One of the demands on the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bungo Regency is to provide services to the community to achieve orderly population administration but from the writer's initial observation, data collection officers in the field found it difficult to optimize data collection, because SAD lives in nomadic life. detected by the assessor. While the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the SAD data collection at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bungo Regency. In this case, it will be analyzed how the effectiveness of SAD data collection relating directly to the orderly Administration which is set forth in the regulation of the Minister of the Interior Number: 11 of 2010 concerning guidelines on data collection and issuance of population documents for vulnerable population administration. In this study, researchers used a descriptive qualitative research method by looking at research subjects who became this study. While in data collection techniques, researchers use the literature study technique, field studies consisting of observations, interviews, and documentation. Descriptive data analysis techniques in analyzing data, i.e. with data that has been collected from interviews and documentation or library studies will be analyzed and interpreted to find out its meaning and meaning. The results of the study prove that effective data collection will spur an increase in the orderly administration of optimal population, besides, it is recommended to the Department of Population and Civil Registration to register in a sustainable manner in the Bungo Regency, especially to remote communities, although there are still many deficiencies in it but have appeared changes and differences in Bungo District.

Population data is the main supporting component needed in data processing in the population office, population data must be recorded and managed so that it becomes a complete, structured and clearly organized database. The data that has been successfully obtained is used for monitoring the population in the environment. The Sleman Regency Population and Civil Registration Office has been using various systems based on each sector, but with this there are still some obstacles faced in the process of collecting population data in Sleman Regency. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the Population Administration Information System in the Management of Identity Cards (KTP) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Sleman Regency. Data collection was carried out by the stages of field studies, literature studies, data collection by means of interviews to observation, data processing, then analysis and conclusions. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. This research is also used as material for an overview of the flow of the existing system in the Office of Population and Civil Registration (DUKCAPIL) of Sleman Regency, regarding the feasibility and efficiency of database management from systems related to population data in Sleman Regency. The results of this study are in the form of a data entry flow design to an information system that can be used as a reference or guide and produce physical forms in the form of KIA, KK and KTP in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sleman Regency.

The implementation of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bekasi Regency has not been optimal. If public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration are seen from the implementation of the principles of Good Governance, such as aspects of accountability, transparency, and participation, they are still not optimal. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Observation data collection techniques and interviews with several informants related to research. The results of the study, which led to the implementation of the principles of Good Governance in population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Service, have not run optimally, judging from the accountability of the mismatch between implementation and operational standards (SOP), as well as unclear service completion, not timely in providing services to the community. When viewed from the transparency aspect of the lack of availability regarding population administration services, the Department of Population and Civil Registration has not maximally used the official website in providing information to the public. And from the last aspect, namely participation, the community has not been fully involved in providing criticism and suggestions and the community is not involved in evaluating services. This research is titled Monitoring System of Higher Education Graduates in Entering the World of Work Using Tracer Study. The problem raised in this study is that the BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus) STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda get information about the performance of STMIK graduate students Widya Cipta Dharma, analyze graduate data to obtain the relevance of the competency of STMIK graduates Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, change the old system into a system that new. The purpose of this research is to provide information and reports on the results of tracer study data collection from alumni of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda. Data collection methods used are literature study, field studies. The system development method used is the waterfall method. Informatic System of Alumnus Record Tracer Study Based Website of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda is a computer-based system that was built with the aim of processing the alumnus search to find out the description of the profile, performance, and distribution of work location of the alumnus. Informatic System of Alumnus Record Tracer Study Based Website of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda is expected to help assist the BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus) in recording alumnus and record the track record of alumnus scattered in serveral areas.

