This article aims to examine the extent of the influence of the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) on archery achievements of 30 meters distance in the STKIP Pasundan Archery UKM students in Cimahi. The research method used in this study is the experimental method, while the population and samples used in the study are students who are members of the UKM (Student Activity Unit) Archery STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. For research instruments or data collection tools used is the instrument used is to test arrow shots to the  triangle target with a distance of 30 meters. The results of this study show that there is a significant effect of the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) on archery achievements of 30 meters in distance from the UKM STKIP Pasundan Cimahi students. The calculation results show t = 6,703, p = 0,000 means significant. Thus the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) has a significant influence on archery achievements of 30 meters distance in the STKIP Pasundan Archery UKM students in Cimahi. The mean for the initial test and the final test shows a positive difference. Thus, there is a difference in archery achievements of 30 meters between before training and after training

Evaluation of the Program Football Student Activity Unit in Mulawarman UniversityThis research is about evaluation of coaching program of students football activity unit at Mulawarman University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The approach used in this study is the CIPP model approach. Data collection tehniques through observation, interview, and documentation of administrators, coaches, athletes and athlete parents. This research conclude: 1) Context is conclude with good category. 2) Input, about availability of human resources conclude with good category. 3) Process about the implementation of coaching program, acceptance the athletes system and coordination can conclude with good category while the acceptance of coach system and the use of facilities and infrastructure conclude with medium category. 4) Product regarding the aspect of achievement and welfare conclude with medium category. Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap pengurus, pelatih, atlet dan orang tua atlet. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: 1) Context disimpulkan dengan kategori baik. 2) Input mengenai aspek ketersediaan sumber daya manusia disimpulkan dengan kategori baik. Untuk aspek ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber pendanaan disimpulkan dengan kategori sedang. 3) Process mengenai aspek pelaksanaan program latihan, sistem penerimaan atlet dan koordinasi disimpulkan dengan kategori baik sedangkan aspek sistem penerimaan pelatih dan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana disimpulkan dengan kategori sedang. 4) Product mengenai aspek prestasi dan kesejahteraan disimpulkan dengan kategori sedang. This article discusses the effectiveness of a contextual approach to learning writing negotiating texts. The research was conducted to find out the influence and the result of learning to write negotiation text with contextual approach. The research method used is quasi experiment with One group Pretest-Posttest Design. The selected population is class X SMK Negeri 1 Bojongpicung with a sample of students of class X ATPH 1 amounted to 28 people. Data were collected using test, questionnaire, and observation techniques with test sheet, questionnaire, and observation. The results of the observation sheet indicate the active learners learn when using a contextual approach. From the test results, it is known that the average value of the initial test is 66.89 while the mean score of the final test is 87.64. After comparing the mean of the two test results, calculations were performed using the t-Test. The calculation result with t-test shows the tcount price is bigger than ttable price. The tcount price is 17.00, while the ttable price at db 27 for the 0.05 level of trust is 2.05. Thus the proposed hypothesis can be accepted, ie the existence of a significant influence in the use of contextual approaches to the results of learning to write negotiation text. This shows the learning of writing negotiated text by applying a better contextual approach than without applying a contextual approach. Keywords: effectiveness, contextual, negotiation.

