This research intend to analyze the changes of mustahik household income after receive assistance from productive zakah funds from Cirebon Zakat Center and identify the characteristics of material and spiritual values of mustahik after obtaining assistance from productive zakah funds from the Cirebon Zakat Center based on the CIBEST model. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and filling out questionnaires. The statistical test and data analysis used are paired data t test and CIBEST model. The results of the study showed that mustahik household income after receiving productive zakah funds experienced a significant change. Before the assistance of zakah, the average household income of mustahik are Rp. 1,110,563, and after getting zakah the average household income of mustahik rise to Rp. 1,653,000. This means that there is an increase in the average household income of mustahik by Rp. 542,437. Based on the CIBEST model, the material and spiritual value characteristics of mustahik after assistance productive zakah funds from Cirebon Zakat Center experienced a change. After the assistance, the number of mustahik households in the category of prosperous households (quadrant I) increased by 47.50 percent. Whereas, number of mustahik households that fall into the material poor category (quadrant II) decreased by 25.00 percent. Likewise, the number of mustahik households included in the category of spiritual poor (quadrant III) and absolute poverty (quadrant IV) fell by 54.55 percent and 90.91 percent respectively.

Penelitian ini bermaksud mengkaji perubahan pendapatan rumah tangga mustahik setelah mendapatkan bantuan dana zakat produktif dari Zakat Center Thoriqotul Jannah Cirebon dan mengidentifikasi karakteristik nilai material dan spiritual mustahik setelah mendapatkan bantuan dana zakat produktif dari Zakat Center Thoriqotul Jannah Cirebon berdasarkan model CIBEST. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner. Adapun uji statistik dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t data berpasangan dan model CIBEST. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pendapatan rumah tangga mustahik setelah mendapatkan bantuan dana zakat produktif mengalami perubahan yang signifikan. Sebelum adanya bantuan dana zakat, rata-rata pendapatan rumah tangga mustahik adalah Rp 1.110.563 dan setelah mendapatkan bantuan dana zakat rata-rata pendapatan rumah tangga mustahik naik menjadi Rp. 1.653.000. Artinya terjadi peningkatan rata-rata pendapatan rumah tangga mustahik sebesar Rp. 542.437. Berdasarkan model CIBEST, karakteristik nilai material dan spiritual mustahik setelah mendapatkan bantuan dana zakat produktif dari Zakat Center Thoriqotul Jannah Cirebon mengalami perubahan. Setelah adanya bantuan dana zakat, jumlah rumah tangga mustahik yang berada pada kategori rumah tangga sejahtera (kuadran I) mengalami peningkatan sebesar 47.50 persen. Sedangkan jumlah rumah tangga mustahik yang masuk kategori miskin material (kuadran II) menurun 25.00 persen. Begitupun jumlah rumah tangga mustahik yang masuk kategori miskin spiritual (kuadran III) dan miskin absolut (kuadran IV) masing-masing turun sebesar 54.55 persen dan 90.91 persen.

This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara, which amounted to 96 employees by taking a minimum sample of employees. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multipleregression analysis. This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results found that: (1) Reward significantly influencedthe performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the t test results show the value of t sig for the variable Reward value (X1) Namely, thit > t (4.123 > 1.98580) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050) means that Hα is accepted and H0α/2 is rejected. (2) Punishment significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with t test results showed the value of t sig for the Punishment Value Variable (X2) > t(α / 2) (2.929 >1.98580) and (sig α = 0.004 < 0.050 means that Hα was accepted and H0 was rejected. (3) Reward and Punishment Variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the results of the F test hypothesis above obtained by F count of 99.917 with Ftable value of 3.09 that is (99.917 > 3.09) and (sig α =0.000 < 0.050), then it can be concluded that H3 is accepted.Keywords : Reward, Punishment and employee performance

