Mountain climbing is an interesting and challenging activity, but it has high risks. There is a risk of harm that threat the body and safety during mountain climbing. One of the risks that can occur in mountain climbing is hypothermia which should be treated quickly and appropriately otherwise it can be life-threatening. From the results of preliminary studies that have been conducted by researchers at the Mount Prau Basecamp. According to the Gunung Prau Basecamp guard in 2017 there were 4 cases of hypothermia per week, even in 2014 there was 1 case of a climber who died due to hypothermia. This case occurred because of the climber's lack of knowledge of doing first aid to victims who had hypothermia.  In this case, the climber's knowledge and attitude about prevention and first aid when experiencing hypothermia are the most important factors. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between climber's knowledge and hypothermia first aid attitudes on the mountain. The type of this research was quantitative research with the correlation study method and a cross-section approach. The population in this study were all climbers of Mount Prau Wonosobo with a sample of 333 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was consecutive sampling. The data in this study were analyzed using the chi square statistical test. The results of this study were obtained from 333 respondents, 301 respondents (90.4%) had good knowledge and 297 respondents (89.2%) had good attitudes. Statistical analysis showed significant results with a p-value (0.0001) less than 0.05, thus H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which indicated that there was a relationship between the climber's knowledge and hypothermia first aid attitudes on the mountain. In conclusion Knowledge affects a person's attitude towards handling hypothermia. On condition that the knowledge is good, ensuingly the attitude in handling hypothermia will be good.

Immunization is the process of introducing antibodies into the body. Giving immunizations to children should follow a predetermined schedule. But until now the problem of immunization still exists, many mothers who do not come to the posyandu provide immunization to their children. This is caused by various factors between her mother's work. Lack of mother's knowledge about immunization, the benefits of immunization, the dangers if the child is not immunized, and the side effects of vaccines that also cause fear of parents, are also one of the factors that influence the completeness of Complete Basic Immunization in children. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the provision of complete basic immunization in infants aged 9-18 months in Wonosari Pringsewu year 2019. This type of quantitative research is an analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all toddlers aged 9-18 months in the Wonosari village of 78 toddlers. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Analysis of the data used using the chi-square test. The results of data analysis and processing found that there is a relationship between maternal employment status and complete basic immunization completeness obtained p-value 0.001 (less than 0.05) with an odds ratio of 7.295 (22,511-2,364), there is a relationship between maternal education, and complete basic immunization completeness obtained 0.0002 (less than 0.05) with an odds ratio of 5.588 (15.849-1.970) and there is a relationship between knowledge and completeness of complete basic immunization obtained P-value 0,001 (less than 0.05) with an odds ratio of 9.553 (31.895-2.861). It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as information to improve the understanding and insight of toddlers' parents about complete basic immunization, so parents can behave actively in providing basic immunizations.

Cardiovascular disease is a global threat and is the number one cause of death worldwide. Until now, CPR is a very vital management in cases of cardiac arrest. The results of the initial survey found that nurses often found patients who had cardiac arrest, which required CPR. Some patients were saved and some died. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct research on the experience of ER, ICU and ICCU nurses in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between nurses' experience and the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the ER, ICU and ICCU RSUD Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang. This research is a quantitative research, correlation study design. The sample used is 41 nurses. Quota sampling technique. Analysis using Chi Square. The results showed that most of the respondents had sufficient experience of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, namely 37 people (90.8%). Most of the respondents managed to perform CPR, namely 34 people (82.9%). There is a relationship between experience and the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation with a p value of 0.0001. Suggestions Training for emergency cardiac arrest needs to be carried out routinely to improve the quality of CPR

Urinary tract infection (UTI) is a result of the development of microorganisms in the urinary tract, which in normal conditions do not contain bacteria, viruses, or other microorganisms. Urinary tract infections are also infections that occupy the second position that most often attacks the body after respiratory infections. The objective of the study was to identify the relationship between catheter placement and the incidence of urinary tract infections at Royal Prima hospital Medan. This is a correlation study (correlation study) on the patients suffering from urinary tract infections. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique. Analysis research data using the Spearmen test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the majority of catheter installation was in the category of good were 78%, and in the category of not good 22%, and 78% suffered from do not experience urinary tract infections, and 22% infection urinary tract. The results of the study of the Spearmen test showed that p-value = 0.00. It was found that there was a relationship between catheter insertion and the incidence of urinary tract infections in the inpatient room. The local nurses are suggested to improve the aseptic technique of care performed when catheterization is performed so that the incidence of urinary tract infections due to catheter installation can be avoided.

Cancer is an abnormality in the body organs, for instance the abnormal cells grow very quickly, and consequentlydisrupt the performance of normal cells. An unhealthy meal pattern can cause cancer and stress and in long term it can cause thedecrease of immunity, as the result someone with low immunity is at risk to get sick easily. The purpose of the research was toidentify the correlation between diet  and the type of cancer at the chemotherapy rooms in General Hospital Abdul Wahab Sjahranie. This study employed quantitative research design with cross sectional approach. The number of the population in this research was 183 respondents and 125 samples were selected to participate with purposive random sampling technique. The instruments of meal pattern questionnaire  is used to collect the data and Chi-Square test was utilized to analyse the statistics test. The finding from the correlation between the variable of meal pattern and the type of cancer showed significant result pvalue = 0.003 a<0.05. This means that there was significant correlation between diet and the type of cancer. This result indicate that  is significant influence  between meal pattern with the type of cancer

This research purpose is to know some factors related to with incident DHF in working area Puskesmas Klagenserut. In this research, the researcher uses descriptive quantitative research as approach. The method of research is analytical survey while the type of research is case control. In collecting the data, the researcher uses questionnaires. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses Chi-Square test and regresi logistic test. The sampling technique uses a Total Sampling. The population and samples is all sufferers of January – December 2020 period with 21 respondent cases and 21 respondent control. The result of bivariate test shows that there is a significant correlation between independent variable which is attitude (p-value = 0,045), perception (p-value = 0,022), health facilities (p-value = 0,008), and cadre support (p-value = 0,045), while variable that has no significant correlation is knowledge (p-value = 0,053). Multivariate test result got there is no related variable with incident DHF at working area Puskesmas Klagenserut. The conclusion represents that is related to the attitude, perception, health facility, and cadre support with incident of DHF at working area Puskesmas Klagenserut. Suggestions for further researchers are expected to be able to analyze other risk factors such as environmental conditions and the habit of hanging clothes against the incidence of DHF.
