Abstract: Working on or how to work musically in a musical presentation or composition is an essential element. With the process of working on a musical dish, a good and quality dish will be achieved. The working process is essential to achieve the competency standard of a Javanese musical dish. In learning the practice of Javanese Karawitan, the Ethnomusicology Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Mulawarman University, encountered problems in the implementation of this working process. It has an impact on the lack of achievement of learning competency standards. The purpose of this paper is to describe the factors that influence the non-achievement of competency standards in learning Javanese musical practice in terms of working on Javanese karawitan. The method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was done by interview, literature study, and qualitative analysis of the work. The results showed that there were internal and external factors. Internal factors include (1) differences in the cultural background of each student, (2) students have not been able to determine the direction of working on karawitan, and (3) students have not been able to determine the considerations for working on karawitan. The external factor is the learning media used, namely the incomplete Javanese gamelan instrument. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as material for evaluating learning in Javanese Karawitan practice courses.   Abstrak: Garap atau cara kerja musikal dalam sajian gending atau komposisi karawitan merupakan unsur penting. Dengan adanya proses garap pada sebuah sajian gending karawitan, akan tercapai sebuah sajian yang baik dan berkualitas. Proses garap menjadi hal yang penting untuk mencapai standar kompetensi dari sebuah sajian karawitan Jawa. Pada pembelajaran praktik Karawitan Jawa Program studi Etnomusikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Mulawarman mengalami kendala dalam pelaksanaan proses garap ini. Hal ini berdampak pada belum tercapainya standar kompetensi pembelajarannya. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tidak tercapainya standar kompetensi dalam pembelajaran praktik karawitan Jawa dalam hal garap pada karawitan Jawa. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi pustaka, dan analisis garap karya secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi (1) perbedaan latar belakang budaya setiap mahasiwa, (2) mahasiswa belum bisa dalam menentukan arah garap karawitan, dan (3) mahasiswa belum bisa menentukan pertimbangan garap karawitan. Faktor eksternalnya adalah media pembelajaran yang digunakan, yaitu instrumen gamelan Jawa belum lengkap. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Praktik Karawitan Jawa.

Murder is an inhuman crime, where the perpetrator of the crime kills with the intention of being planned in advance because it will kill other people's lives for a specific purpose, this crime is a crime of enmity between individuals and groups so that the victim is helpless, so the police investigator reveals his identity. Carefulness is needed. The problems discussed are what are the factors causing the crime of murder and how are the efforts to overcome the crime of murder. The research method used is normative juridical research. Data collection is based on literature study, based on the results of the research that the author has done, the factors that cause murder are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely internal factors, and external factors, namely economic, environmental, and family factors. Efforts to tackle the crime of murder, namely penal and non-penal measures, are efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for the committing of crimes. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for cooperation between legal institutions and the government through police and military officers to prevent and cope with future premeditated murder, prosecutors and judges are requested to be able to prosecute and impose the maximum possible punishment on the perpetrators of the murder guided by the Criminal Code.

One product from the sugar cane is brown sugar cane. ‘UKM Bumi Asih’ is one of the producer of the sugar cane in Bondowoso Regency. Brown sugar cane has potential prospect to developed because it can be used to any purposed (for household needs and beverage industries). This study was aimed to identify the internal and external factors that affected business development of brown sugar cane. The study were used the methods of internal factor evaluation (IFE) and eksternal factor evaluation (EFE). Internal factor analysis was performed to identify the company's internal strengths that can be used and anticipated weaknesses. External factor analysis was conducted to identify opportunities that can be exploited and threats that can be avoided. The scores output from matrix IFE and EFE were all categorized with total score 2.812 for internal factors and 3.0315 for external factor. Both scores were above 2.5 which meas that the internal position was strong enough. So its has the ability above the average to take advantage of the power and opportunities to anticipated the internal weakness and the threats. This study aims to investigate the factors inhibiting interest in entrepreneurship, especially in martabak entrepreneurs in Lebaksiu District, Tegal Regency. As the object of this research is in Lebaksiu Subdistrict which is divided into17 villages, researchers used  sample  three villages namely Lebaksiu Lor, Lebaksiu Kidul and Kajen. Descriptive qualitative methods is a method applied in this research. The data collection techniques used are with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the inhibiting factors in martabak entrepreneurship concisted of factors originating from internal and external factors. Detected internal factors arise from within the entrepreneur martabak such as personal characteristics, experience, ability to control a business and capital factors. The second inhibiting factor is an external factor, which this factor comes from outside the private entrepreneur martabak which includes the environment, recruitment of employees who are proficient in martabak making and promotion to the mass media.

