The problem studied in this study is the exploitation of children in the tradition of horse racing in the Dompu community. The purpose of this study is to find out the form of expolocitation of children who act as child jockeys in community traditions in Dompu Regency, knowing the implications of parental parenting on the choice of being a child jockey in Dompu regency and knowing the potential implementation of child protection based on Law No. 35 of 2014 on child jockeys. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are methods of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Analysis of data in this study in the form of narratives obtained during interview activities, as well as some documents related to research topics. Using the paradigm in social definition, with the theory used in this study is the social theory of Max Weber. The results of this study found that (1). A form of child exploitation that acts as a child jockey in the community tradition in Dompu Regency. Consisting of parental coercion, the risk of accidents of child jockeys, safety and health are threatened, educational challenges and an environment that is not conducive (2). Implications of parental parenting on the choice of being a child jockey in Dompu Regency. Consists of parenting models, family economic resources and hereditary habits (3). The potential  implementation of child protection under Law number 35 of 2014 on child jockeys. Consisting of a system of resusing and protecting the use of child jockeys, government regulations related to the use of children as child jockeys and horse racing are used as tourism promotion sectors of Dompu Regency, becoming a characteristic of the Dompu Regency area.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami interaksi sosial antara pihak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ende dengan pasien dalam masalah kesehatan bagi pengguna kartu BPJS. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, Data tersebut diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan para informan, disamping studi dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Penentuan informan dilakukan secara porposive sampling. Dalam hal ini adalah masyarakat pengguna kartu BPJS dan pihak rumah sakit yaitu dokter, perawat dan staf rumah sakit. Rumah sakit yaitu dokter, perawat dan staf rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa interaksi sosial pihak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dengan Pasien Pengguna BPJS Kesehatan adalah interaksi pihak Rumah Sakit dengan pasien pengguna BPJS dalam proses pemeriksaan kesehatan, interaksi pihak Rumah Sakit dengan pengguna BPJS dalam proses penyembuhan penyakit, dan interaksi pihak Rumah Sakit dengan pasien pengguna BPJS dalam pemulihan kesehatan. Kemudian kendala-kendala interaksi sosial antara pihak Rumah sakit Umum Daerah dengan Pasien Pengguna BPJS Kesehatan adalah kendala dalam proses pemeriksaan kesehatan, kendala dalam proses penyembuhan penyakit, dan kendala dalam pemulihan kesehatan. This study aims to understand the social interaction between the Ende Regional General Hospital with patients in health problems for BPJS card users. This research was conducted through a qualitative-descriptive approach. The data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with informants, in addition to documentation and study studies References. Determination of the informants was done by purposive sampling. in this case the public BPJS card users and hospitals, namely doctors, nurses and hospital staff. hospitals, namely doctors, nurses and hospital staff. The results of the study show that social interaction between the Regional Public Hospital and Patients using BPJS Health Patients is an interaction Hospital side with patients using BPJS in the process of health examination, interaction between the Hospital and BPJS users in the process of healing the disease, and interaction between the Hospital and patients using BPJS in health recovery. Then the constraints of social interaction between the Regional General Hospital and Patients Users of the Health BPJS are obstacles in the process of health checks, obstacles in the process of healing the disease, and obstacles in health recovery.

The Tamil Hindu ethnic community is spread across Indonesia, the majority live in Medan North Sumatra. Obiyem ritual is a religious activity believed by the Tamil Hindu ethnic community. The ritual has existed since the time of Bharatayudha and it is believed to eliminate bad karma for anyone who participates and performs the ritual. This ritual also obliges the devotees to make offerings to the Gods and Goddesses as a form of gratitude for giving abundance, maintain and protecting the universe. With the existence of ritual communication, the Tamil Hindu ethnic community in Medan can communicate and relate to the creator through the Obiyem ritual. This tradition is still carried out by the Tamil Hindu ethnic community to this day. The purpose of this study is to find out how the ritual communication is at the ceremony to the Tamil Hindu ethnic in Medan and what preparations are needed when the ritual is performed. Theories used in this research are communication theory, ritual communication and transcendental communication.The research method used was a phenomenological method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data were obtained from in-depth interviews with three sources who understood about the ritual of Obiyem. The conclusion of this study is the ritual of Obiyem is a media used to communicate between humans and the Creator so that all bad karma is eliminated. It is also strengthen the relationship of Tamil Hindu ethnic society.Masyarakat etnis Tamil Hindu di Indonesia mayoritas berada di kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Ritual Obiyemmerupakan kegiatan keagamaan bagi etnis Tamil Hindu. Ritual Obiyemsudah ada sejak zaman Bharatayudha. Ritual ini dipercaya bisa menghapuskan karma buruk bagi siapapun yang ikut serta dan melakukan ritual ini. Ritual ini juga mewajibkan para jemaah untuk memberikan persembahan kepada para dewa dan dewi sebagai bentuk terima kasih karena sudah memberi kelimpahan, memelihara dan menjaga alam semesta. Dengan adanya komunikasi ritual masyarakat etnis Tamil Hindu di Medan dapat berkomunikasi dan berhubungan dengan sang pencipta melalui ritual Obiyem. Ritual ini masih dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat etnis Tamil Hindu sampai saat ini. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana  komunikasi ritual Obiyempada etnis Tamil Hindu di kota Medan dan apa saja persiapan yang dibutuhkan pada saat ritual Obiyem dilakukan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi, komunikasi ritual dan komunikasi transendental. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber yang mengetahui ritual Obiyem. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ritual Obiyemmerupakan media yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi antara manusia dan sang pencipta untuk menghapuskan karma buruk. Komunikasi ritual ini juga dilakukan untuk mempererat hubungan masyarakat etnis Tamil Hindu.

