Baitul Arqam for lecturers is the principal regeneration training held to unify the vision and build understanding of ideological values, systems, and real movement for lecturers within the Muhammadiyah Universities. The Baitul Arqam training for lecturers of the Muhammadiyah University of Mataram is to build an understanding ideology of Muhammadiyah, strengthening self-identity as a Muhammadiyah community, increasing commitment and integrity in developing Muhammadiyah's charities and organizations, and to build an excellent and Islamic teaching staff of Muhammadiyah University of Mataram. Participants of Baitul Arqam are 32 lecturers. The methods used in this training are varied lectures, demonstrations, simulations, and discussions. For assessment the participants was using the Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model based on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Based on the analysis results, the average score of participants in the cognitive aspect was 75.7, affective 76.5 and psychomotor 74.13. Thus, the level of understanding of contract lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Mataram was good. So, the applied of Baitul Arqam has effect in increasing the participants’ understanding towards Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan values for the lectures of Muhammadiyah University of Mataram.

This study aims to evaluate the (TESOL) English online learning in a private middle-school in Bantul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model of Stufflebeam. This qualitative research collected the data using observation, interview, and document analysis. The research results were be analyzed qualitatively by applying discourse analysis. The result of the study implied that in Context, the school had tensions on the students of grade seven and eight in achieving minimum accomplishment criteria and grade nine in acquiring the minimum graduation criteria. The Input indicated that the human resource, syllabus and essential material, and facilities were sufficiently available. The Process disclosed that the teachers had a different approach in virtual teaching. The Product showed the average score of the final semester test for grades seven and eight were under by the minimum accomplishment criteria but grade nine achieved the target.

The determination of this research is to support the artistic gymnastics coaching program in Pemalang district of Central java. The approach used in the assessment of this program is the CIPP Model of Daniel Stufflebeam in terms of context, input, process, and product. There are three elementary schools that thrived in representing the name of Pemalang Regency to become champions in the artistic gymnastics competition in Central Java, the schools are from SDN Padek 01, SDN Pamutih 02 and MI Muhammadiyah. The collecting data used observation technique, interviews and documentation in the form of archives as supporting data. While the informant sources were the Principal, sport teacher/trainer, students as the gymnasts and parents of students. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that: At the input stage, the athlete recruitment as a trainee was done voluntarily in accordance with the interests and talents sought since he/she entered first grade, for the determined criteria are applied well, inadequate facilities, insufficient and simple infrastructure. Keywords: Evaluation, Artistic Gymnastics Development Program, Elementary School AbstrakTujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program pembinaan senam artistik di kabupaten pemalang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian evaluasi program ini  adalah CIPP Model (Daniel Stufflebeam’s) ditinjau dari tahap  context, input, proces, dan product. Ada tiga sekolah dasar  yang berhasil membawa nama kabupaten pemalang untuk menjadi juara dalam kompetisi senam artistik  tingkat Jawa Tengah, yaitu dari SDN Padek 01, SDN Pamutih 02 dan MI Muhammadiyah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik  Pengamatan(observasi), wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi berupa arsip sebagai data pendukung. Sedangkan informan yang digunakan adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru Penjasorkes/pelatih, siswa sebagai pesenam serta orang tua siswa. penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pada tahap input  perekrutan atlet sebagai peserta pelatihan secara suka rela sesuai dengan minat dan bakat dicari sejak dia masuk kelas satu,untuk kriteria yang ditetapkan dilaksanakan dengan baik,fasilitas yang kurang memadai,sarana prasarana kurang memadai dan sederhana. Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Program Pembinaan Senam Artistik, sekolah Dasar

This research aims to present the evaluation result of a remedial program using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model based on Technical Guidance by High School Directorate year 2010 in Physics Study in SMAN 1 Sekadau Hulu. This study is evaluative research with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are by employing a questionnaire to the students of the MIA (Mathematics and Natural Sciences) Program, interviews with the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, and one teacher of Physics, as well as documentation. The research data analysis is through steps such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data validation techniques used are the source and technique triangulation. The findings showed that (1) context evaluation carried out results in a percentage of 74.73%, categorized as sufficient. (2) Input evaluation carried out results in a rate of 56.88%, classified as low. (3) Process evaluation conducted results in a value of 74.07%, categorized as sufficient. (4) Product evaluation administered results in a percentage of 78.70%, categorized as high. The overall score of assessment on the remedial program in Physic instructions using CIPP evaluation is 71,09% with a category corresponding to the technical guidelines for the remedial program by the directorate of high school development year 2010. Therefore, this research is expected to contribute to improvements in remedial programs as a continuous effort in improving the quality of education programs.Keywords: CIPP Model, Evaluation, Remedial Program

