The abundance of freshwater fish farming in Desa Kapur is one of the potential resources of the villages. However, there are still problems with the processing of aquaculture products in Desa Kapur, namely the lack of knowledge of the community in utilizing the results of the cultivation. As a result, many farmers only sell live fish at uncompetitive prices. In addition, there is a need for society to have knowledge to market their products outside the Kapur Village. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate aquaculture products to improve economic growth and a better entrepreneurial spirit. Thus it is expected to help improving the economy of the community and entrepreneurial spirit in Desa Kapur.

The agrocomplex business unit at Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School began to be pioneered for development in the freshwater aquaculture sector from spawning, making pellets / independent feed to processing processed fish products (catfish and tilapia). The potential for higher market demand to meet the needs of fish (catfish and tilapia) in the Malang area is an opportunity for Islamic boarding schools to participate in this section, socially and culturally, students' representations are important exponents in the reality of empowerment, the provision of an entrepreneurial spirit is very much needed in industrial era 4.0, the balance between spiritual and entrepreneurial spirit is a good provision for community application. The cultivation of freshwater fish is emerging developing throughout Indonesia, there are fundamental problems faced by all farmers, one of the drawbacks formulation of fish feed less to optimize the potential of local materials, especially waste and lack of knowledge to formulate feed containing protein, fat, fiber ash and vitamins. At this time, the price of feed used by farmers soared and began to burden the sustainability of the cultivation system. Increasing feed prices and reducing profits or net profits can affect the sustainability of aquaculture, therefore we need a new innovation independent feed movement that has better nutritional and nutritional content at a price that is much more affordable and grows tangible profits. The problems experienced by Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school regarding the formula of independent feed in freshwater fish farming can be overcome through the independent feed movement (GEPARI) the application of fish pellet technology by utilizing livestock waste, vegetable waste that has not been optimized. The maximum utilization of this waste can provide significant results because the nutritional and nutrient contents that meet the innovative completed multiple waste concept are solutive, then this problem will be resolved.

Nation branding plays a central role within neoliberal governmentality, operating as a technology of power in the configuration of emerging cultural and political formations such as national identity, citizenship and the state. The discussion of the advertising spot Perú, Nebraska  released as part of the Nation Branding campaign Marca Perú  in May of 2011, constitutes a great opportunity to: (i) argue about the way in which audiovisual advertisement products, designed as performative devises, operate as technologies of power; and (ii) problematize the terms in which it founds a new social contract for the Peruvian multicultural national community. This analysis will allow me to approach neoliberalism as a cultural regime in order to discuss the ideological nature of the uncontested celebratory discourse that has emerged in Perú and which explains the economic growth of the last decades as the outcome of a national entrepreneurial spirit that would be distinctive of Peruvian cultural identity.

The main environmental problems associated with fish farming in Denmark are attributable to the dam, the “dead reach” and nutrient and organic matter discharge. The environmental regulation of fish farming in Denmark started with the Environmental Protection Act of 1974, the Statutory Order of 1985 forbidding wet feed, and the Action Plan on the Aquatic Environment of 1987. In the case of freshwater fish farms, the latter was implemented through the measures stipulated in the 1989 Statutory Order on Fish Farms. The impact of Danish legislative measures to reduce and regulate the environmental effects of freshwater fish farms can be summarized as follows: - the number of fish farms has been reduced from about 800 in 1974 to about 500 at present; - production has tripled since 1974 and has been stable since 1989; - a change from wet to dry feed has reduced the environmental impact of the farms; - the national goals of the Action Plan on the Aquatic Environment of 1987 for reducing fish farm discharges of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus have been fulfilled. The main remaining problems are that: - the local impact of fish farms on downstream stream quality is still much too high in about 15% of cases; - the problem of the passage of migrating invertebrates and fish is still unsolved at some farms; - the problems posed by “dead reaches” are still unsolved. It is concluded that sustainable fish farming is possible in Denmark, but with the present technology production will have to be significantly reduced.

The seasonality of fish marketing is a very important character for aquaculture production. We analysed data regarding the situation at the Czech market in 2015 and 2016 available in the information system of the State Agricultural Intervention Fund. The most significant volumes of freshwater fish were traded by traditional pond aquaculture companies (TPA) and approx. 1/3 of the all‑year production was sold at the end of the year (December). Another significant time when the supply of live fish from the TPA on the domestic market slightly increased was in March and then in April, i.e. before Easter, which represented approximately one fifth of all aquaculture production. The weakest periods in terms of marketing fish of TPA were the beginning of the year, i.e. during the first two months (January and February) and the period from May to September. On the contrary, the situation was different in intensive fish aquaculture companies (IA) which had the most significant volumes traded between April and September and then in November and December. However, the sold volume of fish from IA was not strictly concentrated in a single period.

Purpose. The role of aquaculture products in imports of Ukraine given the importance of imports in providing demand of the population on seafood and fish products and prospects are assessed, opportunities for import substitution of the main species of imported fish originating from aquaculture. Findings. Food security of any country is formed by the balance of its own production, exports and imports. In most European countries, the leading role in satisfaction of demand of the consumers for fish and seafood as of today is played by the import of fish and seafood (HS groups of commodoties 03, 1604, 1605 and 230120), and not their production in the country. Imports play a very important role in saturating the Ukrainian fish and seafood market. Due to the growing role of fish farming (aquaculture) in the world, the role of aquaculture products in Ukrainian imports for the period from 1996 to 2019 includes has been analyzed. The leading role of aquaculture products in the import of fresh and chilled products and relatively small in the subgroup of frozen products is noted. The higher prices of aquaculture products compared to catch fishery products has been confirmed. Assumptions are made about the possible replacement of import of the leading categories of imported products originating from aquaculture and about probably the most advanced technologies of fish farming and species of aquaculture in Ukraine with the current structure and traffic of commodities in global aquaculture and current expenditures of Ukraine on R & D in aquaculture. Practical value. The data obtained can be useful and used by scientists, practitioners, students, specialists, whose areas of interest include aquaculture and imports, exports of fish products. Keywords: import, aquaculture, fish farming, replacement of import.

ABSTRACT The development of supporting infrastructure is important for the development of a rural area. Supporting infrastructure can be like parks, ponds and buildings that are intended for the public. Abdurrab University's Real Work Lecture (KUKERTA) activity aims to identify problems, analyze problems and provide solutions to problems in the work area. The problem is that RW 02 Kelurahan Muara Fajar Barat, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City is having a pool that is not maintained by the community. This is very unfortunate because the pool is a housing support infrastructure that has the potential to be utilized for the surrounding community. Through the work program of the Group 15 Real Work Lecture (KUKERTA) Abdurrab University in 2019 conducted a community pool rehabilitation program as an effort to improve supporting infrastructure. The method for carrying out community rehabilitation activities is to educate residents about the importance of supporting infrastructure and invite residents to carry out joint pool rehabilitation. The results achieved from this program are community-owned ponds which were originally covered with shrubs can now be utilized by the surrounding community so that they can be used for freshwater fish farming and it is hoped that the community can take the fish harvest (1spasi) Key words: Infrastructure, Support, Rehabilitation, Pond, Fish   ABSTRAK   Pembangunan infrastruktur penunjang merupakan hal yang penting bagi pengembangan suatu wilayah pedesaan.