Ponorogo Regency has its own arts and culture which are the characteristics and identity of this Reog City. One example is batik. Batik Ponorogo has a variety of motifs that are unique and different from other regions. Ponorogo batik motifs are diverse, each of which contains a deep philosophical meaning and assumed to have relevance to the values ​​of noble education character. The purpose of this study was describe the values ​​of education character in the philosophical meaning of the Batik Ponorogo motif and to find out the understanding of high school students in Ponorogo Regency about the philosophical meaning of the Ponorogo batik motif on the values ​​of education character. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with descriptive-analytical analysis techniques. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews with batik art experts about the philosophical meaning of the Batik Ponorogo motif. Meanwhile, the data on the understanding of high school students in Ponorogo Regency regarding the philosophical meaning of batik was obtained through a questionnaire technique as supporting data. Based on the research that has been done by researchers to batik art experts, the Batik Ponorogo motif contains education character values ​​that can be used to strengthen the students’ character. In addition, from the results of the online questionnaire test that the researchers conducted on high school students in Ponorogo Regency, it was found that they were very familiar with the philosophical meanings which contained in each batik Ponorogo motif and its relevance to education character values. Abstract - It is undeniable that Instagram social media has entered in all aspects of communication. At first Instagram just sharing moments of photos and videos and then used for trading and spreading information. Instagram let anyone has the opportunity to attract other user attention by doing social construction from its  of the contents through his Instagram account. This research attempts to describe the social construction that occurs and its potential in the dissemination of rumors on social media Instagram. With a qualitative descriptive approach revealed that Instagram users in this case the students are aware of and do message construction in order to get the attention of other users. They also understand that Instagram social media has the potential to spread rumors to the public. Keywords: social media,instagram, social construction, rumors   AbstrakTidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa media sosial Instagram telah masuk di semua aspek berkomunikasi. Mulai dari sekadar berbagi momen foto dan video sampai digunakan untuk berniaga dan menyebar informasi. Melalui Instagram ini siapapun berkesempatan untuk menarik perhatian warganet dengan melakukan konstruksi sosial terhadap isi pesan yang akan dibagi melalui akun Instagramnya. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mendeskripsikan  konstruksi sosial yang terjadi serta potensinya dalam penyebaran rumors di media sosial Instagram. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif tersingkap bahwa pengguna Instagram menyadari dan melakukan  konstruksi pesan agar bisa memperoleh perhatian dari pengguna lainnya. This study intends to look at the role of parents in socializing sex education to adolescents in lower middle families and the forms of socialization and the obstacles faced by parents in socializing the values of sex education to their teenage children. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach, data traversing began with initial surveys, literature studies, field studies and in-depth interviews and observations. The results of research on the importance of the role of parents in the socialization of knowledge about sex to children are needed. Lack of knowledge about sex education and being busy working means that most parents do not want to provide knowledge about sex to adolescents for fear of misinforming them so that parents tend to give up the responsibility for providing knowledge on adolescent sex to schools or youth organizations. Tulisan ini menggali rasionalitas penggunaan tradisi sikep penglaris masyarakat Islam Aboge di dusun Tumpangrejo kabupaten Malang dalam perspektif Webberian. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam artikel ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dengan mendeskripsikan secara mendalam  data yang diperoleh melalui  reduksi, interpretasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa rasionalitas tradisional dan rasionalitas instrumental mengemuka dalam penggunaan sikep penglaris. Salah satu rasionalitas tradisional adalah sikep penglaris merupakan tradisi turun temurun dari nenek moyang sebelum membuka usaha. Tradisi ini menjadi kesadaran kolektif masyarakat Aboge. Secara instrumental, pilihan menggunakan sikep penglaris karena munculnya ketakukan akan gangguan magis yang menyebabkan kebangkrutan atau  usahanya tidak berjalan seperti yang diharapakan. Menariknya antara satu sikep penglaris dengan lainnya memiliki perbedaan. Perbedaan tersebut karena perbedaan guru spiritiual sekaligus media sikep penglaris. Bertahannya sikep penglaris tidak terlepas dari proses konstruksi yang terus berjalan secara dialektis dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat Tumpangrejo.      This paper explores the rationality of using the tradition of sikep penglaris in the Islamic community of Aboge in Tumpangrejo, Malang Regency, from a Webberian perspective. A qualitative descriptive approach is used with data collection techniques through observation and interviews in this article. Data analysis by describing in depth the data obtained through reduction, interpretation, and drawing conclusions. Research founds that traditional rationality and instrumental rationality come to the fore in the use of sikep penglaris. One of the traditional rationalities is that sikep penglaris is a tradition passed down from generation to generation before opening a business. This tradition has become the collective consciousness of the Aboge people. Instrumentally, the choice using sikep penglaris due to the fear of magical interference that will cause bankruptcy or the business does not well as expected. Interestingly, there are differences between one sikep penglaris cycle and another. This difference is due to differences in spiritual teachers as well as sikep penglais media. The persistence of sikep penglaris cannot be separated from the construction process that continues in the social life of the Tumpanrejo community dialectically.