This research entitled "Bilingual of Employee Tourism in Gianyar Regency, Bali". The purpose of this research is to know the bilingual of tourism employee in Gianyar based on topic, situation, aspect, and causal factor. The theory used is a sociolinguistic theory that was discovered by Mackey and Fishman. Methods and techniques of data collection used is a method refer to instrument techniques, see libat ably, and record. In the data analysis phase using qualitative and quantitative methods. In the presentation stage of data analysis using informal and formal methods. The population of this study is the entire employees engaged in tourism in Gianyar regency, Bali. The sample of this study was sixty respondents. Based on the analysis that has been done is known that employees working in the field of tourism in Gianyar mastered two to three languages. The modern topic of the language office realm that is often used is Indonesian, while for traditional topics the language is often used is the local language. For situations in the realm of the office, formal situations use the Indonesian language, whereas in informal situations often use local languages. Modern and traditional topics in the domestic realm of informal situations use local languages, namely Balinese and Javanese. However, the most widely encountered is the Balinese language. The Balinese language consists of two types, namely high and low. The high variety used by triwangsa and low variety is used by employees not triwangsa. In addition, the factors that cause bilinguality among employees are internal and external factors. Internal factors, namely age, gender, and daily life of respondents. External factors, ie speech, topic, and speaker contact. The biggest factor is the external factor.

There are two objectives in this study: (1) to determine how micro businesses in Ciputat in accessing loan credit program (KUR) for their business development; (2) analyze the factors that can be an obstacle in accessing it. The research data obtained through questionnaires and interviews with micro entrepreneurs (traders) who are in the market Ciputat, South Tangerang Municipality. Research analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis. The variables in the study include independent variables/internal factors and external the dependent variables/constraints. Relationships between variables were examined by using test correlation coefficient. The study concluded that essentially the factors or constraints that may affect businesses in accessing credit consists of internal and external factors. Internal factors consist of background education, their understanding about credit, collateral owned, and the courage to apply for credit. While external factors consist of socialization of KUR, lending, collateral requirements, licensing, and credit application process. This is shown by the average of respondents agree that these factors affect or be an obstacle in accessing credit.

This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Duo Koto Pasaman. The research objective was to describe students' interest in learning cultural arts (music) in class VII-3 at the school.This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research object was 36 students of class VII-3, with the research instrument being the researcher himself as the main researcher with additional instruments such as observation notes, interview notes and literature study. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation.While data analysis is by systematically classifying the data to draw conclusions.The factors that influence students' interest in learning are divided into two, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors in the form of attention, talent, interest and motivation, how to learn. And external factors in the form of family, school, and others. From the results of the research that the researchers observed covering the factors that influence student interest in learning, the results showed that the lack of student interest in learning the art of music at SMP Negeri 3 Duo Koto Pasaman was caused by a lack of strategies and methods used by teachers in the learning process. Teachers are more likely to provide material in the form of theory using the lecture method, so that students feel bored and not enthusiastic in participating in learning the art of music. Meanwhile, learning the art of music requires balanced learning in the form of theory and practice, to increase student interest in learning the art of music.Key words: learning, learning, the art of music, learning process, motivation

The cultivation technique of land kangkung (Ipomoea reptana Poir) which is practiced by farmers is a non-machine technique. Farmers' cultivation techniques are tillage, seed dispersal, fertilization and harvesting at 40 days after planting. The purpose of this study was to determine the internal and external factors that influence the development of organic kale farming, and to determine the appropriate development strategy for organic kale farming. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the internal strength factor in the development of organic kale farming is the availability of adequate organic fertilizer, while the weakness is the weakness of the product produced cannot meet consumer needs and organic labels. The external factor is the opportunity for organic kale to be marketed online, while the threat is the sale of more and more non-organic vegetables at lower prices.

