This study focuses on the analysis of functional delayed echolalia towards an autistic individual in   Life, Animated documentary. The obtained data were derived from Owen Suskind's utterances and words in the aforementioned documentary, which the researchers manipulated and structured to fall into two categories of functional delayed echolalia. The study used qualitative descriptive method in analyzing the functional delayed echolalia of Owen Suskind using interactive and non-interactive functional categories of delayed echolalia theory proposed by Vicker (1999). The findings show that there are 8 (eight) out of 9 (nine) types of interactive delayed echolalia were discovered namely   Turn taking, Verbal, Completion,   Providing information, Labelling,   Protest,   Request,   Calling and Affirmation. Meanwhile, the non- interactive   delayed echolalia consists of three types namely   non-focused,   situation association, and   rehearsal.   The findings of this study are expected to give   a positive impact on both readers who are dealing with children with autism who have echolalia. It will provide information on their language development in order to later determine the ideal method to handle them with care.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

This research entitled “The News Report of Metro TV Reporter: The research of effective sentence”. The aim of this research was to find out the description, error, and percentage of effective and ineffective sentence in the news report of Metro TV reporter. The used theory refer to some ideas from the experts, those are Keraf (1980), Razak (1986), Sugono (2001), Putrayasa (2014), and Agency of Language Development and Coaching (2014). The used method to collect the data in this research was observation method, then the data was analyzed with qualitative descriptive method, quantitative method, and agih method. Method of presenting analyzed data that used in this research were formal and informal method. Data source in this research was from twelve videos of news report of Metro TV reporter in 2018. The result of this research showed that Metro TV reporter's understanding of the use of effective sentences reach 30, 22% from 12 news reports. This is proven by the discovery of 97 ineffective sentences out of 139 sentences. The error of ineffective sentence in news report of Metro TV reporter was divided into four kinds, those were the accuracy of information 7 sentences (5.03%), stiffness 6 sentences (4,32%), efficiency 48 sentences (34.53%), multiple errors and plural 36 sentences (25.90%). The total percentage of the error ineffective sentence as a whole was 69.78%. Based on this percentage, the highest frequency of errors was in the aspect of efficiency.

Researchers assume that with the publication of the speech is expected to be useful especially for teachers and employees in Manduro Elementary in language development through language transmission. The purpose of this research is to describe the syntactic structure of Manduro public utterance in Manduro Village, Kabuh Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, covering syntactic functions and categories. Qualitative descriptive method used in this research. With the subject of research is the device of Manduro Village. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with the aim of taking the device of each hamlet contained in Manduro Village. The researcher is the main instrument assisted by the Swadesh Morris questionnaire. Triangulation is used as a test of data validity. The researchers used inductive analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are syntactic functions consisting of subjects, predicates, objects, descriptions and appendices that categorized nouns, verbs, and adjectives and adverbs. Based on the results of the research, the syntactic structure of public utterance of Manduro has a universality with the syntactic structure of Indonesian and Javanese, only the structures used are not structural. This is because the sentence is a nonformal speech. The results of this study are expected to be used as a supporter of early childhood language development in Manduro Elementary School through the role of teachers in language learning by using examples and communication with students outside the lesson with the manduro language. Thus language learning occurs in a natural context so that the language of the community is not increasingly experiencing shifts and extinctions as well as in the teaching of syntax and as a ruler of language rules in Indonesia.

Background : Language is the most important thing in life, because it can unite one and other from different regions although different countries. That is why it also has a problem. Language is not just communication but also it becomes an identity for some region or country, as like in Indonesia they have different languages from different regions that make them unique. But unfortunately, most millennial people now choose to use another language as slang that can affect their own language. This study makes to discuss this problem because many people does not matter with this, so we try to let them know that this is important to know because concerning our identity. Purpose : the purpose on this article is to explore a slang language in Indonesia especially in younger generation that affect to Indonesian language in this digital era. Method : This study used a qualitative descriptive method that concerned a questioner as main data, articles then other websites. Results : The result of this study is to realize the importance of language, especially for millennial people who will be the next nation’s successor, so that they can understand and also keep their national language. This research is expected to be a reference for people who are interested in studying language then the problem in it.

