            Though the current era has seen a huge extent of recession, due to the Covid 19 issue. But, the consumption of luxury products is seen to be remaining unchanged, even after the recession period. The concept of luxury can be seen in every place. It is the term which is commonly used by the individuals in their daily life. Luxury is the dream of every person for leading an exclusive lifestyle. It is the main element in the field of marketing management and also is a tagline in the campaigns of advertising and commercials. The study is done to examine the effect of consumer perception on the purchase intention of the luxury products. The respondents of the study are the consumers of luxury products residing at Chennai and they are selected through simple random sampling. The collection of data needed for the study is carried out using a questionnaire and the analysis is done by executing regression. The results of analysis show that the purchase intention was highly influenced by the consumer perception.

One of the basic necessities of every human being is shelter. Every individual seeks for a better place to fulfil this necessity. The sector of real estate is the one which helps the individuals to fulfil the need for a home for living. The real estate business helps to build houses, office buildings and other structures according to the needs and requirements of the people. The sector of real estate business is fast growing in developing countries like India, because of huge level of population, increased number of nuclear families and also because of the enhanced levels of income. The main aim of the study is to explore the effect of the perception of the consumers on the purchase intention of the consumers regarding apartments. The study is done among the customers of Chennai. Respondents are selected through simple random sampling. The data needed for the study is collected through a questionnaire and analysis is done using regression. Findings of the study reveal that the purchase intention was highly influenced by the consumer perception.

Objective – This study explores the influence of product placement towards purchase intention while assessing the effectiveness of the ad determined by aspects of prominence, celebrity endorsement, modality, attitude towards movie and attitude towards brand.Methodology – This type of research was a quantitative method using associative research approach and measured by regression method. The distribution of questionnaires was a non-probability with simple random sampling. The survey was conducted to 184 respondents in Jakarta, Indonesia, in May 2019.Findings – The research found that modality does have a direct and significant effect on attitude towards the movie, attitude towards the brand, and purchase intention. We also find that celebrity endorsement has an impact on attitude towards the brand and purchase intention, not on attitude towards the movie. Prominence does not seem to have any relationship with all dependent variables.Novelty – Although research has investigated product/brand placement, we extend the literature by investigating modality, prominence, and celebrity endorsement.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceivedusefulness on purchase intention using trust as mediator study case on online storeberrybenka.com. This study used two independent variables that are perceived ease ofuse and perceived usefulness, purchase intention variable as a dependent variable andtrust variable as an intervening variable. Simple random sampling method is used for thisresearch. Sample were collected from 150 respondents who ever had usedberrybenka.com website. Multiple regression analysis is used for this study. The resultsshowed that perceived ease of use have positive and significant effect on trust, perceivedusefulness have positive and significant effect on trust and perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness, and trust have positive and significant effect on purchase intention.Keywords : Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Trust, Purchase Intention

Perceptions of the product can be built the company by providing information on the product, and the best way in the delivery of information is the promotion. One way of promotion of the most rising concern of many companies in introducing their products is  through  advertising.  The  purpose of  this  study was  to  determine  the  influence  of celebrity  endorsers, brand association,  brand  personalities  and  characteristics  of  the product to the intention of purchase. Sample selection methods by using a simple random sampling. Data obtained through questionnaires of 125 respondents in West Jakarta as a sample of researchers. Analyses were performed using multiple regression analysis. The results  showed  that  of  the  four  independent variables,  celebrity  endorser,  brand association, brand personality and product characteristics significantly influence purchase intention simultaneously, while celebrity endorser does not significantly affect the intense partial purchase.

The purpose of this study is to find out 1) whether there is an effect of EWOM on Purchase Intention 2) whether there is an influence of the EWOM on Brand Image 3) whether there is an Influence of Brand Image on Purchase Intention 4) whether Brand Image can meditiate EWOM influence on Purchase Intention. The population in this study were Innisfree products users in Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents from Innisfree products users in Jakarta. The sampling technique used was probability sample with simple random sampling method. Overall the results of this study are 1) EWOM has a significant and positive effect on Purchase Intention, 2) EWOM has a significant and positive effect on Brand Image, 3) Brand Image  has a significant and positive effect on Purchase Intention 4) Brand Image has significantly and positively meditiate the effect of EWOM on Purchase Intention. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) apakah terdapat pengaruh EWOM terhadap Niat pembelian 2) apakah terdapat pengaruh EWOM terhadap Citra Merek 3) apakah terdapat pengaruh Citra Merek terhadap Niat pembelian 4) apakah terdapat pengaruh EWOM terhadap Niat Pembelian melalui mediasi Citra Merek. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Produk Innisfree di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 100 responden pengguna produk Innisfree di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling dengan metode pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Secara keseluruhan hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) EWOM berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Niat Pembelian 2) EWOM berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Citra Merek, 3) Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Niat Pembelian 4) Citra Merek secara signifikan dan positif memediasi pengaruh EWOM terhadap Niat Pembelian.

