Disaster may occur anytime and anywhere, and is generally unpredictable. Therefore, the most important to do is disaster management to minimize any harmful impacts of disaster. To be more effective and efficient, it needs to involve all related parties. In regions, the relationship between village institutions is of high importance in disaster mitigation. This is because it is village administration (government) that is in direct relationship with community, and that the latter is one directly impacted by disasters in regions. Thus, in the context of disaster mitigation, the relationship between village institutions should be strengthened. Accordingly, the problem studied in the present research was, how is the strengthening of institutional relationships of villages in Garut Regency? The research method used was a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were interview and observation. Interview was conducted with village officials and Destana volunteers. And observation was performed in the  field on the  activities conducted relating to disaster mitigation measures in the four villages which were the research objects, namely, Pasawahan, Rancabango, Mekarjaya, and Karyamekar. The research result revealed that the institutions in the four villages have been good enough but still need to be strengthened in the context of disaster management. The four villages were vulnerable to disasters and have had Destana instrument as a guard of disaster management at village level. In view of the research result, it is suggested that village officials improve their disaster management by, among others, conducting socialization on disaster risks, ways of lessening disaster occurrences, and ways of minimizing losses in case a disaster really occurs.

This study aims to determine the approach to landslide disaster mitigation in Kenagarian Sungai Landia, IV Koto Subdistrict, which is carried out by the Agam District Disaster Management Agency and also by the Sungai Landia village government. This research method is a qualitative method with descriptive type. The research location is in the office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Agam Regency and the office of the Wali Nagari Sungai Landia. Data collection using caca interviews, observation, and study documentation. The research informants were several heads of fields, section heads in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Agam Regency, Wali Nagari Sungai Landia and several staff, several high-ranking officials of the Landia River Kenagarian and the Kenagarian Sungai Landia community. The results showed that mitigation measures had been taken, but the mitigation measures had not been maximally implemented by the Agam District BPBD and the Sungai Landia village government.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship and influence of leadership and motivation to employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor. The research method was used with Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causality relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. From this research result was found there is a relationship and influence which is significant between the variables of leadership motivation to employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor among variables by using the test F, where F count larger than F table (32.173 > 3.158). Conclusion: There is a significant effect that can be explained by the result obtained from the R-square is 0530, which means that the variables of leadership and motivation are giving contribution of 53.0% to the variable of employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor, while the remaining 47.0% was contributed by other variables which not researched. Suggestions which the author convey to company, leadership which was contained in the company would need to be more increased, considers motivation of employees was good enough.

ABSTRACT Character education is one of the focus of educational goals in Indonesia. The importance of character education because of the declining ethics, morale of learners and the increasing popularity of student delinquency, such as brawl and drug addicts. Implementation of character education is very important to evaluate how the process and results. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The purpose of this study describes the implementation of lisa program, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Knowing the value of characters generated in the program lisa, libra, patujar applied in SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection technique, observation, interview and documentation. Suggestion of research result that is importance of socialization about character education to learners, teachers and society to support the embodiment of school program libra libra patujar. Schools should involve parents and community as partners in the coaching and habituation of student characters. Implementasi pendidikan karakter sangat penting untuk dievaluasi bagaimana proses dan hasilnya. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Mengetahui nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam program lisa, libra, patujar yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Cilamaya Wetan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Saran hasil penelitian yaitu pentingnya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik, guru dan masyarakat untuk menunjang keterwujudan program sekolah lisa libra patujar. Sekolah harus melibatkan orang tua dan masyarakat sebagai partner dalam pembinaan dan pembiasaan karakter siswa. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Karakter, Nilai Karakter, Lisa, Libra Patujar

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is the implementation of policies of the Bengkulu Province disaster management agency in disaster mitigation. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study explained that the implementation of policies of the Bengkulu Province Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) for the implementation of disaster mitigation policies had been running quite well. The Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bengkulu Province in Disaster Mitigation has issued a policy on natural disaster reduction, namely the Disaster Resilient Village policy and the proportion of Disaster safe schools. Apart from implementing this policy, the Bengkulu Province Disaster Management Agency also carries out socialization activities for disaster preparedness. In implementing this policy, we also cooperate with other agencies to carry out activities or policies in making Bengkulu Province safe from disasters. The conclusions of this study indicate that the policies issued by the Bengkulu Province BPBD in Mitigation are regulated in Governor Regulation Number 34 of 2018 concerning increased preparedness. Among them are disaster-disaster village policies and disaster-safe Madrasah schools. Keywords: Disaster, Mitigation, Policy.

