Education is very important in the development of a nation. With education the nation can become more advanced with the presence of a younger generation who is able to answer the challenges of the times. But in education it is not only aimed at increasing one's knowledge, but education also aims to make someone's behavior and morals better. So that in the application of learning in schools, the role of Islamic Education teachers is very important in to increase student motivation. In this study, taking the problem of "The Role of Islamic Education Teachers in Increasing Student Motivation in Islamic Education Subjects in SMP PGRI Kromengan Malang Regency" which is based on the phenomenon of PAI teachers who have a role in building student motivation. The research focus includes: 1) How is the student's learning motivation in Islamic Education learning? 2) What is the role of Islamic Education teachers in increasing student learning motivation in Islamic Education subjects at SMP PGRI Kromengan? 3) What are the obstacles and solutions of Islamic Education teachers in increasing learning motivation students in the PAI subject at SMP PGRI Kromengan?�Keywords: Islamic Education Teacher, Motivation to Learn�AbstrakPendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan suatu bangsa. Dengan pendidikan pula bangsa dapat menjadi lebih maju dengan adanya generasi muda yang mampu menjawab tantangan perkembangan zaman. Tetapi dalam pendidikan bukan hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan seseorang tetapi pendidikan juga bertujuan untuk menjadikan perilaku dan akhlak seseorang menjadi lebih baik. Sehingga dalam penerapan pembelajaran disekolah, peran guru PAI sangatlah penting dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dalam penelitian ini mengambil permasalahan tentang �Peran Guru PAI Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran PAI di SMP PGRI Kromengan Kabupaten Malang� yang hal tersebut dilatar belakangi karena adanya fenomena dari guru PAI yang mempunyai andil dalam membangun motivasi peserta didik. Adapun fokus penelitian meliputi : 1)� Bagaimana motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI?, 2) Bagaimana peran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP PGRI Kromengan?, 3) Apa saja kendala dan solusi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP PGRI Kromengan?�Kata Kunci: Guru PAI, Motivasi belajar

Ali Bin Abi Talib once said that children should be educated in accordance with the  development of the times. The Ali bin Abi Talib’s statement could be considered as his attention more to the development of human civilization. For that reason, there should be studies focused on the role of educational institutions in facing the challenges of the times. On this stand, the writer raises the existence of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) for being considered to have been able to survive amid the onslaught of civilization increasingly obscuring cultural identity. In addition, this study also aims to identify and discuss the role of pesantren in the modern era. This is a literature study using a descriptive and exploratory approach. It can be concluded that pesantren are non-formal Islamic educational institutions. Pesantren have permanent and distictive methods and learning models. The purpose of pesantren education is the same as Islamic education in general, instilling a sense of virtue, familiarizing themselves with courtesy, preparing for a holy, sincere and honest life entirely. Pesantren could be seen from three aspects: (a) pesantren that are seen from facilities and infrastructures, (b) pesantren that are seen from disciplines taught, and (c) pesantren that are seen from the fields of knowledge.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to empirically exhibit the moderating effect of learner interaction (LI) on motivation to learn (MTL), mobile learning (ML) and online learning climate (OLC), so as to bring in enhanced rigour to the virtual knowledge dissemination during the times of crisis. Design/methodology/approach A total of 784 valid responses were considered for the confirmatory factor analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. Findings The study found that MTL and ML contributed to improved OLC and high LI moderated the positive relationship between MTL, ML and OLC. LI also directly contributed to an improved OLC. Practical implications Measures need to be designed to crowbar motivation to ensure heightened interaction of learners, to gear up the ML reach soaring heights achieving a dynamic OLC. Acclimatization of the OLC will be the visionary solution to tackle learning disruption during today’s pandemic times and also many other challenges to come in near-far future. Originality/value The current study established the moderating role of LI in influencing OLC, and also motivating facilitator’s for designing upgraded content, and thereby fuelling the intention to learn.

