Abstract. This article aimed to analyze the homemaking metaphor proposed by Elizabeth Caldwell as an approach for Christian education in the family in the midst of covid-19 pandemic. By using qu-alitative research method, author described the challenges and strengths in conducting Chris-tian education in the family. Furthermore, author analyzed the principles in the homemaking approach to find dimensions that provide space for process of learning together in the family. This research confirmed that the process of communal theological reflection in the homemaking approach can provide the way to find the meaning of God’s Word for every family member in daily living, especially during covid-19 pandemic.Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metafora homemaking yang dikemukakan Elizabeth Caldwell sebagai pendekatan yang relevan bagi Pendidikan Kristiani dalam keluarga di tengah pandemi covid-19. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, penulis mendeskripsikan tantangan dan kekuatan dalam melakukan Pendidikan Kristiani di tengah keluarga. Selanjutnya, penulis me-nganalisis prinsip-prinsip dalam pendekatan homemaking untuk menemukan dimensi yang memberi ruang bagi proses belajar bersama di tengah keluarga. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses berefleksi teologi bersama yang diusung oleh Caldwell dalam pendekatan home-making dapat menjawab kebutuhan setiap anggota keluarga untuk menemukan makna Firman Tuhan bagi dirinya sendiri sehingga dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, khu-susnya dalam menghadapi pandemi covid-19.

: This article talks about Christian education in the family in the digital era. Its purposes are to increase the quality of Christian education for children, their faithfulness and morality. As we know that education in the digital era has brought both positive and negative impacts, thus wise thinking and proper actions are needed to overcome any issues that may arise in the emerging world. Undeniable that parents are also participating in the growth and development of their children's education since family is the centre and foundation to build their character. This article study is written using qualitative research method along with literature research. AbstrakArtikel ini membahas tentang Pendidikan Agama Kristen Dalam Keluarga di Era Digital dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan anak, beriman serta bermoral. Pendidikan di Era Digital memiliki sisi positif maupun negatif, namun bagaimana bisa menyikapinya secara bijaksana ditengah-tengah dunia yang makin maju dan berkembang. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pendidikan anak tidak terlepas dari peran orang tua. Orang tua mengambil andil didalamnya. Pendidikan dimulai di keluarga sebab keluarga adalah pusat dalam pembentukan karakter. Artikel ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan kajian literatur.

Abstrak. Kontribusi Pendapatan Perempuan Pengrajin Atap Nipah Terhadap Pendapatan Keluarga di Kecamatan Seruway Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang adalah sumbangan pendapatan yang diberikan oleh perempuan pengrajin atap nipah terhadap pendapatan keluarga yang dihitung dalam satuan persen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi pendapatan perempuan pengrajin atap nipah terhadap pendapatan keluarga dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perempuan pengrajin atap nipah ikut dalam pengambilan keputusan di dalam rumah tangganya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pendapatan perempuan pengrajin atap nipah terhadap pendapatan keluarga rata-rata sebesar 44,11 % per bulan. Sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan yang diterima adalah sebesar Rp.1.062.350,00 per bulan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pendapatan yang diterima oleh perempuan pengrajin atap nipah tergolong besar dibandingkan kontribusi pendapatan suami dan anak mereka. Dan pengambilan keputusan dalam keluarga perempuan pengrajin atap nipah telah diikut sertakan dalam rumah tangganya yaitu dengan cara melakukan perundingan serta diskusi antara suami dan istri.The Contribution Of The Income Of Nipa Roof Artisan Women To The Family Revenue In The Subdistrict Of Seruway Of Aceh Tamiang RegencyAbstract. The contribution of the income of women who were artisans of nipa roof to the family income in Seruway Subdistrict of Aceh Tamiang Regency is the endowment of revenue given by nipa roof artisan women to their family income which was calculated in percent unit. This study aimed to find out the magnitude of the contribution of nipa roof artisan women’ income to their family revenue and to find out how far the roof artisan women took part in decision making in their household. The research method was census with the number of respondents of 20. The results of the research indicated that the income contribution of women who were artisans of nipa roof to their family income was in the average of 44.11 % per year. While the average of revenue received per month was IDR1.062.350. This showed that the income contribution that was received by the nipa roof artisan women was in the category of big compared to the income contribution of their husband and child. This also showed that nipa roof artisan women had involved themselves in the decision making performed in their family, namely by the way of doing negotiation and discussion between the husband and wife

Building a family, church, educational institution or business world cannot be separated from the concept of an education. Education is an important reference in seeing, directing and bringing about a very significant and maximum change. By using descriptive descriptive method, through the literature study approach, research can describe the journey of education in a person, family, educational institution, church or business world, which cannot be separated from the psychological element which is the basis for further understanding. This is because there are many people who have not taken Christian education seriously in the family, work environment, even in churches with a clear curriculum. In the context of this discussion, education is focused on Christian education. It is very necessary to build a strong psychological foundation in Christian education, so that it can be used as a reference in building an ideal and maximum Christian education. The principles in this presentation will formulate some of the psychological foundations which are the foundation of Christian education. Because Christian education is very important in building a wholeness of view that is in accordance with the truth of God's Word and the character of Christ.

Modern communication medium allows one to easily share stories, establish contact with family members, to thank and apologize. Aware of the benefits of this communication medium each family member should utilize communications media wisely and more humanely. In the midst of this communication medium advancement of Christ's faithful should regard the family as a school of faith and a special communication experience divine grace. Each family who live karinia Divine love is called to give concrete testimony of the love of it. Every Christian family is a concrete sign of the presence and implementation of the tasks of the Church that lives. When carrying out this missionary task, God is always present in the family to bless, sanctify and strengthen family members. The presence of God is happening in real time when families gather to pray, worship and hear God's word together.

