This study aims to determine the perceptions of batik SMEs “Pring Sedapur” on the preparation of financial reports based on SAK ETAP in Sidomukti Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach that was conducted on 3 respondents. The technique of collecting data uses structured interviews, interviews, and document studies. and data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques.The results showed that the factors of age, education and the length of time to open a business / experience did not indicate a difference of opinion about their perceptions of the application of accounting. SMEs have made accounting records even though they are still very simple. They have not made journals, ledgers and prepared financial reports in accordance with SAK ETAP, because of limited knowledge and information on how to apply accounting in accordance with SAK ETAP.

Agricultural extension agent’s have a strategic role in helping to increase maize farming production in Nunuk Baru Village, Maja District, Majalengka Regency. Agricultural extension play a role in guiding farmers in managing their farms effectively and efficiently to improve farmer welfare. Nunuk Baru Village is one of the corn-producing areas that has received more attention in agricultural extension activities. This study aims to identify the role of agricultural extension for maize farmers and to determine the effect of the role of agricultural extension on the level of maize farming production. The research design used is a quantitative approach with a survey method with 80 corn farmers as respondents. The method of data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis using a sematic differential scale and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of agricultural extension agent’s in Nunuk Baru Village, Maja District, Majalengka Regency is categorized as very good in carrying out their duties as a catalyst, communicator, consultant and organizer while as a motivator, educator and facilitator are categorized as good. The role of agricultural extension agent’s has no effect on corn farming production in Nunuk Baru Village.

ABSTRAK             Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk 1) mengukur tingkat produksi padi pada petani, 2) mengukur tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan dalam penerapan sistem agribisnis pada petani padi, 3) menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan penerapan sistem agribisnis terhadap produksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 25 Januari sampai 28 Februari 2017 di Kecamatan Cimanggu, Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). produksi padi sebesar 6,71 ton/ha, 2) tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan petani masuk dalam kriteria tinggi, 3) variabel pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan berpengaruh nyata secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap produksi. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan; Sikap; Keterampilan; Produksi; Padi.  ABSTRACT                   The aims of the study were to 1) measure the level of rice production of the farmers 2) measure the level of knowledges, attitudes and skills in the application of agribusiness system, 3) analyze the influence of knowledges, attitudes and skills of applying agribusiness system to production. The research was conducted in 25 January 2017 to 28 February 2017 in the Subdistrict Cimanggu, Cilacap Regency. Methods used in this research was a survey method with 100 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and observations while the data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that 1) rice production of 6,71 ha/ton, 2) the knowledge , attitudes and skill farmers are in high criteria, 3) knowledge variable, attitude, and skill had a significant influence both in simultaneously and partially on the rice production.  Keywords: knowledges, attitudes, skills, production, rice

SummaryThe background of this research is not yet known the level of completeness of football facilities and infrastructure in football schools (SSB) throughout the City of Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine how complete the facilities and infrastructure of football in SSB throughout the City of Yogyakarta. This research is descriptive research. The method used in this research is a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study is the football schools (SSB) throughout Yogyakarta which are active and registered at IKA Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling, amounting to 28 trainers from 7 football schools (SSB). Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of percentages. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the level of completeness of football facilities and infrastructure in the Yogyakarta City Soccer School (SSB) in 2016 is in the category of “very low” by 0%, the category of “low” by 0%, the category of “enough” by 17, 86%, the “good” category by 64.29%, and the “very good” category by 17.86%. Based on the average value of 35.39, the level of completeness of football facilities and infrastructure in football schools in Yogyakarta City in 2016 is in the “good” category.

The purpose of the study is to determine planning and budgeting impact partially on as performance indicator of the regional organization in Regional Development Planning Departement of East Kutai Regency in East Kalimantan Province. This research using quantitative approach, with responden survey method, which was conducted on 58 State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) with qualification minimum hold bachelor degree as responden. Data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results describe that there ware positive and significant correlation between planning and budgeting impact in partially with performance of regional organization in Regional Development Planning Department (Bappeda) East Kutai Timur.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of subjective norms as a mediation between the relationship opportunity to donate and agreeableness personality on intention to donate. This research includes a quantitative approach with a survey method distributed to 400 participants of BPJAMSOSTEK East Java Province using a Likert scale. Data analysis using SEM using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The results of this study state that subjective norms can be a link between the opportunity to donate and in accordance with the intention to donate. This can increase the intention to donate for BPJAMSOSTEK participants. The increased intention to donate owned by participants will increase participants who donate.

ABSTRACTThe problem in this research is motor educability and agility with dribbling skills in soccer games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. The formulation of the problem in this study is “is there a relationship between motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in soccer games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM?”. The research objective was to determine the relationship between Motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. The research approach is a quantitative approach that is descriptive in nature. While the research focus is Motor Educability and agility with dribbling skills in games at the BKMF Futsal FIK UNM, the data used are tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The results of the study (1) Motor ability has a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (2) Agility has a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (3) Motor ability and agility have a significant relationship with dribbling skills in futsal games at BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah terdapat hubungan Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM?”. Tujuan penelitian yaitu Untuk mengetahui hubungan Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. Pendekatan penelitian yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sementara  fokus penelitian adalah Motor Educability dan kelincahan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada Mahasiswa BKMF Futsal FIK UNM data yang digunakan yaitu  tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian (1) Motor educability memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (2) Kelincahan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM. (3) Motor educability dan kelincahan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan keterampilan menggiring bola dalam permainan futsal pada BKMF Futsal FIK UNM

This study aims at determining the ability of the fifth-grade students of state primary schools (SDNs) located in cluster 3 of Sabang City, Aceh; to rewrite folktales that are read, including the aspects of character, background, plot, language, and punctuation. The approach employed by this study is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population as well as samples in this study were 20 fifth-grade students of SDN 26 and 20 students of SDN 28 Sabang. The research data was collected by test techniques, in the form of assignments. Data is analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely making a list of raw scores, calculating the average score of students, and classifying the results of the samples studied. The results of the study showed that the ability of the fifth grade students of SDNs in cluster 3 of Sabang City to rewrite the read folklore had not reached the specified value criteria. There are only 35% of students who have sufficient ability or score above 75, and many 65% of students do not have adequate ability who score below 75. This study also shows that of 40 students, only 3 students get a very good predicate with a score of 90, 30 students obtained a good predicate with a score of 65-85, and 7 students obtained a sufficient predicate with a score of 60.

This research aims to find out the relationship of strategic management, organizational culture and employees’ empowerment with service quality. This research is carried on at PT Sillo Bahari Nusantara using quantitative approach with survey method. The population of this study is the employees at PT Sillo Bahari Nusantara Jakarta 2015. The samples used in this study are 50 respondents which are selected randomly. The data is analyzed using descriptive statistic technic and parametric inferential. Based on data analysis it can be concluded that all the independent variables like strategic management, organizational culture, and employees’ empowerment have a positive and strong relation towards service quality, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore, the service quality can be increased by improving strategic management, organizational culture and employees’ empowerment.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This research aims to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence and interest in learning on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This research method uses explanatory survey method. The number of respondents are 51 students from grade X of Office Administration skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression and product moment correlation. The results of this research showed that intellectual intelligence and interest in learning have a positive and significant influence on student achievement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda dan korelasi product moment.
