Economic crime at the regional level is a versatile category that is dangerous for the population of the region and negative from the point of view of society, characterized by the existing regional social conditions. The danger of manifestations of economic crime consists both in the consequence in the form of significant material damage to the population of the region, and in the destabilization of the regional economy as a whole. Parallel shadow operations with an illegal orientation are emerging and progressing in the regional society, which, given the current trend, can direct all the resources available in the region to their development.

Penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Anggaran pinjaman daerah yang dilakukan pemerintah daerah sebagai upaya pembangunan fasilitas publik untuk mobilitas ekonomi masyarakat daerah sehingga dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Tetapi peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak sesuai dengan pergerakan penurunan kemiskinan. Hal ini berakibat terhadap perekonomian daerah. Oleh karena itu, perlu mengetahui  pengaruh pinjaman daerah, pendapatan asli daerah terhadap kemiskinan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah 21 kab/kota di Jawa Tengah. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu pinjaman daerah dan pendapatan asli daerah sebagai variabel independen, Kemiskinan  dan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai variabel dependen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  terdapat pengaruh antara pinjaman daerah terhadap kemiskinan. Terdapat pengaruh antara pendapatan asli daerah daerah terhadap kemiskinan. Terdapat pengaruh antara pinjaman daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara pinjaman daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.. The implementation of regional economy aims to improve public welfare. Local government budget had by local government is as an effort of public facility developments for economic mobility of regional society so that it is able to increase regional economic growth. However, the increasing of economic growth is not in accordance with the movement of poverty reduction. It has several impacts to regional economy. Therefore, it needs to know the influence of local government borrowing toward locally-generated revenue, poverty, and regional economic growth 21 kab/kota in Central Java. The research of variable local goverment borrowing and locally-generated revenue, poverty and economic growth as the dependent variable. Type of this research is quantitative using panel data analysis.The results showed that there is influence local goverment borrowing toward poverty. There is the influence of locally-generated revenue toward poverty. There is influence local goverment borrowing toward economic growth. There is no locally-generated revenue toward economic growth.

The regional economic evaluation and analysis has guiding significance for the subsequent economic strategy formulation. Due to the influence of various factors, the volatility of some current economic evaluation models is relatively large. According to the needs of regional economic evaluation, this study uses computer technology combined with regional economic development to build an economic development evaluation model to evaluate and analyze the regional economy. Through comparative analysis, this study selects the entropy weight-TOPSIS model as the comprehensive evaluation model of regional economy, uses the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each index, and then uses the TOPSIS method to conduct comprehensive evaluation. In addition, this study designs a control experiment to analyze the performance of this study model. Moreover, this study uses the model proposed in this study to conduct regional economic evaluation in recent years, and compares it with real data, and observes the test results with statistical charts and table data. The research results show that this research model has a certain effect, which can provide analytical tools for the follow-up economic strategy research and analysis.

Предлагаемая статья посвящена отражению основных полученных результатов научно-исследовательской работы, выполняемой в рамках прикладных исследований органов внутренних дел по выявлению и анализу факторов экономической преступности в регионах страны, и охватывает аналитические аспекты оценки и интерпретации закономерностей, оказывающих влияние на экономическую безопасность Московской области, а также вопросы моделирования тенденций, закономерностей и прогнозирования основных факторов, имеющих наибольшую социальную значимость в области обеспечения безопасности и устойчивого развития региона. The article investigates the main results of research work carried out within the framework of applied research of the internal Affairs bodies to identify and analyze the factors of economic crime in the country's regions, and covers analytical aspects of the assessment and interpretation of laws impacting on the economic security of the Moscow region, as well as modeling of trends, patterns and predicting the key factors that have the greatest social significance in the field of ensuring security and sustainable development of the region.

