<p>To increase product need the existence of preeminent seed, because seed represent one of the crop conducting medium having role which very determine in the effort increase product and quality of crop conducting result. Seed claimed to be gilt edged where usage of seed with quality for supported by technological medium going forward other will be able to yield maximal productive crop. The farmers often loss their energy and also time in usage of seed which its unfavorable quality.</p><p>The aimed of this research is to know how accurate factors such as wide of farm, education, seed price, and manure to influence farmer using BBBA (seed in foreign language’s label) at Sukoharjo District. Framework idea in this research is at taking an action, to buy and also use something, farmer will influence by immeasurable of factor, internal and external factor. Internal factor is direct related factor in accurate matter, and external factor related to BBBA consumer. In this research which the included in internal factor is BBBA it self price and usage of manure, while external factor of wide of farm mastered by farmers cultivated melon, formal education and of them.</p><p>Sample area was selected by purposive pursuant to usage of farm many by farmer for the conducting of melon. Sample taken by counted 60 person who is taken at random. Data analysis is doubled linear regression.</p><p>Result of regresi analysis mention that at confidence level 95% passing Test F obtained that accurate variable-variable by together mount usage of BBBA, where R<sup>2</sup> value equal to 0,601 meaning that variation of usage BBBA influenced by free variable in model equal to 60,1%. And through Test T variable having an effect on wide of farm, Manure anad education with biggest influence sequence is usage of manure, later than education and wide of farm. While BBBA itself price in the reality do not influence farmer in using the BBBA product.</p>

The purpose of this study is to (1) know how much influence the product quality of tourisism  against  the decision of visiting Tanggo Rajo tourism place in Jambi City, (2) Analyze how much influence the decision against tourists behavior after visiting Tanggo Rajo tourism place in Jambi City. In this study, the factors which are considered to affect the decision of visiting are tourist attractions, transportation, accommodation, supporting facilities and infrastructure. The population of this research is the community that resides in the town of Jambi. Unit sample 100 people representing various respondents among groups of people. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression techniques with test tool SPSS.

Environment (external factors) and user attributes (internal factors) affect the user's response to the environment. This study aims to uncover how the quality of the environment in high school as an external factor and student motivation as an internal factor affects the academic performance of the students. The research was conducted with qualitative and quantitative approach. Data were collected by survey using an online questionnaire. From the regression analysis, it was found that the dimensions of external factors of "classroom order", "social interaction and supervision" and "air quality" further increased the effectiveness of student learning rather than internal dimensions of "resilience and capacity building". Meanwhile, the decrease in air quality, noise, and environmental pollution can cause student learning disruption. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the learning environment plays an important role in shaping the effectiveness of student learning.

This study attempts to know how big the influence of ethics audit ( x1 ) and fee audit ( x2 ), simultaneously and partial on the quality of an audit ( y ) in office accountant the public city, using data collection method in the form of a questionnaire about 66 respondents.In the analysis data using the validity, reliabilitas.dan the assumption that the classic normality, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas.The method of analysis used analytics linear regression multiple regression, the determinan, the f, the t, and the r2 by using the tools spss16.0.The result showed, the audit ethics have influence on variables quality program audit fees in the research also has an effect on variables the quality of a partial audit and simultaneous.

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotions (X3) on customer satisfaction at Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage. The study used a quantitative approach and was conducted from March to June 2020. Purposive sampling was used. 120 people were included in the research and 97 people were selected as samples. Participants were customers of Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage who had visited at least 2 times. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved linear regression, hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests, using the SPSS program. Price and service quality had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction, but promotions did not. Keywords: price, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