Applying religion value is one of the more dominating learning in RA (Raudhatul Athfal) Darul Ulum. The applying of religion values include learning of Qur'an and Al Hadith also Islamic Education. Based on the parent’s observations, the applying religion values can be the interest point to form parent’sperception. This study aimmed to investigate the implementation, activities, results, and the parent’s perception of applying religious values in groups A1 and A2 RA Darul Ulum to form the parent’s perception. The research sample of this study are 33 parents. The writer uses quantitative approach. The techniques of data collection are questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentations. This study uses data analysis techniques of statistics descriptive and hypothesis test by using t test of right side. The results of the data analysis of applying religion value can be known that the percentage of applying religion values is 96%, the activity percentage of applying religion values is 75%, the result percentage of applying religion values is 68%, and the perception percentage of applying religion values is 82%. Based on the percentage results can be inferred that applying religion value in RA Darul Ulum is very effective to form parent’s perception.

This article contains a description of tolerance in students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection using tolerance instruments. The research sample consisted of 120 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi and 64 students identified who were affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah religious organizations. The results of this study are first that the tolerance of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi is in the high category. Second, profiles of the aspect of tolerance consist of aspects of equality, respect for differences, and peace. Third, the results of the t-test indicate that there is no significant difference in the tolerance of students who are affiliated with the religious organizations of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. The results of this study can be used as consideration for developing peace counseling and developing multicultural guidance and counseling program in Madrasah.

Self-resilience is the ability to continue life after adversity or after experiencing heavy stress is not a fortune, but it describes the existence of certain abilities in individuals. Reality counseling is a system that focuses on current behavior. Therapists serve as teachers and models and confront clients in ways that help them cope with reality and meet basic needs without harming themselves or others. At the heart of reality therapy is the acceptance of personal responsibility, which is analogous to mental health. This study aims to determine how reality counseling can improve students' self-resilience at Unipa Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the research method of pretest posttest one group design. The data analysis used was statistical test using SPSS 17. The results showed that all indicators had a significant difference level. This significant difference can be seen from the level of resilience achieved by the counselees. This shows that reality counseling is effective in increasing the resilience of students in facing current conditions. Keywords: Reality Counseling, Self Resilience, Quasi Experiment

<p><em>This study analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of personnel BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment and partial compensation to personnel performance BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the dominant variable of organizational commitment and compensation affecting BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin performance.</em></p><p><em>The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.</em></p><p><em>The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824&gt; 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931&gt; 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 &lt;0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.</em></p>

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence of storytelling method toward the ability of revealed language the of Child Aged 5-6 Years Old at Pertiwi 1 Banjarsari. This research uses quantitative approach by using experiment method; the research design uses Pre-Experimental design (nondesign) which includes pre-test and pos-test. Subject of this research is a child aged 5-6 years old in Pertiwi 1 Banjarsari Kindergarten about 19 students. Data collecting technique through the observation and documentation. Data analysis technique the inferensial statistics by using t data experiment analysis (T-Test). The result of data analysis is acquired value r = 0,68, </em><em> wich are -</em><em>2,450 </em><em> -11,66, thus </em><em>is accepted wich means there is significanct influence between </em><em>Sorytelling Method to child’s revealed language ability.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p>

One crucial factor in determining the successes of learning in schools is the teachers’ performances. Teacher’s performance not only determines the learning successes but also the achievements of the organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effects of the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture on the teachers’ performance in the XYZ School. The number of subjects in this study was 82 teachers who taught at the XYZ, both the Primary and Secondary levels. A quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method, in which the Smart PLS application was implemented to process the data, was used in this study. For the data collection, a survey technique using a questionnaire was selected as a research instrument. The results of the data analysis have shown that the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture have positive effects on performance.

This research aimed to describe the employee performance, organizational culture and cultural relations organization with the performance satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. So it can be concluded tha organizational culture affects employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto.

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This means that creativity does not contribute to learning independence while motivation contributes to increasing learning independence.Keywords : Kreativitas, Movivasi, dan Kemandirian Belajar