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Entrepreneurship merupakan proses penerapan kreativitas dan emosi dalam memecahkan suatu pemasalahan atau persoalan dan menemukan suatu peluang untuk memperbaiki kehidupan. Entrepreneurial activity akan semakin tinggi entrepreneurship level suatu negara. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat membentuk pola pikir, sikap, dan perilaku pada mahasiswa menjadi seorang wirausahawan sehingga mengarahkan mereka untuk memilih berwirausaha sebagai pilihan karir. Metode : Desain dalam penelitian ini analitik cross sectional dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa Prodi D III Kebidanan STIKES Bali yang berjumlah 61 responden dengan teknik nonprobability sampling (total populasi) 61 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik analisa data Pearson product moment test. Hasil : Pada faktor internal dalam berwirausaha paling banyak tinggi yaitu 52 orang (85,2%). Faktor eksternal dalam berwirausaha kesehatan paling banyak tinggi yaitu 38 orang (62,3%). Minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha kesehatan paling banyak tinggi yaitu 52 orang (85,2%). Analisis korelasi (r) antara faktor internal dengan minat mahasiswa kebidanan dalam berwirasusaha 0,870 menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara faktor internal dengan minat mahasiswa kebidanan dalam berwirasusaha dengan p-value sebesar <0,001. Analisis korelasi (r) antara faktor eksternal dengan minat mahasiswa kebidanan dalam berwirasusaha 0,439  menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara faktor internal dengan minat mahasiswa kebidanan dalam berwirasusaha dengan p-value sebesar <0,001. Kesimpulan : Meningkatkan faktor internal dan eksternal mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha sangat penting dalam rangka memantapkan mahasiswa agar mampu bersaing di pasar bebas khususnya wirausaha bidang kesehatan.Kata Kunci : Internal, Eksternal, Minat BerwirausahaABSTRACTBackground : Entrepreneurship is the process of applying creativity and emotion in solving a problem or problem and finding an opportunity to improve life. Entrepreneurship education can shape the mindset, attitudes, and behavior of students to become entrepreneurs so that it directs them to choose entrepreneurship as a career choice.Methods : The design in this study was cross sectional analytic with the participation of all students of Study Program D III of STIKES Bali Midwifery involving 61 respondents with nonprobability sampling (total population) 61 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire with Pearson product moment test data analysis techniques.Results : The most internal factors in entrepreneurship were 52 people (85.2%). External factors in entrepreneurship are 38 people (62.3%). The smallest number of students in health entrepreneurship were 52 people (85.2%). Analysis of the difference (r) between internal factors and the interest of midwifery students in entrepreneurship 0.870 shows the factors that occur between internal factors and the interest of midwifery students in entrepreneurship with a p-value of <0.001. Rata-rata penyelesaian masa studi program magister Sekolah Pascasarjana di Institut Pertanian Bogor kurang dari dua tahun (17,5%). Oleh karena itu, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi baik dari aspek internal maupun eksternal perlu dikaji. Faktor internal berasal dari dalam diri mahasiswa yang meliputi kemampuan akademik dan motivasi. Faktor eksternal mencakup faktor lingkungan dan pembimbing saat menyelesaikan tugas akhir. Pengambilan data dan informasi menggunakan instumen kuesioner yang terstruktur terhadap lulusan program magister. Analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis faktor, dan regresi linier berganda. Penyelesaian masa studi meliputi faktor-faktor kualitas pembimbingan, pelayanan dan lingkungan, kemampuan mahasiswa, motivasi, responsif serta gelar dan prestis. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan penyelesaian masa studi sangat terkait dengan faktor-faktor eksternal yang berasal dari luar seperti layanan pendidikan dan faktor lingkungan, di antaranya lingkungan kampus yang bersih dan hijau, lingkungan belajar yang tenang dan nyaman. Responsif terhadap feedback dari pembimbing untuk segera memperbaiki tesis secara intens dan tepat waktu merupakan faktor internal.Kata kunci: masa studi, perguruan tinggi, eksternal, internal, analisis faktor Factors on completing study of master students in graduate schoolAbstractCompletion of the final assignment of the Postgraduate school master's program at the Institut Pertanian Bogor on average less than two years (17,5%). This is the purpose of the research, namely to see the factors that influence the completion of the final task. The factors that influence the study period consist of internal and external factors. Internal factors originating from within the student themselves include academic ability and motivation. External factors come from outside such as environmental factors and mentors when completing the final task. Retrieval of data and information in this study using a structured questionnaire instrument for graduates of the Institute Pertanian Bogor University's Graduate School Masters program. The analysis uses descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and multiple linear regression. Completion of the study period includes factors of coaching quality, service, and environment, student ability, motivation, responsiveness and degree, and prestige. Further analysis shows that the completion of studies is closely related to external factors originating from outside such as education services and environmental factors, including a clean and green campus environment, a quiet and comfortable learning environment. Responsiveness to feedback from the counselor to immediately correct the thesis in an intense and timely manner is internal.Keywords: complete a study, postgraduate, external, internal, factor analysis

Indonesia to be the world’s second-largest contributor of plastic waste in the oceans. Every resident in Indonesia can produce 0,52 kg/person/day of waste. Efforts to overcome the problem of waste by processing it into Pellets, which contain calories from 2,800 to 3,300 kcal/kg using the peuyeumisasi method, so that they can use for co-firing in PLTU. Trial for direct co-firing coal and RDF Pellet from Klungkung Bali, will be carry out on Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) boiler. The goal of study to analyze the feasibility for co-firing with SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis questionnaire was compiled based on internal and external factors, which was carried out through the study of literature and document. After the questionnaire was compiled, the questionnaire was given to respondents who collected 10 people, selected based on factors of relevance and understanding of the issues discussed. The results of the questionnaire show the main indicators, which are divided into 2 parts, internal factors consisting of strengths, weaknesses and external factors consisting of opportunities and threats. Then implemented in the SWOT matrix, to get the best strategy and whether the decision is feasible or not. The results is feasible to be implemented in the PLTU MSW, with internal factor value of 3,03 or rounded to 3 (strong) and an external factor value of 2,6 or rounded to 3 (strong). Several strategies are designed to use the strength to take advantage of opportunities, reduce weaknesses and threats.
