The location of this research is at Earning Department Office of East Borneo Province in Samarinda.The research problems is how is the supporting factors in work discipline of someone that consist of : prosperity, threat, resolutely, ability and the example of leader as free variable, it can influence work achievement that consist of : quality of work, quantity of work, reability and attitude as unfree variable.The research objectives is to know how is the influence of a whole work discipline factors toward work achievement of earning department employee of East Borneo Province and work discipline factors that has dominant influence toward work achievement of earning department employee of East Borneo Province.Based on the research toward 49 respondents it got result that a whole work discipline factors has positive influence toward work achievement that can see from the regression similarity, like this : Y = -0,6387 + 0,1011 X1 + 0,6693 X2 + 0,2573 X3 + 0,2312 X4 + 0,3598 X5. from the similarity above it indicated above threat (X2) = 0,6693 it very dominant toward work achievement.The conclusion is if work discipline factors involved prosperity, threat, resolutely, ability and the example of leader can be increase, so work achievement of Earning Department of East Borneo Province will be increase.Keywords:   Discipline: prosperity, threat, resolutely, ability and the example of leader, and work achievement

Narrative is the primary aspect of literary work. The quality of work is represented by narrative. In prose and drama, they both involve story and characters to present events in narrative. The writer chose to analyze narrative functions because the writer wanted to examine the validity of Propp’s theory which considers character’s action as fundamental element of narrative structure. In this research, the writer aimed to find out the narrative functions by analyzing character’s action and to know how the functions are depicted in the movie of Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow. The reason of this movie is analyzed since Sleepy Hollow movie had never been analyzed by other researchers. In analysis, the writer used Vladimir Propp’s model since it emphasizes character’s action as fundamental element of narrative structure. This research used formal method which excludes discussions concern with the creator as the main subject of research. the result showed that Sleepy Hollow movie is constructed by 25 functions such as interdiction, violation, reconnaissance, delivery, complicity, villainy, lack, mediation, beginning counteraction, departure, the first function of the donor, the hero’s reaction, provision or receipt of a magical agent, guidance, struggle, initial misfortune or lack is liquidated, return, pursuit, rescue, unrecognized arrival, difficult task, exposure, transfiguration, punishment, and wedding.

The research conducted at a flour producer attempts to find out the Influence of Job Design on the Quality of Work Life and Job satisfaction. Primary data was taken through questionnaires method of ninety respondents of the company. The sampling technique is Non-Probability Sampling with purposive random sampling method. While the processing of data using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The data processing and the analysis reveal that the result of the three hypotheses can be accepted. The design work gives a positive influence on the quality of work life, while the job design also shows a positive influence on the job satisfaction. The quality of working life also performs a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

<p>To increase product need the existence of preeminent seed, because seed represent one of the crop conducting medium having role which very determine in the effort increase product and quality of crop conducting result. Seed claimed to be gilt edged where usage of seed with quality for supported by technological medium going forward other will be able to yield maximal productive crop. The farmers often loss their energy and also time in usage of seed which its unfavorable quality.</p><p>The aimed of this research is to know how accurate factors such as wide of farm, education, seed price, and manure to influence farmer using BBBA (seed in foreign language’s label) at Sukoharjo District. Framework idea in this research is at taking an action, to buy and also use something, farmer will influence by immeasurable of factor, internal and external factor. Internal factor is direct related factor in accurate matter, and external factor related to BBBA consumer. In this research which the included in internal factor is BBBA it self price and usage of manure, while external factor of wide of farm mastered by farmers cultivated melon, formal education and of them.</p><p>Sample area was selected by purposive pursuant to usage of farm many by farmer for the conducting of melon. Sample taken by counted 60 person who is taken at random. Data analysis is doubled linear regression.</p><p>Result of regresi analysis mention that at confidence level 95% passing Test F obtained that accurate variable-variable by together mount usage of BBBA, where R<sup>2</sup> value equal to 0,601 meaning that variation of usage BBBA influenced by free variable in model equal to 60,1%. And through Test T variable having an effect on wide of farm, Manure anad education with biggest influence sequence is usage of manure, later than education and wide of farm. While BBBA itself price in the reality do not influence farmer in using the BBBA product.</p>

The results of this study can be summed summarized as follows: 1. Intellectual Ability is high, ethic of work is high enough and employee performance is high. 2. Regression analysis result is Ŷ = 33,312 + 0,306X1 + 0,302X2, meaning there is positive influence between intellectual ability and ethic of work on employee performance. 3. The results of the analysis correlations is r = 0,660 which means there is a moderately high and positive correlation between intellectual ability and ethic of work with employee performance. The level of employee performance can be explained 43,6% by intellectual ability and ethic of work. 4. Hypothesis test result stated that H0 is rejected, it means intellectual ability and ethic of work have positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT BPRS Amanah Bangsa Pematangsiantar simultaneously and partially. The suggestions of this research is: 1. To strengthen the intellectual ability, the agency should provide opportunities for further education. 2. To improve ethic of work, employee should try to be more sincere and grateful in working for improving the quality of work. 3. To improve performance, the agency should give opportunity for employees to innovate in order to rise the creativity of work. Keywords: Intellectual Ability, Ethic of Work and Employee Performance.