The Internet provides a space for network users to communicate freely. The desire of network users to express their thoughts, imagination and self-knowledge is reflected in the slang on the Internet and social networks. The language of the Internet appeared as a product of the network, formed its own characteristics in the process of use and acquired its own pragmatic function. These qualities have made it an important tool of modern communication and a cultural carrier.The pragmatic approach to the recipient of information is an important function of any language communication. Although the root of Chinese Internet slang comes from Chinese, it gives a completely different meaning and character as a network language than literal, which requires a pragmatic study to understand. From the point of view of the speaker and the listener, people's speech actions are considered as social behavior governed by various social conditions. It is aimed at explaining that the use of special words in a particular environment can determine the meaning of the text, affect all aspects, and thus determine the pragmatic rules. Before using a slang word, any network user should pay attention to its meaning, as it can also have a negative connotation.

This paper deals with economic changes in the last 12 years in Bolivia under the presidency of Evo Morales. After a short introduction about the political landscape of the country, I will explain how Morales’ party, Movimiento al Socialismo, planned to change Bolivia’s economic model. Here I will rely on the works by former Bolivian Ministry of Economics and Public Finances, Luis Arce Catacora. Then I will show the improvements in social conditions of the Bolivian population during the Morales’ presidency, and I will relate them to the Cash Conditional Transfers adopted by the government, otherwise known as bonos. Finally, I will assess the intricate issue of economic and environmental sustainability of this model. My point of view is that since Bolivia will soon face less revenue from its gas exports, efforts in diversifying its economy will have to improve. At the same time, no major crisis should happen.

    The research aims to study the impact of unemployment on the social conditions in the Palestinian society from the point of view of the unemployed youth, especially in the current time period (2019), the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the research community consists of young people in the governorate of Ramallah. The researcher used the questionnaire tool, and the data were analyzed by the analysis program (SPSS). It was found that the majority of youth are unemployed, they are middle age, single and large families, urban residents, people with specialties and low income. As for the results of the research, there was an increase in the impact of the forms of unemployment on the social conditions of the individual, family and society and their outlook towards the future, came the highest degree on the social conditions of the individual (6. 90%) and then the social conditions of the family (3. 83%), Followed by the societal conditions to reach the value (78%), came the lowest values ​​for the outlook for the future, which amounted to (67%). Some of the features of the impact of unemployment, including the tension, anxiety and frustration of the young group. As for the nature of the relationship between the variables of the study, there was a statistically significant relationship between the combined unemployment and the low income, between the apparent, persuasive and compulsory unemployment, and the individual, family and societal situations and the outlook for them. At the end of the research a number of recommendations were made, most notably the need to balance the types of education and activate the social and cultural role of the family.

Current trend in education has acknowledged the urgency to move students from the role of traditional receiver and echoer of information to the role of critical listener, speaker, reader, and writer. In so doing, the students need to embrace the role of text analysts who continuously question texts that they encounter. This study looked for indices of students’ engagement in text analyst role. The data for the analysis were collected from 25 EFL university students’ reviews which were randomly selected. Using the guidepost developed from Luke and Freebody’s (1999) Four Resources Framework, the study highlighted points of information and/or questions or issues addressed in the students’ writing which indicated students’ role as text analysts. The study revealed that 40 percent of the students failed to practice the text analyst role. Meanwhile, those who addressed the role showcased five major patterns of indices: (1) questioned the trustworthiness of text, (2) recognized bias, (3) uncovered hidden intention/agenda, (4) identified harmed/benefitted party, and (5) provided alternate point of view/way of saying and/or personal standing. This study concludes that the students will be able to engage in text analyst role under two conditions (1) they are not struggling with the basic comprehension and (2) they have reached a state of habituation of mind in terms of questioning text. It is therefore recommended that the students be given sufficient time for familiarization and have continuous practices to make a critical approach to texts.

According to the second economic census data of Jiangsu Province, this paper firstly uses PCA-HCA model based on provincial cities data to classify economic regions. And then, it uses BLR-HCA model to reclassify the economic regions based on counties data. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that the past regional classification ways of Jiangsu Province need to be updated. The research on regional economy is dynamic and timely, while deepening the division of labor and finance is an effective way to develop Jiangsu’s regional economy.