ABSTRACTObjectiveThe prevention of deaths caused indirectly by disasters is important, especially for evacuees requiring medication. Pharmacies play a major role in providing medication to disaster victims. Therefore, this study evaluated the current status of disaster preparedness among pharmacies, the extent of disaster awareness and knowledge of disaster mitigation measures, and any associations of these with the characteristics of pharmacies.MethodsQuestionnaires about disaster preparedness were sent to 337 pharmacies in Japan, in a region at high risk of major earthquakes. Tabulation analyses were carried out to examine the characteristics of pharmacies and then a logistic regression analysis was performed to examine the relationship between disaster awareness and the level of preparedness of pharmacies. Furthermore, to examine in detail any differences associated with pharmacy size, subgroup analyses were performed.ResultsHigh disaster awareness was significantly correlated with adequate disaster preparedness. However, in the subgroup analyses, no significant differences were observed among large pharmacies. In contrast, disaster awareness was significantly related to the disaster preparedness of small pharmacies.ConclusionThe findings suggest that the disaster preparedness of pharmacies is related to the level of disaster awareness, highlighting the importance of disaster awareness activities in ordinary times before a disaster. Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of learning supervision by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang Regency viewed from aspects: 1. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence. Key words: Learning Supervision, Madrasah Head Learning Supervision, Teacher's Pedagogical Competencies   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Kabupaten Karawang dilihat dari aspek: 1. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran sudah efektif karena kepala madrasah ketika melakukan supervisi pembelajaran mengacu pada program perencanaan yang sudah di buat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru.  The research aims to knowing the relationship between social support and psychological well-being in child prisoner. This research is designed by using sampling saturated technique with 53 participants. Variable of family social support using Cutrona’s theory (1987) which consist of 24 items and psychological well-being variable using Ryff’s theory (1989) which consists of 42 items. The research method in data collecyion using scale method. That is the scale of family social support and the Ryff’s psychological well-being scale. Data analysis using the product moment correlation analysis techniques and obtained a comparison coefficient of 0,688 with a sig value.= 0,000 (p< 0,001). Based on the research result shows a positive relationship between family social support and psychological well-being on child prisoner in prison in kutoarjo.

The relationship between the local government and the central government in handling COVID 19 in Indonesia is considered very bad because the existing disaster management is considered slow in breaking the chain of the spread of COVID 19. This study focuses on coordination between the central government and local governments where there are many mismatched statements in determining policies in handling COVID 19 which is confusing in the application of handling this COVID 19 disaster. The research method using a systematic literature review is one approach to the literature review method by describing the procedure for selecting publication criteria and/or literature that is reviewed with the aim of getting a broad picture related to a particular topic or issue. The results of the study indicate the need for principles of interaction between local and central government authorities in the task of handling the COVID-19 disaster that has not used a good disaster management strategy, this is because it does not implement the relationship responsibility principles of central-local government interaction so it is necessary to strengthen communication. In addition, during the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a complicated bureaucratic system in central-local government interactions

The relationship of parents and teachers in the education unit has an important role in optimizing students' abilities. But the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic has an impact on education services. Therefore, this study aims to determine tips on the optimization of teachers and parents in the religious and moral aspects of the children during home learning. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method at RA Ar-Rafif Kalasan Yogyakarta (n=15). The data sources of this study are teachers, principals, and parents. Research data were collected through field observations, interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation in form of photos/videos and captures of conversation between teachers and parents. The data validity is tested by using triangulation techniques. The data analysis is acquired by reducing the data that has been collected, presenting the data, and providing conclusions of the research results. The research result shows that synergy of parents and teachers can optimize children’s development aspects of religion and moral obtained through various programs and activities designed by the educators.