Autism in children has several symptoms such as being unable to socialize, having difficulty using language, behaving repeatedly and reacting abnormally to stimuli. The purpose of this study was to describe the perspective of parents regarding the autonomy of children with autism in the social aspects of Soeprapto mental hospital, Bengkulu. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a research sample of 10 informants and 4 autistic therapists. Data were obtained from interviews and observations. The results of the study obtained information from the social aspect of the child that they are willing to play with their peers and interact with the surrounding environment, are afraid of meeting people they do not know, ask to be welcomed when they meet close people such as father, mother and caregiver, but still many children who take autism therapy have not achieved a significant level of independence. This is due to the level of obedience of children with autism in following therapy or learning provided by therapists and support from children's families who only rely on the education provided by the therapist. In conclusion, the autonomy of children with autism has not reached a significant level of independence based on the parents' perspective. It is hoped that the results of this study can be input for educational institutions and related parties (therapists) as information and knowledge about the autonomy of children with autism from a social aspect. Keywords: Autistic Children, Social Independence, Parents' Perspective

AbstractThe Morpheme Acquisition of 2 Up to 2 Years Old and a Half Kids. The study waslimited in the scope of his language skills, especially in the morpheme children at age 2years to 2 years 6 months. In addition, some parents are still many do not keep up withher well-spoken language development in behavior and development. This study useda qualitative descriptive method. The study was done in order to determine the form ofmorphemes the child, the child form of words that are strung together in a sentence oneword to two word sentences at age 2 years to 2 years 6 months. The research data is amorpheme; free and bound. Techniques used in data collection is provocation, tapping,see the good involved, records and technical notes. The data generated is 150 childrenand 15 free morpheme bound morpheme. Obtained free morphemes more children thanthe bound morpheme. (1) being acquired morpheme children at age 2 years to 2 years6 months, a free morpheme and bound morpheme, (2) form morpheme obtained free ofchildren at age 2 years to 2 years 6 months, (3) form bound morpheme obtained bychildren at age 2 years to 2 years 6 months, and (4) morpheme form obtained from thespeech one word or two-word utterances. Children’s ability to obtain the child’s morphemeto be assembled into one-word utterances and the utterances of two words, even capableof using morpheme as child speech in everyday language.Keywords: free morphemes, bound morphemes, speech.AbstrakPemerolehan Morfem Anak Usia 2 Tahun sampai 2 Tahun 6 Bulan. Penelitian inidibatasi pada ruang lingkup keterampilan berbahasa anaknya khususnya pada morfemanak yang pada usia 2 tahun sampai 2 tahun 6 bulan. Selain itu, masih banyak sebagianorang tua tidak mengikuti perkembangan anaknya baik perkembangan bahasanyadalam bertutur dan perkembangan tingkah lakunya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodedeskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui wujudmorfem anak, wujud kata yang dirangkai anak pada kalimat satu kata menjadi kalimatdua kata pada usia 2 tahun sampai 2 tahun 6 bulan. Data penelitian ini berupa morfem;bebas dan terikat. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah pancingan,sadap, simak libat cakap, rekam dan teknik catat. Data yang dihasilkan anak adalah150 morfem bebas dan 15 morfem terikat. Morfem bebas lebih banyak diperoleh anakdaripada morfem terikat. (1) wujud morfem yang diperoleh anak pada usia 2 tahunsampai 2 tahun 6 bulan, berupa morfem bebas dan morfem terikat; (2) wujud morfembebas yang diperoleh anak pada usia 2 tahun sampai 2 tahun 6 bulan; (3) wujudmorfem terikat yang diperoleh anak pada usia 2 tahun sampai 2 tahun 6 bulan; dan(4) wujud morfem yang diperoleh dari ujaran satu kata atau ujaran dua kata.Kemampuan anak dalam memperoleh morfem bebas dan morfem terikat dari ujaran164satu kata dan ujaran dua kata, bahkan mampu menggunakan morfem sebagai ujarananak dalam bahasanya sehari-hari.Kata-kata kunci: morfem bebas, morfem terika

