This study aims to determine the implementation of the Indonesian National Financial Literacy Strategy (SNLKI) in the sharia pawnshop sector in Yogyakarta. The data collection technique in this study is a structured interview method that is asking q5uestions that have been prepared to the respondent, which is then recorded by the researcher. The answers to the interview questions are then called primary research data. The population of this study is all branches of sharia pawning in Yogyakarta and researchers took samples with Probability Sampling because each element of the population is homogeneous, which has the same opportunity to be chosen as the subject. The results of this study are that all sharia pawnshop unit offices have implemented programs to improve financial literacy but have not been optimal in understanding specifically the SNLKI issued by the government due to the lack of training from the center regarding the core action of SNLKI.

The government of Nepal successfully managed the post-earthquake housing reconstruction and rehabilitation endeavours in the aftermath of Nepal’s earthquake 2015, where more than 800,000 Earthquake affected households were identified as beneficiaries and provided financial assistance to build their house. The purpose of this research is to explore the challenges faced by the Banks and Financial Institutions (BFIs) during the cash grant distribution procedures for the earthquake beneficiaries. This paper is prepared to explore the Government of Nepal’s private housing reconstruction initiatives as an effort to cope with the post-earthquake reconstruction and rehabilitation works and the role of BFIs in disbursing of the government’s conditional cash transfer program to the identified earthquake beneficiaries. The study had collected data from 16 BFIs where 53 respondents participated in the study. It is based on the qualitative design because structured interview was conducted to collect the data. The findings show that private housing reconstruction endeavours focusing on the cash transfer programs of the GoN were more effective, where 99% of the beneficiaries received the 1st Tranche as of June 2021. Though, there were several challenges shared by the respondents during the grant transfer mechanism such as human resource management, lack of financial literacy and understanding of bank-related services, lack of adequate coordination among the concerned stakeholders, merger and acquisition of BFIs, beneficiaries’ ownership/nominee transfer, cash management, mismatch of the beneficiaries name, and reconciliation and data verification.The study would be crucial to learn important lessons from Nepal’s post-earthquake reconstruction for future disaster resilience activities

Language has an important role in everyday human life in society. Jargon is a kind of language that is only used by certain communities as daily communication among its members. The jargon used by the transgender community is very interesting to understand because the jargon has its own form and meaning in its disclosure and can find out how the variety of jargon-shaped language used by transgenders in hiding their secrets so as not to be known by the public. It is evident that not all users of other languages understand the jargon. In this study, the researchers analyzed the jargon used by the waria community in the salon. This study aims to determine the jargon and describe and understand the meaning of the jargon used by the transgender community in interacting orally. The source of the research data was obtained from the subject, namely the transgender women who worked at the Retah salon in Pamulang, who used jargon in their daily communication with transgender women and sometimes with their customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes and conveys data objectively. Describe the jargon terms of transgender language as the object of research. The data collection technique used is observation or see and note. The result of this research is the jargon used by waria in the form of transgender language vocabulary. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that 20 pieces of jargon used by transgender women in the salon were akika, rapose, capcus, endang gurindang, ink, sekong, belenjong, cucok, metong, hamidah, lekong, sapose, capcay, begindang, bala-bala, sindang. , lambreta, grasshopper, mesong, and mursida.Keywords: Waria, Jargon, Vocabulary

In this paper, the authors discuss on the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teaching and facilitating (TaF) Malay Literature where it plays an important role in keeping with current educational developments. Through the Malaysian Education Development Plan 2013-2025 (Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia 2013-2025) it appears that efforts to increase ICT in education in preparation for generating human capital that ICT literacy need to be further enhanced. Furthermore, the country is facing severe challenges in its efforts to provide a quality education system. The main objective of this study was to identify the TaF method practiced by the teachers of Malay Literature and how they integrate ICT in TaF. The study was conducted in three selected schools in Negeri Sembilan which offer elective Malay Literature in the fourth grade. A semi-structured interview method for six teachers was conducted. Questionnaire techniques and observations during the TaF process were also implemented. Studies have found that various applications such as Kahoot, Nearpot, Powtoon, Google, animated creativity, audio materials and interactive games have simplified and furthered the TaF method of Malay Literature teachers and made it more effective and engaging. In addition, the animated app was found to be able to attract students to continue their TaF activities in the classroom. This is because animation is a set of graphics that is quickly displayed in a series of frames or objects. It would not be too much to say that TaF Malay Literature-based TaF could transfer information from a static textbook to a pattern. Based on the transformation in the TaF method that the teacher was trying to apply, the study found it had a positive effect. This is because the confidence and success of teachers in integrating ICT in TaF has increased the interest and enthusiasm of students in the subject of Malay Literature.

