This study aims to determine the influence of ethical leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance, as well as the influence of ethical leadership on organizational commitment. The rp was carried out as a survey. The population of this study were all employees in the city of Yogyakarta batik cooperatives. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. Number of samples was 37 people, 8 people from enlisted KBTamtama, 9 people from KB Senopati, 6 people from KB PPBI, 7 people from Coral Single Family Planning, and 7 people from KB Mataram. Data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Scale measurements using 5-point Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis. The results showed: (1) ethical leadership had positive and significant effect on employee performance (b = 0755; p = 0.000 <0.05). The implication, the better implementation or application of ethical leadership from the head, then the employee's performance is likely to increase; (2) organizational commitment had positive and significant impact on employee performance (b = 0.490; p = 0.002 <0.05). The implication, the stronger the organizational commitment of employees, then the employee's performance is likely to increase; and (3) ethical leadership hadpositive and significant effect on organizational commitment (b = 0629; p = 0.000 <0.05). The implication, the better implementation or application of ethical leadership of the leadership, the organizational commitment of employees tend to increase. Keywords : ethical leadership, organizational commitment, employee performance, purposive sampling.

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan kota Tomohon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Tomohon. Teknik analisis menggunakan Purposive sampling dan ada 36 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Skor hasil kuesioner diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi sederhana. Dapat dilihat bahwa nilai signifikasi 0,748 > 0,05, artinya variabel Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan nilai thitung sebesar 0.324 < 2.032 ttabel, artinya variabel Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci :Partsipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Kinerja, Pegawai Abstract The purpose of this studied was to determine whether budgetary participation had an effect on employee performance in the education and culture office of the city of tomohon. The sample in this studied were employees of the tomohon city education and culture office. The analysis technique used purposive sampling and there were 36 respondents.The researched method used was a quantitative method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis and uses the spss 22 application. This studied used a surveyed method using primary data obtained from a questionnaire. The scores from the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis method.  It could be seen that the significance value was 0.748> 0.05, which means that the variable participation in budgeting had no significant effect on employee performance.  Based on the tcount value of 0. 324 <2. 032 ttable, it means that the participation budgeting variable has not had a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this studied indicate that the participation in budgeting had no effect on employee performance Keyword : Participation of Budget formulation, Performance, Employee

This study aims to determine the effect of problematic financing on profitability in Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in the City of Bekasi and the efforts of the management of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) in Bekasi City in overcoming problematic financing. This research is "qualitative" namely research that studies a number of information relating to financing. To process data in this study using quantitative analysis in the form of Simple Regression analysis (Likert scale), and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) with SPSS version 23.00. The results of data processing by researchers have the value of validity and reliability can be used as the basis for retrieval of data, and the results of simple regression analysis with r square of 0.047. shows that H0 is accepted which shows that there is no significant effect of Non Performing Financing on Profit in BPRS in Bekasi City.

The objectives of this study are 1). to examine the effect of ethics on employee performance atthe Sematang Borang District Office. 2). to test the effect of employee competence onemployee performance at the Sematang Borang District office, 3). to examine the effect ofethics and employee competence on employee performance at the Sematang Borang Districtoffice. This research was conducted on 31 employees at the Sematang Boran sub-districtoffice in Palembang City using a questionnaire. A questionnaire consisting of Ethicalvariables and employee competence as independent variables and employee performance asthe dependent variable. This study uses simple regression analysis and multiple linearregression to see which variables are more influential and the size of the contribution of eachvariable in influencing performance. It is hoped that this research will contribute toemployees regarding the importance of ethics and competence in serving the community, sothat employee performance is maximized. The results of this study indicate that the variablesof ethics and employee competence have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Head Office of Sematang Borang, Palembang City.