The Impact

E-learning is the use of learning media using the internet, to send a series of solutions that can increase knowledge and skills in using learning methods. In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the application of the classroom application in the Qur'an Hadith subject at MA NU Al Hidayah. This research also discusses the impact or factors related to the use of the classroom application. This research used a qualitative descriptive analysis type with the type of research in the form of field studies at the MA NU Al Hidayah School, followed by the data collection process, this study used documentation techniques and interviews with the teachers who taught the Qur'an Hadith subjects and some of their students. The research subjects were teachers of Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA NU Al Hidayah and some of their students. The research subjects were teachers of Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA NU Al Hidayah and some of their students. The results showed that: (1) this application is very influential in online learning. (2) there are obstacles that occur in learning. The effect of this research can overcome the obstacles that occur in ongoing learning or find new innovations for the future.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi verbal pada anak autistik dengan menggunakan lirik pada lagu anak-anak, karena diharapkan dapat mempebanyak kosakata pada anak autistik sehingga kemampuan bekomunikasi secara verbal bagi anak autistik meningkat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan didukung dengan studi pustaka guna memberikan informasi-informasi secara lengkap tentang penelitian ini. Ada 4 tahapan yaitu: Tahapan pra-lapangan, Tahap Pekerjaan lapangan, dan Tahapan Hasil Pengumpulan Data. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa autistik di sekolah Bina Anggita Yogyakarta berjumlah 5 siswa. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pedoman observasi dan sebelumnya peneliti melakukan studi pustaka terlebih dahulu. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran lirik dalam lagu Balonku dan Pelangi-Pelangi dapat meningkatkan bahasa verbal anak autistik. Anak autistik terstimulus untuk menyanyi bersama saat dilibatkan untuk benyanyi bersama-sama.This study aims to improve verbal communication in autistic children by using lyrics on children's songs. Due to the expected increase in verbal skills for autistic children. This research is a qualitative research with case study approach and supported by literature study to provide complete information about this research. There are 4 stages: Preliminary Stage, Field Work Stage, and Data Collection Stages. Research subjects were autistic students in Bina Anggita Yogyakarta school amounted to 5 students. Data collection used in this research is using observation guideline and previous researcher do literature study first. Data analysis in this study using descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the role of lyrics in the song Balonku and Pelangi-Pelangi can improve the verbal language of autistic children. Autistic children are stimulated to sing together when involved to sing together.

Economic development is a process of local government and communities to be based on existing resources and establish a pattern of partnership between local governments and the private sector for new jobs. This research is the basis for the sector that becomes and is non-base in supporting the economy and to know the basis of the detection sector and the non-base sector to the economy in Kediri regency and East Java province. A way is quantitative. Which sample in this study is Kediri Regency in 2014-2019. This study uses seconds data that periodically time series and from BPS Kediri and East Java Province. Data collection techniques in research in literature study techniques and field studies. The free variables in this study are The Base Sector and Non-Base Sector, while the variables are tied to this study namely Economic Growth. The results of the research from the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis in 2014-2019 can be known that the base sector in Kediri Regency has nine sectors.

Goods Distribution Information System is one of the data processing activities at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar, to get information about the distribution of goods to be more directed and easily obtained. In this study, the authors only discuss the problem of goods distribution and data management mechanisms of PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar and designed the Information Distribution System for PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar by using Visual BASIC.NET. The purpose of writing is to understand the problem of Information Systems Distribution of Goods at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar as well as making aids application on the Information System of Goods Distribution at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar uses Microsoft Visual BASIC.NET. Data collection needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely a literature study relating to the literature of library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. The Goods Distribution Information System is carried out by one of the administrative staff and is assisted by 2 (two) administrative, warehouse, and financial administration staff to record and input the distribution of goods. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Goods Distribution Information System has followed the procedure and uses a computer with Visual BASIC.NET programming language and Microsoft Access 2010 as its database.