Lahap is a small and medium enterprise that runs engaged in food and beverage field that began to established since 2016. The type of product offered is abon. Lahap produces abon cakalang that has its own uniqueness because the abon cakalang is not available in Surabaya Lahap fish to replace with deho fish. For 12 months the sale target has never been achieved that become a negative thing for Lahap company. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the factors that cause the failure of Lahap business. The determination of data sources on the subject is determined by certain considerations, facilitators, and expert lecturers who have got experience in the food and beverage field. The method that is used is the descriptive qualitative method by using a semi-structured interview method. Then the data is tested by using validity and reliability test. The results of the research show that less competent in managerial, experience from the owner, motivation from the owner, planning that is done and resources that cause the company failed.

Professional teachers hold the main key to improving the quality of education  in the future. As for the formulation problem in this study, how is the professionalism  of teachers in Elementary school State of West Perak  VI?. This study aims to determine the professionalism  of teachers in Elementary school State of West Perak  VI . The approach used in this research is Qualitative with the interview method. The research data dan comes from the headmaster and teachers. The subjects of this study were four informants, namely one headmaster, one Christian religion subject teacher  and two class teachers. The reason the researcher took the subject was based on the consideration of the headmaster that due to limited time and energy it was better to take the four informats. Data collection was done by interviewing techniques. atlas. ti and drawing conclusions were used to process the interview data. The result showed that the teachers at SDN Perak Barat VI had carried out their duties professionally. It is recommended for teacher profesionalism in the teaching and learning process.

This study aimed at exploring how teachers consider the prestige of their profession in Turkish society. It was conducted using the phenomenology design, which is a qualitative research method. The study group consisted of 674 teachers who participated in the study on a voluntary basis. Participants were selected using the maximum variation sampling method. Research data was collected through interview method and a semi-structured interview form was used as data collection tool. In line with the aim of the study, content analysis was performed by the researcher and an expert, individually, to analyze the data. At the end of the study, it was found that 82% of the participants stated that teaching is not a prestigious profession in Turkey. The teachers also added that the prestige of the teaching profession in Turkey varies across regions with different socio-economic characteristics, across institutions (public-private) and according to the level of teaching, and recommended that steps should be taken to increase social awareness about the significance of the profession.

Spatial planning has only been seen as an effort to meet development growth and only focuses on economic development. However spatial planning should not only focus on the economic sector but should also pay attention to other crucial sectors. This indicates that it does not take into account the zoning and purpose of spatialisation. This study attempts to look at ow the spatial planning process in Tuban Regency is undergoing a process of industrialization because many large factories are relocating to the Tuban area. The relocation of the factory to the Tuban area has increased the practice of spatial planning politics. The practice of spatial planning politics in Tuban Regency in this study is analyzed using Lefebvre's point of view which states that there are three parties to spatial planning. The method in this study is qualitative and the data collection technique uses the interview method. The results of this research show that the practice of space can be seen from how the government, the private sector and the community collaborate with each other to provide space so that industrialization can run. Many large factories are starting to be built in the Tuban area. The representation of space can be seen from how the government of Tuban Regency plans the arrangement so that there is an even distribution in each region. The northern and western regions are more focused on industrialization. The southern region is more focused on agricultural areas. the central region is focused on the center of government and trade and for the east it is focused on tourist attractions. The third is the representation space where this can be seen from how the government of Tuban Regency makes efforts to control the conversion of agricultural land for food. This is done because every year the agricultural land in Tuban Regency is decreasing so it needs to be maintained to maintain food security.

or enhancing the quality of teachers, the Government of Pakistan introduced the National Professional Standards for Teachers in 2009. The study was qualitative in nature. A case study design was adopted to conduct the research. A purposive criterion sampling technique was used to select the sample. A semi-structured interview and observation checklist was developed by the researcher. The instruments were validated and improved in the light of experts� opinions. Research ethics were observed during the study and before the data collection. Themes were generated and interpreted which were relevant to the research questions of the study. The findings of the study indicate that public sector teachers have command of the subject matter knowledge, but lesson planning and proper assessment are missing. It is being recommended that awareness about the National Professional Standards must be created among public sector teachers and teachers should be made bound for planning their instructions according to standards.

This study aimed to determine views of academic staff about the assessment processes of online courses during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the study, the case study method, one of qualitative research methods, was used. The participants of the study were 42 academic staff teaching in six faculties from nine universities in Turkey. The research data were collected using the semi-structured interview method, and content analysis was conducted on the collected data. According to the research results, most of the participants used more than one method for assessment, and the most common methods were homework, tests with multiple choice questions, tests with open-ended questions, projects, and reports. It was found that the most important problem reported by the participants in relation to assessment was the cheating done by students in online exams. In line with the opinions at the end of the research, suggestions were put forward regarding the academic staff's assessment processes of online courses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
