The division of roles in the treatment of childbirth was clear, but many obstacles were found, namely transportation barriers, economic problems and there were traditional healers who did not want to partner. Conclusion: The overview of partnership between the traditional healers and midwives in childbirth assistance has not gone well and there were still many obstacles found both internally and externally. Criticism is something that must be built in the scientific world. Because, in science there is no such thing as a definite truth. Criticism here to bring it in the right direction. Especially about the story of the past contained in the Qur'an. A story that is explained in it contains truth, lessons and teachings evidently undeniable for all creatures of Allah, for the happiness of the world and the hereafter. This study uses qualitative research in the form of library research, the author uses the approach of the theory of the Qur'an and Interpretation and the theory of Diltheiy thinking and interpretive writing ideas in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the collection of data by means of documentation, namely the book Indonesia Negeri Saba'by Fahmi Basya and also taken from various related sources. Furthermore, the analysis is done by reading and examining Fahmi Basya's understanding writing, which is written in his book. In summary, Fahmi Basya confirmed 14 comparative accounts of Indonesia and Yemen based on the Qur'an and 53 scientific facts which he discovered that Indonesia was the State of Saba'. Fahmi Basya's understanding is very contrary to the commentators at least caused by two problems. Finally, Fahmi Basya wants to prove that the State of Saba 'in the Qur'an in Indonesia. Based on the study of Fahmi Basya's understanding it was found that Fahmi Basya was not an expert in the field of the Qur'an and Tafsir. So, when he understands the Qur'an and reveals the results of his research in the community it needs to be reviewed. Seeing with the scientific viewpoints of the Qur'an, Fahmi Basya's interpretation seems to match his discoveries with the Qur'anic Verses. And forcing all that can be matched look for verses of the Qur'an.

Abstract On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared covid-19—the disease caused by the novel coronavirus—a global pandemic. As this coronavirus spread throughout the world, most countries implemented restrictions on public gatherings that greatly limited religious communities’ ability to engage in collective worship. Some religious leaders objected to these regulations, opining that faith would spare their congregants from illness or that their religious freedom is paramount to public health. Meanwhile, growing numbers of covid-19 infections were being traced back to religious leaders or gatherings. This article explores how governments have balanced freedom of worship and public health during the 2020 pandemic. Through the comparison of controversies in South Korea, India, Brazil and the United States, it highlights the paradoxes in debates about whether to hold religious communities accountable for the spread of this highly contagious and deadly disease.

Al-Qur'an as kalamullah contains teaching principles because it includes Islamic teachings that organize the lives of Muslims in all aspects. Understanding the Qur'an, especially for children, must start early through reading and writing activities which are continued by gradually understanding the teachings of Islam. However, the fact is that the learning system of the Qur'an, especially for early childhood, is still monotonous and less interesting because it still applies a teacher-centered learning paradigm. This study aims to describe the al-Qur'an learning system in the Tahsin Qur'an ka'Uqoy Private institution with a descriptive qualitative research that uses some data collection techniques. The results showed that the al-Qur'an learning system in the tahsin Qur'an ka'Uqoy institution applies the constructionism paradigm by using only an instrument namely the senses through various interactions with the surrounding environment such as seeing, hearing, touching, and feeling it. Through sensory activation, a child can build a picture in the world of learning. This institution has produced teachers who are able to teach the Qur'an easily to be understood, especially for early childhood by being directly involved in digesting, processing, experiencing, understanding, tasting and practicing the contents of the Al- The Qur'an with fun learning so that early childhood can more easily grasp the knowledge of the Qur'an.
