysis are used in this study. Based on the analysis data, the result of this study are (1) compensation has a positive influence toward employee performance, (2) compensation has a positive influence toward motivation, (3) motivation has a positive influence toward employee performance, (4) compensation has a positive influence toward employee performance with motivation as the intervening variable. The results of this study can summarized as follows: 1. Employee commitment is moderately high correlation, work discipline and employee performance are good. 2. The results of multiple linear regression indicate a positive influence between employee commitment and work discipline on employee performance. 3. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient have a moderately high and positive correlation between employee commitment, work discipline and employee performance at Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Perdagangan Pematangsiantar. 4. The hypothesis test results stated that H0 was rejected, meaning that employee commitment and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Perdagangan Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially.Keywords: Employee Commitment, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance

This study aimed to examine the effect of skepticism, the experience of auditors, and self-efficacy on audit judgment. This research used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the auditors who worked at BPKP Bengkulu province. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. 60 questionnaires were distributed to respondents (sample), but only 52 questionnaires that can be analyzed or processed. The study used Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that skepticism, the experience of auditors and self-efficacy has a positive influence on audit judgment. The results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for the representative offices Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Bengkulu Province to give more attention about the importance of skepticism, the experience of auditors and self-efficacy affecting the audit judgment.Keywords: Skepticism, experience of auditor, self efficacy, and audit judgment.

This study aims to examine several factors that can influence employee performance including work complexity, career development, and organizational communication The sample used was 76 Bank “X” employees in Surakarta City. The sampling method uses the survey sampling method. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis method uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS 23 The coefficient of determination test results shows that the complexity of work, career development and organizational communication can explain employee performance by 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% employee performance will be explained by other factors outside the three research variables. The results of the hypothesis test analysis show the conclusion that work complexity, career development, and organizational communication affect employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of the moderating variable Manacika Parisudha on the effect of professional auditor skepticism on fraud detection. To achieve the research objectives, primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires that had passed the instrument test with 60 respondents holding internal supervisory positions such as internal auditors, accountants and taxation. This research uses quota sampling method. The hypothesis was tested using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results found that Auditor Professional Skepticism had a positive and significant effect on Fraud Detection¸ and Manacika Parisudha did not strengthen the positive influence of Professional Auditor Skepticism on Fraud Detection. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work stres on the performance of employees of Bank Nagari Branch of Payakumbuh Syari'ah. In connection with the research objectives above, it is hypothesized that "alleged motivation and work stres have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance". To conduct discussions and research, the author uses primary data directly obtained from the object of research through a list of statements or structured questionnaires that have been answered by employees, and the population of this study is Bank Nagari Employees of Payakumbuh Syari'ah Branch totaling 30 with a sample of 30 people who are determined by the Census (Total Sampling) method. Data processing using SPSS 16.0 help method. The analytical tool used was Binary Logistic Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test namely G Test, Wald Test, and Exp (B) Test. The results of Binary Logistics Regression analysis obtained the following Equations; Y = -48.994 + 1.819X1 - 0.58X2 shows that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job stres has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank Nagari Payakumbuh Syari'ah Branch. The motivation variable has the Exp (B) value greater than the other variables, which is 6,163. This shows that the motivation variable has the greatest contribution in improving the performance of Bank Nagari employees at the Payakumbuh Syari'ah Branch.

This study aims to analyze and test the effect of education level, tenure and mastery of information technology on employee performance at the Badan Keuangan Daerah of Pasaman Regency. The population in this study were employees at the Badan Keuangan Daerah of Pasaman Regency as many as 77 people. The sampling method used purposive sampling method with a sample of 59 people with the sample criteria being the State Civil Apparatus at the Badan Keuangan Daerah of Pasaman Regency. This study uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire that is submitted directly to the State Civil Apparatus which is the sample in this study. This type of research is Structral Equation Modeling (SEM) and this SEM test uses the SmartPLS application. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the level of education had no effect on performance, while tenure and mastery of information technology had a significant effect on the performance of employees at Badan Keuangan Daerah of  Pasaman Regency. Keywords   :    Education level, tenure, mastery of information technology, and employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan pengujian pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja dan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman yaitu sebanyak 77 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 61 orang dengan kriteria sampel adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui quisioner yang disampaikan secara lansung kepada Aparatur Sipil Negara yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Structral Equation Modelling (SEM) dan pengujian SEM ini menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. This research is intended to find out how the influence of Career Development on Employee Performance PT Bumi Andalas Permai (BAP) Palembang. In this case the sampling using the Saturated sampling method with the employee population of PT BAP Palembang as many as 78 people. From the results of the questionnaire, processed by using SPSS for Windows version 19 by using simple linear regression method, hypothesis test (t test), and correlation coefficient.Based on the analysis results obtained coefficient (R) of 0.033 which shows the relationship between the two low variables. In the hypothesis test (t test) obtained t count value of -0.285 and t value table 1.991, and significant value 0.777. And when viewed from the probability (sig), career development has a probability value of 0.777. It has also been explained that 0.777> 0.05, then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, indicating there is no effect of career development on employee performance. The effect of career development on employee performance can be seen also from the value of regression coefficient (R) 0,001, which shows that the percentage contribution of career development influence to employee performance equal to 0,1%. Can also be interpreted that the variation of career development variables used to explain 0.1% variation of performance variables. The conclusion : career development program does not effect employee performance on PT BAP Palembang.

Abstract: Employee performance is very important for an organization to achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, on employee performance, leadership on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, compensation on employee performance and work culture, leadership, work discipline, compensation on employee performance at PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. The study population is all employees of PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto as many as 623 employees. Determination of sample size with Slovin formula obtained by 86 respondents. The data used is the primary data obtained from the questionnaires distributed to respondents.Tehnik data analysis used is a quantitative approach. The data of the research were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: Work culture affect the performance of employees means that if the work culture increases then the performance of employees will increase. Leadership affects the performance of employees means that if the existing leadership is conducive to work then the performance of employees will increase, work discipline does not affect the performance of employees means employees who discipline work high and employees who work discipline less have the same performance height, Compensation effect on the performance of meaning if the compensation increases then employee performance will increase, work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together affect the employee's performance, meaning that if work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together increase the employee performance will increase. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja, terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto sebanyak 623 orang karyawan. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden.Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila budaya kerja meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila kepemimpinan yang ada sangat kondusif untuk bekerja maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya tinggi dan pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya kurang memiliki kinerja yang sama tingginya, Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja artinya apabila kompensasi meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya apabila budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi  secara bersama-sama mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Kata Kunci:  Budaya Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja   Pegawai.
