This study aims to determine 1) the influence of work motivation on teacher performance 2) the influence of religiosity on teacher performance 3) the influence of work motivation on commitment 4) the influence of religiosity on commitment 5) the influence of commitment on teacher performance 6) the influence of work motivation on teacher performance by mediation commitment 7) the influence of religiosity on teacher performance by mediating commitment. This type of research is qualitative research using a saturated sample of 65 respondents. The analysis used is PLS 3.0, with endogenous variables of teacher performance, exogenous variables of motivation and religiosity, and variable as mediating commitment. The method used in collecting data is a questionnaire.Based on the results of this study, it proves that all hypotheses can be accepted (motivation, religiosity, commitment have direct and indirect influences on teacher performance). The results of the study showed significant results. Religiosity variables which have an important influence on commitment and performance are emphasized because high religiosity in a teacher will result in good performance and have an impact on high commitment. A teacher who has religiosity, he will work as well as possible because they have the belief that work is worship that expects Ridho from Allah, has a strong opinion that knowledge must be practiced and tries to make their students better because they feel that their students are entrusted which must be accountable to both parents and the organization, especially to the Almighty. The function of a teacher who is embedded in a teacher who has high religiosity assumes that the teacher must always preach, the center of knowledge and must always transfer his knowledge for the benefit of many people.Which in previous studies produced a positive but insignificant influence. It is hoped that the results of this study can add insight for the principal in improving teacher performance.

This research uses the quantitative approach with survey method with causal approach and path analysis technique. This study analyzes the influence of one variable on other variables. The variables studied consist of two kinds, namely exogenous variables and endogenous variables. Exogenous variables have an influence on endogenous variables. While endogenous variables can also affect other endogenous variables. The affordable population which is simultaneously the sampling frame is the entire principals who served in Public Elementary Schools at Rokan Hilir Regency as many as 265 schools. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive direct effect of leadership knowledge on performance, (2) There is a positive direct effect work environment on performance, (3) There is a positive direct effect of work motivation on performance, (4) There is a positive direct effect of leadership knowledge on work motivation, (5) There is a positive direct effect of work environment on work motivation. Thus, the improvement of teachers’ performance can be achieved well if there is a strong effect from the leadership knowledge, work environment, and work motivation that are well built.  Keywords:   leadership knowledge, work environment, work motivation, and performance

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the principal's situational leadership on teacher performance; the influence of work motivation on teacher performance; and the influence of the principal's situational leadership on work motivation. The research employed a causal survey research and path analysis technique. The sample of 103 kindergarten teachers of Tanggerang regency was taken by using proportional random sampling. The results have shown that 1) Path coefficient value of the principal’s situational leadership and the teacher performance is 0.440 with the probability significance value ρx3x1  = 0.000. It means that the principal’s situational leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. 2) Path coefficient value of work motivation and the teacher Performance is 0.166 with the probability significance value ρx3x1 = 0.005. It indicates that work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. 3) Path coefficient value of situational leadership and teacher work motivation is 0,598 with probability significance value ρx3x1 = 0.000. It implies that the principal’s situational leadership has a significant effect on work motivation. Based on the research findings, it can be inferred that leadership style has a major role to develop work motivation and performance that have a positive impact on the quality of individuals in an organization

This study examines the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and examines the mediating effect of work motivation and job satisfaction variables. The research sample was 114 employees at the Aceh Sharia Bank Bireuen Branch. The analytical tool used is path analysis using the SEM method (structural equation modeling) using Amos. The results showed that each variable of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work motivation mediates exogenous variables with endogenous variables partially mediating. Job satisfaction variable, on the other hand, becomes a very good intermediary (full mediation) between exogenous and endogenous variables