<p>Education is very important for us, the country can go forward because the people are educated. The success of education is determined by the quality of education itself. To know the quality of education required a result or achievement. One of the factors affecting achievement is the facility. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of learning facilities on student achievement. Sampling using simple random sampling system as much as 58 people from the total population as much as 70 people at the level of formal education. The method used in data collection that is using quisioner, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used is using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing it is known that the two variables of learning facilities (X) and student learning achievement (Y) have a positive influence, this is evidenced by r = 0.277 where the guidelines used to provide interpretation proposed by Sugiyono are at intervals 0.20 - 0.399 which fall into the low category[18]. Based on the results of research that has been put forward by the authors which there is influence between learning facilities on learning achievement with low categories, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of the use of learning facilities and conducted other research on other factors that affect student achievement in addition to learning facilities.</p>

<p>This study aims (1) to determine the quality of human resources at KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City, (2) To determine the development of business in KPRI “Pertaguma”, and (3) To determine the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun City. The independent variable in this study is the quality of human resources while the dependent variable is business development. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling. The researcher uses purposive sampling technique as sampling technique. Results showed that there is difference between the effect of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun. Free variable at this research is the quality of human resource while variable tied is business development. It can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression of Y = 61.738 + 0.210 X. Where the variable quality of human resources totaled</p>0.210 shows the influence of the quality of human resources to the business development are positively correlated, meaning that any increase in the quality of human resources 1% resulted in higher business development at 0.210 units. Based on the results of the analysis can be said to be a significant relationship between quality of human resources and the business development, meaning that there is difference business development of the quality of human resources to the business development on KPRI Pertaguma Madiun.

Influence of accountability, quality of service, belief Muzakki on loyalty Muzzak. This research aims to discuss the influence of accountability, quality of service, trust Muzakki against Muzzaki loyalty to the institution Muzakki Management Institute Infaq (LMI) Surabaya. The research method is using a quantitative approach. The Unit of analysis in research is to use respondents Muzzaki for 100 Muzzaki in the area of Surabaya, with the research instrument using the questionnaire in the area of Surabaya, and the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the simultaneous influence was positive and significant and partiality that accounting was influential towards Muzzaki loyalty, the quality of service was influential on Muzzaki loyalty, and Muzzaki's belief had an effect on Muzzaki loyalty.

The puskesmas must still be able to maintain the quality of services supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure and be supported by the creation of a clean, beautiful, neat and pleasant environment so as to meet the expectations or needs of patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the quality of services, facilities and the environment for patient satisfaction at Pujon Health Center Malang Regency.The type of research used is explanatory reset. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were patients who came to treatment (at least 2 times treatment) or patients who had used services to the Health Center as many as 150 respondents. Collecting data uses observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study prove the existence of a significant influence between the quality of service, infrastructure and environment on patient satisfaction in Health Center (p-value 0.034

High purchasing decisions from consumers of a product is the most important aspect for a company in doing business activity. To increase high purchases from consumers, companies should take account of the factors that influence purchasing decisions; one of them is product quality and promotion provided by the company. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of the lens eyewear brand Domas at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama Medan. This research uses theories about product quality, promotion and purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is explanatory. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Method of data analysis of this study is multiple linear regression. The population of this study is 100 customers who make regular purchases at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama. The results of this study show that partially the quality of calculation products showed that T-count 4,886> T-table 1.99 and promotion with T-count 8,785> T-table 1.99 have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Simultaneously, the value of product quality and promotion showed F-count 72,842 > F-table 2.74 have a positive and significant effect on the lens of Domas brand eyewear at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama Medan. The conclusion of the study states that partially and simultaneously the qualities of products and promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Domas eyewear lens at PT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of Trust and Satisfaction on the Loyalty of the santri guardian. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables Trust and Satisfaction with the Loyalty of the guardian of the santri. The research population is the guardian of the students of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Formal Education Unit Pacet Mojokerto. The number of samples was 95 people, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a simultaneous influence of trust and satisfaction on the loyalty of the guardians of students. 2) There is no partial effect of trust on the loyalty of santri guardians and there is a partial effect of satisfaction on the loyalty of santri guardians. 3) satisfaction has a more dominant effect on the loyalty of santri guardians than trust.