The evolution of bicycles is tremendous. Humans recognized its function, importance, and value this non-motorized vehicle as an important part of their daily life. In Malaysia, most urban roads are designed for the motor vehicle therefore cycling is not a greater option for commuting to workplaces. This study aims at assessing the compatibility level of cycle lanes. Section 14, Shah Alam, Malaysia was selected as the case study, and a questionnaire survey utilizing the Simple Random Sampling technique was conducted involving 133 samples. The Bicycle Compatibility Index (BCI) was applied to calculate the capability of bicycle lanes. Results demonstrated the weaknesses of bike path infrastructure and its compliance to guidelines. The compatibility level of cycle lanes is still low, therefore, suggesting an enhanced approach to the planning and development of cycle lanes. The outcome of this study can be a guide to the local authority yet applicable to other urban areas.

The research on which entitle Religiosity and Purchase Intension of Purwokerto Halal Mart was aim to analyze the relationship between religiosity and trust in the purchase intention of halal mart retail in Purwokerto. This research is a survey of Taklim Assembly members of the Great Mosque of Baitussalam, Jenderal Soedirman Mosque, Wijayakusuma Mosque, Darussalam Mosque, Bhayangkara Mosque and Fatimatuzahra Mosque. The number of sample were 225 with simple random sampling technique. The statistical test performed is using SEM data analysis. The results show that several dimensions of religiosity, namely experiential, ritualistic, intellectual have positive influence on trust. While the ideological and consequential dimensions do not have a positive effect on trust. For the influence of the dimensions of religiosity on purchase intention namely the experiential, ritualistic, ideological and consequential dimensions have a positive effect on purchase intention, but the intellectual dimension does not have a positive effect on purchase intention. And trust also has a positive effect on purchase intention. This result could inform halal mart and consumers that religiosity empirically influences consumers’ trust and purchase intentions, and also consumers’ trust influence purchase intention in the halal mart.

Digital Marketing Mix is one of the elements used as a tool for marketing the products toward consumers with an effort to stimulate interest in each consumer to make a purchase. The research is conducted to determine the effect of the application of digital marketing mix to the purchase intention of train user through KAI ACCESS mobile application. This research method is descriptive quantitative. As for the sampling used is probability sampling with simple random sampling type, which the number taken 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of research that is, digital marketing mix variable simultaneously influence the variable of purchase intention. The digital marketing mix is positively influential and significant to the variable of buy interest, where the contribution of 93.32%, the rest of 6.7% is the influence of other factors. The conclusion obtained that the factors that influence the purchase intention of train users from the digital marketing mix are Product, Promotion, Price, Person, Process, and Physical Evidence, while Place is not. The advice given to the company is to maintain the elements of the digital marketing mix considered good by consumers. Keywords: digital marketing mix, purchase intention.

This research focuses on students' online purchase intentions in Pakistan toward different products available for sale on numerous e-business websites. This study's main objective is to determine which methodology is better to enhance customer online purchase intention. It also aims to discover how to improve perceived benefits and lower perceived risks associated with any available online product and entrepreneurship. AMOS 24 has been used to deal with the mediation in study design with bootstrap methodology. The study was conducted on 250 students from different educational institutes in Pakistan using a simple random sampling technique. A finding of this study suggests that both methods positively impact online purchase intention of consumers and sustainable digital economy. But social media advertisement is more effective through enhancing the perceived benefits of products. In contrast, product content factors are more effective at lowering the perceived risks associated with available online products.

Current research aimed to investigate the effects of consumer perception and product attribute, both simultaneously and partially, on consumer behavior of halal products. This research involved respondents namely female students of management department, Faculty of Economics, Ahmad Dahlan University (the students used both decorative and threatment cosmetics). Researcher used simple random sampling, and the tools used in the current research was mutiple regression analysis, F test, t test, and chi-square test. The result showed that there were no significant effect of consumer perception and product attribute simultaneously on consumer behavior of halal products.
