This study aims to test whether the clarity of budget targets and budget participation in institutions and Student Activity Units of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta have an effect on organizational performance with leadership style as a moderating variable. The study took a sample of students who were active in the Student Activity Unit at the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, Yogyakarta. The technique used in sampling is carried out with a non-probability or non-random approach using convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out by spreading the google form link through the Instagram and Whatsapp applications to institutional members and the Student Activity Unit (UKM). The number of questionnaires processed is 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the clarity of budget targets had no effect on organizational performance. Budget participation has an effect on organizational performance. Leadership style cannot strengthen the influence of clarity of budget objectives on organizational performance. Leadership style cannot strengthen the influence of budget participation on organizational performance. The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. This article aims to examine the extent of the influence of the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) on archery achievements of 30 meters distance in the STKIP Pasundan Archery UKM students in Cimahi. The research method used in this study is the experimental method, while the population and samples used in the study are students who are members of the UKM (Student Activity Unit) Archery STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. For research instruments or data collection tools used is the instrument used is to test arrow shots to the  triangle target with a distance of 30 meters. The results of this study show that there is a significant effect of the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) on archery achievements of 30 meters in distance from the UKM STKIP Pasundan Cimahi students. The calculation results show t = 6,703, p = 0,000 means significant. Thus the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) has a significant influence on archery achievements of 30 meters distance in the STKIP Pasundan Archery UKM students in Cimahi. The mean for the initial test and the final test shows a positive difference. Thus, there is a difference in archery achievements of 30 meters between before training and after training

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style and employee engagement on employee performance at Bank BJB branch of South Tangerang.  The method used is descriptive quantitative, survey, with questionnaire, and with the technique of path analysis. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data obtained using a measurement tool in the form of a questionnaire was processed using SPSS 25, to know the effect of each variable. Data analysis methods used, partial regression analysis and multiple regression combined with path analysis to further clarify the relationship between variables. The results of this study showed that there is: negative and insignificant direct effect between Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance, obtained path coefficient of 0.258 with a significance of t of 0.595. The positive and significant direct effect between the Leadership Style variable on the Employee Engagement variable, obtained a path coefficient of 0.505 with a significance T of 0.000. The effectiveness of the leadership style of a leader depends on factors of organizational culture, authority possessed, goals, ability to influence, both formal and informal. Attachment or involvement of subordinates influences very significantly on organizational performance, and good performance is a performance that follows procedures according to established standards, and with several criteria in order to increase productivity therefore it is expected to run in accordance with what is desired..

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Indonesian Export Financing Institution at the Makassar Regional Office. The population of this study were all employees of the Indonesian Export Financing Institution. The number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is the probability sampling method. Data collection in this study is to use archive strategies namely primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using multicollinearity and Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on work motivation. Leadership style also has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation significantly influences employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract: To achieve high levels of performance, it depends on a variety of influence factors. There are at least six external factors that determine an employee's performance level, namely: (a) environment, (b) management behavior, (c) position design, (d) level of education, (e) training, (f) motivation and (g) administration Remuneration. The purpose of this research was to determine the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on the motivation of teachers and employees. With a total population of 150 people, this study used quantitative research methods. The focus of this research is to measure variables. The procedure of this research emphasizes theories through the measurement of variables. By using the path analysis included in the multivariate model with the Amos version 5.0 program. The sampling technique are used in this research is a random method, where the samples taken were 60 people. This reseach00 uses a survey approach that examines by taking samples from a population using a questionnaire to collect data. Based on the results of the research , it can be concluded that the Principal's leadership style affects the Work Motivation of Teachers and employees, and organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational performance and employee job satisfaction. Keyword: Organizational culture, Leadership style, Motivation Abstrak: Untuk mencapai tingkat kinerja yang tinggi, sangat bergantung pada berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi. Setidaknya ada enam faktor eksternal yang menentukan tingkat kinerja seseorang pegawai yaitu: (a) lingkungan, (b) perilaku manajemen, (c) design jabatan, (d) jenjang pendidikan, (e) pelatihan, (f) motivasi dan (g) administrasi pengupahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi guru dan karyawan. Dengan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 150 orang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Fokus penelitian ini untuk mengukur antar variabel. Prosedur penelitian ini menekankan pada teori-teori yang melalui pengukuran variabel. Dengan menggunakan path analysis yang termasuk dalam model multivariate dengan program Amos versi 5.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode  random, dimana sampel yang diambil adalah 60 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey yang meneliti dengan mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru dan karyawan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi, Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi.