Article has actual scientific issues associated with the detection capabilities of technology monitoring self-identity in the context of quality management of modern education. The article raises the question of design, implementation and monitoring technology sense of self-development of younger schoolboys in the development of GEF primary education in extracurricular activities, the methodology and technology tools for its implementation. The proposed self-monitoring technology students in extracurricular activities under the GEF primary education takes into account the requirements of the Government of the Russian Federation "On the implementation of the monitoring system of education" and the requirements for the results of development of the basic educational program of primary education, as reflected in the standards. In the construction of monitoring technology self-development of students in extracurricular activities is reflected not only the elements of the external, but internal components of the evaluation of the quality of education, not only standardized procedures (tests, the test work, etc.), but also new methods of assessment that reflect personal achievement and personal growth of the child. The article demonstrates in detail the sequence of technological development of self-monitoring technology in children´s extracurricular activities, spelled out the procedural part of the study. The author suggests a diagnostic toolkit self-development of students for various educational programs; authoring: route book pupil, which made monitoring data and recommendations are fixed educator and psychologist; student book "I Know thyself", its analysis will allow psychologists and educators to make the route of individual self-development of the child. Their use in the practice of the educational process will produce trending self-identity of the student and to determine effective means to ensure that emphasizes the importance of the results obtained in relation to each child. The implementation of self-monitoring technology students in extracurricular activities under the GEF implementing primary education will improve the quality of students´ extracurricular activities, as well as provide the ability to control the process of self-development based on analysis of data obtained from monitoring. The developed technology has found its application in the educational space of non-formal education of the city of Kaluga and Kaluga region. The article may be of interest to elementary school teachers, employees of additional education of children, psychologists, teaching staff of educational organizations implementing self-monitoring of students.

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum (K-13) has a consequence that teachers must be more qualified in carrying out learning activities. Because K-13 mandates the application of a scientific approach (5M) which includes observing, asking, gathering information, reasoning / associating, and communicating. Mathematic Teachers North Bintan Elementary School often did not give opportunity for students to get the opportunity to think creatively, critically,collaboratively and communicatively. This happens because the learning model carried out by the teacher has not implemented a learning model that can optimally accommodate students' interests and potential. Researchers have taught as classroom teachers since 2012. In the 2018/2019 academic year, researchers taught fourth grade. As a class teacher, the writer teaches all subjects, including PPKN, Indonesian, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, andSBdP. Of the six subjects, the lowest average score for daily tests was mathematics. Basic mathematics competencies are in semester II include KD 3.9, namely; Explaining and determining the perimeter and area of squares, rectangles, and triangles as well as the square relationship with the square root is the KD with the lowest score for the daily test scores of grade IV a SD Negeri 003 Bintan Utara. Class IV mathematics learning process at SD Negeri003 North Bintan often did not make students get the opportunity to think creatively, critically, collaboratively and communicatively, this happened because the learning model carried out by the teacher has not implemented a learning model that could optimally accommodate students' interests and potential. The impact was that many students could not achieve the minimum mastery level at 72. The purpose of writing this paper was to describe mathematics learning atSD Negeri 003 North Bintan, and to describe the Learning Implementation Plan with the Discovery Learning learning model, and to describe the Discovery Learning scenario. The basis for this paper was the low level of understanding of students in doing math problems.