Utopia is an appropriate word to describe about the ideal, worthy, and perfect life depicted in a city called Metro City in the Astro Boy animation. This study examines the animation movie Astro Boy and how the world that is being told in the works could be defined as Utopian world like it is being described through the movie. The purpose of this study is to proof whether the setting successfully conveyed the Utopian world or whether it still has some deficiency as Utopian is known as impossibly perfect world to be created. The corpus of this study is the movie of Astro Boy focuses on the setting and relationship between human kind and robots. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method which describes social phenomena by conducting in-depth understanding and analysis. The aims of this research is to analyze more deeply the picture contained in the animation, which shows how humans and robots are able to create a new world also coexist. Moreover, the conceptual framework that will be use is the theory of Capitalism and Classism in order to examine the setting of Utopian world.

Abstrak Pengembangan wisata alam berbasis edukasi memiliki tantangan yang serius di ranah mempertahankan eksistensi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Setiap stakeholder yang ada harus berani menjamin keterlibatan mereka dapat memberi kontribusi yang positif bagi keberlangsungan ekosistem kawasan pantai. Model Quintuple Helix memberikan posisi yang signifikan bagi lingkungan alami masyarakat untuk memperoleh perhatian yang lebih. Berangkat dari realitas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari strategi yang ideal bagi kolaborasi pengembangan wisata berbasis edukasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berupa konsep strategi kolaborasi yang ideal untuk pengembangan wisata berbasis edukasi dengan model Quintuple Helix. Melalui model ini dapat memberikan modal tambahan berupa manajemen berbasis kualitas pembangunan yang efektif, keseimbangan alam yang terjamin, serta garansi terhadap generasi mendatang agar tetap dapat merasakan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Abstract Educational tourism-based natural tourism development has serious challenges in the realm of maintaining the existence and sustainability of the environment. Every existing stakeholder must have the courage to guarantee that their involvement can contribute positively to the sustainability of the coastal ecosystem. The Quintuple Helix model provides a significant position for the natural environment of the community to get more attention. Departing from reality, this study aims to find the ideal strategy for collaborative education-based tourism development. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method, data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and document studies. The results of this study are in the form of a collaboration strategy concept that is ideal for education-based tourism development with the quintuple helix model. Through this model, it can provide additional capital in the form of effective quality-based development management, guaranteed natural balance, and guarantees against.

This study aims to find out how to be wise in instilling Pancasila-based economic values ​​in elementary school students and implementing their economic learning. The qualitative descriptive method is used in this research. The research participants were teachers at SD Negeri Kampungdalem I, SD Negeri Bungur I, and SD Negeri Ngentrong, who teach in grades 1-5. Data collection was carried out by observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Furthermore, data analysis reduces data, displays or displays data, and finally. The data triangulation method was used to test the validity of the data before dis. The results of the study as a whole show that elementary school teachers make efforts in applying the economic value of Pancasila to students. These efforts have a positive impact in shaping students' character based on the economic values ​​of Pancasila. Even so, the application of Pancasila economic values ​​for early childhood in elementary schools needs improvement. Schools also provide more support and attention to these efforts.

Physical inactivity is considered one of the health problems associated with many types of chronic diseases. The level of physical activity is often used as a parameter for monitoring and evaluation of public health. This monitoring is very important because it helps prevent various illnesses, inactivity and decrease mortality rates for the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical activity and BMI of the elderly in Serang City. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, involving 84 elderly from Serang and Cipocok Jaya districts in Serang City, Banten Province. The level of physical activity was obtained through the International Physical Activity Questionnaires (IPAQ) questionnaire. The results showed that the elderly in Serang City had low physical activity with a METs value of 438.6 and had a BMI of 26.4 which was in the obese or obese category. the elderly in Kota Serang have low physical activity and are in the category of obesity or overweight. This research can be used as initial data for related institutions regarding the condition of the elderly in Serang so that it can create activities that have a positive impact on the elderly in Serang City.