This study aims to examine the effect of variables with the title “The Effect of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Wahana Logistics Achievement in Bekasi City”. This research was conducted on employees at PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik in the city of Bekasi. The sample used was 60 predetermined employees. Hypothesis testing uses validity and reliability test, regression analysis, correlation, determination coefficient, t test and f test by first testing classic assumptions. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the training variable partially (XI) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) where t count = 4.598 is greater t-table = 1.672 which means H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Work discipline variables (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), where t-count = 2.720 is greater t-table = 1.672 which means H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Simultaneously obtained the results of F-count 22,392 F-table which is equal to = 3.16 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that training variables and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The determination coefficient of 44% is explained by training and work discipline while the rest is explained by other factors outside the research variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development toward employee performance at Aswin Hotels and Spa Makassar. The model used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. And the method of determining the sample used is a saturated sample with the total sample represented the total population of 53 people. The analytical method used is a simple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that career development had a positive and significant effect toward employee performance at the Aswin Hotel and Spa Makassar. Career development affected the performance of Aswin Hotel and Spa Makassar employees by 54.4%, while 45.6% of employee performance variables were affected by other variables who did not observe by researchers.

The study population was all the staff of Office of Communications River City Full totaling 34 people. Samples were taken from all of the population is 34 people. Methods of analysis using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results obtained (1) Partially Competence , Work Motivation and Work Discipline, positive and significant impact on employee performance of Communications River City Full (2) Simultaneously Influence of Competence (X1), work motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) is 0.003 with Sig. F 0.003 <0.05 and Fhitung value of 5.847, while the value of F table is 2,92 so that the value of F larger than F table, it can be said that the competence (X1) work motivation (X2) and the Discipline of the work (X3) proved positive and significant influence on employee performance of Office of Communications City Full River and regression equations for these three variables is Y = 52,271+ 0,190 X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,412 X3. Finally the authors suggest the results of this study to increase competence, work motivation and work discipline in accordance with their respective indicators and for other researchers can continue this research in order that the limitations in this study could be refined.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation and Work Discipline and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study is to test the relationship between competency, organizational culture, love of money, and whistleblowing against prevention fraud with spiritual intelligence as moderation. The samples in this study were the village staff of West Halmahera Regency, namely the village head, village secretary, treasurer, head of the village administration section, head of the village development and empowerment section, and the section of village head community development of 213 people. The data in this study were taken using surveys with questionnaires and conducted validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing in this study using simple regression analysis and hierarchy. The results showed that out of the eight hypotheses submitted, only five hypotheses were supported and the rest are not supported.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of discipline on employee performance at the National Narcotics Agency (NNA) office in Tanjung Jabung Timur district. The variables tested in this study were the level of discipline and employee performance. The sample of this study is the Office of the National Narcotics Agency (NNA) of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The survey was conducted by all 37 NNA employees. Testing the hypothesis in this study using simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate that the level of discipline affects employee performance.

Banda Aceh is one of the city of Islamic tourism in Indonesia, therefore it is expected that regional income can be obtained from tourism income. As a source of  revenue of income, tourism is influenced by tourist visits. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the visiting of the domestic tourists and the foreign tourists to the regional revenue in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative approach and data analysis used is simple regression analysis. The source of this research is taken from the Banda Aceh Statistics Data Report 2012 to 2015. The results show that there is influence between the visit of tourists to the city's original revenue of Banda Aceh, this is indicated by the increase of the number of tourists to increase the original income of the regional.

<p><em>This study aimed to examine the effect of private demandsto personal Internet use at workplace with four moderating variables and its influence on employee performance.The population in this study were 50 employees at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and 60 employees Perum Perhutani Wilayah Surakarta. Simple random sampling is used to select the sample and the sample obtained 107 employees. This study uses Moderated Regression Analysis and Simple Regression Analysis.</em></p><p><em>The results showed that the private demands affect the use of personal Internet at workplace and influence at the workplace also successfully predicted as a moderating variable in the relationship. In addition it was also found that the use of personal Internet at workplace affect employee performance. But for the other results, border strength, identification with and perceive the job of supervisor support for border crossing failure predicted as a moderating variable on the relationship of private demands on the use of personal Internet at workplace.</em></p>