Sebuah penelitian tindakan kelas telah dilaksanakan di kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yaitu menerapkan metode demonstrasi dalam mata pelajaran PJOK pada kompetensi sepak bola. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran melalui metode demonstrasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dan untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode demonstrasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Variabel yang menjadi sasaran perubahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020, sedangkan variabel tindakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode demonstrasi. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang berlangsung dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Data hasil observasi dianalisis secara kualitatif. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari tiga tahap pokok, yaitu reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang terkumpul menyatakan bahwa metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sepak bola siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Dari data yang dikumpulkan dari tindakan pra siklus, siklus 1, dan siklus 2, peneliti melihat adanya peningkatan dalam jumlah persentase siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM sebesar 87.5%. Sedangkan peningkatan yang terjadi pada persentase penguasaan materi adalah sebesar 27.5%.A classroom action research has been carried out in the VA class of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 academic year, namely applying the demonstration method in PJOK subjects on football competence. The purpose of this study was to describe the learning process through the demonstration method to improve the football skills of the VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican for the 2019/2020 academic year and to determine the effectiveness of demonstration methods to improve the football skills of VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 academic year 2020. The variable that is the target of change in this study is the football ability of the VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 school year, while the action variable used in this study is the demonstration method. The form of this research is classroom action research which takes place in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were 24 students of class VA SD Negeri 1 Pamarican in the 2019/2020 academic year. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. Observation data were analyzed qualitatively. The data analysis technique consists of three main stages, namely data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The data collected states that the demonstration method can improve the football skills of VA class students of SD Negeri 1 Pamarican for the 2019/2020 school year. From the data collected from the pre-cycle action, cycle 1, and cycle 2, the researcher saw an increase in the percentage of students who scored above the KKM by 87.5%. Meanwhile, the increase in the percentage of mastery of the material was 27.5%.

<p>Abstract<br />This article aims to find out why a marriage agreement should be registered to the Department of Population and Civil Registration, and find out what if the marriage agreement is not registered. This research is a descriptive empirical legal research. The types of data used consist of primary data, secondary data including primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials. The location of this research is in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Surakarta. Data collection techniques used are interviews and literature study. Analysis of data used is with the data collection stage in the study sites and analyzed more thoroughly, then after presented the verification and drawn a conclusion. Based on the results of the study the conclusions are derived, First, the marriage agreement needs to be registered because the marriage agreement is an orderly administration of population, to fulfill the principle of publicity and binding on third parties, as a means of verification and judge consideration in court, as a measure of public legal awareness. Second, a marriage agreements which is not registered to the Department of Population and Civil Registration will apply only to the party that created it, and will not bind on any third party.</p><p>Keywords: Legal Power; Marriage Agreement; Registration of Marriage Agreement.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  perjanjian perkawinan harus dicatatkan ke Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil, dan mengetahui apabila perjanjian perkawinan tersebut tidak didaftarkan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer, data sekunder yang mencakup bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, bahan hukum tersier. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan tahap pengumpulan data di lokasi penelitian dan dianalisis secara lebih teliti, kemudian setelah tersaji dilakukan verifikasi dan ditarik sebuah kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dihasilkan simpulan, Kesatu, perjanjian perkawinan perlu dicatatkan karena perjanjian perkawinan sebagai tertib administrasi kependudukan, untuk memenuhi asas publisitas dan mengikat pihak ketiga, sebagai alat pembuktian dan pertimbangan hakim didalam persidangan, sebagai alat ukur kesadaran hukum masyarakat. Kedua, perjanjian perkawinan yang tidak dicatatkan ke Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil hanya akan berlaku bagi pihak yang membuatnya, dan<br />tidak mengikat pihak ketiga.</p><p>Kata Kunci: Kekuatan Hukum; Perjanjian Perkawinan; Pencatatan Perjanjian Perkawinan</p>

Comic "Guild" is a comic that has a Japanese drawing style, namely Manga and applies visual principles that should be used as study material to study visual principles about comics. This study aims to identify and review the visual comics of "Guild" in terms of these principles. the principle of visual emphasis according to MS Gumelar. The population in this study is 15 pages in chapter 1 of the comic "Guild". This type of research uses qualitative research methods with documentation data collection techniques and literature study. Primary data is in the form of visual comic “Guild” chapter 1 by Irfan Rianto, data collection in this research is through literature study, observation, data processing, data analysis techniques, generalizations and instruments. Then the data that has been collected is triangulated to strengthen the credibility of the research results. From the results of the study it was concluded that the comic "Guild" had applied the principles of visual emphasis according to the MS Gumelar guidelines, although in its application there were still five pages that still had shortcomings so that it looked not optimal and consistent.