Abstract: Administrative service is described as one, staff or employee’s effort to process and implement everything by determining the method of organizing, building up the organization that suitable with the implementation of policies to accomplish predetermined goals. The objectives of this Study are: (i) to analyze the organizational performance in manifesting the quality of the services toward the Student Activity Unit administrators and; (ii) to analyze what factors support and hinder the performance of UM Student Affairs administrative staff. This study is considered descriptive qualitative research. It is conducted at the Student Affairs Division. The main data source is the Head of Sub Division and administrative staff as and the secondary data source is Student Activity Unit administrators at Universitas Negeri Malang (UM). The data is acquired using interviews, field notes, questionnaires, question lists, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data is analyzed using reduction, presentation of data, and verification or concluding. The result of this study shows that: (i) the quality of the administrative staff or employee at the Student Affairs Division is categorized as good. It matched with the regulation of the Rector of Universitas Negeri Malang. The service toward Student Activity Unit administrators suits to the predetermined SOP, friendly, and corresponds with the predetermined goal; (ii) the factors that support the performance of the Student Affairs Division are the implementation of the Secretarial Workshop for Student organization administrators, the effectiveness of time service, and the speed and accuracy of the Student Activity Unit administrators in making proposals and submitting the accountability of reports funds. While the factors that hinder the performance are the slow pace of Student Activity Unit administrators in making proposals and submitting the accountability of reports funds, lack of understanding of the Student Activity Unit administrators in submitting the project activity proposals, and making the accountability of reports funds. Abstrak: Layanan administrasi merupakan usaha seseorang, staf atau pegawai dalam rangka memproses dan melaksanakan segala sesuatu dengan penetapan cara-cara penyelenggaraan pembinaan organisasi sesuai dengan penyelenggaraan kebijakan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (i) menganalisis kinerja organisasi dalam mewujudkan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada pengurus Ormawa Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) dan; (ii) menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat kinerja staf administrasi bagian Kemahasiswaan UM. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di Bagian Kemahasiswaan Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) dengan sumber data primer Kasubag dan Staf administrasi Subbag MPIKA UM dan sumber data sekunder yaitu pengurus UKM di UM. Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara, catatan lapangan, penyebaran kuesioner dan daftar pertanyaan, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i) kinerja staf administrasi atau pegawai di bagian Kemahasiswaan UM termasuk kategori baik dan berkualitas karena sesuai dengan peraturan Rektor UM. Pelayanan kepada pengurus UKM telah sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditetapkan, ramah, dan sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan; (ii) faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung kinerja Kemahasiswaan adalah penyelenggaraan kegiatan Workshop Kesekretariatan bagi pengurus Ormawa, waktu pelayanan yang efektif, serta kecepatan dan ketepatan pengurus UKM dalam membuat proposal kegaitan dan penyerahan laporan pertanggungjawaban dana. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah lambatnya pengurus UKM dalam pembuatan proposal kegaitan dan penyerahan laporan pertanggungjawaban dana, tidak pahamnya pengurus UKM dalam pengajuan proposal kegiatan dan pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban dana. Kata kunci: kinerja; layanan administrasi; unit kegiatan mahasiswa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation, transformational leadership style, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Two Lembongan Fish, which has 3 branches in Bali. The number of samples in this study were 45 employees who were determined by the saturated sampling method. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. As much as 89.9 percent, job satisfaction variables are affected by financial compensation, transformational leadership style, and work motivation, while the rest of 10.1 percent is influenced by other variables outside the study. Companies should pay attention to financial compensation, transformational leadership style, and work motivation to employee job satisfaction, because of the importance of these aspects that will impact on organizational performance.

Evaluation of the Program Football Student Activity Unit in Mulawarman UniversityThis research is about evaluation of coaching program of students football activity unit at Mulawarman University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The approach used in this study is the CIPP model approach. Data collection tehniques through observation, interview, and documentation of administrators, coaches, athletes and athlete parents. This research conclude: 1) Context is conclude with good category. 2) Input, about availability of human resources conclude with good category. 3) Process about the implementation of coaching program, acceptance the athletes system and coordination can conclude with good category while the acceptance of coach system and the use of facilities and infrastructure conclude with medium category. 4) Product regarding the aspect of achievement and welfare conclude with medium category. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan model CIPP. Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap pengurus, pelatih, atlet dan orang tua atlet. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: 1) Context disimpulkan dengan kategori baik. 2) Input mengenai aspek ketersediaan sumber daya manusia disimpulkan dengan kategori baik. Untuk aspek ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber pendanaan disimpulkan dengan kategori sedang. 3) Process mengenai aspek pelaksanaan program latihan, sistem penerimaan atlet dan koordinasi disimpulkan dengan kategori baik sedangkan aspek sistem penerimaan pelatih dan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana disimpulkan dengan kategori sedang. 4) Product mengenai aspek prestasi dan kesejahteraan disimpulkan dengan kategori sedang. The performance of education office organizations was influenced by the behavior of its employees. This study aimed to determine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture, leadership style, personality, and organizational justice towards the job performance of the employee education office in Jakarta. Research samples were 221 employees of the Jakarta Education Office. Data collection using questioner with the Likert scale, The results of the research there was a direct influence of leadership style towards organizational justice; Organizational culture on organizational justice; Personality towards organizational justice; Leadership style on job performance; Organizational culture towards job performance; Personality towards job performance, then organizational justice towards job performance, and personality through organizational justice towards job performance. It was concluded that the level of job performance was influenced by variations in leadership style, organizational culture, personality, and organizational justice.

This research is motivated by the lack of ability to write simple words first grade students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. This study aims to improve the ability to write simple words first grade students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam, held for 1 month. The subjects were students of class I SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam academic year 2015/2016 the number of students as many as 7 people, consisting of 5 boys and 2 girls. Form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists of instruments and instrument performance data collection activity observation sheet form teacher and student activity. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the ability to write simple words can be enhanced through training methods first grade students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. This statement can be accepted, because the students' ability to write simple words increased. Where known from preliminary data the average value of 59.3 or in the medium category. When viewed from the classical completeness, there is 28.6% or 2 students who completed gain value according to standards KKM, which is a minimum of 65. However, after the implementation of training methods, obtained an average value of 67.1 or higher in a category. When viewed from the classical completeness has reached 57.1%, or 4 students, but research has not been successful. Because this study was successful when 85% of students obtaining a minimum value of 65. While on the second cycle, to reach an average value of 80.7 or higher in a category. When viewed from the classical completeness, has acquired all of the students (100%). Thus, the researchers limited the study to the second cycle. Because of the results obtained was clear, that improve the students' first-class students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam in writing simple words.