The formation of farmer groups will make it easier for farmers to carry out their farming activities. This study aims to examine the role of farmer groups in cocoa farming activities in Ketulungan Village. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Respondents were cocoa farmer groups selected using a purposive method. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews with respondents and informants. The informants in this study were extension agents both from related institutions and from the private sector. The results of this study indicate that the role of farmer groups in farming activities includes: (1) Farmer groups as a forum for sharing information, namely farmer groups disseminating information obtained from instructors to their members through meetings; (2) Farmer groups as a place of discussion, namely farmer groups as a place to find solutions to problems in cocoa farming activities such as maintenance and handling of pests and diseases; (3) Farmer groups as a forum for learning, namely farmer groups as a place to get knowledge about cocoa cultivation; (4) Farmer groups as production units, namely farmer groups as providers of facilities and infrastructure in farming activities of their members such as providing fertilizer and cocoa seeds; (5) Farmer groups as a place of cooperation, namely farmer groups capable of cooperating with extension agents, PT Mars and its members in carrying out their farming activities. It is expected that farmer groups, more actively collaborate in farming activities and can cooperate with the government and other parties to improve their farming activities.

Development is a process of social change with broad participation a society that is intended to achieve social and material progress (including increasing the amount of justice, freedom and other valued qualities) for the majority of the people through the greater control they have over their environment. To plan development is not to build ideas and future strategies only without considering the social, cultural, and community adoption ability to change, so a lot of planning has been successful in stimulating economic growth in the short term but failed in building social cohesion, resisting vulnerability and reinforcing the cultural value. In relation to this, the village development planning should be put in a comprehensive manner to bridge the development needs of the region, strengthening the sector and harmonization of development actors.This study aims to see how the results of the evaluation of the Middle-Term Development Plan of the village of LubukSuli, DepatiTujuh District, Kerinci 2018 district. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study using interviews and documentation. the general aspects of planning and implementation are good enough.

The increase in the budget deficit BPJS in the first 3 years of implementation JKN require special attention. One of the problems in the implementation of JKN is high late payment of premiums by the participants of the Non PBI Mandiri. The purpose of this study was to determine the participants' perceptions of Non PBI Mandiri to the recommendations transition strategy JKN premium payer. This study is a policy with qualitative descriptive approach. The study design used policy aims to draw up a recommendation is the Case Study on the phenomenon of late payment of premiums. Depth interviews with 11 informants participants Independent Non PBI done with purposive sampling quota system. The result showed that the presence of positive consequences as the public response to the concept of a transitional strategy premium payer. Participants claimed to be greatly assisted if the program was held because it can ease the burden of their medical expenses when his advanced age and does not have income again, providing peace in the certainty of change of insurer premiums in non-productive age. Conclusion of the study were breakthrough made in a transitional strategy premium payer has received positive responses from the public policy goals.

Content analysis is a method to study and analyze something that systemically and objectively on the message that appears. The contents of textbooks are a source of material in the learning process. Therefore, textbooks must be in accordance with the applicable curriculum. In the context of education in Indonesia, the current curriculum is the 2013 curriculum with a scientific approach. This study sought to find out the content of the material (hiwar and qira’ah) of Arabic students' books 2013 curriculum of the grade XII MA published by the Ministry of Religion and its suitability with the 2013 curriculum which consisted of four Core Competencies which became the perspective. The approach used is a qualitative-descriptive approach using documentation and content analysis methods as a tool for collecting and analyzing data. The results of this study is indicate material content (hiwar and qira’ah) in accordance with the 2013 curriculum content standard. The details are as follows: 1) the first chapter of the more prominent aspects is the realm of spiritual attitude and knowledge; 2) chapter two, Knowledge and Skills; 3) chapter three, Social Attitudes and Knowledge; 4) chapter four, the domain of Social Attitudes; and 5) Spiritual Attitudes. From the research findings, the social attitude in this book is very minimal. Aspects of diversity, tolerance, pluralism and multiculturalism are not found in the material of the book.