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the influence of integrity and discipline of quality of work life (QWL). This research used a quantitative approach with survey methods. The samples of this research is the whole 132 government internal supervision officers Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Law and Human Rights which was performed randomly simple. The results showed that; (1) There is a direct positive influence integrity of the quality of work life (QWL); (2) There is no direct positive influence discipline of the quality of work life (QWL); (4) There is no direct positive influence transformational leadership of the discipline; (3) There is a direct positive influence integrity of the discipline; and (4) There is no indirect positive influence integrity of the quality of work life (QWL) through discipline. To improve the quality of work life (QWL), need to improve the integrity and discipline.

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) the quality of work life, (2) working attitude, (3) job satisfaction of teachers working SMA Kecamtan Jekan Kingdom city of Palangkaraya , Central Kalimantan Province. In the data analysis, this study used a survey method using a causal analysis technique Strip . This study used a sample of 138 teachers in three high schools in District Jekan Kingdom city of Palangkaraya are selected using Slovin formula.The results showed that : first , there are positive influence between the quality of work life and job satisfaction of teachers in schools . Secondly , there is a positive effect between work attitudes and job satisfaction of teachers in schools . Third , there is a positive effect between the quality of working life and work attitudes of teachers in schools.

Application of Information Systems becomes an absolute necessity and can provide a competitive advantage, thus becoming the highest priorities. Assessment Information System is a system studied its impact on user satisfaction in the neighborhood of Al-Huda School. In this study tested the effect of the quality of information systems against user satisfaction using the basic method of success DeLone and McLean. This study uses a quantitative approach to mapping the characteristics of the data by means of descriptive statistics. The results showed that the Quality System (X1) and quality information (X2) effect either jointly against user satisfaction (Y) Information System Assessment. T significant value to the quality of the system is smaller than the specified α (α = 0.05) is 0.000. In addition, the results of this test also showed the value of t is greater than t table (2.871> 1.686) for the quality of the information system, Based on the test results it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Significance for 0,000 t of quality information. So the probability value 0.00 <0.005 and t value greater than t table (2.973> 1.686), so it can be decided that H1 is accepted. This means that the quality of information has positive influence on user satisfaction, the results of the study also concluded that the quality of the information system has a dominant influence on user satisfaction.

Human resources is the most important elements in order to operating all resources on the company. And the point is ; (1) Quality of worklife is a level where the member of the organization can satisfy the important personal requirement through the experience on the task in the organization. (2) Work environment is a everything around the employee and can influence the employee doing the job. Also with (3) organizational commitment is a personal identification degree to the organization and a will to continue the participation on organization. The purpose of this research is to know about the influence of the quality of worklife and work environment to the effect of commitment organization on Agro Industrial Tool Division  PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresik, and to know how great the influence quality of worklife and work environmnet toward organizational commitment of the employee on Agro Industrial Tool Division  PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresik. On this research we using the quantitatif research aproach, the variable on this research is a free variable (X1), is a quality of worklife and (X2) work environment, and also organizational commitment (Y). The research sample is 68 of Agro Industrial Tool Division PT Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresik employee. The data collecting is over observation, spreading questioner, documentation, intervewing, and book study. Data analysis doing with double linear regresion, test (F) and test (t). From the analysis result we can get double linear regresion equation : Y = 2.520 + 0.188 x1 +0.157 x2 + εi, from the calculation, the coeffisien determination value is 69.2%. 69.2% variation both of independent variable is quality of worklife and work environment. And the 30.8% is explained of the other factor that not become the independent variable on this research. Based of the test result (f), with value 3.372 > from F(0.05;2;65)  (3.14), and sign value < (0.05), with the result that H0 rejected and Ha accepted. For (t) test with value for  is 2.364 > 1.671, and value for  adalah 2.114 > 1.670. This means the influence quality of worklife toward organizational commitment can accepted and the influence of the work environment toward organizational commitment can accepted. The conclusion of this research is quality of worklife and work environment have significant influence to organizational commitment

The study aims to determine the influence of the family environment, social environment and entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial interests. The subjects of this study were 54 class XII students of SMK PGRI Tegal, who were taken incidentally. The results showed that partially the family environment, social environment and entrepreneurial learning influenced the interest in entrepreneurship. Furthermore, it simultaneously shows the social environment and entrepreneurial learning influences the interest in entrepreneurship, while the family environment does not show a positive influence. Entrepreneurial learning has the most dominant influence in growing entrepreneurial interest for students. This research has implications for improving the quality of entrepreneurial learning in schools, in order to be able to foster student interest in entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance. Training measured by the dimensions of skills and knowledge, while working motivation dimension is measured by motives, expectations, and incentives, and the employee's performance can be measured by indicators of quantity of work, quality of work, cooperation, understanding of the task, initiative, discipline and reliability. Respondents in this study were 200 employees of accounting staf who work in manufacturing companies in Batam, technique which is used to analyze this study is simple linear regression analysis. Results of the study found that training and motivation work have positive influence on employee performance. Based on these results it’s advisable for the company to provide adequate training and increase employee motivation to improve the productivity of the company. This study is confined to the accounting staf employees in manufacturing companies in Batam, so further research is recommended to use the different samples and from other types of companies.
