Change is necessary for a company to survive in the global competition. Intrapreneurship and perception of career development are essentials in allowing companies to be responsive. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether intrapreneurship and career development perception are predictors of readiness for change. This study involved 193 employees who have worked at least two years and have a minimum high school degree. Several measurement tools were used: (1) employee readiness for change scale with the reliability 0.827, (2) intrapreneurship scale with a reliability score of 0.912, and (3) perception of career development scale with a reliability score of 0.873. Respondents were recruited using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study achieve a value of p <0.05 and R2 = 0.414, indicating that intrapreneurship and perception of career development contribute 41.4% in explaining employees' readiness for changes. Thus, this research becomes an important study of employee readiness for change.

Every company wants the goals set can be achieved in a timely manner. Therefore, it is necessary to have good management of human resources owned by a company. In this study to determine the effect of variables with the title "Effect of Work Compensation and Discipline on Employee Performance. This research was conducted on the employees of PT. Mulia Sukses Jaya with 30 respondents and using a saturated sampling technique so the sample used is all populations, namely 30. Analysis techniques using correlation and regression analysis and hypothesis testing t and f as well as the coefficient of determination R2 with data processing using SPSS26.             Based on the results of data analysis from the test the value of t count 2,192> 2,052 t table. And the sig value of 0.037 <0.05 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected then Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance. While work discipline has a value of 5.074> 2.052 t table and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 which means that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the f test results the f value of 12.704> 3.35 f table value and the value of the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. With this, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means Compensation and Work Discipline together - positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mulia Sukses Jaya. The coefficient of determination is 0.485 which means that compensation and work discipline have an effect of 48.5% on employee performance. The remaining 51.5% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this study.

The aim of this study was to analyze the roles of organizational trust on the individual readiness for HR management system change  at PT "X" Bandung. High level of individual readiness for change  will increase the effectiveness of organizational change program. Population of this study  was employees of PT "X" Bandung. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of being a permanent employee and having worked at least 1 year at PT “X”Bandung. A total of 100 respondents participated in this study. Data collection methods using  individual readiness for change scale and organizational trust scale. Reliability score for individual readiness for  is 0.919 and reliability score of organizational trust is 0.844. Simple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotesis. Result indicated a significant effect organizational trust on the individual readiness for HR management system change  at PT "X" Bandung. Data analysis showed  that organizational trust play  a role in improving individual readiness for changes (R2 = 0.085; p <0.05). This means that contribution of individual readiness changes is 8.5% and 91.5% is influenced by other factors not measured in this study.

<p>Customer is an important factor for the survival of a company. At a time, company sometimes didn’t know the level of customer satisfaction. If the company continues with this situation, the company would not know the next strategies to develop the company. There are many factors that connected with customer such as trust, facility and service quality. This research objective is to analyze if there is a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables which are trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable which is customers. In this research the object are the customers of PT Panah Persada Logisindo Semarang. The data sources are primary and secondary data using sampling technique of 80 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and partial significant between (t= 3,543 &gt; ttebal = 1, 99167) Trust, (t=4,976 &gt;ttebal=1,99167 ) Facility and (t =3,908 &gt; ttebal= 1, 99167) Service Quality effected by customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Keywords: Trust, Facility, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction</strong></p><p>Kepuasaan Pelanggan merupakan faktor penting terhadap kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan saat ini berkaitan dengan tidak diketahuinya kepuasaan Pelanggan setiap tahun, Jika ini dibiarkan terus menerus, perusahaan tidak dapat menentukan strategi untuk meningkakan kepuasaan pelanggan. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Kepuasaan Pelanggandipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan, fasilitas dan Kualitas Pelayanaan. Perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian dan hipotesis pada latar belakang masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh yang positif baik secara individual dan simultan antara variabel independen yaitu kepercayaan, fasilitas, kualitas pelayanaan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasaan Pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini obyek yang diambil pengguna jasa Freight forwarder PT Panah Persana Logisindo Semarang Sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 80 responden teknik sampling yang digunakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis berganda dihasilkan persamaan : Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara ( t hitung = 3,543&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) kepercayaan, (t hitung4,976 &gt; t tabel =1,99167) Fasilitas ( t hitung = 3,908&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) Kualitas pelayanaan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Kepercayaan, Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelanggan. Malaysia has recorded the second highest involuntary turnover rate at 6% and third highest voluntary rate at 6.5% in South East Asia. Employee loyalty becomes critical towards employer. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between career development, compensation, job security, work environment and employee loyalty. In conducting this study, convenience sampling technique has been employed and respondents have been chosen in the area of Kuala Lumpur. Hypothesis were tested using regression analysis by using Smart-PLS. Based on the result, career development, compensation and job security were found to be significant with employee loyalty. However, work environment was found to be not significant with employee loyalty. It is suggested for future research to explore other variables in order to find the factors contributed in employee loyalty. <em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>

Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap minat belajar fisika peserta didik dan mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap hasil belajar kognitif fisika peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen one group pretest posttest. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA 1 yang berjumlah 33 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar kognitif dan angket minat belajar peserta didik. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap minat belajar peserta didik dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,0063 < 0,05) dan ada pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik dengan nilai sig (2-tailed)  lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) Abstract: This article aims to determine the influence of online learning with virtual labs on the learning interest of students ' physics and to know the influence of online learning with virtual labs on cognitive learning outcomes of student physics. This type of research is a quasi experiment with the experimental design of one group Pretests posttest. This research sample is a student of class X MIPA 1 which amounted 33 people determined with simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study are cognitive learning results test and Angket learning interest learners. Data analysis results can be concluded that there is a virtual lab-assisted online learning influence to the learning interest of learners with a value of sig (2-tailed) smaller than 0.05 (0.0063 < 0.05) and there is a virtual lab-assisted online learning influence to the outcome of the students ' cognitive learning with a sig (2-tailed) value smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Der Beitrag beschreibt das grundsätzliche Vorgehen zur Identifizierung und Auswahl relevanter Business Ecosystems sowie deren strategische und operative Einbindung in ein Unternehmen. &nbsp; The ongoing digitization leads to new and converging product benefits and more efficient processes. In connection with a change in needs it also leads to a change in user behaviour and understanding of the benefits for customers. For the flexible and fast implementation of customized, individualized, often cross-industry value propositions and the safeguarding of access to customers, it will be crucial in the future to act and help to shape the relevant business ecosystems (group of actors that need to interact in order to realize a value proposition or to have access to customers). The article describes the basic procedure for identifying and selecting relevant business ecosystems and their strategic and operational integration into a company.

<em>The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center).</em>

To find out the performance of a company it is necessary to have a financial analysis, where in analyzing the financial statements will get a view of the good and bad financial performance. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the effect of the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Profitability Ratio, and Activity Ratio on profit growth with company size as a moderating variable. The population in this study was all trade retail companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. The research samples was determined by using purposive sampling technique, so that obtained 21 trade retail companies that quality as the sample. The analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. Based on the research result showed that Solvability, Profitability and Activity ratios has an effect on profit growth and company size is a moderation variabel. Liquidity Ratio has no effect on profit growth and company size not a moderating variable between Liquidity on profit growth.