Role Of Parents

This research was conducted based on the results of researchers' observations about the role of parents in increasing children's economic learning motivation during the pandemic for senior high school level students in Bajulan Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in increasing motivation to learn economics during the pandemic for senior high school education level students. The researcher used a qualitative approach with field research methods, especially descriptive types with the research subjects were parents and high school students who took economics subjects. The research was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the role of parents in increasing children's learning motivation were 1) parents as children's facilitators, the form of facilities provided by parents to students were providing Wi-Fi, cellphones, study tables and money allocated for internet quotas, 2) parents as motivators for students, the form of motivation given by parents to students in the form of advice and warnings, and 3) parents as guide, the form of guidance given by parents to students was role model. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the role of parents in increasing motivation to learn economics is quite good. It can be seen from observations and interviews that the role of parents has been well realized by parents. Keywords: The Role of Parents, Motivation, Learning Economics, Pandemic Period.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure to the students' motivation and their implications for student achievement Smk Ulil Albab Cirebon Depok. The purpose of this study are: 1) To find a picture of student achievement, the intensity of parental guidance, facilities and students' motivation to learn; 2) To determine the effect intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure to student motivation and its implications on learning achievement. The method used is descriptive survey method verification. Data collected through questionnaires. In this study were used as the student population is Smk Ulil Albab Cirebon Depok many as 1556 people. The sample was 318 people. By using a sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. Based on the calculation and analysis of data, it can be concluded that: 1) Overview of learning achievement Students medium category, the intensity of parental guidance category is, the infrastructure category is, and student motivation sedang.2 category) there is a positive influence on the intensity of parental guidance and infrastructure on the students motivation. 3) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance on motivation to learn. 4) There is a positive effect of infrastructure study on motivation to learn. 5) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance, infrastructure and learning motivation on learning achievement. 6) There is no positive effect of the intensity of parental guidance on learning achievement. 7) There is no positive effect of infrastructure on student achievement. 8) There is no positive effect of learning motivation on student achievement.

Motivation in learning is the basis for encouragement, encouragement in the face of ongoing learning. Good motivation when you learn it can affect the state of students, that is, from not wanting to take lessons to want to learn. The role of motivation is to encourage individuals to do something in the learning situation.Motivation can occur in a child's life because of the influence in himself to achieve the goals to be achieved and the influence of others, in this case the teacher motivates students. Because of that the teacher must have a big contribution to motivate the child is not wrong, in following the lesson specifically following the Christian Religion Education.First, learning motivation can provide excitement or encouragement to someone in doing work to achieve something in accordance with what is desired and can provide direction for someone to establish learning activities. Secondly, the motivation of an activity contained in a person that can influence his behavior to carry out his learning activities. Third, motivating learning is important in the learning process, because it functions as a driving force, driving, and can direct learning activities, in this case the teacher who plays a role by preparing methods and materials effectively. Fourth, learning motivation has a tremendous influence on learning achievement, both from within and outside of the student's own influence. Fifth, the emergence of student motivation depends on how the role of a teacher in presenting lesson material to students and by using appropriate teaching methods, as well as PAK teachers.

Abstract  This research is motivated by the fact about the low motivation to learn in students and the rise of the use of YouTube among students or adolescents. This research was conducted at the clear saguling foundation, a foundation that engages in social affairs and helps the welfare of the community around the Citarum river located in Jl. Cianjur, cihampelas village, west bandung district in this foundation which is related to what is meant by human beings in litera. The cornerstone of the theory used in this study is the theory of the use of YouTube and learning motivation theory. The purpose of this study is to study the motivation of YouTube applications to increase student motivation. The method used is to use qualitative methods with descriptive methods. The technique of receiving data through participant observation and interviews. Litera human students with a total of 11 students and 11 respondents from the respondents selected five people as a research sample. litera.Abstrak Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh adanya fakta tentang rendahnya motivasi belajar pada siswa dan maraknya penggunaan youtube di kalangan siswa atau remaja.Penelitian ini dilakukan di yayasan bening saguling foundation yayasan yang bergerak di bidang sosial dan bertujuan untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat sekitar sungai citarum yang terletak di jl.babakan cianjur desa cihampelas kabupaten bandung barat  di yayasan tersebut mempunyai sekolah yang berbasis alam yang bernama insan litera.Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori pemanfaatan youtube dan teori  motivasi belajar.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi youtube dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.Metodeyang di gunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui  observasi dan dan menyebarkan kuosioner kepada para partisipan yaitu siswa insan litera dengan jumlah siswa 11 orang dan dari responden sebanyak 11 orang di pilih lima orang sebagai sampel penelitianHasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat diketahui bahwa pemanfaatanvideo youtube dapat  meningkatan motivasi belajar siswa insan litera.