This research is motivated by the low ability of basic technique of playing the students' grate V.A SDN 002Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Kampar. This study aims to improve the basic techniques of playing kasti throughcooperative learning methods paired type students class V.A SDN 002 Pantai Cermin Kampar District. Thesubjects of this study are students of class V.A SDN 002 Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Kampar with the number ofstudents as many as 28 people. The form of research is classroom action research. The instrument of thisresearch consisted of performance instrument and data collection instrument in the form of observation sheet ofteacher activity and student activity. The basic technique ability to play with cooperative method of paired typelearning in VA VAN 002 Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Kabupaten Kampar average of basic technique ability toplay the students' census on the initial test is categorized less with percentage 48,9%, in cycle I increase to68,4% with sufficient category whereas in cycle II the average ability of students is categorized very high with90.8% percentage. The cassical completeness specified in this study that 80% of students have been declaredthoroughly achieved. The conclusion of this research is the application of cooperative learning method pair typecan improve basic technique of playing kasti.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel. The research method used is the analytical survey research method. The approach chosen in this study is the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study are customers who use the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, from August to November 2018. The sample in this study used accidental sampling techniques totaling 60 customers who used the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel in December 2018. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between service quality consisting of Tangible , Reliability , Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. There is a partial significant influence between the quality of service consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness , and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Reliability Factoris the most influential factor (predominantly on Customer satisfaction at PT. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling berjumlah 60 orang pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel pada bulan Desember tahun 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Faktor Reliability merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh (secara dominan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Abstract: This research is motivated by the fact that not all consumers behave rationally. There are still many consumers who behave iirationally in the form of consumptive behavior. Consumers in this case students who have consumptive behavior are suspected because consumers are lacking in economic literacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic literacy on student consumptive behavior at STKIP Persada Kahtulistiwa Sintang. The research method used is quantitative with factual exposures. The population is students with 257 people. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 65 people. Data collection tool in the form of questionnaires and test questions. The results showed that economic literacy had a negative and significant effect on students' consumptive behavior in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. This is confirmed by the results of the t test which shows the value of t count - 3,400> t table - 1,998 (Two Tailed) on df = n -2 = 65 - 2 = 63 and the error rate (α = 5%) or significance 0,000 <0.05 means null hypothesis is rejected and alternative hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: Economic Literacy, Consumptive Behavior Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan yang terjadi bahwa tidak semua konsumen berperilaku rasional. Masih banyak konsumen yang berperilaku iirasional dalam bentuk perilaku konsumtif. Konsumen dalam hal ini mahasiswa yang memiliki perilaku konsumtif diduga karena konsumen kurang dalam literasi ekonomi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa di STKIP Persada Kahtulistiwa Sintang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan bentuk ekspos fakto. Populasi adalah mahasiswa  dengan jumlah 257 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sample 65orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa angket dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perlaku konsumtif mahasiswa di STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. Hal ini dipertegas dengan hasil uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung – 3,400 > t tabel - 1,998 (Two Tailed) pada dk = n -2 = 65 – 2 = 63 dan tingkat kesalahan (α = 5%) atau signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci : Literasi Ekonomi, Perilaku Konsumtif

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning discipline and student learning motivation in Fiqh subjects in class IX MTs Al-Iqna, Cisaga District, Ciamis Regency. This research method is quantitative research, in data collection techniques using a questionnaire for data collection. The results of the study, the students' learning discipline in class IX MTs Al-Iqna Cisaga was classified as moderate, because the average obtained was 65.83. This figure if classified into the research scale is classified as moderate, because it is in the range of r scores 62.22 - 69.42. And student learning motivation in the class IX fiqh subject is classified as moderate, because the average obtained is 64.37. This figure if classified into the research scale is classified as moderate, because it is in the range of scores of 61.78 - 66.92. Thus there is a relationship between learning discipline and student learning motivation in class IX Fiqh subjects, because based on the results of comparing t count with t table, the value of the Coefficient table (a) is obtained by the value of t count is 3,965, while t table is 2,048 When compared to t count> t table (3,965> 2,048), then Ho is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between learning discipline on student learning motivation in class IX fiqh subjects. This is 36.0% change in learning motivation variable explained by changes in learning discipline variables. This means that there are still other factors as large as 64.0% that influence it.

