The Islamic Market Mechanism According to Abu Yusuf and its Relevance to the Panorama Market in Bengkulu City, the research method used in this study is library research, the research approach, and data collection techniques used are qualitative data (qualitative research) and documentation. The analysis technique used is inductive deductive, and descriptive. Based on the specific fission and style that applies to the character, the inductive method is better understood than general conclusions are drawn. The deductive method is collecting, analyzing, and researching general data to draw specific conclusions. The descriptive method is the regular description of all conceptions of the characters regarding the topic or research discussion. From the results of this study, it was found that the market and price mechanism according to Abu Yusuf is a practice that provides general problems (al-mashlahah al'-ammah), both from the producer (seller) and the buyer, while the relevance of the Islamic Market mechanism at the Panorama Market in Bengkulu City irrelevant and can not be fully implemented as the Islamic market mechanism according to the thought of Abu Yusuf.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kalimat singkat dalam majalah Manglé. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik studi pustaka dengan instrumen kartu data. Untuk mengolah data digunakan teknik analisis unsur langsung. Hasil penelitian menemkan 706 kalimat singkat yang frekuensi pemakaiannya sebanyak 2028 kalimat. Ditemukan enam tipe kalimat singkat, yakni kalimat salam, kalimat seruan, kalimat panggilan, kalimat judul, kalimat motto, dan kalimat inkripsi. Kalimah singkat memiliki pola tertentu, yakni A : Kal Sal  P + S + K; B : Kal Seru  S + P; C : Kal Pangg  Kata Seru; D : Kal Jud  S + O; E : Kal Mot  FP/FS Koor; F : Kal Ins  FB N + FB Mod. Kalimat singkat mengandung sepuluh makna, yakni rasa syukur, ucapan selamat, seruan pengganti dan nama diri, rasa sakit, marah, menerima, kaget, pernyataan, pedoman, dan cita-cita. This study was to identify and to describe simple sentences in Manglé magazine. This study used a descriptive method. The data were collected through library research technique with data card instrument. The data processing employed direct elemental analysis technique. The research found 706 sentences with the use frequency of 2028 sentences. This study found six types of simple sentences. They are the greetings, appeals, callings, titles, motto, and encryptions. A simple sentence has a certain pattern, namely A : Kal Sal  P + S + K; B : Kal Seru  S + P; C : Kal Pangg  Kata Seru; D : Kal Jud  S + O; E : Kal Mot  FP/FS Koor; F : Kal Ins  FB N + FB Mod. The simple sentence contains ten meanings: gratitude, congratulations, calling for a replacement, and the name of self, pain, anger, acceptance, surprise, statements, guidance, and ideals.

This study aims to determine how the reading and numeracy skills possessed by elementary school students in grade 1 SD Kendalagung, RembangThe research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach (Qualitative Research). This research was conducted at SD Kendalagung, Rembang. The research informants were 6 grade 1 students at SD Kendalagung. Methods of data collection in this study using interviews, documentation, and field notes. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results showed that the initial reading skills possessed by grade 1 students at SD Kendalagung were students able to voice pronunciation, students were able to understand the letters of the alphabet, students were able to read using appropriate intonation and fluency, students were able to read syllables, and students were able to understand word stops. . While the numeracy skills possessed by grade 1 SD Kendalagung students are students able to recognize numbers, students are able to sort numbers, students are able to count objects around, students are able to operate numbers (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division), and students are able to implement mathematical concepts in life daily.

The background of this research is to find out the use cases of blockchain technology and what types of blockchain which are suitable in the implementation of sharia banking institutions, as well as to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the use of blockchain in Islamic banking, especially if it is applied in banking sharia in Indonesia. Qualitative descriptive research was used as research method in this research, with library research approach and some data were obtained from published reports and journals and they were also found on the internet based on the theme of research. If this study classified according to FC Dane theory, which also included in exploratory research, namely research that was conducted to find the cause and effect of an event or events. The object of this study was blockchain technology and the research subject was Islamic banking in Indonesia. The data analysis technique which was used here was the theory of Miles and Huberman method which consisted of data reduction, presentation of data, and conclusion. The results of this research showed that the blockchain with permissioned blockchain type and which was more specifically private permissioned blockchain was the right type to be applied in Islamic banking because it was in line with the regulations related to Islamic banking in Indonesia, with various consideration for applications in the form of smart contract, digital currency, cloud storage, remittances, and smart sukuk. Meanwhile, the scopes of division which implemented the applications were categorized based on 3 (three) fields, namely the payment sector, trade finance sector, and regulatory compliance. Based on various considerations in SWOT analysis method, then this technology was very possible to be implemented in sharia banking in Indonesia with the aim of achieving common interests.