The competency of the teacher can contribute or increase learning achievement can be an active example of inofative criminative and have high integration in school. The purpose of this research is to know the role of the PAI master competence in enhancing student learning achievement.  This research uses the method of decriptif with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using observations, interviews and documentation studies. Motivation strategy in learning is a planning towards motivation which contains a series of activities that are specifically designed and designed, to achieve various specific educational goals. A teacher has a big responsibility in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the teacher must motivate the students because motivation is one factor that can affect the success or failure of all student activities in learning. This study aims to determine the strategies of Islamic Education teachers in increasing learning motivation, efforts of Islamic Education teachers in increasing student motivation, and to find out the obstacles and solutions as an effort of Islamic Education teachers in increasing student motivation of Junior High School in the sub-district of Wih Pesam, Bener Meriah Regency. This study is through a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study concluded that the Islamic Education teacher strategy in increasing student learning motivation Junior High School in the sub-district of Wih Pesam, Bener Meriah Regency can be done with several steps, including; explain learning objectives to students, give gifts (rewards), bring up rivals or competencies, give praise, provide penalties and sanctions, generate encouragement to learn, form good learning habits, help students learning difficulties both individually and in groups, using various methods and must be by the learning objectives. Islamic education teachers' efforts in increasing learning motivation can be made through two motivational approaches, both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation can be done utilizing; giving gifts (reward), giving positive competence, giving advice and guidance, giving punishment or sanctions. While the extrinsic motivation approach can be made using the suitable method, the teacher must be creative, carry out self-reflection for students, give responsibility to students, make changes to the learning atmosphere, learning objectives must be clear, and identify student learning outcomes. While the obstacles faced by Islamic Education teachers are: still lack of reading books, lack of motivation from parents, improper learning methods used, and lack of interest in students in Islamic Education. While the solution is; foster students' interest in Islamic Education lessons, provide advice and guidance, give parents advice, and add activities to Islamic Education.

One of the major challenges faced by school pedagogues is to increase pupils’ motivation which affects the pupils’ attitude toward school, relations with teachers, learning time and efforts, involvement and participation in the education activities, academic achievements, behaviour and many other factors. According to the research, the pupil’s learning motivation and achievements are influenced by the parents’ engagement into the education process. However, in Lithuania there is still lack of continuous relationship between the school and family, including communication, cooperation and coordination. The aim of this article is to reveal the parents’ view on the involvement in the education process by promoting learning motivation of pupils. The article analyses how parents identify the phenomenon of weakening pupils’ learning motivation and what is the role of the class tutor in cooperating with parents while solving the learning motivation problem. The research was carried out in February–May 2015 and involved n = 418 parents of children studying in grades five and eight. The selection of parents was based on the probability sample: multistage sampling. In order to empirically justify the attitude of parents toward the reasons of pupils’ weakening learning motivation, it was necessary to identify the assumptions of their involvement in the solution of this problem. The inquiry was carried out only of parents of five and eight grade pupils of the large cities, therefore the conclusions shall not be applicable to the entire parents’ population. Pursuant to the research and according to the parents’ opinion the motivation of pupils’ learning is decreasing because of the curriculum and education process: the amount of learning load and organisation of the learning process. A very important factor of weakening learning motivation is a pupil himself/herself: his/her abilities and school attendance. Usually the parents treat weakening of learning motivation with learning achievements or with the information received from school. Involvement into the education process is usually promoted by the class tutor whose activities help parents identify the phenomenon of weakening pupils’ motivation to learn.