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to analyze the development of Biology worksheet about Blood Circulation System based on Discovery Learning model in SMA Negeri Samarinda. The research targets are (1) to describe the teacher's level of understanding about Discovery Learning model-based worksheet (2) to find solutions to solve teacher problem about worksheet development (3) to find out the level of student achievement (4) to find solutions regarding to low students’ learning achievement. The participants of this research are Biology teachers at SMAN 6, SMAN 14, SMAN 4 and SMAN 3 Samarinda. The results of this study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that (1) The teachers’ understanding about the development of Discovery Learning-based Biology worksheet is still inadequate so that worksheet application was not optimal in teaching and learning process. (2) The teachers still experience some difficulties in synthesising worksheet, thus teachers need more explanations and references in the development of Discovery Learning model-based worksheet. (3) The students’ learning achievement are not optimal, (4) Teachers’ guidance is the best solution to improve the students’ achievement.Key Words: Problem analysis, Worksheet, Discovery Learning, students’ achievement Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  melakukan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan LKS biologi pada materi sistem peredaran darah berbasis model Discovery Learning di SMA Negeri Samarinda. Target penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran tingkat pemahaman guru terkait LKS berbasis model Discovery Learning (2) Solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan guru terkait pengembangan LKS (3) tingkat pencapaian hasil belajar siswa .(4) solusi dalam mengatasi hasil belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian analisis kebutuhan ini adalah guru Biologi pada SMAN 6 ,SMAN 14, SMAN 4 ,dan SMAN 3 Samarinda. Hasil observasi permasalahan guru dan siswa yang di analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemahaman guru terkait pengembangan LKS biologi berbasis model Discovery Learning masih kurang sehingga penerapannya dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar tidak optimal. (2) Guru mengalami kendala dalam pembuatan LKS oleh karena itu guru memerlukan sosialisasi dan acuan referensi  dalam pengembangan LKS berbasis model Discovery Learning  dan (3) Hasil belajar siswa masuk kategori kurang, (4) Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa perlu diatasi dengan bimbingan dan pendampingan yang penuh  oleh guru terkait hasil belajar siswa. The objectives of this study are to 1) evaluate lesson study program for English teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Tidore based on context, input, process and product, 2) find out the effectiveness of lesson study program for English teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Tidore based on CIPP model evaluation. The research is an evaluation lesson study program for English teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Tidore based on CIPP model evaluation. The CIPP consist of Context, Input, Process, and Product. The data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using descriptive and qualitative data analyses included data collection, data condensation, data display, and data conclusion drawing or verification based on theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2004). The result of the study in terms of evaluation lesson study program for English teachers in the SMP Negeri 1 Tidore from context, input, process and product showed there was a need from English teachers to improve their professionalism competence. The government held lesson study program to achieve the goal that is to improve the English Teachers professionalism. The need supported by the input that the government provide everything needed by the English teacher to carry out lesson study program. The process of the implementing of lesson study program showed that program has been carrying out well. The output of the lesson study program, in terms effectiveness of lesson study program for English teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Tidore. This study showed that is program has affective enough in improving English teachers professionalism but there should be improvement in some parts. They are related to the schedule of teaching learning so the learners obtain much knowledge from the material given.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui sejauhmana keberhasilan penyelenggaraan lima hari sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak yang meliputi proses, kesiapan dan hambatan yang muncul.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian evaluatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan model CIPP (context, Input, Process, Product) dari Stuflebeam. Subyek penelitian adalah warga sekolah, terdiri dari 370 siswa, 27 guru dan 7TU. Metode pengambilan data dengan angket, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Penyelenggaraan lima hari sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak tergolong berhasil, dengan rata-rata perolehan skor sebesar 2,87. Ditinjau dari dimensi kontek, input dan proses termasuk berhasil dengan rata-rata perolehan skor masing-masing sebesar 3,01, 2,84, dan 2,95. Sedangkan pada dimensi produk termasuk dalam kategori cukup, dengan rata-rata skor yang diperoleh sebesar 2,68. Hambatan selama proses penyelenggaraan lima hari sekolah berupa jumlah kantin dan staf TU belum mencukupi, serta guru yang belum bisa membawakan pembelajaran dengan kreatif dan menarik, sehingga berdampak pada kondisi fisik dan psikis siswa berupa rasa bosan, letih dan mengantuk. AbstractThis study aims to determine the extent of the successful implementation of five school days in Ngemplak 1 Senior High School which includes the processes, readiness and obstacles that arise.This study belongs to the category of descriptive evaluative research using evaluation model of CIPP (context, Input, Process, Product).The study was conducted at Ngemplak 1 Senior High School which has 370 students, 27 teachers and 7 staffs. Data was taken using techniques: questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The research data was then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques.The results of this study showed that the holding of five school was successful, with an average score of 2.87. Judging from the dimensions of the context, inputs and processes including the successful category with an average score of 3.01, 2.84, and 2.95 respectively. While the dimensions of the product are included in the sufficient category, with an average score of 2.68. Obstacles during the process of organizing five school days in the form of the number of canteens and education personnel that are still insufficient, and teachers who have not been able to bring learning creatively and attractively, which have an impact on both students' psychic and physical such as boredom, fatigue and sleepiness.

The study investigated the effectiveness of Action Research Course, one of the five component courses of the in-service English teacher training program implemented by National Foreign Language 2020 Project in Vietnam. The primary purpose of the course is to help in-service teachers of English develop the ability to do action research in their teaching context. How effective the course is, what alternative strategies can be used for the implementation of the course, what problems prevent the course from meeting the need of the course’s participants, and what improvements should be made were examined in this study. The evaluation on the implementation of the Action Research applies Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model, which is developed by Stuffflebeam to assess strengths and weaknesses of the course for accountability and improvement. A total of 30 in-service teachers of English were interviewed and course documents were reviewed to generate data.