This paper analyzes the construction of student character education through exemplary education in elementary schools. The research approach used is a qualitative with library research. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results showed that elementary schools are the most effective place to build student character education, considering that at this age it is a golden age, and they have a strong memory for remembering everything they see and feel. Building character education at this time, will be effective, if the teacher puts himself as an individual figure who is a good example for students. Teacher modeling will have a positive impact on student development and affect the formation of students' character and personality, both in the aspects of behavior, attitudes and habits in the school environment and in the wider environment

Achievement of Education has the aim to form a good personality as an individual and social human being and become a servant of Allah SWT who devotes himself only to Him. Criteria about the abilities achieved by children in all aspects of development - growth consisting of aspects of religion and morals, physical - motor, cognitive, language, social - emotional, and art. The development of the child phase in Islamic religion pays attention to that. Every day activities are arranged and arranged in the study of Al-Quran and Sunnah. In Islam the religion explains that education must be given by humans from an early age. This research is a library research (library research), research that is examined through library research with qualitative data sources of information studied liters and books sources, data collection techniques using primary and secondary data. While the data analysis uses the deductive-inductive method, the comparative method and content analysis. Every aspect is developed in early childhood education with the aim of preparing children to become human beings who are able to carry out their community life well. Along with the book that was revealed by Allah SWT, that is the Koran and Allah also sent the Prophet Muhammad, as Rosullullah who provided guidance and examples for Muslims, all the things he did became a reference for Muslims which we call Al-Hadith. Al-Quran Allah revealed to show, guide, educate and teach humans, get guidance from the truths contained in the Al-Quran about humans.

Customary marriage procession in the Toba Batak tribe is a process that is carried out repeatedly. In the process of the traditional marriage of the Batak tribe there are several stages that must be passed to achieve a Batak community's recognition of the marriage. This study aims to analyze the communication process that occurs in the traditional marriage of the Batak Toba tribe. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive method. Data collection is done by observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman theories, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To check and compare the validity of the data using the source triangulation analysis technique.The results of the study show that the Batak culture community has high values of customs in the marriage of the Toba Batak tribe. This conclusion is evidenced that in the modern era, Batak culture communities still use traditional processes such as the process of marhatasinamot, and the process of mangulosi in the marriage of Batak culture.  Keywords: Cultural Communication; Traditional Ceremonies; Wedding Procession.

This study aims to find a conspiracy in Indonesian politics novels. This study uses a sociology conspiracy study to reveal the concepts of conspiracy in the novel. The research approach used is qualitative. Data collection techniques using library techniques. The data analysis technique used hermeneutic and heuristic methods. And the data validity technique uses time triangulation. The results show that conspiracy in Indonesian politics novels is related to conflicts creation, scenarios-paranoid creation, and the manipulation of events.

Research presented in front of dear readers talks about the law of using and disclosing the niqab in necessity in implementing the rules of al-dharuratu tubiihul mahzhuraat. Among the objectives are identifying the laws of wearing the niqab, the dhabith of necessity, and the application of the principle of al-dharuratu tubiihul mahzhuraat. Researchers limit the application of the principle to four situations, namely: First, in the making of ID cards, passports, or other things that required photographs. Second, in the medical field and when a disaster strikes. Third, the husband and his family forced the wife to remove the veil. Fourth, what has recently emerged is the coercion of several universities or company directors on students or employees to remove their niqab. The scientific method that the researcher followed in this study to achieve the results of these problems were as follows: descriptive method, inductive method, and deductive method. The results showed: First, the preponderant one concerning wearing the niqab is that it is obligatory based on the strength of this argument, and it is closer to chastity in the time of fitnah spreading and the amount of immorality that is happening today. Second, the basic principle of a woman when she leaves her home or appears to strangers is the obligation to cover her face and the prohibition of opening it, whether she is worried about temptation in herself or against her, or even though she feels safe from temptation, but is allowed to remove it in a necessity because in a necessity, forbidden things are allowed, but it is important to know consideration of a situation so that it is called a necessity by which it can be known to what extent the implementation of the rule regarding the permissibility of showing one's face so that it is not used as an excuse for committing forbidden acts.

This study aims to determine whether the application of the Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) cooperative learning method can increase Learning Motivation in the guidance and counseling course of PGSD campus V Parepare students at UNM. The research approach used in this research is qualitative. Type of classroom action research. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis which was analyzed descriptively. Data collection techniques using observation. This research consisted of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Based on the acquisition of the observation value in the first cycle, it was found that 65.69% of students' learning motivation in the guidance and counseling course was in a sufficient category. Meanwhile, the percentage of lecturers' success in teaching was 66.6% and it was in a sufficient category. In the second cycle student learning motivation in the guidance and counseling subject was 76.54% in the good category. In the aspect of the lecturer, data was obtained that the percentage of lecturers' success in teaching was 87.87% and was in a good category. So it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model type two stay two strays (TSTS) can increase student motivation to learn in the guidance and counseling course of PGSD Campus V Parepare UNM students.

<p class="IsiAbstrak">In historical records, Sufism has made a huge contribution to the spiritual and intellectual life of Islam. Sufism has influenced religious behavior which points through people's attitudes, morals, and behavior. This writing uses descriptive method with qualitative approach, and inductive/ qualitative data analysis, while data collection techniques through library Research, with findings that someone who truly understands the concept of <em>Wahdat al Wujud</em> and Wahdat Ash Syuhud will behave first, he becomes more confident in the beginning of worship. Second, all the life he faces is enjoyable or easy and not so hard. Third, understanding the life of the world is a temporary life and the ultimate life is life in the hereafter. It is he, in himself who is steady that only Allah is the greatest Almighty, all-powerful and all-inclusive, while human is small and weak. Fifth, he feels that he is always supervised by Allah SWT. Sixth, he will get a lot of blessings from Allah SWT whether it is health favors, favors of faith, Islam and ihsan.</p>