The low level of activeness of class X science students in the study of moral code in MA Ibnul Qoyyim Putra, because the learning activities carried out by the teacher has not been fully student-centered, ie do not apply various strategies in learning or monotonous so that students are less active in learning, therefore, it is necessary to improve the learning of the Morals by using learning strategies that make students active and enthusiastic in learning by implementing the Jigsaw strategy on the Morals so that student activity can be improved for the better. This research is a Classroom Action Research, aimed to find out how the application of the Jigsaw strategy in increasing the activeness of Class X science students in the subjects of Islamic Morals. This research method uses the Jigsaw strategy in the study of the Morals to increase the activeness of students in class X science. The subjects of this study were the 23rd-grade students of MA Natural Science Ibnul Qoyyim Putra in the academic year 2017/2018. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Then the validity of the data is tested by using triangulation. The results obtained were that the Pre Cycle Percentage was 31.98%, then the Cycle I Percentage was 49.98% and the Cycle II percentage was 78.17%, so the conclusion of this study was based on data obtained that the application of the Jigsaw strategy could increase student activity. Abstrak Rendahnya keaktifan siswa kelas X IPA dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak di MA Ibnul Qoyyim Putra, dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru belum sepenuhnya berpusat pada siswa, yakni tidak menerapkan berbagai strategi dalam pembelajaran atau monoton sehingga siswa kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran tersebut, oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perbaikan pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang menjadikan siswa aktif dan antusias didalam pembelajaran yaitu dengan menerapkan strategi Jigsaw pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak sehingga keaktifan siswa  dapat meningkat menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan Kelas, bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi Jigsaw dalam meningkatkan keaktifan siswa kelas X IPA pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan strategi Jigsaw dalam pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak untuk meingkatkan keaktifan siswa di kelas X IPA. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPA MA Ibnul Qoyyim Putra tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 23 siswa. Teknik  pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian diuji keabsahan datanya dengan menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bahwa prosentase Pra Siklus 31,98%, kemudian Prosentase Siklus I 49,98% dan prosentase Siklus II 78,17%, sehingga kesimpulan penelitian ini berdasarkan data yang didapatkan bahwa penerapan strategi Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa. Kata kunci: Akidah Akhlak, Jigsaw, Keaktifan Siswa.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financing and operating income on the return for the results of mudharabah deposits in Islamic commercial banks. The stages of the research method used are the research approach, population and sample, operational definitions, types and sources of data, data collection techniques, data analysis, location and time of research as well as tools and materials. Based on the conclusions found in this study, there is a significant influence of financing variables and operating income variables on the return for the results of Islamic Commercial Bank mudharabah deposits, this is evidenced by the results of research conducted by researchers where the significance value (sig) of 0.001 is smaller than the probability of 0.05 , so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of financing and operating income on the return on profit sharing from mudharabah deposits of Islamic Commercial Banks.

Ability of swimming 50 meters breaststroke swimming subjects specializing in FIK UNP coaching is the background of research problems. This study aims to determine the effect of interval squat thrust training and circuit training exercises on swimming speed of 50 meters breaststroke. Type of experimental research, two groups pretest-posttest. The population of swimming students specializing in FIK UNP training is 26 people, 21 men and 5 women. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique, which is 18 men. Data collection by carrying out the initial test and final test swimming speed of 50 meters breaststroke. The data analysis technique uses the mean different test formula (t test) significant level α = 0.05. From the analysis of the data the results are obtained: there is a significant effect of interval squat thrust training on swimming speed of 50 meters breaststroke (12.94 th> tb.86) from mean 62.32 to 58.99 seconds. There is a significant effect of circuit training exercises on swimming speed of 50 meters breaststroke (11.03 th> 1.86) from mean 63.96 to 59.61 seconds. There was no significant difference between squat thrust training at intervals with circuit training with swimming speed of 50 meters breaststroke (th 0.1206 <tb 1.86).

This study aims to test whether the clarity of budget targets and budget participation in institutions and Student Activity Units of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta have an effect on organizational performance with leadership style as a moderating variable. The study took a sample of students who were active in the Student Activity Unit at the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, Yogyakarta. The technique used in sampling is carried out with a non-probability or non-random approach using convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out by spreading the google form link through the Instagram and Whatsapp applications to institutional members and the Student Activity Unit (UKM). The number of questionnaires processed is 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the clarity of budget targets had no effect on organizational performance. Budget participation has an effect on organizational performance. Leadership style cannot strengthen the influence of clarity of budget objectives on organizational performance. Leadership style cannot strengthen the influence of budget participation on organizational performance.
