This research is intended to find out how the influence of Career Development on Employee Performance PT Bumi Andalas Permai (BAP) Palembang. In this case the sampling using the Saturated sampling method with the employee population of PT BAP Palembang as many as 78 people. From the results of the questionnaire, processed by using SPSS for Windows version 19 by using simple linear regression method, hypothesis test (t test), and correlation coefficient.Based on the analysis results obtained coefficient (R) of 0.033 which shows the relationship between the two low variables. In the hypothesis test (t test) obtained t count value of -0.285 and t value table 1.991, and significant value 0.777. And when viewed from the probability (sig), career development has a probability value of 0.777. It has also been explained that 0.777> 0.05, then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, indicating there is no effect of career development on employee performance. The effect of career development on employee performance can be seen also from the value of regression coefficient (R) 0,001, which shows that the percentage contribution of career development influence to employee performance equal to 0,1%. Can also be interpreted that the variation of career development variables used to explain 0.1% variation of performance variables. The conclusion : career development program does not effect employee performance on PT BAP Palembang.

The method used in this research through a survey method. The research population was all the people who had done cash waqf with a total sample of 60 people. The research data used was primary data that gathered through distributing questionnaires to samples or research respondents. The analytical tool used was linear regression, correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results showed that: (1) The regression coefficient of religiosity on interest was -0.062, so the religiosity did not have a positive impact on employee performance. (2) The regression coefficient value of knowledge on interest was 0.265, so the knowledge had a positive impact on interest. (3) The value from service quality regression coefficient on interest was 0.292, so the service quality had a positive impact on interest. (4) The results showed that religiosity, knowledge and services quality simultaneously had an affects on the interest variable.

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and communication on employee performance at the Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo National Higher Education Foundation, Medan. The number of samples in this study were 76 respondents using simple random sampling method. This type of research is quantitative research using path analysis techniques and questionnaire data. Path analysis hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test and intervention test. The transformational leadership and communication variables partially show a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership variables and communication simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means transformational leadership variables, communication can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12.2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment, compensation and others. Transformational leadership and communication variables simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means that transformational leadership and communication variables can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12.2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment. , compensation and others.

Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

The biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges or changes around it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sentra Jaya Distribution Tangerang. The research method uses quantitative with a population of 120, determining the sample using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% obtained 54 respondents. Data collection methods using primary data and secondary data. Test the instrument using the validity and reliability test, the prerequisite data test uses the normality test, the autocorrelation test, the multi-collinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test, while the statistical tests use the multiple regression equation, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test and the significance test. The Effect of Training and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Distribution of Sentra Jaya Tangerang, the analysis of the data that the researchers concluded that the regression equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 which was found was Y = 15.454 + 0.387 X1 + 0.265 X2, with the multiple correlation coefficient R was 0.563, this showed a positive effect. Then get the equation Tcount> T table (2.478> 2.008) in the hypothesis test at α = 0.05 or 5% (significance 0.003 <0.05) then, thereby indicating the hypothesis proposed is accepted, or in other words, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus there is a positive and significant effect between the provision of training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Sentra Jaya Distribution Tangerang