Education is sometimes understood as an attempt to share knowledge only. Students are only prepared to achieve the future in material aspects without realizing the importance of sharing life with others through good behavior. Knowledge and skills as well as knowing and feeling God's presence in life together in the family, school, church, and community need to be paid attention to and practiced. One of the participations is related to this view by rewriting the thoughts of a Christian education expert regarding the concepts and methods of learning in the implementation of education. This article discusses the participation of Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi in Christian education learning, with the aim of preparing and developing basic theological and psychological concepts so that the nature and objectives of learning are implemented in their context. The research method is qualitative with research procedures that make use of descriptive data. After going through a critical study, the results of this article are used as a rationale in practicing Christian education learning for the lives of the people.AbstrakPendidikan terkadang dipahami sebagai usaha untuk membagikan pengetahuan saja. Peserta didik hanya dipersiapkan untuk mencapai masa depan dalam aspek materi saja tanpa kesadaran pentingnya hidup berbagi dengan sesama melalui perilaku yang baik. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta mengenal dan merasakan kehadiran Allah dalam kehidupan bersama baik di keluarga, sekolah, gereja dan masyarakat perlu diperha-tikan dan dipraktikkan. Salah satu partisipasi yang dilakukan berhubungan dengan pandangan ini dengan menuliskan kembali pemikiran seorang ahli pendidikan Kristia-ni mengenai konsep dan metode pembelajaran dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Artikel ini untuk membahas partisipasi Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi dalam pembelajaran pen-didikan Kristiani, dengan tujuan mempersiapkan dan membangun konsep dasar teo-logis dan psikologis, sehingga hakikat dan tujuan pembelajaran terimplementasi dalam konteksnya. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan prosedur riset yang meman-faatkan data deskriptif. Setelah melalui kajian kritis, hasil dari artikel ini digunakan sebagai dasar pemikiran dalam mempraktikkan pembelajaran pendidikan Kristiani bagi kehidupan umat.

Gender problems have become daily topics of discussion. The relationship between gender and parenting in a family can also cause different problems because the understanding among individuals in the family is also different. The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding of parents about gender and to identify the way parents provide parenting to boys and girls. The research method used in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach. The informants in this research were parents who have teenaged children, either boys or girls, or both of them. The results of this study indicate that parents in Claket Village did not understand the differences between gender and sex because they still distinguished the tasks based on sex. The way that the parents used to provide parenting to boys and girls was to involve their children directly in doing their parents’ activities.

This research examined alo ritual in Cia-Cia community Burangasi Buton,<br />South East Celebes Province. This research is conducted to identify answers for<br />the concerning problems described of its present the importance of alo ritual in<br />even the whole community. This study used a qualitative research method with<br />participal observation and in depth interview as data collecting method. While<br />data analysis, was done through ethnographic analysis technique. Alo ritual was<br />carried out by reason of mental pressure or mental crisis caused by the death in<br />family member. They concern about safety of spirit of the death given that the<br />spirit has to experience a long and dangerous passage. They believe that this<br />spiritually dangerous crisis time is not about the death only but covering up the<br />whole family and even the whole community. In general, alo ritual had a purpose<br />to normalize the unstable life condition of the family because of a death through<br />deconstructing the existing life condition and reconstructing it into the brand new<br />one at the same time. In such condition of brand new life, daily activities seem<br />harmonious and normal without any fears, distress, depressed and so on.

The novel Sepertiga Malam di Manhattan by Arumi E is very interesting to study. This novel is a novel about the struggle of a family to get happiness. This novel is the Arumi E's 27th newest novel. The struggle in this novel is to make the family happy, expecting for the baby. Before writing the novel, Arumi E did a research in the places written in the novel to achieve a very interesting fictional story and most of this story was taken from the traveling results so it was so interesting. The objective of this research is to describe (1) the Autopoetic System in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E. (2) The differentiation system in the Novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E.The research method used is in the form of a descriptive qualitative method that uses a social system approach. The method used by the researcher is the dialectical method. The data source used in this research is the novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E, published by Gramedia publisher in 2018. The data collection in this study uses the steps of reading the novel. To collect data, the researcher use any instrument.There are two results of the study: (1) The autopoetic system in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E. is concerning to some characters who have their own beliefs or rules in their lives who do not want to follow the rules of others, they are more confident in their own way to success and purpose of life. (2) The system of differentiation in the novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E. is covering the handling of changes in the environment, the characters are able to adapt to the new environment, which has a different culture from the original culture. This shows evidence of the system autopoetic and differentiation in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E.

Summary Disease in the family is a literary motif used by many authors. The article contains a description of various ways of representing the disease in contemporary texts for young children. Pedagogical context of reading literary narratives refers to the way the rider repons to the text ( relevance to the age of the reader, therapeutic and educational function). The analyzed texts concern hospitalization, disability of siblings, parent’s cancer. There always relate to the family environment and show the changeability of roles and functions in family.

The objective of this paper is to find the relationship between family firms’ CSR engagement and their non-family member employees’ organisational identification. Drawing upon the existing literature on social identity theory, corporate social responsibility and family firms, the author proposes that family firms engage actively in CSR programs in a balanced manner to increase non-family member employees’ organisational identification. The findings of the research suggest that by developing and implementing balanced CSR programs, and actively getting engaged in CSR activities, family firms may help their non-family member employees better identify themselves with the firms. The article points out that due to unbalanced CSR resource allocation, family firms face the problem of inefficient CSR program implementation, and are suggested to switch alternatively to an improved scheme. Family firms may be advised to take corresponding steps to select right employees, communicate better with non-family member employees, use resources better and handle firms’ succession problems efficiently. The paper extends employees’ identification and CSR research into the family firm research domain and points out some drawbacks in family firms’ CSR resource allocation while formerly were seldom noticed.
